The peoples of Boliatur weep as they see the graves of 29 brave men dug this morning. The Citizen's Council has to refused to comment whilst the bodies were reportedly found burned and shot in a government installation. Without any evidence or basis to go on, the question remains fresh in the heads of all truly free citizens in Boliatur - who could have perpetrated such a heinous act? Our votes shall have to go into actions, brothers! ​

The people of Boliatur have been betrayed! Today, comrades, the damned traitors in our elected army have deserted! Five regiments of soldiers have pledged themselves to support an emerging authority figure who claims to be Khan Dorjsurenkhoroljav, descendant of the late Khagan Navaanneren of 1904. Cemented today is the appointment of a Mrysini Defence Force by the Citizen's Council, who have not released any words other than orders in the last few weeks. We shall stand united in the face of oncoming terror for these heinous traitors! The Defense Council of Mrysini offers increased bread, chocolate, and water rations to anyone who enlists.

The placing of trust in the people and recognising that the loose cannon regime that inflicts suffering of the extreme upon the valiant Boliturans has been a constant in our approach towards the country. The rise of the forces composed of greater mettle and foresight such as that symbolised by the Khan gives us great reassurance and validation of faith. Boliatur always was, and is, a greater sum total than that of its odious and self-flagellating regime.

We pledge our determination to work alongside, nurture and assist any such force that rises from the commonsense of Boliatur. The sooner that it does and overthrows the shackles of oppression is not a day too soon. With this approaching, the Imperium dedicates a notable package in a reconstruction and reorientation fund to alleviate the poverty and depths of servitude to which the people have had to endure.

Furthermore, we hope and live by any new government firmly dealing with its past in trial and justice by holding the Mrysinists to account, not in unjust retribution and a mad-cap witch hunt and vendetta, but as a cleansing of the soul.

TO THE BOLIATURAN CITIZENS' COUNCIL, AND COMMONERS OF THE DISTURBED STATE OF BOLIATUR
I am instructed to EXPRESS on behalf of her Imperial and Royal Engellexic Majesty;​

As every great political excitement is generally followed by a reaction which manifests itself in comparative vigour and interest, it must be no surprise to any in Europe that her Majesty’s Imperial Cabinet and Crown Subjects of the Empire are at present in their state of encouraged expectation. The energy of the news of the desertions and Khan Dorjsurenkhoroljav should not diminish anytime soon; the jolly bonfires of hope and anticipation shall not expend their latent glow in Boliatur or Great Engellex; and, in the reading rooms, where newspapers cover the tables, as well as on all the great exchanges of the Empire, the question which one has had to listen to more is – what is next? The conclusion of the present hostilities appear to be looked forward to with so much general confidence, that the results of the approaching desertions and advancements of Khan Dorjsurenkhoroljav are anticipated and regarded as achievements that must absolutely become the accomplishments of the Boliaturan people.

The doubts which were persisted by some quarters of Europe with respect to the entirely successful peaceful intervention of those nations that were represented at the Vesper Conference have nearly all been silenced. The fact that a descendent of Khagan Navaanneren has been desired by the oppressed and destitute to provide leadership to a glorious restoration of stability and prosperity in Boliatur will greatly tend to pacify the scruples of those who remain sceptical amongst the Powers. But her Majesty also, in consenting to an evaluation of efforts, has expressed that the unstable regime in Myrsini be absolutely convinced that pacific sentiments shall be swiftly withdrawn and the possibility of war, breaking across the far reaches of the Far Eastern realm with a magnitude that you cannot truly comprehend, should Myrsini not endeavour to consider the true interests and wishes of the Boliaturan people which are so evidently seen with the manifest of Khan Dorjsurenkhoroljav.

The almighty Khan has waved the fluid banner of health and prosperity over the capitol building of Mrysini. Today, brothers, we are graced by the Khan's new reforms to improve the world in which we live in. Already, the Khan has taken food surplus away from soldiers and improved daily rations tenfold. The Khan himself graces us with his heavenly wisdom,

"Brothers and sisters, the ancient fire of tyranny has been extinguished. No longer will eyes watch you in private, no longer will your crops wither and your newborns be taken by the military. In the name of Boliatur, the Citizen's Council has been abolished and all people associated with the Council have been put under status of traitors. Their heinous acts against the people of Boliatur and pretentious attitude will not be tolerated from anyone of our grand nation, for peace and prosperity prevailed before the date 1904 but ended shortly after. Soon, brothers, the quailing tribes shall unify again."

The Duchy of Potenza should consider the implications of readily accepting the authoritarian leader of a violent coup as legitimate government. There is little ground on which in future such complete disregard for democracy by individuals with a "will to power" could be argued against by any nation that now readily accepts this self-proclaimed Khan as legitimate Caesar of the Boliaturan people.

We thank the Commissariat for their concern and well intended advice. However, the very reason we are asking permission to send representatives of the foreign ministry is because we are not "readily accepting" the Khan, but desire to see what the current state of Boliatur is for ourselves. The reason the Grand Duchy cut off ties with Boliatur and her government was because of the regicidal regime that had taken power within the state, and had threatened world leaders abroad while pursuing a self-destructive foreign policy. Now that there has been a shift in leadership, we desire to see if this regime is any different than the last one, and if it proves to be more sound, we will lift the economic and diplomatic restrictions which we had placed upon Boliatur.

On an additional note, we would like to remind the personnel from Carentania that Potenza is a Grand Duchy. Regular duchies exist under the Grand Duke, but Potenza, as a whole, is not a simple duchy.

Developments within the body politic of the Boliaturan nation serve justice and validation in our trust in the peoples of Boliatur that sense should prevail in the showdown between competing claims to speak on the behalf of the people.

It is clear to us that post-delegationism has had its flame snuffled by more worldly forces that in the grand scheme of things do justice to the beleaguered peoples than the horror of the Mrysinist strain of post-delegationism could ever have done. There is hope among the smouldering embers and wind-borne ashes of the crushed regime of Chairman Novodinya, a man of much prattle but little substance. Truly a man that should have got out of the kitchen when the heat got too much and, it seems, did just that.

The Khan is the next best hope for Boliatur, though questions need to be asked about the future of a neo-monarchical regime in the sense of whether it serves all the people well in an all-encompassing fashion. The jury remains out on that. Nevertheless, the rise of the Khan is a positive development and one worth pursuing.

Contrary to the circling vultures of the opportunistic Carentanians who will find any scapegoat and friend of convenience to serve their narrow-minded and vainglorious ends, a vainglory that knows no bounds and is emblematic of desperate grandstanding; down to the lamentably woeful post-delegationists of the puppet state of Jurchen, hidebound in a straitjacket of ideology but not too quick to follow this through until the last hour, truly a friend anyone could do without, the Danish Imperium does not seek to impose its own values upon Boliatur. This has been made clear from the outset. Far be it from me to direct the people of this great nation of the High East, we are in fact composed of great humbleness, something that has escaped the vultures in their posturing and self-serving aggrandisement. This is perhaps a taste of the real deal when it comes to what these nations and their strident ideologies stand for: lots of dove-talk but hawks in reality, keen to expand their influence at all costs in a lamentable and pitiful exercise with Boliatur nothing more than a means to an end, a puppet for themselves.

From afar, we observe the developments of the rise of the Khan and as we still deal with the consequences of the hideous post-delegationist regime that rushed away when faced with the consequences of its stupidity, with forces surrounding the nation and the Forces of Sense and Justice gathered, we shall be on continual watch from henceforth and if need be we shall support the Khan, a valiant alternative, if extraneous forces continue their cack-handed support of Mrysini.

Whereas the Carentanian Red Horde is surely a beacon of paragon virtue, of humanitarian reason and ideals, so long as one forgets the crushing silence it exhibited throughout the blockade of the Myrsinist clique. Some solidarity. Perhaps it overestimated the patience of the people of Boliatur, believing that their corrupt regime would not mismanage resources as badly as it mismanaged its foreign policy? Such is naive thinking at best. Or perhaps more realistically, it waited until the opportune moment, when the people finally threw off the shackles of corruption and political plague that is post-delegationism, do they now step in to keep this universally hated regime alive, even for a little while longer, so they may establish a forward base of operations for further mischief against others... like the Union itself. Now this thinking is far more dangerous, far more cynical, and more of what we and other civilized nations of Europe would expect from the Red Horde.

We can only hope that the people of Boliatur have been educated to realize this for themselves as well, as we offer our own extensions of hands in friendship to the Khan, to judge whether he is, truly, a worthy successor to the Myrsinist regime. Considering the ease of his liberation of the people from corruption, and how disgustingly bad the last regime was though, it may not take much to convince us as we also offer our support to the Danes in their attempt to protect their peoples from the revolutionary hordes.
