Snow in North!

 Suionia's weather agency SWA issued a class one warning on Friday, meaning the weather may cause danger for the public and damage to societal functions.
The warning applies for everywhere north of Jarolangsstaoir and most of the Gothic sea of the country's South coast.
Suionia's Traffic Agency warned motorists to be careful on Friday and throughout the weekend due to potentially slippery roads.

"It's important to keep updated, make sure you have the right equipment and plenty of time if you're driving today," spokeswoman Hartman Knudsen told the Suionian news agency.

Several motorists have already succumbed to the winter conditions, and one truck drove off the road in Kvigandafjoror, central Suionia. No one was injured.
With the annual cross-country ski race coming up, the agency warned of a significant increase in traffic around Bjallabrekka and Doguroarnes in central Suionia.

Austweigian ambassador shot in Drottninggården!

 The Austweigian ambassador to Suionia is critically ill in hospital after being shot on a Drottninggården street.
Estefan Wetterstrum, 42, was leaving a diplomatic function at the Yngling Hotel in Grin Quarter when a young woman who had been seen loitering outside the building attacked him.

The gunwoman fired two shots with a machine pistol - one narrowly missing Mr Wetterstrum's police protection officer and the other hitting the envoy in the head.

The assailant was shot by the bodyguard and also has serious head injuries. Two other men fled the scene in a car but were later stopped and arrested by police in Hings Quarter.

The Crowned Government of Valkany is willing to assist Suionia in any needed manner to help capture the culprits of this outrageous act and bring them to justice. We also extend our humblest and deepest condolences to Austweigia and the ambassador's family. For now we call for peace and calmness on both sides.

Fire in Linksdix station!

 At least 74 people have died after a fire at Linksdix station in central Drottninggården.

The blaze reportedly began in a machine room under a wooden escalator.

The escalator connected the Green line - one of five underground train routes which run through Linksdix - with the mainline station.

The fire started as the evening rush hour was trailing off but hundreds of commuters were still in the station which is Drottninggården's busiest.

Many passengers were trapped underground as the escalator went up in flames.
More than 150 firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled the blaze and searched for survivors.

Price of milk shoots up!

 The price of milk is to go up by more than 10% to 15p a pint from the beginning of next month.
The rise is far higher than expected, and means that milk is now three times the price it was five years ago.

Making the announcement, the Agriculture Minister Karl Jonshakker said pre-election delays by his Labour predecessor, Erik Singlut, were to blame for
the size of the increase.

"It's a rise that should have taken place in April," he said. "I inherited a dairy industry whose costs had risen, and producers whose costs had risen also."

The missing fishermen are: Lars Fernson, 29, his brother Karl, 33, and their cousin Greyer, Greyer Sunkkew, 17, Johhan Murrlk, 22, Doire McFarlane (From Ivernia), 27 and Martin Milligan (From Great Engellex), 26.

We will rebuild our home?

 After years without contact, the new government of Suionia, you want to erase the stains of the August Catastrophe, what was the error and hypocrisy of our nation, and start a new country and a new government more democratic as possible.

The Government of Arendaal after a meeting between our diplomats, accepted retake a friendly diplomacy between our nations as well, starting with a treaty of free trade between our countries.

According to the Royal Office will not easily take it all, because the image that was passed to the other nations is of idiocy, hypocrisy and lack of honor of our government. We must rebuild the little that we had.

Overall, the Tourism Association has experienced a growth in the number of nights spent at the serviced cabins of 22 percent more than last year, which was also a very good year.

Reindeer herd closes Suionia highway

 A giant herd of 2,000 reindeer has forced Suionia's National Road Authority to shut off a major road between Drottninggården and Uppsala to prevent them being killed by passing cars.

The herd massed together on Greentongue, the mountain plateau in central Suionia, and on Tuesday afternoon had moved within three kilometres of the country's Highway 7.

"This is probably the first time the road has been closed for such reasons," the SRPC's local section head Jannie Fergyki said in a press statement. "Several times, the animals have got close to the road, and we've been on the point of pressing the button to shut the road down, but they've always turned away in time."
