RÍ NA SPEIR HAS GONE MISSING!
Reports have come in from the Eastern Himyar Airship Tower that the Rí na Speir is now 3 days overdue, and still not in general radio range. The Rí na Speir was captained by Hugo Mac Arthur and was on a routine trip to New Engellex. However it accepted requests from the Ivernish Royal Geographic Society to attach modern scanning and reading equipment into the navigation room, and to fl over the center mass of Himyar, one of the least investigated areas geographically in the world. It is not yet known at this time if the Rí na Speir is still in the sky or not, and rescue operations are proving difficult.

''Central Himyar is a big place, even for a big airship. We could send out planes out to the center, but there's only so far they can search without any infrastructure or airstrips.''

A Flight-Officer Major of the Commonwealth Air Corps Coast Guard gave his input yesterday.

''To be honest the best thing to search for the lost airship would be another airship, but without any leads the search will take days. We can only hope they're still on the course and have just been held up. The personnel we found inside the base are now under military apprehension, for the time being.'' THE BANTYR QUESTION. SHOULD IVERNIA BE ANSWERING IT?
Under the reign of High Queen Ovelia Mac Suibhne we in Ivernia saw peace and progress for decades, and when High King Felix Ua Néill succeeded her he maintained her policy of neutrality throughout the August Catastrophe. Many experts believe that staying out of the August Catastrophe meant saving the Ivernish industry of today and many lives and is one of the tantamount reasons Iverna managed to exit the Gothic-wide recession so quickly.

However while what was done was prudent, was it right? The only other nation in the world that Gaels call their home is the far off northern realm of Bantyr. During the August Catastrophe many expected Ivernia and yet it did not, and now the realm of Bantyr is, for better or for worse, divided amongst foreign Empires. Some as far south as Frescania, and many Ivernish are wondering whether the strategic base in the Gothic is the true reason for their holdings so far away from home. Many in Ivernia wonder why High King Ua Néill and Silvio Mac Brady with the Daonlathaithe Críostaí governance are willing to send the Ivernish boots to so many foreign parts of the world, and yet in our very own home Gothic, our very own people, remain under foreign rule. Divided and unfree.

March is upon us and Spring time is in the air. That means rugby season! The Aodh-Mór Cup shall be held once again as clubs from around the world meet in Ivernia for the rugby sporting event of the year. CANTIGNIA JOINS THE RDTO
Reports have come in from Gallic Press that the former-Friendly Confines of Cantignia has requested - and been accepted - for membership in the international union of communists, the RDTO. The current members of this union being Carentania, Tyyrhenia, and the KNRR; the nation that attacked Ivernia's economy through embargo earlier in the year, based on it's displeasure with a conference in Cathiopia. Speaking on the rise of a new RDTO nation, Prime Representative Silvio Mac Brady has spoken in front of the House of Representative to a Press Conference.

''Cantignia has decided to ally itself with a cadre of nations, including the KNRR, who on a whim attacked Ivernia's economy and as such directly attacked it's people and their businesses. We in Ivernia understand that the ''can't afford to be neutral on a moving train'' mentality that some nations may feel in these times, but it is nevertheless a most reckless move to jump into bed with such nations as are contained in the RDTO. To them, the economy is a tool of the state to use against others, and not a free right of the people. We in the High Kingdom are disappointed by this play by Commissioner Pfitzer, and it will do nothing to improve relations between the Friendly Confines and the nations in it's immediate region, especially as the region is still raw from war.''

THE FREE CITIES LEAGUE, LISSE AND ASYLAN TO SIGN TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT
The members of the Tripartite Agreement have been in discussion since three previously referred states, the Free Cities League, Lisse and Asylan officially submitted their application to the Tripartite Agreement. In a night that shocked the world a great deal of nations applied in the same night from all across the world, however not meeting all necessary requirement their applications ''were stored away and put on file.''

The three states are expected to send high level diplomats to meet in Tara Castle, Alderburgh, to sign their nations to the concordant in the same manner as the original three: Sylvania, Ostveg and our very own High Kingdom of Ivernia.


THREE IVERNISH BATTLESHIPS DEPLOYED FOR SARAAR
Following a call from the Caliphate of Saraar for assistance by the Ivernish Military in protecting the nation, the High Kingdom of Ivernia obliged. Since then part of the Argatír Brigade has been stationed in bases in Saraar, in order to provide a deterrence, for at the time the nation was threatened by neighbouring countries.

The navy of the Ivernish Himyari Commonwealth has now deployed three battleships; two Frigates and a Corvette, headed for the port of Nua Estria Ó Dheas in Saraar. Whether or not the ships will stay, or take troops home is still to be seen.

However it is believed the situation in Saraar has de-escalated, and the Caliphate is preparing to normalise the nation and restore it's relations. To that extent, it could yet be seen Ivernia moving it's troops to more priority locations, and removing what is seen as an ''Imperial Presence'' from the region, which contains proud republics like Cathiopia.

The new Saraari regime is one founded on violence and intolerance, attempting to resurrect centuries-old religious conflicts, and despite the protestations of Saraari propaganda, Cathiopia has undertaken no offensive action towards the self-proclaimed 'Caliphate'.

THE Grand Covenant notes how with one hand Ivernia signs war pacts, with the other hand orders warships around the world, and with its crooked mouthpiece condemns a free nation of Peoples & Patriots who would dare not consider living under Kings & Queens. We recognize no fundamental difference in the market strategies of Ivernia and Kyiv, each using deplorable tactics that put millions of children at risk of starvation, other than the fact that Ivernia's strategy is drafted by a ruling elite, and Kyiv's equally regrettable strategy hails from committees made up of the people themselves. Let it be known that these Friendly Confines will participate in no such arrangements that combine market and military to strangle nations who resist our own narrow view on Europe.

Cantignia is not Kyiv or Carentania, and we will not ingratiate ourselves to our new allies by merely impersonating one or the others characteristics. We remain open to public dialogue, we still value the peace that cultural sharing brings our world, and we remain wholly committed to preventing a repeat of events that made up the August Catastrophe. Ivernia must of course note that the two largest powers entering the Catastrophe, Great Engellex & Franken, remain unscathed from the horrors of our bloody conflict - this Imperial couple merely lacks the impetus to come swinging and firing back on to our continent and the world. Our fight is not, never has been, and never will be with each other - Ivernians & Cantigians - so help us God, and if necessary any serious non-aggression document we can sign to prove the Grand Covenant walks a path of peace.

I wished to remind his Majesty's Government that the Crowned Government had done no more than accede to the only true platform existing, within the forums of European politics, for the security and promotion of those ideals and liberties held commonly between us; us, the absolute centres of democratic practice, with the toleration and restraint by ideology, in the entirety of Europe.

It seemed to the Crowned Government, however, that the question which has been raised by the entry of Cantignia within the Revolutionary Defence Treaty Organisation was one of still greater importance, or rather the importance of which could scarcely be exaggerated. It was not simply a question whether the Crowned Provinces of Lisse should signify its assent to or disapproval of a the entrance of Cantignia. Neither was it a question whether the Crowned Provinces should express its opinion on the trend of expansion of the Revolutionary Defence Treaty Organisation, and the obvious contemplation of annexation of the Eastern Cape to that same organisation. The question now was, whether the Crowned Provinces should embrace the present opportunity, when matters seriously affecting the relations of this country and the whole of Europe with the Revolutionary States were before the public, to signify the democratic assent to the Tripartite Agreement, by which, in the words of the Minister-President within the First-Chamber of the States-General, our relations with Democracy and Liberty were to be rendered closer and more intimate.

The Foreign Secretary of Cantignia had well pointed out that the position and view of Cantignia in his letter was of far greater importance than the mere entrance of Cantignia into Revolutionary ranks. It not only affected the independence and security of that nation, but any one who looked at the map must see that it had a very important bearing upon the position of those powers deemed absolutely responsible for the destruction of nations only two recently, the Batavian Confederation included, those powers being Great Engellex and Franken. It had also an important bearing upon the relations of Carentania with Gallia-Germania, where in consequence of any proposed annexation of power in Solaren might exercise an influence far more commanding and a power far more formidable than had at any time been exercised by a Communist State.

MAJOR IVERNISH MILITARY ARMY & NAVY SORTIE TO DEPLOY IN ETNAEA
Following reports of a truly ''dire situation'' in the Celtic Kingdom of Etnaea, the High Kingdom of Ivernia is now planning to draw up a medium sized military sortie, consisting of Army troops, officers and vehicles as well as parts of the Ivernish Navy to now station themselves within the Etnaea military docks and bases in order to show solidarity with the Celtic Nation. Prime-Representative Mac Brady commented on the subject,

BATTLESHIPS IN SARAAR DOCK, ESTABLISH ''PLAN FOR GRADUAL DE-ESCALATION AND RETURN TO SOVEREIGNTY''
The three Battleships have docked in Dún Ó Dheas in Saraar today, and following months of de facto Ivernish-maintained martial law in Saraar, the Ivernish Military has released a statement relating to the future of Ivernish troops in the North Himyar State.

''As is customary with Ivernish current thought, that it is always the privilege of the former members of the Dominion of Ivernia, nations such as the Caliphate of Saraar, that they may receive and profit from, the total 'benefit of the doubt', and the trust and respect to their independence and sovereignty. It is in this vein, that upon request to do so by the Caliphate, the High Kingdom of Ivernia did immediately and without prejudice, deploy Ivernish Soldiers into the military bases of the Saraar. In this plan we hope to gradually reduce the number of Ivernish troops within Saraar currently, while in the meantime committing to a full and comprehensive training module for the native guard, who will then sort the duties of the Ivernish battalions themselves by their autonomous right. In this we hope to slowly wean Saraar off of the Ivernish Military, over the course of the next half year.
We hope that this will serve to reduce regional tensions, and allow for the nations of North Himyar to continue to prosper as good neighbours.''


IVERNIA TO FACE SUIONIA IN EFL FINALS
Following a whirlwind competition, held in the Occidentian nation of Central Centralia, Ivernia has beaten all the odds and is now in the finals of the European Football League, facing Suionia in the finals for a final chance at the cup. AODH-MÓR CORPORATION EXPANSION
The Aodh-Mór Corporation has announced it shall be leading a united team of major regional Ivernish drilling and mining companies into a meta conglomerate branch of the Aodh-Mór Corporation to found the new ''Aodh-Mór United Mining and Drilling Company,'' or the ''AMC - UMDC''. The Aodh-Mór Corporation is to be used as an avatar of the State to unite the regional mining and drilling companies in Ivernia in order to complete the very large scale mineral campaigns abroad that require a combined, united effort. The AMC is also a major securer of these mining rights as many nations, in need of defence and without the infrastructure in place to utilise natural resources - have used it as a de facto form of payment.

The AMC has stated it's primary focus is the securing of Bauxite, Beryllium, and Cobalt which are essential in modern craft of aerojets.

L.É. NORDIC HAMMER NEW LIGHT CARRIER MAKES DISPLAY SHOW IN VEDRARFJORD
Following a strategic and logistic decommission of certain parts of the Republic Navy of Asylan, the High Kingdom of Ivernia has made the large purchase for the former Asylan light carrier, the ANS Trogan, now dubbed the ''L.É. Nordic Hammer'' in honour of it's forebear.

There will be a military showcase of the new Light Carrier, as well as a showcase of some of the Navy's other large battleships in Vedrarfjord throughout the week, which promises to attract a large audience in the Naval Service Headquarters of Ivernia. This showcase also comes off the back of a recent showcase of Sylvanian Naval Ships in Vedrarfjord a month previous, which also proved locally very popular in Vedrarfjord.

This major purchase for the Naval Service has been called ''the right purchase at the right time'' by Admirals in the Ivernish Royal Naval Service. Members of the coalition government of Daonlathaithe Críostaí and Páirtí Ríoga have heralded the move with the Department of Defence Minister, Harald Ógan, stating that ''This purchase comes when foreign aggression is not on the Ivernish seas but is still very much a threat to High Kingdom. We must be able to commit to the TAAO and with that comes the ability to be active side by side with TAAO allies around the world.''

However the members of the opposition parties have labelled it negatively. Páirtí an Lucht Oibre has issued a statement from their head office, stating the purchase was a ''white elephant,'' and was ''bought upon the premise of fear and military escalation to benefit the few in expense of the many.''


ANTI-TERRORIST OPERATION UNDERWAY
The Ivernish Coalition Parliament has stated that they are now commencing an major counter-terrorism operation in the Province of Estria, after many damning calls from opposition to step up efforts after many attacks and bombings in the eastern borderlands of Gaelríocht. There has been rumoured discontent within the coalition between the two parties themselves, as the classically more hawkish Paírtí Ríoga no doubt butted heads with the dominant centrist Daonlathaithe Críostaí.

Michéal Manfred, a 25 year old carter from Portíseal, was found guilty of the capital murder of Katie Copar, who was a 65 year old nurse in Cill Íseal the previous February. The execution was carried out by hanging until dead this morning.

AID FOR VENDLAND TO BE DISCUSSED
The House of Representatives have today brought forward a motion to be debated of Government Aid for Vendland, a para-nation currently undergoing a major conflict, which has arised from the Danish Civil Crisis, and one which is beginning to receive international support.

''The High Kingdom at this time recognises Vendland as an organisation with national potential for all of former Danmark.'' Prime-Representative Silvio Mac Brady has stated before the talk. ''We bring to the House the idea of attempting to bring an end of the Strife, by allowing and assisting Vendland in it's rise to represent all of the Former Danish Realm, and to follow the methodology of Eiffelland to do so. In fact working with Eiffelland's assistance effort is also a possibility.''

Once the Ivernish House has decided Ivernia's course of action is it predicted it will bring it's machinations to Tripartite Nations for additional support.


IVERNISH MILITARY SORTIE SHUFFLE
Following news of the Erdenshire Peace Agreement underway, the Ivernish Government has stated ''In the interests of peace, and cooling tensions'' to return ''most if not all'' Ivernish Naval warships from the Erdenshire Base, owned by Tripartite Ally Asylan, back to their original docks in the Ivernish Himyari Commonwealth.

SAAREMAA - THE NEW THREAT TO YOU
While the Ivernish Government seems to be planning to warm the usual frosty relations between the High Kingdom and the Revolutionary Saaremaa State, many Saarimaa descent Ivernish have rallied in support of the former King and Royal Family of Saaremaa now residing in Alderburgh, claiming Ivernia ''must keep up it's bite.'' In a world of revolutionary states routinely destroying and bringing ruination Gaelport agrees that Ivernia should not pander to the revolutionists. The High Kingdom should not relent it's cold shoulder to it's former close ally until it turns back from it's current path and reforms the Good and Righteous Kingdom of Saaremaa. Ivernia should always remember that the most likely threat to Ivernish safety has, and always will be the unstable and violent Scanians and Ponto-Scanians.


CROSSMARK COLLAPSE - IVERNISH HIMYARI COMMONWEALTH IN RECOIL
Following the collapse of the Cross Bank in Saaremaa many states along the Himyari Western Coast have now buckled from the loss of consumer and investor confidence in the safety of their bonds, even secure bonds and unfortunately the Ivernish Himyari Commonwealth is no exception. A nation still very much in development it has suffered greatly from a terrorist campaign in both Congo-Commonwealth Argatír and also the Chósta tSolais Great Plains. It seems that even after a recent drop in attacks it seems the Commonwealth is still not out of the fire from threats of a domino effect.

BELMONT STORMING OVER IVERNIA DOMINANCE
Recent news reports have come in of a spat between the Government of Belmont and the High Kingdom of Ivernia over the use of international fishing areas, claiming the Ivernish fishermen are ''too pushy'' for the Belmontians and their claimed ''historical sole Belmontian use''. Ivernish Imperial Offices reminded Belmont that international fishing waters are for all nations to freely use and will investigate any amount of rough-housing from the larger Ivernish fishing vessels.


MILITARY ACTION A POSSIBILITY FOR VENDLAND
It has been reported today that Eiffelland has made a call to the Ivernish Government that it is wiling to arrange a meeting with Ivernia over the ''Vendmark Question'' in order to end the Civil War. It is also known that Asylan, a Tripartite Ally has also planned Aid work, however it is rumoured the island republic is planning for post-war work, leaving the conflict action to Ivernia and Eiffelland for the meantime. The House of Representatives appears to be dragging it's feet on the matter, apparently caught up and distracted by national issues. It is expected that a decision and more action will occur over the course of next week.

''Erdenshire'' as the former Danish Colony is now called, has been a region of extreme strife and hostility for many months. A region of genocide, discrimination, rampant and destructive Danish Imperialism gone wild. Now disbanded by the nation, now no longer existing and yet responsible, Asylan has assumed responsibility for the Nation. Asylan, through Erdenshire hopes to build this area into a working peaceful nation.

The High King of Ivernia, Felix Ua Néill, as described the move as ''A truly Valiant and most Altruistic endeavour by the Asylani people. We in Ivernia wish them the very best in their efforts to build a nation out of a most sorrowful situation, and may they know that God smiles upon their actions today.''

On the announcement of the Asylan takeover of the failed state, many Ivernish investors have begun to pull out of Asylan businesses, expecting at the very least an Asylani recession for deciding, as a small island nation, to prop up and support both financially and administrationally a Himyari war torn state several times their size without any guaranteed international investors lined up. Several members of the Ivernish House of Representatives have called the Asylan move to hand out passports to the Himyari masses ''A curious move.''

One Representative, who remained nameless said ''I hope they don't mind several million uneducated, war torn, post genocide and violent Himyari's to simply use that passport to move to the Asylan mainland, seeing as they were given ''all rights and privileges.'' Honestly I think it was a noble, but thoroughly naive move.''

OFFICIAL APOLOGY FROM SAAREMAA OVER NRS - HEALING OLD WOUNDS?
The Saaremaa Governance has undergone what seems to be a change for the better, with regards to Ivernish and Saaremaa relations. Following a press conference by Chancellor Riina Lepp, the new interim Head of the Saaremaa Government, the new Government made an apology for the actions of the old NRS regime which gripped Saaremaa for an entire year - labeling it a ''terrorist regime.'' The Rise of the NRS in Saaremaa a year ago, led to a flight of the Saaremaa Royal Family to Alderburgh, who still reside in the city, and non-recognition of the NRS as legitimate by the High Kingdom. As such relations have been at their lowest between the two nations since the time of the Northern Crusades.

Deputy Chancellor Anna Sepp of the Interim Government has invited Ivernish Officials to oversee the Trial of the Generals involved in the NRS. The High Kingdom of Ivernia is expected to accept the invitation and send legal representatives.


UNDER THE WINGS OF EIFFELLAND - SHOULD IVERNIA WORRY OVER GERMANIC UNIFICATION?
Eiffelland has long been one of the last bastions of the Old Germanic Way, and one of the last great regions of the Holy Germanic Empire. With Nichstein under the same crown, Eiffelland carries a major gravity of power in Southern Germania. However Gaelport has covered the Eiffelandian excursion into Vendland* and it's military application in that theater. Eiffelland lent great support to the party it chose as most favourable and got involved in the Civil War a great deal in an attempt to ensure their choice's future dominance.
Recent reports of a meeting with Ionia, a nation with long ties to Eiffelland, makes Gaelport wonder what Eiffelland's machinations for Southern Germania will be.


LIBERALS EMERGE IN BELMONT - UNCERTAINTY OVER NEW LEADERSHIP AND IVERNO-BELMONTIAN RELATIONS
With Ivernish and Belmontian relations taking a harsh hit from an ongoing fishing crisis, it seems that the Belmontian Government has been feeling a great deal of domestic pressure also. As elections proved unsubstantial for the Prime Minister, creating a hung government in which the Liberals have capitalised on and have emerged as the new largest party in Belmont.
While the liberals, led by new Prime Minister Shahrazad Martinique are more favourable to the High Kingdom, the dispute is still an issue, and reports from Belmont state that domestic opinion of the Ivernish Government's harshness on the issue is still low. The investigation assembled by the Ivernish Naval Service and An Garda Síochána is still underway.


CIDONIAN NEW ACT RELIEVES TENSIONS FOR EASTERN IVERNISH?
Cidonia has recently enacted the Press Act of 1954, allowing press restrictions across Cidonia to be relieved in an attempt to allow a more open and less biased press system within the Country. Many eastern Ivernish, fearful of the military state of Cidonia on it's borders have hailed this as a glimmer of hope that the Republic is attempting to loosen it's normally rigid culture, allowing for more voice within the region. There have been no statements as of yet from the House of Representatives on the new Cidonian Act.

AN INTERNATIONAL HOUSE IN ALDERBURGH?
Following a recent spattering of communiques, relations between Belmont and Ivernia have hit a definite lull over a fishing dispute. Mainly due to accusations from the Belmont side of ''harshness'' - the same government which was soon after booted from Office due to mass unpopularity - and the general language barriers associated with one on one bilateral communications. Even Gaelport must wonder on the ''Ivernish Investigation'' and how biased or constructed the result will be.

However the most contentious event was when the Belmont based Editor for APwire began to publish libelous material unjustly disparaging the Ivernish Government to the international world. With the confidentiality of Communiques Ivernia was unable to show it's neighbours transparency over the ''confusing and entitlement laden'' messages of the former, defunct Belmontian Government.

Reports from the House of Representative, particularly from the Opposition Royalist Party have called for the establishment of an Mass-National House in Alderburgh, where nations can send diplomats to hash out these issues, particularly in an open and transparent forum. The Royalist Party also claims that it will cut down costs of those Diplomatic Tours all nations must do in order to meet with other nations in a face to face manner.

Sian House, a large government-owned building in Old Town Alderburgh is being considered for the International House. At this moment the House of Representatives is still hashing out the details, and while Majority-Party the Christian Democrats seems receptive, it is not one to fall into agreement to often with the Royalists for matter of show.
