OOC: Benvenuto di ritorno!
People's Commissariat for External Affairs
"While we respect the sovereignty of our most esteemed comrades of the PCJ, we urge them not to take part in any form of political coalition with the capitalist Democrats. In our international struggle against capitalism we must never make compromises, lest we weaken the inevitable international class war. We urge our friends in the PCJ to withdraw support for this new government and instead focussing its impressive and well-earned electoral support on organizing the working class. Parliamentary opposition is allowed within Marxist-Leninovist doctrine, but the real goal must be creating working class awareness on the streets and in the factories. It are these places that will become the first beacons of resistance when the inevitable revolution breaks out.
Furthermore we advise the PCJ to prepare for a seemingly inevitable confrontation with the many right-wing political forces in Justiza."

"We must admit that it is with great regret that we have received word of your refusal to take our most sincere advice. We trust that the leadership of our PCJ comrades will change their mind once they realize that by forming a coalition with social-democrats they are only lengthening the survival of capitalism in Justiza. Social-democracy is one of the most dangerous enemies of Marxist-Leninovism for it accepts the capitalist free-market system, but misleadingly waves the red flag in an attempt to fool the working class into support. As our Justinian comrades undoubtedly know Marx's historical materialism teaches us that all societies go through certain stages in its inevitable path to communism. But recent history has shown us that a capitalist society, rather than to naturally progress to the socialist stage, can actually reach an even more despicable form known as fascism or national-corporatism. The latter theoretical insight is one of our Glorious Leader' greatest contributions to marxism. Social-democracy lacks the revolutionary spirit to form a strong fist against (extreme-)right-winged powers, thus it is up to the true communists to lead the antifascist struggle independently. The Justinian revisionist Democrats do not inherently disapprove of capitalism, but in fact allow it to thrive and develop into a fascist state.
While we are sure most members of the Justinian Democrats electoral support are hard-working and honest people, they are being mislead by revisionist propaganda inherent to social-democracy. By supporting the Democrats the PCJ leadership is ensuring the survival of capitalism and inadvertently spreading the seeds of fascism. The actions of the PCJ leadership in fact endorse capitalism.
Therefore we must issue an ultimatum to the leadership of the PCJ, abandon this coalition with the social-democrats or the party will lose the backing of the Marxist-Leninovist International and Kadikistan with all financial and material consequences. Should the leadership of the PCJ refuse this ultimatum we will call upon all true communist members of the PCJ to denounce their party leaders and split off to form a truly Marxist-Leninovism party. We can not allow compromises that will ensure the lengthening of capitalism in Justiza and befoul the name of our Glorious Leader.
We honestly hope that the unity of the PCJ will be maintained and the leadership will realize the consequences of their revisionist actions. The PCJ leadership has until the 24th of January to comply with the just and righteous demands. While the leadership deliberate we urge the lower cadres and the militants at the base to organize and be prepared.
Long live Marxist-Leninovism!
Long live the Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov!"
