December 20th - KOMMUNIKACIO, Myrsini - Nagy Vezető Lidupai Slokvia has recently released a statement declaring that "The age of opression and incompetence of the former Boliaturian government is now over." In a massive attempt to improve the current condition of the weakened Boliaturian government, Slokvia has begun steps towards reducing isolation of the media and industrializing the Boliaturian countryside. News has reached many foreign sources that Slokvia has begun a "weeding" period in which he intends to removed all incompetency from his subordinates. Boliatur, quiet and formerly isolated, has now begun the attempt of establishing diplomatic relations with Zarmaj and Lesser Sarmatia.​

In a massive attempt to industrialize, the oil funding provided by Wiese, Lesser Sarmatia, Zalonarus, Yujin, and Jurchen have created the steps towards creating a massive oil industry. The government has announced the creation of the Boliatur Tanszék Olaj-és Természeti Erőforrások, otherwise known as the Boliatur Department of Oil and Natural Resources. This industry will lead the pipeline construction along with several other foreign companies. It will primarily be directed by foreign industries until the Boliaturian government can find competent leadership.

Jurzan, a special case among the investments, has been granted access to the southern pieces of Boliatur for oil extraction in exchange for taxation, house building, and help in industrialization. The agreement includes no military access.

Plans for "Pipeline Jurchen" have ended and the construction will begin today. Planning has begun on "Pipeline Zalonarus" and "Pipeline Yujin". Construction on a buoy system for tankers and off-shore structures has also begun in the North Sea.

The government has also announced plans to reintroduce a standing army and implement free trade reforms.

The Seventeen Tribes, united in perpetuity, of the sovereign and Most Serene Zarmaj State extend their sincerest congratulations and salutations to the fledgling Boliaturian regime. We welcome it to the international stage with the true hope that this new government will progress and succeed in the many places where its predecessor failed. Of particular note are the areas of human and civil rights, as well as the issues of political and economic liberty. It is the genuine wish of the people and the State itself that this latest Boliaturian government candidly make an effort to improve upon and attempt to resolve the aforementioned problems.

In keeping with our declaration, the Zarmaj State will establish a permanent diplomatic correspondence with the People's Republic. The Municipal Zoning Board of Arcodowzs may be contacted to negotiate the construction and/or purchase of an appropriate embassy site within the Zarmaj State, and the State would only be too happy to accept a Boliaturian ambassador. Inversely, the Zarmaj State would, therefore, also be interested in establishing its own embassy within the People's Republic, and is prepared to appoint the appropriate staff to operate such a facility.

The Grand Leader of Boliatur has announced that he has returned from a conference in Gouveia after several days of discussion with his peers and the Gouveian government.. Construction of all planned pipelines has been completed, and crude oil has been flowing to and fro throughout Yujin, Sarmatia, Zalonarus, and other foreign companies. The joint effort to industrialize Boliatur has had major improvements in the undeveloped, tribal-like countryside that has resulted in 50% of all households having electricity, and 79% of all rural families being above poverty.

There are also rumours that the Boliaturian Armed Forces intends to step towards a standing army, yet these claims go unmet.

Our grand nation has been insulted by the filth that is the Boliaturian "Freedom" Party, yet they do not represent any sort of freedom and destruct our way of life and pollute our grand nation with their false lies. Nagy Vezető Lidupai Slokvia has released a statement today, saying that the so-called "pirate radio station" will be taken off the air if possible and has demanded help from any neighbours to end the "hideous rebellion". The people have freedom now and must keep their freedom!


Slokvia has announced that there is indeed an active rebellion, not wishing to include the nations of Europe in a war which is fought on our soil. We shall prevail! No one shall stop the Boliaturian People's Party in their march to dominance of the Boliaturian land! A pitiful rebellion will not stop Boliatur.

After a period of isolation from foreign resources, Negy Vezeto Slokvia has finally capitulated. With Slokvia's capitulation to protests and armed rebellion in the countryside, Magleis Nodovinya, an underground leader for the Boliszha, an underground westernizer group within the Boliaturian countryside, has proclaimed himself leader in place of Slokvia, and has promised better conditions for all. He calls for any "fellow Islamics and friends of the Steppes" to aid him on his march towards industrialization and friendship.

Magleis Nodovinya has announced the recent abolishment of the old Communist drafting system and the development of a standing army, instituting a variety of reforms to the military and discussing arms deals with foreigners. As well as these steps, the Post-Delegationist system has ended tariffs, leading to a massive amount of Karakhstani caravans to enter the Boliaturian border towns and sell their goods without having to pay to sell. The Seventeen Tribes, united in perpetuity, of the sovereign and Most Serene Zarmaj State extend their sincerest congratulations and salutations to the new and free Boliaturian nation-state, and are very much hopeful that it will prevail under its new leadership. Considering the difficulties encountered by successive Boliaturian governments both domestically and abroad, the Zarmaj State and her armed forces are fully prepare to offer certain surplus weaponry and other reserve tactical materials to the Boliaturian government either at a discount or in credit. These supplies will be provided with the understanding that the purpose of this provision is to assist with the goal of ending Boliatur's seemingly recurrent domestic strife and with making secure the area surrounding the Pontic Rim.

Furthermore, though the Zarmaj State wholly sympathizes with the Boliaturian folk and government, it is even so unable to look upon the oil embargo of Wasatch favorably. It is not the lot of a government to prohibit independent businessmen from conducting trade, regardless of the destination of their products, and we can only condemn this act -- though we may understand it.

The Citizen's Council of Boliatur has stated that sanctions against Wasatch are purely because of the oppression of peoples whom wish to study and learn of the only format of government that is prosperous, Post-Delegationism. The Citizen's Council has stated that Wasatch's blatant hatred for status quo and peoples of ethnic races is distressing to the people of Boliatur, and of the people of Europa.

The Citizen's Council has also expressed deep regret in attempting to interact with Yujin, stating that ties between the two should be cut immediately to avoid conflict or war on a large scale. The Citizen's Council has also ruled that Yujin has no right to meddle with the Citizenry of Boliatur's agenda. The Boliaturian Council will stand firm to contact from Yujin, claiming that "Yujin mongers war". The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that the aggressive Yujin has claimed our great and best form of government to hold hostilities when our agenda does not extend towards them yet! We look west in the hopes that we will transform other powers outside of Toyou. The revolution has started here, then! The Chairman will call for every single member of the Freedom Foundation in support of Post-Delegationism. Freedom shall be upheld!
