Sereniérre withdrew its invitation to avoid the embarassment of rejection from one of Europe's few truly revolutionary and socialist states. The People's Republic of Vangala will not consort with revisionists and collaborators. Our Ambassador in Villesen has been recalled and will not return until Sereniérre abandons its disastrous and treacherous policies.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The People's Republic is shocked by the ignorant and completely undiplomatic rhetoric emerging from a capital which we have long assumed to be a traditional ally of this country. To suggest that the current course of action being undertaken by this country and the patriotic cadres of the Communist Party of Sereniérre is disastrous is grossly offensive and continues to demonstrate the prejudiced attitude in the Marxist world against our Most Noble Leader, Nicolas Sérazin, and his illustrious ideology of Marxist-Sérazinism.

To suggest that our policies are "disastrous and treacherous" is utterly ridiculous and any further attempt to state such disturbing claims shall be understood by Villesen to be a case of interfering with our sovereignty.

Furthermore, to demonstrate our severe disappointment with the People's Republic of Vangala, the Ambassador of the PRS in Kilkila has been recalled and our diplomatic mission has been downgraded from an Embassy to a Consulate – to reflect the recent changes being imposed upon our bilateral relations.

But this must not be forgotten by Kilkila, it is not Sereniérre that closes the door on this friendship. Once sanity is restored, we will put this matter behind us, but only if sanity is restored in Kilkila can this opportunity be availed.

Mr Rogére should not apologise for wanting a stronger future for the People's Republic. Sereniérre has shown that it wishes to extend its hand to states across Europe who seek to promote stability.

The Daily Tribune: Official publication of the Communist Party of Sereniérre

:!: Celtic tribal leaders arrive in Villesen: Recent efforts to reform the ongoing dispute between the 22 Celtic communities and the Federal Government over agricultural subsidies and Government plans to build additional dams that would see the displacement of several thousand of the tribesmen has led to the 22 tribal chiefs to arrive in the Federal Capital to discuss the matter with the National Assembly's Special Committee for Indigenous Affairs.

The Celtic delegation comes after youths in one southern village attacked the district headquarters of the Communist Party, an act which resulted in the deployment of 120 Provincial police officers in the village and the imposition of a curfew in the district. The situation resulted in increased tension between the local non-tribal citizens and the tribal communities.

President Renaudière has stated he hopes that the National Assembly will resolve the matter and the concerns of the Communist Party about the vandalism occurring in the tribal belt against some of its premises shall be dealt with "properly under the existing legal framework."

The National Assembly – the directly elected body of the Parliament – has taken on the issue and has set an agenda to adequately meet the demands of the Celtic tribes. The National Assembly has been pressured by the Communist Party to act against the vandalism and backwardness of the tribal belt but so far no progress has been made on that front.

:!: Government to welcome Frankish delegation on Friday: The Government has confirmed today that a Frankish delegation shall be attending a summit being held by the Government to assist the Republican Military Forces in its £550 billion appropriations program, which will aim to revolutionize the armed forces and to prepare it fully to act in a 21st century battlefield.

:!: ASE satellite launched yesterday successfully: The Ministry of Defense and Intelligence has announced that the ASE has successfully launched a third-generation of strategic satellites that will enable the ASE to upgrade its intelligence gathering operations across the globe and will serve to ensure that the Sereniérrese people are safer from threats.

:!: National Assembly begins debate over privatizing media: The National Assembly today began a series of debates to liberalize the national media which would see the imposition of a regime which would allow private channels to be created for the radio and the television, along with newspapers, regulated by a national media association, being called the Sereniérre Media Regulatory Authority (SeMRA). Strong Orange society support ensures a successful path for the policy. A continued reform effort for the nation.

:!: Refugee crisis continues to worsen: The Government of Sereniérre has been petitioned by three provincial governments being impacted the worst by the Aresuran situation to provide immediate financial relief to them, as they cope with refugees who have surpassed the 200,000 mark. The Government of Sereniérre has announced a plan to provide up to Livre. 22 billion (Breotish £. 150million) to assist the provincial governments and has contacted the governments of several other countries to provide humanitarian aid.

:!: BSI crackdown on public rally against CPS in Celtic communities: The BSI has launched a crackdown on the southern Celtic tribal community which has begun actively resisting the Communist Party's efforts to modernize their territories. The BSI arrested 47 youths for attacking the premises of the local CPS headquarters and injuring seven party leaders and workers. The BSI has taken the 47 into protective custody for "inciting violence against the symbols of state." Some of the Celtic tribal communities have renewed their calls for either separation from Sereniérre or "democracy" in the country.

The Commonwealth kindly asks for the People's Republic of Serenierre to cease and desist from condemning its international peers, at least until representatives from its Government have sat down and conversed with the 'condemned'. Until such a time, Villesen is shown to be reliant on Anglysh hearsay, ill-informed and tongue whipped by a foreign court; supportive of an Alien Regime in all likelihood for shallow economic reasons. Save for agents of espionage, Anglyn nor its allies have made attempt to open dialogue with the Commonwealth of Cantigny. If this is what alliances such as the EDF or the NCSC would like Cantigny to become, truly alone, then we will naturally be charged with securing our own independent peace for Oceania.

"The People's Republic of Sereniérre has not contacted the Constitutional State's government about cooperation in the field of humanitarian aid delivery in Touzen, further illustrating the point that the supporters of the militant insurgency movement in Aresurai have no intents or interest in cooperating with this government for the sake of the Aresurai people. Needless to say, our own vast relief efforts to the Aresurai people will not be affected by this hostile and arrogant political attitude."

PRESIDENT RENAUDIÈRE ANNOUNCES IDEOLOGICAL BREAK WITH OTHER COMMUNIST REPUBLICS
Communist Party of Sereniérre lends backing to President as he calls other strands of communism "flawed" and "ensnared in pre-revolutionary ideological dogma"

Yesterday, the Parliament formally approved the SEMRA Act and has allowed private media organizations to operate freely – and legally – in the country for the first time since the 1932 Revolution which saw the downfall of the Republican era. Today, President Renaudière signed the SEMRA Act into law and thus has continued the path of reform that has progressively grown stronger since the late 1970s.

During the first Presidential press conference, President Renaudière fielded a few questions about foreign politics, in which he briefly outlined the current flux in ties between Sereniérre and the rest of the Marxist world. He said that the diplomatic spat with Vangala was "sadly, anything but over," and that ideological hardliners were jeopardizing the historical relationship. He went on to state, "deological conservatism is something can be found in all of our brother Marxist states... each one follows the ideology that was brought in by their original leaders and lacks the evolving nature of Marxist-Sérazinism, which has allowed us to open our doors to the world yet retain the true virtues of Marxism which ensure that The People are not exploited. The wisdom of our Party Elders has brought us to this point and to them we owe our current progress."

Upon questioning, the Communist Party's Press Office issued a statement which said that the Party supported the statements made by the "Chairman-President", the term the Party uses, and the Politburo remains in full support of the President and his Government. Later in the day, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a notice to Kilkila, where the PRS was maintaining a diplomatic staff as Consulate level, to announce to the Government there that they would be pulling out completely from the country due to "inflammatory remarks about Nicolas Sézarin – Le Grand Sage."

Downgrading of ties with the communist world has become increasingly common, last month the Embassy in Coronado was closed and the Embassy in Carentania was downgraded to Consulate level. The Communist Party's push away from its traditional allies signals a drastic change in policy, here, in Villesen, reflected by the increasing bilateral cooperation with regional countries and the creation of the NCSC.

The Commonwealth recognizes the scuttle of a reported "two destroyers, four frigates" as a queer and dangerous exasperation of Oceania & Greater Cantigny. However, we believe with surefire sincerity, that Sereniérre is in a distinct but similar position with Cantigny in our attainment of national prominence beyond our forefathers and mothers. The Commonwealth therefore views Sereniérre as a potential friend, despite its contemporary naval movement against the interests of a Tangaloan Nation.

His Majesty's Government is disappointed in the Foreign Ministry's denial of Anna Karizhnikov's extradition to Brettaine to stand trial in the District Court of Norfolk Province. Although Karizhnikov is being held in Sereniérre for her crimes against that nation; it cannot be ignored that as the hijacking of Brettish Airways Flight 239 occurred in Brettish airspace, on board a Brettish airliner–to those ends, we consider the case against Karizhnikov a matter of the Brettish courts.

As the People's Republic has offered to allow Karizhnikov to take part in legal proceedings via secure satellite connection, the Foreign Affairs Ministry requests that the defendant be allowed to consult with counsel while in Sereniérrese custody, as per the legal rights that defendants have as outlined in the Constitution of 1863.

Yours,

Hon. Robert Frederick Hensley
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Kingdom of Brettaine

THE Commonwealth questions this moral deficiency that Serenierre might display by forcing a permanent Base of Naval Operations upon the Patriotic Peoples of Tangaloa, who would possess no political choice in the matter. Cantigny persists in its advocacy for improved relations with
Serenierre, and would potentially offer a properly outfitted and furnished docking location if a mutual understanding could be reached between our Nations.

DULWICH, THURSDAY, 7th JULY 2011

The Right Honourable The Secretary of State has received the Command of Her Engellexic Majesty The Queen to make known the following gracious Statement of Her Engellexic Majesty to the Princes, and Chiefs, of the Communist State of Serenierre.

Extension of The Queen's Statement in Council.

TO THE PRINCES AND CHIEFS OF THE COMMUNIST STATE OF SERENIERRE

I am instructed to express on behalf of Her Engellexic Majesty;

The frustration of her Majesty the Queen at the deviancy of the Communist State of Serenierre.

It must be understood absolutely that the Queen and ministers in Council will not tolerate a blatant and misguided attempt at neo-imperialism from Serenierre, within the Implaric-Oceanic Territory. Upon instruction, the Queen’s ministers will be politically engaged with likely concerned states in the region to form a course of action capable of expelling this absurd belief that Serenierre may freely enforce its deficient moral discipline and political will over unsuspecting peoples in Europe.

The intentions of the Communist State of Serenierre is considered to be a grave threat to the continued stability and prosperity of Europe, and Great Engellex will not tolerate its expansionist ambitions. Therefore, we strongly urge Serenierre to review this intention of deployment, if only to avoid a GREAT escalation in the Implaric-Oceanic theatre.

By the Grace of GOD, of the UNION of GREAT ENGELLEX, CHARLOTTE, the QUEEN, through the Right Honourable the SECRETARY of STATE, ANTHONY PELHAM-HOLLES

As Tangaloa has no facilities to maintain a permanent blue water fleet, HM government will extend achorage privileges to the navy of Sereniérre.
