Foreign Relations of the Community of Alexandras

[Alexandras]

In regards to the opening of embassies and foreign relations with outside communities and states, the First Citizen has seen fit to form a list, for the benefit of foreign dignitaries and domestic leaders, of nations that recognize Alexandras, and those specifically that have embassies with her. ((ooc: Feel free to post any stance on Alexandras that your country has in this post to be added to the list. If you want to open an embassy, I'd put a post in the press thread for now, as its still relevant to the news. If it starts to get crowded in there I'll move it into this thread))

Foreign Powers who have Recognized Alexandras (Those who have established embassies are automatically assumed to have recognized Alexandras, and thus are not listed twice)

Republic of the Malheur

Foreign Powers who have chosen not to Recognize Alexandras (Those who have no stance on Alexandras in general are NOT listed here for brevity)

OOC: I imagine we would have embassies, though not entirely sure how our governments would feel about one another.

OOC: Sikandara would have an embassy in your country regardless of whatever our bilateral relationship is.

 

[Ivernia]

Ivernia would recognise Alexandras and have an embassy. However considering the distance between our nations and the fact we face opposite coasts our trade is likely very small so the embassy probably wouldn't be a very big one.

 

[Warre]

Tyrculir would have an embassy and recognize Alexandras, if not more, given their status as psuedo-neighbors, sharing the bay there. How they might feel about Alexandras depends on history and Alexandras' current political leanings though, of course.

 

[Republic of the Malheur]

The Malheur would have serious misgivings about Alexandras during the Partition Years. It would recognize the state, but relations would be cold. A diplomatic mission could be attached to/hosted by Sylania's embassy, but nothing formal would exist at this time.
