You and Malagaskie actually just both claimed the same two map spots. Perhaps the two of you should discuss which goes to who? Though if you're doing a more 'norse' nation, and him a dutch one, the southern spot (which borders Vistrasia) being his, and northern spot (which borders our norsk normandy/franken Normandy, 'Normandie') being your's, makes sense.

Children, let's not start bickering. Part of NSE's guidelines is the principle of culture-clustering, grouping similar cultures together to simulate RL ethnic/cultural distributions. Crolacia has expressed an interest in having at least a significant minority of Finno-Uralic peoples, which I am (with admitted bias) inclined to support, as it fits in with other regional cultural groups. You both are also very new, and have not participated in much RP. I would suggest both of you give the mods here some more RP, to help them get a better feel for how and where your nation will fit into the world of NSE.

I am really sorry Malagaskie, but I still want the area. I am not a Finnic nation; I just have a big Finnic minority. Crolacia is actually a North Germanic nation just as Denmark, Sweden etc. I feel this area is the best because it is surrounded by northern nations. And I actually do have a small factbook. It's on my nation page on NS
We have way too many finns as it is...Are you sure neither of you wouldn't prefer a non-european ethnicity/nation/plot? :/

Nothing in Nation States will be counted towards this forums RP I'm afraid.
The place is called Europe, so many are probably inclined towards picking up a theme that is European.
Not saying that is something we should encourage, just the way it is! But we are not currently really overloaded with players in Germania, either.

If that's the case, you might want a spot north of Ivernia, beside Saamiland and Saaremaa (Who are Saami and Estonian ethnicity specifically) or over in Norsk land, IE the continent of Suionia, Arendaal, Ostveg, and Fennian Union. If you're aiming for a Scandinavian nation then that general area is probably where you wanna be, the spots you asked for are more germanic in the 'germany, austria, prussia, switzerland' sense, and also dutch or (potentially) english given the border with Engellex.
Simple suggestions, though I feel you two would just end up getting the spots you're both trying to claim equally distributed to the two of you, if you can't agree or refuse to look into alternatives (not that I'm a moderator, this is just what I see.)

Personally I don't see a problem with this. Your people are fair skinned and have blond/red hair and a high ethnicity of their own people. Sound like the people of that kind of region to me.
You posted your factbook already, so you should apply for that spot. However you have to RP to maintain your spot!

While not my place, to do so, I'm going to give a bit of advice, anyways.
Kyiv, I think you should not take that huge northern spot, and instead take the spot south-west of it inbetween you and the Mezhist Union, given it then makes you 108 Million Population more likely and what not given the Mezhist Union says all Lower Scwiezima (the more northern of the two) is or was supposed to be Siberia like, and what not.
But further, I think it makes more sense because then your interactions with Sikandra are less far fetched, and you multiply your possible neighbors by many ways. If you asked for one of those two coastal spots south of the southwest spot, you also get long-sea access, making Kyiv's importance aside from population make sense, and making your interactions with Sikandra all the more easy, and plausible.
