Ratomkira prepares for 'Slavic influenza'
New virus outbreak in Miedzymorzen city might threaten the world
Siem Khun -- Ratomkiran leaders under the King are gathering for a preparation session on how to handle a potential influenza outbreak later this year. The H3N2 virus or Slavic influenza, as it has been labelled by several other media outlets, is an epidemic still in its early stages even though reports of over 70 dead and many more inflected in the Miedzymorzen city of Mislik are discouraging to say at least. Mislik is where the growing virus was first discovered and is believed to be the birthplace of the illness. Long from everything about this new disease is known, but scientists around the world, including those of Ratomkira are discovering more every day.
The Department of Health says that the sickness is not yet present in Ratomkira, but the nation should prepare nevertheless. That is why our King, Pheakdei Srieng III, called a meeting with both governmental figures as influential members of the pharmaceutical industry. His Leadership has clearly stated that there is no reason for panic and that our country will be as prepared as possible.
