Subject: Federation Sanctions Against RMT @The Federation
The Spascirian Labour Council abhors the imposition of unhumanitarian sanctions against Renualt-Manifattura Tropicale. The Federation must not hinder nor attempt to stifle the progress and development of Spascirians employed with the SLC. The weight of such coercive tools only contributes to further decline of the economic well-being of my people. We have struggled for centuries to rid ourselves of the grasp of the greedy Angliarisian merchant, and through the SLC we gain the opportunity to be freed from the miniscule grants, pitiful donations, and unfair wages, that such dreadful merchants have given us in the past.
Therefore, I plead on behalf of the greater movement of unity, freedom, and welfare, that the NFWW will consider appealing to Charleroi to lift the burden and hardship, that these sanctions have caused for the Spascirian people, both at home and abroad.
Sincerely,
VichyCha Aldewaiss

On facilitating visa free travel for tourism and business
The Commonwealth would like to propose to the Federation to consider simplifying travel arrangements for tourism and business between our two States and to lift relevant visa requirements for a period of 30 days per stay, for an aggregate allowance of 90 days stay per every period of 180 calendar days. Such a visa free regime would not allow the Commonwealth and Federation citizens any right of abode or work within our mutual territories and would serve for travel purposes only. This should lead to increased travel exchanges and international business relations.

Subject: On the Establishment of a Westernesse-Occidentian Common Market and Recent Media Misunderstandings
His Excellency, El Presidente José David Costantino, extends warm greetings and salutations to Secretary of State Denton Graves of @The Federation of Westernesse and El Presidente's good friend President Walter Langley, who we are certain has read the paperYou must be registered for see linkspublished by the Natalian Ministry of Finance like us. The arguments and conclusions reached by this paper have been reviewed by our own Department of Commerce, and we find ourselves in full agreement that our sister republics must commit themselves in taking concrete steps towards a pan-continental economic bloc with the elimination of tariffs, trade restrictions, and travel restrictions, so that our peoples may all share in the peace and prosperity.
It is, however, regrettable to see media members in both our countries give undue alarm to the minor disagreement we have between us regarding the Wien Conference, moreso than what actually exists. We can reassure the Westermen State Department that we are in the midst of determining which minor officials from our department were quoted anonymously by the Palmira Times to reprimand them for their irresponsible public sentiments, and that their personal views do not accurately reflect the official policy of either the Josepanian Foreign Affairs Department or the will of the people as embodied by El Presidente, who himself is enthusiastically committed to the ideals put forth by the Natalian White Paper. We hope that President Langley's sentiments on Twatter that the Federation remains committed to pan-continental peace and prosperity remains as strong as ever, and that he will agree to work with us towards eliminating tariffs, trade restrictions, and travel restrictions as previously outlined.
We eagerly await a response.
Respectfully, on behalf of El Presidente,
Secretary Giuseppe Emanuele
Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Occidental Republic of Josepania
The Federation strongly condemns the cowardly attack on the legitimate governors of Ebria, the death of King Manuel III at the hands of terrorist supporters of the rouge Third Army must be account for their crimes. We brand the leader of the third army, Anibal Durran and the pretender Alfonso, as a terrorists and a grave threat to the freedom of all Ebrians. We commend Ana Gallego's righteous defense of democracy in these times as authoritarians, terrorists and murderers spread a dark cloud over civilized society. We commend the intervention in the side of the legitimate government by the Serene Republic of @Radilo.You must be registered for see images

TERROR ATTACK IN EBRIA
The Federation advises it's citizens to leave as soon as possible on transports to friendly countries as we attempt to arrange a safe airlift out of Ebria. We warn all involved that any hostile actions taken against innocent Federation citizens will be severely punished.

Subject: Medical and Military Support Coordination in Ebria
His Excellency, El Presidente José David Costantino, extends greetings and warm salutations to Secretary Graves of @The Federation Department of State, and his good friend President Langley. He is, first and foremost, pleased to hear that the President has also read the paper and agrees with its conclusions, and even moreso that he is committed to its ideals as we are, and that our bilateral relations remain as sturdy and warm as ever. We shall, in due time, begin coordinating efforts to eliminate travel and trade restrictions between our two nations, ensuring Westernesse-Occidentia is a zone of economic and cultural vibrancy for the remainder of the century.
Sadly, this is not the primary reason that we have been directed to reach out today with such discretion, but instead it concerns the current ongoing war in the United Kingdom of @Ebria, Nuoria, and Hamrun. Specifically, we are gravely concerned over the public declarations of support from the Empires of @Tarusa, @Pelasgia, and the @Angliarique Empire, especially the Pelasgian declaration that they would react unfavorably to any aid given to the Legitimists and Republicans. This is particularly problematic because El Presidente has been in contact with the legitimist republican government in Valls about the prospect of transporting medical supplies and ammunition to the developing Popular Front there, ensuring they are as best equipped to resist the militarist putschists as effectively as possible.
It is with this in mind that we have become aware of the Federation Peace Corps remaining involved in the area around Valls, in connection to the recent earthquake disaster, and wish to inquire if there is any opportunity for us to coordinate our efforts to provide material aid to the Ebrian Popular Front with Federation efforts through the Peace Corps to do the same, in order to ensure maximum efficiency and precision in getting the supplies where they need to go and protecting our efforts from any backlash from hostile powers in the Meridian Sea. There is also a growing desire within the Josepanian government to provide an opportunity for fighting volunteers to travel to Ebria to assist in the fight there without officially intervening, as we view a victorious Alfonsist Ebria as completely unacceptable to Meridian regional peace and economic stability.
It is our hope that, through these discrete efforts, Westernesse-Occidentia may be able to move the needle enough to ensure the Alfonsists are defeated in the field and that liberty and democracy can prevail in Ebria
We eagerly await your discrete response.
Respectfully, on behalf of El Presidente,
Secretary Giuseppe Emanuele

The Federation government is prepared to aid the newly formed republic with military, medical and economic suppies in concert with Josepania. Our people on the ground are either sheltering in place or helping where they can. We have sent a force of four destroyers and one assault carrier to cover our assets in Valls, though they may not be able to stay for long should the situation at sea become to dangerous. The Federation Peace Corps stands ready to assist in the movement of medical and economic aid where needed, but remember these people are civilians and cannot be expected that they will engage in combat. With the Pelsagian Empire joining the Pressburg Pact the democratic world finds itself under assault on all sides, now we must stand together and not allow petty squabbles get between us like with the former Valls Pact.
In solidarity,
Denton Graves,
Federation Secretary of State
