NEWS LEVEL: YELLOW (Valls) While the President of the Government has not commented anything at the moment, the Chancellery has stated that Manuel Vargas Gomez has met today with negotiators from the CNT and UGT and also with Sebastian Valverde of the Republican Union. At the end of it's 2nd day, the current strike is the biggest in Ebria's history with about 60% of the workforce participating. There are already rumours circulating that very soon the memorandum will be signed by the government, thus acquiescing to the requests of the oppositions parties and the trade unions. ​

NEWS LEVEL: RED (Valls) With the World Security Summit taking place in Valls and the Csengian announcement that the 10th Guards Tank Army, which is made fully of Konstantinist Tarusans moving from Westmark to the Serrault Isthmus, the Supreme Junta of National Security has announced the positioning of the 1st Army "Santiago del Campo" to be on high alert, with all soldiers recalled from leave. The 2nd Army "La Tiburana" has been put on alert too, albeit on a milder level. Security around the city is tight and security for the Federation President has also been bolstered by the arrival of a Federation Navy carrier strike group that had been originally sent ahead in response to the mining of the Bonaventure Bay. NEWS LEVEL: RED (Valls) With the recent Rheinbunder commercial vessel hitting a mine in the Gothic Sea, the Government of Ebria has stated that the "Segunda Vez", 2nd time line has been violated and with that has triggered Plan Mar Seguro, the Safe Sea Plan. With that, starting tomorrow, the Catholic and Royal Navy will begin minesweeping operations in the Economic Exclusive Zone of Ebria. Each of the five minesweepers of the Ebrian Armada will be escorted by a frigate at a safe distance. The Catholic and Royal Air Force will begin patrol missions to cover for the sweepers. The Rules of Engagement state that the Armada is to never open fire on hostile ships until shot at. ​

NEWS LEVEL: RED (PROPONTIS) H.M. King Eumenes III Laskaris-Komnenos has passed away due to a heart attack, according to a statement released by the Royal Household Agency. The Governments of Pelasgia, Caria and Euxenia have declared a period of national mourning, and arrangements for the King's funeral are being made. NEWS LEVEL: RED (EVOSMOS) Riots have broken out in Evosmos, Lycaonia, in the Himyari part of Pelasgia, following the death of a striking fisherman as a result of clashes with the Royal Gendarmerie Corps. According to reports, an outnumbered group of gendarmes opened fire into a crowd of fishermen and dockworkers, wounding twelve people, including three critically, and instantly killing the unfortunate man.​

With the clear campaign of the Republican Union to see these elections as a referendum for the proclamation of the republic, the Royal Family did state during the campaign that they will respect the will of the people. Sebastian Valverde will very soon meet with his majesty, King Manuel III to discuss the future of Ebria in this regard. Ana Isabel Gallego, co-chairman of the Republican Union already stated that her ambition is to see a federal republic with a strong executive which will offer full governing rights to all nations within the Crown, be them Ebrian mainlanders, Nuorians or Hamrunites.​

NEWS LEVEL: RED (PROPONTIS) The Pelasgian Third Army Corps, the main military formation of the Royal Army in Himyar, has rebelled against Royal authorities, siding with protesters and arresting the city's Governor. The city's Metropolitan Bishop, Laonicus, has been appointed as the provisional civilian leader of the rebelling provinces. Royal Navy and Marine forces in Evosmos have apparently joined the revolt. NEWS LEVEL: RED (PROPONTIS) Sailors and Marines in Propontis have raised a rebel flag with the crown above the double-headed eagle's head being removed or replaced by a cross. Results show that on average, 40% of the population are "Strongly In Favor" in response to the question "How receptive would you be to lo Stato d’Oltremare becoming fully independent from the Radillan Republic," with 43% answering that they are "Strongly Opposed." This dwarfs the more uncertain answers, with 4% "Somewhat In Favor" and 12% "Somewhat Opposed," and only 1% answering as "Undecided." Further analysis of the polls indicates that Il Regno di Meridiano are more pro-Unionist, while Il Regno di Tropici & Caraibi are more pro-Separatist, and Il Regno di Aresura & d'Oriente have a more even split.

NEWS LEVEL: YELLOW (Valls) The first week of the Operation Clear Seas of the Ebrian Armada has ended, with the five minesweepers of the national navy, escorted each by a frigate and aerial patrols to deter Ivanist attacks on them, have managed to defuse one hundred mines in the Exclusive Economic Zone of Ebria. Admiral General Gabriel Carbonero Ayerbe, the chief of staff of the naval forces has stated that the operation is at the moment a success and that it will continue in the forseeable future. At the moment, Ebrian ships have not reported provocations from the Ivanist ships present in the Buenaventura Bay.​

NEWS LEVEL: RED (PROPONTIS) The Pelasgian, Carian and Euxenian Governments have reached an understanding regarding a series of a referenda, to be held on the same day, to officialise relationships between them. Voters in all three states will be asked whether they want their countries to become Republics or to remain Monarchies, and whether they want to formalise the ties between them into a supranational union. Additionally, voters in Philistaea will be asked to choose between annexation into Pelasgia, membership in the union or full-on independence. Pelasgia and Caria are soliciting Meridian Union observers for the referendum.​

NEWS LEVEL: GREEN (DHEKELIA) Negotiators between the Despot of Caria and the Pelasgian Government have agreed on trust-building measures ahead of the constitutional referenda. The Pelasgian Government will respect the authority of the Carian Despot in Caria, who will in turn recognise the Republic within Pelasgia's borders. The Despot's followers will be amnestied and he will be allowed to retain several family heirlooms and regalia, in exchange for acknowledging Pelasgian State ownership of various formerly royal properties. The State Funeral of the late King Eumenes will proceed as planned, and both sides will attend.​

NEWS LEVEL: YELLOW (Vitebsk) Borys Kutsenko, a controversial businessman whose wealth was built through investments in the natural gas industry, seen by many critics as the quintesential oligarch of Polesian politics, has announced the creation of the Polisʹki Strilʹtsi PMC (Polesian Riflemen Private Military Company), in which he stated that he will fund the arming and travels of all volunteers to join the Konstantinist Tarusans in their war. Already there are stated that he has gathered about 600 volunteers, but many wonder how and where will they be deployed, with three main avenues: they will either illegally cross the Polesian border into Tarusa, take a plane to Rheinbund and from there to Csengia or take a ship to Piramida. (Nouvo Porto) After the serious damage done to an Anti-State civilian merchant vessel by a CETO laid anti-ship mine in the Meridian Sea off the coast of Al-Margrab, Doge Clemente III has issued an apology to the citizens of the Anti-State, to those injured or killed, and to their families. He will also issue an apology to Dictator Hayabusa, and offer full compensation to all of those involved. When he and Prime Minister Lacé return to Nouvo Porto, they will adress the Senate as the probibility of an all out war intensities. Despite outrage over the incident, Gen. Sec. Holmes-Cornaro and the CETO High Command will not remove or demote the officers in charge of the operation, as it was a lawful act ordered by their superiors in retaliation for the mines laid in the waters of Bonaventura Bay by Tarusa.

NEWS LEVEL: ORANGE (Valls) Pedro Méndez, chairman of the Restorer Party has announced the takeover of the Chartist Party after their electoral collapse and the creation of a unified conservative, monarchist party which will take the name La Comunion Tradicionalista (The Traditionalist Communion). Mendez finally responded to the proclamation of the Republic stating that the Republican Union outright destroyed two of the four traditional pillars of Ebria, namely the monarchy and catholicism, leaving only the parliament and the justice system alive. He also stated that the Communion will not recognise the Republic, whose proclamation they find to be unconstitutional, but even so, will continue to participate in its political process.​

From the Occidentian realms of I Tropici e I Caraibi, to the Touyou realm of d'Oriente, anchored in the middle by the realms of il Meridiano e L'Impero Tiburanico di Propontis e Aresura, Il Governatore noted "the peoples of la Repubblica Radillana are diverse, as are their needs, their desires, and their goals in life. Yet despite this diversity, they are united in these three principles that define Oltremare and all peoples of the Mondo Libero: Pace, Patriottismo, e Prosperità." There are unconfirmed reports that Il Governatore will also plan on visiting nations aligned with the Valls Pact and nearby the various realms in order to continue coordination and collaboration with Radilo, but these have not yet been confirmed by the Foreign Secretary.
