Foreing office denies citizens to reach Serenierre
|Yesterday the foreing office negated to a group of justinians to reach serenierre, minister Berluccio Zacaria justified the decision saying that is due to the recent capture of burgundian citizens and the aggressive policies of that country; the office fears that going to Serenierre may be dangerous for justinian citizens.

New political elections soon
|President Benedetti sees no way to solve the senate instability, in a public comunique has informed the country that new elections will be called soon.
Meanwhile as expected the NAT party broke apart, the Gonfaloniere for now joined the PCJ.

New elections to take place tomorrow
|The president of the republic decided to set the new election day for tomorrow.
All justiza hopes for a governable senate this time, otherwise the electoral law will be changed to be less inclusive in favour of more stability.

Election results comforting
|The elections are officially over, the Democrats are back in power and allied with the communists to create a stable majority. President Benedetti asked Valerio Pietri to form a new governament, today the senate will vote his list of ministers. With Pietri again in charge and the PCJ at his side, to monitor his actions, we expect great things. while the remanents of NAT reorganized in NAL and reached the 4% (the minimum percentage to enter in the senate) a new party with a considerable 11% has now voice in the senate, the militarists of MIL, who obviously want a stronger army for Justiza.

"While we respect the sovereignty of our most esteemed comrades of the PCJ, we urge them not to take part in any form of political coalition with the capitalist Democrats. In our international struggle against capitalism we must never make compromises, lest we weaken the inevitable international class war. We urge our friends in the PCJ to withdraw support for this new government and instead focussing its impressive and well-earned electoral support on organizing the working class. Parliamentary opposition is allowed within Marxist-Leninovist doctrine, but the real goal must be creating working class awareness on the streets and in the factories. It are these places that will become the first beacons of resistance when the inevitable revolution breaks out.

Furthermore we advise the PCJ to prepare for a seemingly inevitable confrontation with the many right-wing political forces in Justiza."

''With all due respect to your admitted autority and good intentions we must decline your suggestion.
leaving the DEM alone now would mean chaos in the republic: we would lose the people's support,
the right-wing would gain more power and a new electoral law will be created, this would be the end
of our social democracy and the dawn of the fascists; ours is not a land of war and violence, none
would fight against a crowned dictator as long as he is of Justinian blood.
We do pledge allegiance to the Leninovism, and we will work in the chambers of the senate, but we
won't put our beloved nation into a civil war.

"We must admit that it is with great regret that we have received word of your refusal to take our most sincere advice. We trust that the leadership of our PCJ comrades will change their mind once they realize that by forming a coalition with social-democrats they are only lengthening the survival of capitalism in Justiza. Social-democracy is one of the most dangerous enemies of Marxist-Leninovism for it accepts the capitalist free-market system, but misleadingly waves the red flag in an attempt to fool the working class into support. As our Justinian comrades undoubtedly know Marx's historical materialism teaches us that all societies go through certain stages in its inevitable path to communism. But recent history has shown us that a capitalist society, rather than to naturally progress to the socialist stage, can actually reach an even more despicable form known as fascism or national-corporatism. The latter theoretical insight is one of our Glorious Leader' greatest contributions to marxism. Social-democracy lacks the revolutionary spirit to form a strong fist against (extreme-)right-winged powers, thus it is up to the true communists to lead the antifascist struggle independently. The Justinian revisionist Democrats do not inherently disapprove of capitalism, but in fact allow it to thrive and develop into a fascist state.

While we are sure most members of the Justinian Democrats electoral support are hard-working and honest people, they are being mislead by revisionist propaganda inherent to social-democracy. By supporting the Democrats the PCJ leadership is ensuring the survival of capitalism and inadvertently spreading the seeds of fascism. The actions of the PCJ leadership in fact endorse capitalism.

Therefore we must issue an ultimatum to the leadership of the PCJ, abandon this coalition with the social-democrats or the party will lose the backing of the Marxist-Leninovist International and Kadikistan with all financial and material consequences. Should the leadership of the PCJ refuse this ultimatum we will call upon all true communist members of the PCJ to denounce their party leaders and split off to form a truly Marxist-Leninovism party. We can not allow compromises that will ensure the lengthening of capitalism in Justiza and befoul the name of our Glorious Leader.

We honestly hope that the unity of the PCJ will be maintained and the leadership will realize the consequences of their revisionist actions. The PCJ leadership has until the 24th of January to comply with the just and righteous demands. While the leadership deliberate we urge the lower cadres and the militants at the base to organize and be prepared.

Long live Marxist-Leninovism!
Long live the Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov!"

''I look at the words you wrote and I see nothing else then a threat to my motherland,
as long as I am in power no foreigner will give me and my party orders, no matter
how powerfull. I've called a meeting of the PCJ high council to take this decision:
the PCJ will immediately withdraw his participation to the marxist-leninovist
intarnational; farewell.

Princeps-inter-pares of the PCJ -Carlalberto Giuliani

ooc: the PCJ was part of the DEMs initially, there was no chance for the ultimatum to be accepted.

"It is a good thing that the true nature of the revisionist PCJ became clear so early in the existence of the Marxist-Leninovist International. If not we would have been successfully infiltrated by social-democrats disguised as communists. With the effective removal of the PCJ from the international we hope that all impurities have been cleansed.

To all militants and supporters of the PCJ who just like us have now seen the true face of their leaders and refuse to abandon the revolutionary struggle we say this: ORGANIZE! All initiatives against this act of revisionism in the form of a true Marxist-Leninovist movement will receive the full political, financial and material support from the Kadikistani Socialist Workers' Party and the International. Undoubtedly many PCJ members will hear this noble call."

Tensions with Kadikistan rise
/After receiving threats directly from the Kadikistani governament the senate accepted at unanimity to put an end to all diplomatic relations, the ambassadors will be back home in two days, no Kadikistanian citizen as well as any member of the Leninovism international community will be alowed to enter the island, no economic activity will be alowed between our nations. The MIL party proposed to modernize and increase the Justinian military fleet in order to defend the costline from any hostile action; their law will probably pass in a few days.

"With these most recent provocations the Justinian revisionists have once again shown their true colours. It would be wise for them to realize that the patience of Kadikistan is not inexhaustible. We also offer refuge for any Justinian Marxist-Leninovists who have followed the orders from the International and abandoned the treacherous PCJ, but urge them to stay put and reorganize themselves into a new party worthy to lead the revolutionary struggle."

Justiza won't start any aggressive action against Kadikistan
(Gonfalonier Pietri in a speech to the senate welcomes the burgundian Grand Duke's call for a lowering of tensions with Kadikistan and promises not to carry out any aggressive action, but won't reopen diplomatic relations nor renounce to self-defence.

Terrorist attack in the port city of Scevola
/A powerful explosion hit the military shipyard of Scevola leaving 6 men and 2 women dead and more than 20 wounded. No one has claimed the attack for the moment, the IMR (the republic's military intelligence) is investigating over the tragedy, meanwhile the minister of defence dismissed the captain responsable for the safety of the site.

New released informations on the attack
'|La Justa Novella' has been updated by the government about the sad event occurred yesterday morning.
the explosive material were hidden in a truck disguised as a food
supplier, it passed the entrance gate without being discovered and was directed to a heavy cruiser under repair but some soldiers guarding the ship noticed the unusual trajectory of the vehicle and tried to stop it, soon a gunfight started with the known ending.
For the IMR some extreme left fanatic is responsible for this action, incited by the Kadikistanian international; even though another attack is not a plausible possibility, the country is now at maximum alert and the PCJ started an internal inspection to prosecute any leninovist remained after a small percentage of the party left Justiza and fled to kadikistan under the local government protection.

"It is now clear for all of Europe to see that the revolutionary struggle in Justiza is in full motion. The people are beginning to see through the lies of social-capitalist revisionism. While we will always regret the deaths of innocents it is clear that this attack was aimed at military targets, perfectly acceptable in times of war. The capitalists drew first blood, now it is the time of the proletariat! We hereby pledge our full political, financial and material support for the Marxist-Leninovist resistance in Justiza and the vanguardist Justinian Marxist-Leninovist Workers' Party."

''The republic of Justiza thanks the eiffellandian governament for his willingness to help
which
reminds us of our friendly relations.
We don't see any way for you to help us finding the terrorists, but we do hope to have
the help of some of your engineers in our attempt to update our fleet; for even though
we have great shipyards and naval industries our technological level is far behind the
world's

Discorso dello presidente de la respublica | President of the republic's speech
''(Comprendo lo sentimento c'ha d'avere 'l popolo de Justiza in codesti jorni tensi;

''|I understand what sentiment the people of Justiza must have in these tense days;
the treats of Kadikistan to our inclusive and respectful political system and the attack in Scevola which left too much families without fathers and mothers.
I intend to reassure the audience: the national police is working at the maximum of its capacities and the cities of the island are now safe; no foreigner will succeed in the intent of destabilize the government and the justinian society.
our maritime boundaries will soon be protected by a grand fleet, meanwhile our ships are beeing upgraded and will be perfectly operational.
I wish to send, to those who will host them, an hug and a greet from me and the whole senate.
keep calm and be faithful in us; Justiza will prevail over the overbearing ones that threaten our land.''

MIL to merge into DEM
|MIL will merge into DEM, this is the final decision of the MIL leader after a multilateral meeting between the two parties main political figures. A reasonable decision that may however mine again the DEMs public consensus.

National police looking for terrorist suspects in Montrignacco
/A large number of policemen and military vehicles are stationing in the town of Montrignacco probably looking for someone linked to the terrorist attack of Scevola.
Locals say that the soldiers and policemen are exploring the mountains around lake Giusti.

/A justinian frigate boarded a ship in the proximity of the south-eastern shores after it repeatedly refused to communicate, the ship was operated by a kadikistani citizen now captive. the weapons were probably destined to the terrorists.
The government is pondering what to do with the prisoner.
