OFFICE OF THE CEO
To: Danish Economic Minister, Sikandari Economic Minister
Subject: Proposition for Expansion
Good tidings and fair accord to the most illustrious Economic Ministers of the Great Danish Imperium, and Noble Sikandari Empire.
These times are trying, and difficult. However, with danger comes decisiveness, and with risk, reward. With the most unfortunate circumstances plaguing our three nations, with Sarmatia at war, Danmark's most righteous king under siege, and Sikandara suffering from the consequences of communist operations, it is clear that there exist challenges to be overcome in the name of our journey towards greatness. Understanding these conditions that the world exists in today, we at SarMart nevertheless envision a greater cooperation between our nations, for within unity lies strength, and conflict binds the inflicted together in defiance of failure.
With the burgeoning of Danish and Sikandari industrial and economic prowess, SarMart understands the underlying needs of such power: increasing the accessibility of basic necessities of the common people who make this upward economic momentum possible, in order to maintain this marvellous growth. Surely, it would be convenient if the average man, woman, and child, could acquire all of their basic needs, and perhaps additional creature comforts, at one centralised locale, and at a discounted price owing from the convenience of such a venture.
SarMart has, over the past 12 years, grown from a small retail outlet in Czempin, to the premier discount chain retailer in Sarmatia, hence its 1949 re-branding from Szymon's. We have experience in the field, and we have proven that such a distribution model is effective, sustainable, and will be very useful in streamlining the distribution of goods to the average citizen, as well as making them more accessible.
As such, we at SarMart humbly propose the expansion of our operations into your nations. SarMart will provide the training, architecture, brand support, marketing model, and other factors, henceforth known as "franchise system", which have made our brand successful over its illustrious career, to investors, henceforth known as "franchisees", who intend to purchase the license to use said franchise system. In return, with the government's permission, we wish to introduce some of our own export brands as part of. Additionally, SarMart Stores, Inc. will receive a monthly royalty, henceforth known as a "franchise fee", amounting to 2-5% (negotiable) of each outlet's revenue for the month, in exchange for continued support. Under this system, we can assist in the growth of Danish and Sikandari distribution of goods, and at the same time, help local investors grow their own businesses.
The terms are most certainly open to negotiation, and we would gladly discuss an agreement with you at your request. We sincerely hope that you will consider our offer for the proliferation of business, and that our aim of drawing our nations closer together in this regard is deemed useful for our joint growth.
Respectfully Yours,
Szymon Walencewicz
CEO, SarMart Stores, Inc.
