The Citizen's Council has begun the conversion of trade from privatized to free markets by lifting all remaining tariffs upon the trades and peoples of Boliatur. In another jump towards industrialization, the Citizen's Council has commissioned twelve-thousand workers to begin construction on the Mrysini-Almatii Continental Highway in a hope to facilitate trade, travel, tourism, and connect the two historical Steppes as one.

The Republican Army has reported a heavy increase in enlistment into reserves and active duty after Yujin threatened our grand nation several weeks ago. General Anatoly, leader of the Boliaturian Armed Forces, has begun the consolidation of his forces and the supplement of existing police and military deployed in and around the Steppes, whom have simply lived off of outdated equipment from the time of the Commune in 1970. The frame for all peoples to unite and be free has been set, and soon our glorious armies shall either march and be Pyrrhic, or valiantly defend the soil of Boliatur. ​

IN THE HEADLINES:
The Citizen's Consulate for Law Enforcement and Management has announced the death of Zhao Tijang, Qi Lee, and Ganges Dao, all students from Yujin studying in Mrysini. The Consulate has stated that the "suspects are too large and broad, and it appeared on such a massive scale that no one would be able to be arrested." The Citizen's Council has stated it will determine the people responsible for the death, but no evidence has been released of any attempt at finding the belligerents. In Boliaturian law, peoples of all races have the right to vote for what they wish. The Citizen's Council states it was valid that the peoples of Boliatur decided to work together on a massive scale to get to a goal, albeit a bad one.​

We must express our disappointment with the lack of law and order exhibited in our northern neighbour. No matter how confusing and large a situation of lawlessness may be, it is simply unacceptable for murderers to go without apprehension like this. In cases in which foreigners are involved it is especially vital for law and order to prevail and for a proper investigation to be undertaken. Should our neighbours require help on that front our investigative forces are at the ready.

The Citizen's Council of Boliatur has announced the creation of the Khavod Army Programme in an attempt to arm the Army of Boliatur, making our great hand strong and ready against those who would oppose Democracy and all the benefits of it. As so, weapons from Europaland and other sources have flooded in, manufacturers from local industries using assembly lines, and mass-production of combined arms and vehicles towards the nation's defense in our desperate times of need. Rationing on metal and precious materials has begun in Mrysini.

The Citizen's Council has also made clear that any peoples of foreign or Boliaturian descent suspected of being spies from hostile sources shall be put forward into the People's Consulate for Law, allowing for the people of any city to review the case or a large group of localized people to convene.​

The slow flowering and fostering, by the regime of Boliatur, of the nascent Alliance for the Bourgeois and Jacobin Pact is viewed with extreme caution by the government of His Danic Majesty and undoubtedly by all monarchical nations across the world. Its activities will be closely monitored forthwith across all the domains of the Great Danish realm and we shall strongly urge all monarchical nations to take similar action. Anyone discovered to be a threat to the peace, aside from legitimate freedom of expression under the Danelagh (Danelaw), and engaged in statutory crimes against the Great Danish monarchy will be dealt with in an appropriate and civilised manner. If the ABJ is deemed to be a credible threat to the peace, currently it does not pose any threat, HDMG shall take appropriate actions including the outlawing of its actitivities and decisive actions against the state of Boliatur for coveting the organisation.

As an act of education, HDMG must avail Boliatur of the intricacies of the Great Danish system. The Kingdom is an open democracy but with a staunch adherence, loyalty and love of its monarchy. His Majesty The King Hans Gustav III, King of the Great Danes, King of Midgaard, Head of the Statsumfige, Rex Danum Magnum, the living personification of the descendent of the illustrious Storkong Jørgen who, in a surpreme act gathered the Great Danes under the fluttering banner of freedom and ousted the Germanian yoke 352 years ago, a grand monarchy with history of over 1300 years, is the pinnacle of Great Danish identity. As such, the ABJ is likely to have little truck among the Great Danes. It has also to be remembered, though apparently gleaned over by the ABJ, that there is considerable freedom within the Great Danish realm. The propagation of the misconception of lack of freedom enjoyed by Great Danes, and similarly within other monarchical nations, is a simplistic reductionism that is deserving of greater intellectual thought and exploration by the ABJ and others similarly disposed including, as indications persist, of the Bolituran state.

We call for the suspension of official support for this calamitous and roguish organisation. There is much, on a pragmatic level, that can be negotiated between Christiansborg and Mrysini but support of this organisation shall be strictly a barrier between our two nations. We hope that the Boliaturan government shall see sense and desist in its open support for the Jacobin grouping for the general well-being of the Bolituran people and general prosperity.

I am instructed to DECLARE on behalf of her Imperial and Royal Engellexic Majesty;

I am with the confidence that this address shall be recognised as the calling of an unprecedented unanimous opinion that shall be seen in Europe between the Almighty’s anointed Kingdoms when I say that her Engellexic Majesty found a cause to be greatly concerned from the tragedy of the present policy of the State of Boliatur, and that I can express with sincere satisfaction, when her Engellexic Majesty informed the Peers of the Realm from the throne, that the Queen-Empress has acceded to conditions implored by the Imperial Parliament which, she hopes, will prove to be the foundation of a civilised and honourable Constitution for the State of Boliatur. I am with the assurance, too, in that I am not exhausting the remit as First Lord of Aldwych d’Evercy in misrepresenting the feeling of her Majesty’s Crown Subjects when I venture to say that it is with no less satisfaction that I express to you, from the gracious speech at the throne, that her Majesty, in her dutiful governance of the Empire of Great Engellex, will not lose sight of the objects for which this war has now been declared.

Sirs, I do not feel that I am of the persuasion at present to attempt to enter into any criticism of the policies of the Citizens Council, for the Council is proven to be unwavering in its endeavour of the most preposterous achievements ever hoped for in European history. I am not intending by these remarks in any way to impugn the conduct of the Council in not communicating to the Empires and Kingdoms of Europe in an official, authentic, and complete manner the nature of your foreign policy which, no doubt, you will intend to be just as unwavering, in order to secure the objects for which the Empire of Great Engellex found greatly offensive as to justify a state of war to now exist between us.

For the part of Great Engellex, I must express a hope that the Citizens Council will, under these new circumstances, exercise a prudence which, while it will no doubt fail to shrink from embarrassing the State it proclaims to represent, will at the same time watch with the utmost vigilance – more so suspicion – the course of all proceedings that should look to engage with the State of Boliatur. And, Sirs, though it may be at the present moment impolitic and, perhaps, impossible for myself to enter into a protracted discussion of the important subject of the Jacobin Pact, yet I will at least say as First Lord of Aldwych d’Evercy that there can be no advantage gained in the prosecution of the enterprise that the Citizens Council sponsors. Although I may feel it my duty not to enter at this moment into a protracted discussion of the principles and aims of the outrageous enterprise, I cannot but feel that the fact that this Empire of Great Engellex is conditioned for war will exercise a salutary moral influence on the conduct of your Council; and I am certainly sure that no reasoned Minister in any equally reasoned country in Europe will mistake the courage of Great Engellex for aggression.

Sirs, there exists another element of her Majesty’s speech which I am encouraged to express to you. It is that to which her Engellexic Majesty adverted with much eloquence, in which the Queen-Empress expressed to the Peers of the House of Lords her admiration of the preserving constancy and daring bravery by which the strongholds of Boliatur will surely be reduced by those of the Great Engellexic Armies.

The Empire of Great Engellex will also recognise the opportunity now to reach out to those Kingdoms which it was recently unfortunately engaged against. It is my sincere hope, Sirs, that whatever may be the political differences between the Kingdoms, there will never be any differences as to the sentiments of horror with which we shall all view the intent and determination of the Citizens Council in its direct interest in the destruction and terrorism of their Majesties of Europe’s Realms.​

The Government of His Danic Majesty is gravely concerned at the refusal of the Republic of Boliatur to renounce its connections to the aforementioned Alliance for the Bourgeois and Jacobin Pact (ABJ), henceforth referred to as the Pact, and has received no assurances of its intent to disassociate itself from the organisation in the near future.

We have carefully examined the ill intent of the Pact and the manner in which the Republic of Boliatur appears to hurtle towards a disastrous foreign policy, ploughing a furrow of malignancy towards the fundament of the almost twenty monarchical nations in the world. Despite differences between many monarchical nations, we the Great Danish peoples, who are bestowed with a reverent and beloved monarch and his family, there is a unity of purpose with all fellow monarchical nations across the wide expanse of the globe that overshadows all other issues.

The non-disguise of the Republic in its intertwining with the Pact and the collaborative symbiotic relationship between the two is tantamount to a declaration of war upon all monarchies, a direct attack upon the Kingdom, the personage of His Majesty the King of the Great Danes, the Great Danish Royal Family, and our institution of Monarchy and identity. At the least, it is a proclamation of the attritional weakening and undermining of monarchical systems in the world, not least our own. In this, no attempt has been made to consult the constituent populations of the monarchical states regarding their own wishes and desires by the Pact nor by the Republic.

The Kingdom has a tradition of moderacy and accommodation to most regimes and governments in the international sphere and it can be well vouched for that we attempt rigourous diplomacy and dialogue with the grand resort to military measures as a distinct last resort. It is on record that the Kingdom has sought to appeal to the better nature of the government of the Republic of Boliatur in previous announcements despite the obviousness of opposition to the Danish Way. Regrettably, these appeals have gone unheeded.

It is therefore, with a heavy heart but an iron will, that the Rigskabinet met earlier today to discuss the next course of action. This was followed by a meeting with the Chiefs of Staff of the Crown Forces, and the recalled Ambassador of the Kingdom to the Republic.

Subsequent to these tripartite discussions, Folkehuset, the parliament of the Great Danish kingdom, was convened in a Session of Emergency to announce the deliberations of the Rigskabinet and those held with the Chiefs of Staff and the recalled Ambassador. The members of the Folkehuset have taken the decision to commence to the next level of action necessary under the circumstances.

As per the Constitution, Articles of War have been composed with authorisation to enact them and sanctioned by His Majesty's Statsminister, following the principles of the Great Danish constitution.

In respect of the events and the ensuing due process under Danelagh from this day, 14 July 2012, we declare that there exists a formal State of War between the Great Danish realm and the Bolituran Republic.

To the great people of Boliatur,

I speak to you as a head of government of a proud nationalist race, much like your own. We share much in common in that regard. And what I say is on behalf of all the Great Danish peoples flung across several thousand miles and three continents. And, what I say here to you all, the noble Boliturans, I also say from my heart.

Your nation is at a crossroads. This is very clear to anyone with even a very basic understanding of the events to which your nation hurtles at full speed. There are two routes open to you - the dark path of suppression, decay and impoverishment to which your rulers have continually and will continue to exact on you; or the voyage into the light of friendship and warmth in the bosom of the gathered hosts of friends in the international community. For all that is thrown at you in your misery by your dastardly regime and for what is denied you in true appreciation of the state of affairs due to censorship of your press, the latter is the true desire of most of the rest of the world that has coalesced to strike at your ham-fisted, disrespectful and tragic cohort of leaders.

Your nation finds itself at war with two countries and a comprehensive and crushing blockade upon you. No one wants war. We do not want war but your leaders do. And in that they shall get it. The most unfortunate side-effect in all this is that you, the innocent Bolituran people, will be the victims in this. Certainly not your leaders. But, in the scale of things, they committed an atrocious act and a decisive lightning strike is the desired result by the regime that stamps its jack-boot upon you. They will rue the day, I'm sure.

In unison, we are all required to cast our minds back into the hazy mists of time to find an example whereby one nation's government, in its singular and ill-judged aggressiveness and grand failure, has galvanised almost the entire world against it. This is not a moment of joy and triumphalism, it is recognition of bare-faced fact. Your self-appointed government, claiming to speak for all the peoples of Boliatur, your great, valiant and uniquely proud nation, one with a composite of splendid lingusitic variety, has gone beyond a mere declaration of intent to destroy the age-old systems and traditions of governance in the almost twenty nations enjoying a monarchical tradition. In its woeful lack of judgement and due care, it has also alienated the grand upholders and representatives of the great civilised republican cause. As such, as never before, a common outrage and determination has ensured the almost total isolation of your country from the rest of the civilised world and it has united monarchy and republic in ways never before imagined.

In the lamentable but necessary state of affairs that this kingdom has with a leaden heart embarked upon, namely a State of War, it is necessary that we cast the shining spotlight of truth upon the exact direction and target of our endeavour - this is an action against the regime in Mrysini and it alone, certainly not you the people. Any strike will be against your woeful regime, and a surgical and clinical strike is a consequence of invitation to do so. For all the desperate attempts to cloud the issue and throw up smoke bombs of mass distraction, this State of War is not directed against the people of Boliatur. This is what the roguish and malignant regime that has dragged your nation to the edge of a precipice would gladly like you to hear and believe as it scrabbles to save itself from its own folly peddling its self-serving propaganda, throwing the long-suffering people forward as sacrificial lambs to save its own crusty skin. Why else do you exist in a state of near starvation, with a massive failed harvest, a collapsing economy and unemployment whilst all the while those that rule over you with a clunking fist build up a war machine and throw you to the lions, as they scurrilously leech off you and suck from you what is rightfully yours in order to line their own pockets and boost their own shattered reputation?

But this dark cloud looming over you does indeed have a silver lining. It is a sterling opportunity for the true patriots of Boliatur to rise up and realise your potential and cast asunder this regime that you have the misfortune of besmirching your good name, a disrespectful regime that threatens to drag you down into an abyssal quagmire of decline, poverty, dissolution and isolated pariah-hood. The alternative path promises prosperity, growth, wealth and a wholesale restoration of pride and dignity, the emergence of Boliatur to occupy its true place in the nations of the world, its true inheritance. In this, we stand shoulder to shoulder with you in this arduous and herculean task - the assumption of true democracy and rule by the people, to rightfully chose your own path than have the bitter pill thrust down your throats.

The world awaits to welcome you into its arms!

Many innocent Boliaturians have already perished due to hunger, and our faithful Karakh brothers struggle to feed us. We cannot live this way anymore, Boliatur! Rise up against those who would dare oppress us! Those damned tyrants and whores who call themselves kings and queens will no longer lead our lives! The latest bravado-instilled swagger of the Nodovinya regime is disconcerting for variable reasons, not least that the regime has not discovered any deftness in its dealings with the interational community.

We call upon Chairman Nodovinya to enter into dialogue at this, the last chance saloon for the regime, or it shall face removal from power. Dialogue may save Chairman Nodovinya and the regime at this late hour upon strict and binding conditions.

Let it be not forgotten, the government here in Christiansborg is thoroughly committed to holding the regime previously holed up in Mrysini, and according to accounts currently in hiding, to justice in respect of threatening to destabilise world-wide peace. This is a responsibility we maintain and from which we shall not veer.

Failure to enter into meaningful dialogue shall result in forces to be dispatched by air from Danish Implaria, otherwise named the Azurean Realm, to Boliatur in 72 hours assisted by advance guard of bomber aircraft of the Royal Danish Airforce and buttressed by Midgaard Fleet missile capability upon failure to meet this demand.

A very close and intense game was recently fought with one of the world's number one- Plantagenet Palace, otherwise known as Great Engellex's number one team. The football teams of Mrysini's best, collectively Mrysini United, went head to head with the team and quickly sped ahead in goals. However, as the night dragged on, the Mrysini team began to lose speed and was stuck with 4 to 1, Engellex grappling onto the men. They were as swift as steppe horses, but then dragged to speeds of mules as the Plantagenet team managed the score of 6. The game ended 6-5, in the Plantagenet favor.

Dani Vilmos, star player of Mrysini United and part of the Council of Balgaa, stated that "(the) game was hard fought, long, and intense. Those lads were tough, and I have no quarrel with them. That game was one of great fun, one which I have not had since the situation back home. I hope that the current diplomatic stance between Great Engellex and Boliatur will soon end. Neither country wishes to waste young lads in a useless fight for dominance." ​
