Once you satisfy the prerequisites, you can be placed in X2. Do you have a capital, what is its name and where do you want it located?
I think he just forgot to change the link in the heading, if you look at the big red Lahore v1.4 you will see the new map.

Capitoline City, the capital, ought to be in the center of the island (or the southeast corner, in the case of G7). It is meant to be a district of the city of Tibur, which may be claimed by another player wishing to play a republican regime (Italy analogue to the Vatican City) surrounding the seat of the Catholic Church.
And I'd like to keep Olmolungring to play as a alter ego theocracy, if you don't mind. The capital there should be "Yungdrung Gutsak".

Is it just a city state you are going to run, leaving the rest of the island open, or will you also be running a seperate government occupying the rest of the island?

Will begin RP'ing again shortly after around a month of no-show, if you wouldn't mind renaming Thaesan to Yujin and move my capital more inland (don't care where really) and rename it Xijie. If you want to keep the dot where Siraama is, you could rename it to Lianzhou (the largest city but not the capital), though that's not necessary given the fact my plots small and that may make it cluttered. Working on a new flag avatar icon etc. and the wiki fundamentals have been hammered out

I will take a Danzig-sized chunk out of the southern end of G9, and you can give the rest of the mapspot to G8. Please name the country "Holy See" on the map*, and the capital city on the western coast "Tibur". If you can't fit both, I understand, just one or the other is fine. Thanks, I appreciate it.

I know there should be an update by now, but I had did much of the changes at work and put the completed updated map on a thumb drive and then ended forgetting it at work, so if everyone will be patient, I will post the update on Monday. So if you want any changes, please do so before then.
