And now that Ovi left the spot to my East, I have a question that I already asked a couple of months but dropped because somebody new wanted the spot. Would it be possible if my spot becomes a bit wider? My thoughts would be something like the following:

since Belmont no longer exists and is to be removed from the map, I would like to move into that spot so I have more neighbors and can develop some great RP instead of stagnating where I am. It also keeps a French continuity to the map without a giant hole. Also I have some interesting RP ideas for the spot.

I think that Bourgogne's request makes sense. Indeed, a large hole in the francophone world would be filled, and he has some plans to spice up RP there.
