Snow in North!
Suionia's weather agency SWA issued a class one warning on Friday, meaning the weather may cause danger for the public and damage to societal functions.
The warning applies for everywhere north of Jarolangsstaoir and most of the Gothic sea of the country's South coast.
Suionia's Traffic Agency warned motorists to be careful on Friday and throughout the weekend due to potentially slippery roads.
"It's important to keep updated, make sure you have the right equipment and plenty of time if you're driving today," spokeswoman Hartman Knudsen told the Suionian news agency.
Several motorists have already succumbed to the winter conditions, and one truck drove off the road in Kvigandafjoror, central Suionia. No one was injured.
With the annual cross-country ski race coming up, the agency warned of a significant increase in traffic around Bjallabrekka and Doguroarnes in central Suionia.
Austweigian ambassador shot in Drottninggården!
The Austweigian ambassador to Suionia is critically ill in hospital after being shot on a Drottninggården street.
Estefan Wetterstrum, 42, was leaving a diplomatic function at the Yngling Hotel in Grin Quarter when a young woman who had been seen loitering outside the building attacked him.
The gunwoman fired two shots with a machine pistol - one narrowly missing Mr Wetterstrum's police protection officer and the other hitting the envoy in the head.
The assailant was shot by the bodyguard and also has serious head injuries. Two other men fled the scene in a car but were later stopped and arrested by police in Hings Quarter.
