I really couldn't find a tutorial on how to do a city-style map. I hope you have better luck than me.

Could anyone try themselves at making me a banner? I'd like it to have Than Shwe (the guy I use for Gen. Khan) in it or something else militaristic, but with a slight view of Viet landscape. And feel free to throw something Busshist in there while you're at it. The floor is yours, cause God knows I can't make something like that.

The fun thing about Than Shwe and all the Burmese Junta guys in general is they all have specially tailored uniforms where their shirt pockets are very low on the shirt so they can fit more medals.
