--- OPERATION TENSE SUNRISE ---
Currently the Cidonian armed forces have advanced further north north-west and to the north. In the north east resistance from the tribes is fierce and the use of the airborne forces is essential, with most part of the operations being conducted by night. A total of 102 opposing forces have been killed but none have been captured as the armed forces have not advanced in the north east and are currently refocusing forces to the east. 12 Cidonian soldiers were wounded, none are KIA.
--- EUROPALAND OFFERS SAVE HAVEN TO TRIBAL TERRORISTS ---
Saida Nasri, foreign minister of Europaland, stated that they will "offer asylum to all" of those who "suffer persecution" within Cidonia, referring to the highly lethal tribal warriors and their terrorist actions. The tribes of north Cidonia, currently at war and without a figurehead to take a stance to the offer, continue to wreck havoc in the north of Cidonia.
"Cidonia will deal with this internal matter internally. If the nation of Europaland is willing to take in these highly aggressive and counter-productive insurgents we see it on par with supporting terrorism in Cidonia." stated Duha Naveed, minister of home affairs.
Currently there are approximately 50,000 tribal soldiers detained in Cidonian prisons who are responsible for killing Cidonians, thievery or terrorist acts. Last year 12,342 tribal soldiers were executed for terrorist acts and threatening the Cidonian interior peace. Supreme Leader Nazar declared that Operation Tense Sunrise "has to continue for direly needed peace in the nation."
Meanwhile thousands of tribal people are fleeing northwards towards the nation of Hajr and Matanzas. The Supreme Leader has urged both nations not to accept the terrorists and send them all back to Cidonia as soon as possible.
