We will only be sending troops per the request of Ratomkira. If they do not request aid no soldiers will be sent. We wish not to violate anybody's sovereignty. Marquette and Ratomkira share an extremely intimate past. In fact, even today we share an close relationship. Prince Bunroeum himself is attending the world renowned St. Cyr Military Academy. We repeat that if there is no request from the government of Ratomkira, we will not deploy any troops.

Perhaps we have not been clear. This is a move purely by Marquette and NOT any faction of, part of, or influence of the EDF. This was done independently.

The implication that this is an imperialist action is laughable. Please refer to your history book and you will see that Ratomkira is a former colony and since the two nations have worked together on some occasions. We are offering our help. We have not deployed any force as of yet and will only do so upon the request of the government of Ratomkira. Explain to us how this is imperialistic.

The force would have clear objectives-

1. Preservation of security in some areas
2. Trainging and consulting with the armed forces of Ratomkira
3. Providing military medical support
4. Providing military engineers to consult and train with engineers in Ratomkira.

The force would consist of two 3,000 man regiments and two 4,000 man regiments.

6,000 medical personnel
4,000 military engineers
4,000 infantry


We find it hard to believe such a force is imperialistic or a threat to any neighboring country. Finally, it should be mentioned that Ratomkira has chosen not to accept Marquen aid in this situation.

The attempt to whitewash open imperialism is a sad continuing blight upon the peace and tranquilty on the world by racist capital interest. Amid questions, construction firms finished construction on the last building at 4:08 am. The final construction included the tiling of a bathroom floor and installing 4 light fixtures.

The Royal Government has invested billions of Joliets from the stressed economy to complete several buildings which will serve as housing, training facilities, and more. "It is an investment like any other. We see this as an important shot in the arm, especially with the economy in the current state." said the Chancellor today.

The games are expected to bring in several billion Joliets and stimulate the regional economy.
