Dear Kadikstani Peoples Commissar of External Affairs,
We all know the importance of trade to ones economy so when we disagree we can understand that is the easiest way to make our enemies weaker but what you are doing is wrong. Think of the Justinian people do you think they will ever support a Socialist Party whose allies deprive them of so many things, basic things such as food and water. As Justiza's most loyal ally we cannot support your campaign against them in the Kalahari that is why we request for you to think about what you are doing. I think it is only fair that the status quo in trade is maintained and surely Justiza allowing a party which is closely tied to the Kadikstani government participate in elections must be allowed. And maybe a better economic deal could be to allow Kadikstani companies to trade goods in Justiza and be given tax-relief would be a good idea. But we stress to you that Veniasufia will not act first and we will not support Justiza in it's campaign if they act first we will only ally with them if it is you who attacks them hopefully that is understood. And finally if Kadikstan decides to attack all Kadikstani citizens in the
nation will be detained, a trade embargo will be imposed and Veniasufia will prepare its Army, Air Force and Navy to attack Kadikstan.

"It does the Veniasufia government credit that they remain loyal to their allies. Loyalty is a virtue that Kadikistani's understand more than anything else in the world. But in the case of Justiza your loyalty is not only misplaced but also dangerous. As you know we offered the Justinian delegation many chances to come to a peaceful agreement. Even today Justiza still has the ability to lift the blockade immediately if only it would be willing to make compromises and indeed pay some reparations. Our peace proposal contained some positive elements for our country, indeed any nation would demand reparations after Justinian authorities capture a citizen and pirate a commercial ship. But the proposal would have also provided an enormous boost for the Justiza economy as the massive Kadikistani markets would have opened while they could learn from our superior military technology.

But what did the Justinian Minister of Foreign Affairs do? She continuously insulted the Kadikistani delegation and tried to fight, potentially even killing a Kadikistani Admiral. How can any nation defending such behaviour be taken serious? Frankly we are astounded by the reactions of the international community defending Justiza's way of diplomacy. Soon we will have to sit at negotiating tables weapons drawn."

Dear Kadikstani People's Commissar of External Affairs,
We can understand your annoyance at the medieval practices of the Justinian Delegation but surely you must know that this is an unfair deal that would severely disadvantage the nation of Justiza. And as of late we have changed our policy towards the whole situation and have decided that if Justiza is attacked we will step in to a certain degree most likely with advice as a friendly nation because obviously Justiza has the nation of Varanasi on their side. However if its the nation of Justiza that attacks Kadikstan we will not help the Justinian side and remain neutral. But still we ask the nation of Kadikstan to be the better person and use diplomacy not petty warmongering. And as for Justiza we will try to handle them as best as possible asking them to agree to the Kadikstani agreements maybe with some modifications that would disadvantage Justiza a bit less. I hope the two nations can reach an agreement as we need peace in the region not another war. I would deepky appreciate it if the governments of Kadikstan and Veniasufia could remain polite to each other during this process as this is not an attempt to create havoc with Kadikstan but merely a nation standing by its ally. And infact we would like to hopefully create stronger ties with Kadikstan and its government. We also request that Kadikstan understand that simce the beginning of this whole fiasco we here in Veniasfia have held a general election in which my party the Social Conservatives won so we now have a new government which would much rather make peace than war with Kadikstan.

We heard about the challenge to a duel. And indeed, we seriously question the ability of the Justinian diplomat in question to function properly in diplomatics. However, no matter how despicable that challenge was, not even in the Middle Ages such a challenge was handed out without a grave reason. Well, apart from tournaments that is. Something extraordinary must have triggered this challenge. Be it a nervous breakdown, be it a difference in culture because of which things considered normal behaviour in Kadikistan is considered extremely rude and insulting in Justiza, be it some strange stipulations in the proposals put forward by the Kadikistani delegation. But indeed, then only a nervous breakdown is a valid excuse for handing out a challenge to a duel. Justiza's Minister for Foreign Affairs should either give the diplomat in question time to heal from his or her nervous breakdown —we in Eiffelland have excellent nerve clinics for that, complete with Tiburan speaking personnel— or take measures so that the diplomat in question will be sent on such a mission again.
However, this challenge alone is not a justification for a blockade of Justiza. The seizure of the Kadikistani vessel in question alone is not a justification for a blockade of Justiza. Both matters combined are not a justification for a blockade of Justiza. We would have fully understood if Kadikistan would have issued a trade embargo, against Justiza, but a blockade is unacceptable. We leave it up to the Ivernians to decide in this matter, but we completely understand their stance.

"Out of respect for the prestige of the Varanasi Empire and for the sake of preserving the status quo in the Kalahari Sea we will consider joining one last attempt to bring a lasting peace to the region. Naturally we do have certain terms that need fulfilling before we can sit back at the same table as the representatives of the Justinian regime. First and foremost we refuse to attend any meeting where the Justinian Minister of Foreign Affairs Marghêri or any other member from her cabinet is present. We believe this will face no opposition from our Varanasi hosts as it is evident that a reckless person with a taste for physical violence and personal vendetta has no place in a peace conference. Second we will not lift the embargo while the meeting is taking place. Friends of the rogue nation might see this as an unbalancing element, but we remind them that we agreed to start the last conference in Bourgogne while Justiza was holding an innocent Kadikistani citizen hostage together with a state owned transport ship. We remind them that they still hold this poor man until today. We also remind the international community that according to Justinian media Marghêri will be welcomed back with full honours as a hero in Justiza; This is yet another demonstration of said nation's backwardness.

Last but not least, should the rogue state of Justiza accept the first two terms, we will attend but not tolerate any more insults. In the eyes of many we have been far to generous already and we will not lose any more face too this pirating thug-state.

As a response to the esteemed foreign offices of Veniasufia and Eiffelland our Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov himself made a statement wherein he said that Kadikistan wants nothing more then a normalisation of the relations. But both Veniasufia and Eiffelland should be aware that supporting the rogue nation of Justiza will have grave consequences. Our nation would be forced to conclude that Veniasufia and/or Eiffelland openly and potentially even militarily supports a pirating regime of hot-headed thugs. Such conclusions will undoubtedly affect our relations in a negative way and all attempts to interfere in the affairs of the Kalahari Sea will be answered accordingly."

WORLDWIDE MARXIST-LENINOVIST REVOLUTION
A short overview of Marxist-Leninovist struggles throughout Europe​

Europe - 'A spectre is haunting Europe, the spectre of Marxist-Leninovism'. With these slightly rephrased words the great thinker Karl Marx started writing his 'Communist Manifest', the basis for our glorious ideology. Indeed so glorious that it has inspired millions across the globe to break the shackles of capitalist exploitation and fight for a better future. The many oppressed people of Europe crave the freedom that exists in Kadikistan. In this edition of The Vanguard we will take a closer look at the various Marxist-Leninovist struggles in Europe, who they oppose and the role that Kadikistan will play in supporting these heroic revolutions.

Justinian Marxist-Leninovist Workers' Party ~ Republic of Justiza

The Justinian Marxist-Leninovist Workers' Party (JMLWP) is relatively young, but Marxist-Leninovism has a much longer history in the rogue island state of Justiza. The JMLWP split from the Justinian Communist Party after the latter joined a political coalition with the social-capitalist Democrats. In an act of ruthless oppression the Justinian government declared the JMLWP illegal and began arresting known members forcing the rest of their militants underground. At that point the JMLWP was given an office in the international tower in Ivar to form leadership cadres in-exile. But while the leaders reorganised the freedom fighters continued their brave struggle by attacking the military in Scevola. An attack that was answered by even harsher repression. The Kadikistan-Justiza peace talks in the Varanasi Empire will undoubtedly include a fierce debate over the future of the JMLWP in Justiza.

Party of the Left ~ Kingdom of Saaremaa

The ties between the Kadikistani Marxist-Leninovist Workers' Party and the Party of the Left in Saaremaa go back a long time. The Party of the Left was even a founding member of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties (IAMLP). After reactionary forces overthrew the republic an re-established the monarchy not so long ago the Party of the Left has led the democratic resistance against the dictatorial regime. Only moments ago the Party of the Left declared war against the state of Saaremaa with the newly formed 'Promethean People's Revolutionary Army' as its mighty weapon against the forces of oppression. The People's Commissariat of External Affairs in cooperation with the Council of People's Commissariats for War has already stated that Kadikistan will give its allies in Saaremaa full support in their courageous revolution. There are rumours that many of Kadikistan's youth are spontaneously organising themselves in various volunteer brigades to help the Saare people in their struggle against the tyrant. Like the Marxist-Leninovist elements of the Milesian Republican Army the members of the Promethean People's Revolutionary Army were contacted through long established underground channels and invited to the massive training facilities in Rurikgrad and Sbrevica. Several exiled leaders of the Party of the Left are in the process of organizing themselves in Ivar where they have received offices in the International Tower just like their Justinian comrades.

Unorganized Marxist-Leninovist elements Republican Army ~ Republic of Milesia

Ever since the Milesian revolution broke out in 1954 Kadikistan has been on the side of the republicans fighting for democracy and equality. Ever vigilant for revisionists and infiltrators in the republican movement the Kadikistani support for the republicans remained limited to supplying arms, various equipment, humanitarian aid and facilitating training camps, until recently. Since Kadikistan announced that it will increase its involvement in the long and bloody civil war various Kadikistani volunteers with great sympathy for the Milesian cause have applied to join the International Brigades which have been formed throughout the nation. These brigades are currently preparing to join thee republican cause, a cause which has become increasingly influenced by Marxist-Leninovist thought. While a Marxist-Leninovist party has yet to be founded in Milesia and Ivernia this is only a matter of time. Ivar has already called upon the disorganised Marxist-Leninovists, who are now divided among the various republican regiments, to reorganize into ideologically unified militias. According to reliable information several republican leaders loyal to the Marxist-Leninovist ideology have gathered in the magnificent International Tower in Ivar to discuss the organisation of the Milesian and Ivernian Marxist-Leninovist movement.

Veniasufian Marxist-Leninovist Party ~ United Kingdom of Veniasufia

Being the newest member of the International the Veniasufian Marxist-Leninovist Party has rapidly grown in prominence. Just yesterday Marxist-Leninovist forces managed to take over the city of Sidera where the people rejoiced upon their liberation. The oppressive government of Veniasufia has however responded with e great show of repression against these freedom fighters. Although Veniasufia is outside of our nations direct sphere of influence our beloved government has approved supplying the Veniasufian Marxist-Leninovist with the means they need to defend themselves and convince the local population of their justified cause. This includes not only arms, but also propaganda material, food and a few dozen volunteer military advisor's. Several government functionaries have stated that Kadikistani involvement in Veniasufia will be limited compared to Milesia, Saaremaa and Justiza given the fact that the state must not overstretch its massive though eventually restricted resources.

Other nations:

These four movements are not the only Marxist-Leninovist freedom fighters in Europe, though they are the only ones engaged in the armed struggle against their respective enemies. Besides these four our foreign comrades have organized and formed Marxist-Leninovist parties such as the Varanasi Marxist-Leninovist Workers's Party, the Communist Party of Eiffelland, Cymraeg Goach in Cymru Annibynnol and the Party of Candles in the Grand Duchy of Bourgogne. These parties are still in the process of organizing and educating the working class and have diverse levels influence on their respective nations' internal politics. Even in the backwards and isolated nation of Gouw Marken, where the Kadikistani government is providing humanitarian aid for the many starving people, the Marxist-Leninovist ideals are steadily gaining ground.

Our Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov was not wrong when he promised the Kadikistani people that Marxist-Leninovism will liberate Europe in a strong unstoppable wave of proletarian justice.

West-Kadikistan - People of Kadikistan! Sons and daughters of our mighty socialist nation! From this day forward we must all prepare for what seems to be an inevitable total war! Earlier today we have received word from our beloved people's government that the Empire of Carthinia-Harkány is mobilising its fleet in the Gothic Sea in an attempt to impose a naval blockade onto the sovereign Republic of Milesia. They warn that anyone attempting to reach Milesia through the Gothic Sea will be considered hostile by their forces. These include Kadikistani ships that since the beginning of the long and bloody conflict have provided primarily humanitarian aid, but also combat supplies to the noble republican cause. This means that the imperialist state of Carthinia-Harkány is openly threatening to sink Kadikistani humanitarian aid to the suffering people of Milesia, potentially creating a humanitarian catastrophe among the Milesian population while killing fellow citizens of our great nation in the process. But as you all must realize, fellow Kadikistani's and Marxist-Leninovists across the world, our Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov and the wise men who surround him would never let such an act go unpunished.

As an unmistakeable message towards the Carintho-Harkaner ruling elite our Glorious Leader has commanded the mobilization of the 3rd, 6th and 7th Revolutionary Army Corps along the Empire's eastern border. This total of ten divisions, including several mechanized- and tank divisions, amounts to a massive troops deployment of over 200,000 of our glorious soldiers. All soldiers belonging to these three Revolutionary Army Corps' reportedly rushed to their respective barracks with an unrelenting enthusiasm singing revolutionary songs as well as songs that stresses their awe for the major revolutionary families. The brave soldiers have been guarding our western border, keeping us all safe, for decades now, but they sent a clear message that defence is not their only quality. The Vanguard managed to intercept a soldier belonging to General Bastiansk Obryanov's 6th tank division while he was rushing through the streets of Rurikgrad to rally with his comrades. "We will be in Linz by this summer! Those imperial lackeys are no match for a People's Army!", the young corporal Jadran Zerko yelled towards our local correspondent as he speeded past them. His enthusiasm and lust for glorious battle is shared by all soldiers of our great nation, including 'Chief commander of the troops of the South Western Direction' General Bastiansk Obryanov.

"The standpoint of our nations benevolent government, guided by our visionary Glorious Leader, is made abundantly clear by this massive mobilization. Any attempt by the Imperial Navy of Carthinia-Harkány to attack or even block one of our ships in the Gothic Sea will be answered with the full force of our Revolutionary Armed Forces. We are completely convinced of the good intentions of the Carinthian-Harkánian fleet in the waters around Ivernia. Instead of sending 200,000 young Kadikistani to their death, it would be better if Kadikistan chose a different way to tell the world about their ideology. The decision of the so called Democratic Republic of Kadikistan to mobilize 200,000 soldiers along our shared border is a clear display that the Kadikistani Government is either unwilling or incapable of engaging nations in a diplomatic fashion.

The Empire, for its own security, cannot sit idly by as Kadikistan prepares an army large enough to embark on a campaign of total war against the Empire. Let it be known that the clear aggressive posturing originating from Kadikistan has prompted the Empire to upscale its defensive measures. We call upon the nation of Kadikistan to allow logic to prevail and demobilize this blatantly aggressive force.

The actions taken by the Empire are completely lawful and designed to prevent nations from illegally funneling arms to an open rebellion against a legitimate, sovereign government. The Government of His Majesty, Ulrich IV, the Kaiser of the Empire, has been clear in its commitment to enforce this quarantine.

Any engagement of the Imperial Navy and ships of a foreign nation attempting to breech the quarantine will be handled with the utmost scrutiny and procedures laid out by international law. Only when all procedure has been followed and the vessels continue to act inappropriately to the situation will the Imperial Navy respond proportionately.​

LONG LIVE THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF MILESIA!
New Marxist-Leninovist government formed in Milesia after cowards abandon the republican struggle​

Waesfjord - The revolutionary struggle in Milesia rejoices as it is cleansed from all counter-revolutionary elements and revisionist forces. Today, on the 14th of March 1956, the Milesian struggle for independence will be given new life and a better chance of success against the vile Ivernian reactionary forces. On this day the Milesian President John Holt has declared the formation of a new 'People's Government', organized similarly as the great Kadikistani government with Marxist-Leninovism taking up a central role as the new state ideology of the People's Republic of Milesia. In a radio message that has been broadcast far and wide John Holt addressed not only the brave people of Milesia, but also the people of the world were he did not only outline the new ideological and structural changes of the Republic, but also stressed the importance of a continuation of the revolutionary struggle for utter and complete emancipation from the fascist Ivernian Empire. By doing so the courageous John Holt has also proven that ill-informed rumours of his demise are nothing but reactionary lies.

Holt emphasized that the new People's Government will consist only the most committed Milesian revolutionary leaders. Comrade Holt himself will keep serving his country as the President of the new Marxist-Leninovist Republic. The reformed 'Revolutionary Commissariat for War' will be led by the brilliant military commander Col. Nathan Mac Clancy, a long-time ally of Kadikistan and Leader of the Central Milesian Brigade. Comrade Mac Clancy is without doubt the best choice for the position as he has managed to repel most of the Imperial Army incursions into the Milesian heartland facing overwhelming odds. As the Revolutionary Commissar for war he will continue the heroic struggle of the Milesian Republican movement, utilising his brilliant strategic and tactical insight as a mighty weapon against the forces of reaction. Lombar Holtsson will keep his function as the 'Revolutionary Commissar for Information and Propaganda', spreading the message of the revived revolutionary fire like he has done so thoroughly and with much integrity in the past. The same goes for Seamus Hennessey and Maria Flanagan who will keep their functions as Revolutionary Commissars of Agriculture- and Education respectively. Cormac Delaney, former Minister for Justice, will serve as an advisor to the reformed Revolutionary Commissariat for Justice under the leadership of the relatively unknown Aodh Broderick. Broderick will play a key role in the formation and organization of the various 'People's Tribunals' that will be held across Milesia in the following days to purge the renewed republican movement from all counter-revolutionary and revisionist elements such as social-capitalism and 'world republicanism'.

Other new faces of the People's Republic, although they aren't new to the Milesian working class, are Sebastian O'Brien, Keinan O'Malley, Stefan Browne, Andrew MacAleese and Oliver Blake. Sebastian O'Brien, a long-time ally of the Kadikistani people has been elected as the Provisional General Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Milesian Marxist-Leninovist Workers' Party (MMLWP). O'Brien, a former factory worker and native to the Provisional Capital of Milesia Waesfjord, is very known among the industrial workers of the city as a former trade union leader who has never hidden his admiration for the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan. He will organize and lead the MMLWP as the vanguard party it is destined to be. Keinan O'Malley, an intellectual from Vedrarfjord, has been appointed Revolutionary Commissar for Internal Affairs. He will help run Milesia's day-to-day affairs utilizing his well-documented know-how. Stefan Browne studied and later on even taught economics in the Red Star University of Ivar and will serve as the People's Commissar for Industry, Lumber and Fishing. Trade Union leader and devout Marxist-Leninovist Andrew MacAleese will become the provisional Chairman of the Milesian Supreme Council that will serve as the reformed nation's legislative branch of government. MacAleese is a brilliant young man with a working class background who has quickly risen through the ranks of Milesia's Marxist-Leninovist movement. Last but not least is Oliver Blake, a relatively unknown yet sophisticated and experienced man who will fill the position of 'Revolutionary Commissar for Foreign Affairs'.

With this new government the People's Republic of Milesia is ready to face the challenges that lie ahead. The imperialist hordes that are amassing and preparing to butcher the Milesian people must be stopped. Rumours about an evacuation organised by Occidental revisionists are spreading. Sources from within the Milesian Marxist-Leninovist movement have confirmed that the Occidental traitors have attempted to undermine the revolution by capturing as many high-standing Milesians as possible and effectively disbanding their army's in doing so. Luckily our sources say that the people of Waesfjord have spontaneously blocked of Occidental 'evacuation' vessels by assembling across the docks and forming a human shield against their devious contra-revolutionary plans. Our sources all witnessed how Occidental soldiers subsequently used violence upon this peaceful blockade, killing brave innocent civilians of the city. After which the people naturally responded by fighting off the Occidental invaders with the help of local Republican Marxist-Leninovist Brigades, such is the resilience we've come to expect from Milesians. It is truly a tragedy that world republicanism is once again attempting to break a social uprising manu militari, but the Milesian people have already shown that it will not undermine their resolve. SPONTANEOUS DEMONSTRATIONS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY!
Millions of people rally behind the Kadikistani flag as they spontaneously flock to the streets of nearly all major cities in support of the government​

Kadikistan - The people of Kadikistan have once again shown the world its strength and defiance as millions flocked the streets of nearly every major city in every Socialist Oblast. There are multiple reasons for people to take to the streets in this impressive mobilization. Many came to make a fist against the aggressive politics coming from the Empire of Carinthia-Harkány, regardless of the peace conference currently taking place in Eiffelland. More militant members of the MLWP present at the various demonstrations called upon our beloved Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov and his benevolent government to cease the peace conference and liberate the oppressed people of Harkány from their imperial shackles. Such open calls for war have been discouraged by the government in order not to make the already very delicate peace conference even more difficult for our skilled diplomats and our Glorious Leader himself who is currently in Eiffelland to deal with the pressing affair personally.

The fact that our Glorious Leader, in his infinite wisdom, has taken it upon himself to ease the tensions with the Western Empire signifies the importance of peace between our great nation and the oppressive dictatorship in Linz. When confronted with the more radical elements in the great demonstrations People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs, Maj. Gen. Tilan Kelinec said: "Historical materialism teaches us that the social revolution in Carinthia-Harkány is inevitable and just a matter of preparation and time. Our Glorious Leader has taught us that all nations must follow their own contextual path to Marxist-Leninovism and that we as a nation must fully support such endeavours without waging war. We must always respect the sovereignty of the nation and its respective road to Marxist-Leninovism." Maj. Gen. Kelinec added that our massive Revolutionary Armed Forces are more than able to liberate the surrounding countries with brute force, but that such a thing would go against Marxist-Leninovist principles which clearly states that the revolution must be carried by the working class. It is our sacred duty to make sure Europe's working class is self-aware and fully equipped to engage its repressive challengers.

Another reason why many concerned and angry citizens came to the streets were the ongoing provocations coming from the south were the rogue nation of Justiza is slowly gathering a band of rogue nations. A band that is thankfully already falling apart as the United Kingdom of Veniasufia, a former member, has already wisely seen true intentions of the Band of Rogues which is to shatter the Status Quo Treaty in the Kalahari Sea and establish a false feeling of regional grandeur for the puny island of Justiza. The Band of Rogues also includes the Propontine Empire which has recently stepped up its warmongering rhetoric in order to claim its place manu militari in the Kalahari Sea. In many chases demonstrators have also shown their sympathy for the 'Propontine Fourteen' referring to the fourteen revolutionary youngsters who have been sentenced to death by the oppressive regime of Propontis trough illegitimate show-trials. The many soldiers who took part in the demonstrations also grouped together to form a 'Southern Front' against future aggression coming from the Band of Rogues.

A third segment of the demonstrations was aimed at showing the solidarity of the people of Kadikistan with the Milesian cause and the newly formed People's Republic of Milesia. The demonstration in Rurikgrad included many Milesians revolutionaries currently training in the nation's second largest city in order to successfully challenge the Ivernian war-machine. During the speeches after the demonstration had reached its end several high-standing government functionaries stated their continued commitment to the Milesian cause and said that Kadikistan will keep doing everything within its power to help their Milesian comrades establish a Marxist-Leninovist Milesia free from Ivernish oppression.

Although the atmosphere of the various demonstrations was very militant in nature, there were no incidents. In many chases law enforcement and military personnel joined the nation's working class in demonstration for the various causes. Maj. Andrej Vinsko, Head of the Law Enforcement College of the Council of People's Commissariats for War stated that "Our nation's working class and law enforcement stands as one in these three most noble causes which are united by the banner of our mighty people's government." Let it be clear to all reactionary and revisionist forces of Europe, the Kadikistani people stand as one undefeated army with allies in every nation. PORTRAIT OF A HERO
This week we honour Comrade General Bastiansk Obryanov​

Ivar - In this week's special segment 'Portrait of a Hero' we look deeper into one of our country's most esteemed hero's, Comrade General Bastiansk Obryanov. Besides being the Chief commander of the troops of the South Western Direction he is also Commander of our nation's most prestigious 6th Tank Division. Besides those glorious commands the general has been a major force in Kadikistani politics for over twenty years as the informal Patriarch of the Obryanov Revolutionary Family. His leadership played a key role during the height of the Glorious Revolution, a fourteen year long struggle between the reactionary forces of the old monarchy and those of the mighty Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party. Comrade General Obryanov was kind enough to actively help in the making of this official state biography, thus once again earning our greatest respect and showing his appreciation for the spreading of knowledge.

Bastiansk Obryanov was born in Zakasvinko in what is currently the Ivar Capital Province on September 17, 1893. This is during the time backwards fascist Davatski monarchy was still ruling the country with an iron fist or oppression. As a child, Obryanov attended a local primary school in Ivar where he learned to read and write. He also took a job taking care of cattle and continued this until he was in his early teens. At the age of twelve he was personally affected by the Second Revisionist Revolution which followed after months of social unrest and even tragic famine monarchs. His father Marko, a courageous man in charge of running a coal mine in Chetsjenevo wasn't a stranger to the depths of our great nation and had valiantly but misguidedly taken up arms against in the liberal revolution. Early in 1905 Marko was killed in an ambush near his mine in Chetsjenevo, an area the Oryanov's always called their heartland. In 1906, at the age of thirteen, Obryanov joined the then clandestine new youth-wing of the KCWP and quickly rose to become chairman of the Zakasvinko chapter. As a convinced Pioneer Communist, he enrolled in the Kadikistani Revolutionary Army to fight against the amalgam of reactionary and revisionist forces, commonly known as predateli. Both his tactical and strategic brilliance was quickly discovered by Comrade Rurik who appointed him the command of a prestigious revolutionary brigade known as the 'Breakers Division'.

After nearly fourteen years of service in the war, Obryanov returned to Zakasvinko and was appointed various functions in the early revolutionary regime. Two weeks earlier he had been shot in the leg and arm by a monarchist assassin, for which he also received the "Hero of the Revolution" medal. Soon thereafter, he entered the Letski Industrial Institute at the age of 28, a fine worker's school that still serves as the second most prestiges academic institution today. There he received additional instructions from the KCWP. He became a main political leader figure at school and was named the secretary of the school's KCWP Committee. He graduated in 1931 and soon became a full-time party official while maintaining his military rank of Colonel. A rising star in the People's Party Obryanov soon became a close associate and friend of future leader Nikolai Leninov and helped in the Great Purge that put down the last revisionist elements.

His training in industrial administration had helped Obryanov in becoming secretary of a district KCWP committee in Letski. Within six years he became head of the party organization of Letski, thus joining the high ranks of party officials. His education and highly creative mind helped in the realization of many great projects including the construction of the city's metro system. The results of those projects are the main reasons why today many buildings in Letski bare the name Obryanov as he helped in making the city an effective living and working environment.

As a military man his break-through came during the 1930's. After being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General for his efforts in the early days of the Glorious Revolution he was given one of the most vital tasks by the Executive Committee of the KCWP. This task existed out of destroying the monarchy's main force, liberating Unutrasnjorst and Buganovic and eliminating the local royalist leadership. He was given twenty-five months to complete this task but finished it in no more then sixteen. The entire nation was now looking at Bastiansk Obryanov in admiration and pride. He received another promotion at the end of his campaign and earned some of the highest medals. Shortly after the nation adapted the Leninovist policies Bastiansk Obryanov was promoted to general by our Glorious leader Comrade President Nikolai Leninov himself. According to our Glorious leader this final promotion was given because of Obryanov's enduring efforts against the predateli and unbreakable support for true communism. It is known that general Obryanov and his 6th tankers, who's loyalty towards him remains indisputable, were a vital element in crushing the enemies of the people and ushering in a new era progress and industrialization.

On a more personal note general Obryanov has been in a union-before-the-state two times. His first wife, Daria Zhukonev, died during the famine which was the result of the civil war and essential collectivisation. It was his wife and many others who back then made the ultimate sacrifice to guarantee food and other basic needs for future generations. His second wife was Daria's younger sister Ekaterina with whom the General is still together. He has two brothers, two sons and a daughter. His first son was named Nikolai after our Glorious leader, while his two brothers hold essential functions in the government. Col. Olrad Obryanov as the Head of the Aviation College of the Council of People's Commissariats for War and Lt. Col. Antonije Obryanov as People's Commissar for Education. Together they live in the industrial capital of Kadikistan, Letski. However as a devoted general he spends most of his time with his men in the 6th tankers and his larger South Western Direction near Schlebuchya city. As a well experienced tank commander, the free time he does have is often spend perfecting his abilities in his personal K-40 tank along with three of his Lieutenants. He is truly a man of his people.

LARGE SCALE ANTI-TERRORIST RAIDS IN THE NORTH
Revolutionary Armed Forces in coordination with local Militsiya conduct various raids in Chernaeya, Zagraveteb and Pultsk. Over a hundred arrests confirmed, 57 sentenced to death by execution​

Ivar - Kadikistan is once again safer after our brave men and women of the Revolutionary Armed Forces (RAF), supported by their comrades of the local Militsiya, conducted large-scale security operations in the three Northeastern Socialist Oblasts of Chernaeya, Zagraveted and Pultsk. According to government officials the raids targeted a network of Chernaeyan separatist reactionaries who seek to secede from our glorious nation by butchering innocent ethnic Kadikistani's. The same officials also confirmed that a total of 112 arrest were made, 57 of which have already been tried by the fast and efficient Supreme People's Tribunal and sentenced to death for counter-revolutionary activities and treason. The evidence against the 56 terrorists was so overwhelming that a prolonged and costly juridical procedure was deemed unnecessary. The remaining 55 suspected terrorists will be subjugated to further interrogation and investigation as to pinpoint their role in the counter-revolutionary conspiracy and redraw as much information about other terrorists treats in the region.

A region that has always seen the most support for counter-revolutionary and separatist activity by a small minority. Regardless of the fact that our benevolent people's government has increased the budgetary support for the region in order to help the region overcome centuries of backwardness. At the same time efforts to assimilate the Chernaeyan people were severely increased in the last five years. Decades after the egalitarian policy of assimilation was started it has successfully banned the Chernaeyan language from public life, an underdeveloped Eastern-Slavic language that is inextricably connected to the many bloody Chernaeyan uprisings and counter-revolutions. Backwards separatists use the prohibition of the language as a weapon to mobilize and abuse troubled youngsters into joining their wretched ranks. They fail to understand that for true and complete equality to exists in Kadikistan we must be united under one flag and one single language. Our Glorious Leader, General Secretary Nikolai Leninov, has himself commented on the issue of language in Chernaeya, Zagraveteb and Pultsk: "These less-developed terrorists hold on to the old borders of the Duchy of Chernaeya that existed during the dark times of the Kingdom of Kadikistan. They hold on to the backwards language that accompanied it. For me there is no doubt that imperialist foreign forces are involved and are setting back the evolutionary development of the Chernaeyan people. I can show you that after the Glorious Revolution the Socialist Oblasts of Chernaeya, Zagraveteb and Pultsk have made enormous economic developments on both the fields of agricultural modernisation as industrial growth. Yet a small minority persistently opposes modernization and enlightened thought."

The arrests were made after the tragic events of last week were three Kadikistani workers were stabbed to death in Pultsk by a Chernaeyan terrorist yelling separatist slogans before he was shot and killed by a member of the local militsiya. The terrorist attack was already the fourth of such that hit the region this year, making many Kadikistani's weary of the government subsidised immigration to the region. Comrade Lieutenant General Ratko Leninov, People's Commissar for Nationalities, has already stated that the emigration of ethnic Kadikistani's to the northern regions is not under attack. "Tragic incidents such as this serve as an example of the old Charnaeyan savagery. Something we need to thoroughly destroy without mercy. The brave Kadikistani's who leave for the North are nothing short of revolutionary pioneers that will continue to bring civilization to even the most backwards areas of the region. I personally pledge that my commissariat, with the support of my father, our Glorious Leader, will continue to provide every pioneer a modern house and a worthy job. Even when the Charnaeyans still had an army we as a strong people were not deterred. Now that it is only a few dozen foreign-sponsored reactionary fanatics we will not fear." Strong words from a great man!

It is the duty of all citizens, wherever they may live and work, to report all suspicious activity to the proper military authorities. Failure to do so is the same as treason. Now more than ever, as one behind our flag!

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES SURGE IN MEMBERSHIP
Parties from Ruthenia-Galicia, Bolonesvia and the Propontine Empire rally to the International as Marxist-Leninovism spreads through Europe​

Ivar - Workers of the world, rejoice as the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties continues to expand and grow more powerful. No less than three new parties from prominent countries have joined our ranks and will stand with us side-by-side as we engage the challenges of the future. A forth party requested the status of an official observer, which can also be interpreted as a careful political approach. Challenges that without a doubt include overcoming the many regimes that have suppressed true communist opposition in their respective nations for many years. But thanks to our brilliant General Secretary, Nikolai Leninov, we now have a mighty weapon to fight back. The International will continue its efforts to unite Marxist-Leninovists around the world so that we can all learn from each other and help in the spreading of our superior ideology. The only cure for the spreading disease that is (social-)capitalist imperialism.

A small parade of a few hundred workers and soldiers spontaneously gathered on the Revolutionary Square in front of the International Tower to express their support of the three new parties. The International Communist Party of Pelasgia (DKKP) started the new surge in membership on the 15th of April. The DKKP is facing an increasingly hostile political climate in the Propontine Empire with political murders, terrorist attacks and state repression becoming daily business. We all remember the gauchist attack of the Red Argonauts some weeks ago and the subsequent repression of the working class from the imperialist regime. The latter not only facing internal troubles, but also pursuing an expansionist and aggressive foreign policy threatening the Status Quo in the Kalahari Sea. The DKKP, the first worthy Marxist-Leninovist Workers' party in Himyar, will prevail with the full support of the International and the freedom-loving states of Kadikistan and Milesia. They will deal with the Propontine-Justinian Axis of Imperialism abroad while Kadikistan reaffirms its commitment to the Status Quo Treaty by announcing the construction of a new state-of-the-art aircraft carrier also increasing the Naval budget enormously in an effort to modernise the submarine fleet.

The second new member hailed the International from the nearby Republic of Bolonesvia on the 19th of April. A nation experiencing much internal turmoil and an extremely oppressive regime that will leave no chance unused to crack-down on the growing Marxist-Leninovist sentiment in the country. Like in the reactionary Propontine Empire a violent political climate exists here as the working class craves for emancipation and the dictatorship of the proletariat. Ivar has on multiple occasions passionately expressed their full support for the Marxist-Leninovist Party of Bolonesvia (MLPB). "Bolonesvia is on the edge of great historical happenings. If there is any nation were there is sufficient public support for a communist revolution, it's this one.", a high standing party functionary at the People's Commissariat for External Affiars told us.

The arrival of the MLPB was closely followed by the Union for the People (UP) from the capitalist Republic of Ruthenia-Galicia. In the latter our UP comrades are working tirelessly to inform and organize the nation's working class. The people of Ruthenia-Galicia are our Slavic bredren, we must do everything we can to help our local comrades to educate them on the socio-economic realities. The UP still needs to grow and gain sympathy, but with time and us all at their backs they will be victorious in their efforts. The forth party which declined full membership but opted for observer status was the Workers' Party from Cymru Annibynnol. They have recently experienced some backlash facing juridical repression for their Marxist-Leninovist sympathies. The International has been consulting with the older member from Cymru Annibynnol, Cymraeg Goach on how to deal with this latest witch-hunt.

The International will expand until it unites all the workers of the world facing capitalist repression and craving for freedom. We will succeed in our endeavours for they are just and noble! In the words of our Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov, father of our ideology, "The battle for socialism must be merciless. We must be prepared to set the world on fire with the knowledge that from the ashes a better one will arise."

LONG LIVE THE BOLONESVIAN WORKERS REPUBLIC!
Workers of the world rejoice as the Bolonesvian revolutionaries liberate large parts of Northern Bolonesvia​

Krisstadt - A few days ago on the first of May, not coincidental Labour day, our Bolonesvian comrades have instigated their own glorious revolution marking the start of a new age of liberty and equality for our Western neighbours. In just a few hours the well-organized Marxist-Leninovist Party of Bolonesvia (MLPB) and its revolutionary armed-wing almost immediately liberated vast stretches of land roughly the size of Lovisa, the inhabitants cheering upon their arrival. The MLPB has always enjoyed the full and unconditional support of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties as well as that of the glorious Kadikistani Marxist-Leninovist Workers' Party and the Democratic Republic at large. The MLPB has long been a sister-party with close relations with our nation's brilliant leadership who has pledged to do anything within their power to make the Bolonesvian revolution a success.

The Bolonesvian revolution is the newest in a long line of victories made by the ever expanding Marxist-Leninovist International and the Party. Recent strategic and tactical setbacks in the Propontine State and Justiza have perished in comparison to the great progress that has been made in neighbouring Bolonesvia. But the road to socialism in Bolonesvia still has many obstacles to overcome. The fascist Reigenstadt regime has sworn to put down the proletarian uprising and already started a highly inhumane counter-revolution with the sole goal to establish a lasting state of oppression and bourgeois rule. Many civilians have already lost their lives in the brute reactionary repression that spares not a single Bolonesvian family. To aid these civilians the Council for People's Commissariats have decided to start up a humanitarian aid mission combined with the shipment of military equipment to help the revolutionaries fight their enemies on equal ground technologically. "Given the proximity of the nearest MLPB controlled island, being only about 35 kilometers away from Kadikistani waters and 70 kilometers away from the nearest Kadikistani land it should be no problem to give our Bolonesvian comrades the aid they need to win this rightious revolution.", the Head of the Army College of the People's Commissar for War General Bramski Burukova stated after ending a meeting with the members of the other branches of the People's Commissariat.

Our glorious nation will take up the responsibility it owes to the European working class and continue its commitment to International Solidarity as Marxist-Leninovist doctrine commands us. Rurikgrad, home to the worlds largest revolutionary training camp, has recently constructed extra barracks especially for MLPB fighters. There they will receive training from experienced Kadikistani military specialists and exchange strategy and tactics as well as thoughts and ideas with comrades from Milesia, Varanasi, Veniasufia and Justiza to name just a few. Reports from our transparent people's government have informed us that many volunteers have been reporting for duty with the intense revolutionary spirit warming their hearts. "The amount of volunteers is so great that we had to redeploy several of our resources to the Rurikgrad area. Naturally all problems were resolved quickly, but it never ceases to amaze how so many of our young men and women have such unconditional dedication and love for the Party, the State and the Military. I can proudly say that already twelve thousand Kadikistani's have enlisted the many 'Marxist-Leninovist Brigades' (MLB) organized by the origin oblast of the volunteers. Due to safety reasons I can not say how many foreign volunteers have joined these MLB's, but I can say that they contain revolutionaries from no less than eight countries. The biggest group being Veniasufian refugees who fled their country after the spontanéist Februari Uprising. They will be a great asset with their knowledge and know-how of waging an revolutionary insurrection against a Germanic authoritarian capitalist state.", Admiral Danilov Teunski commented from the offices of the Navy College of the People's Commissariat for War.

Comrade Danilov has taken it upon himself to organize the many MLB's into a coherent volunteer division that will aid our Bolonesvian comrades in their heroic struggle. In doing so the Admiral had to vacate his position at the Head of the Naval College, thus relinquishing his government positions except for his seat in the Supreme Soviet. That means that the Party will have to select a capable replacement for the Admiral, which always creates some healthy brotherly competition between the Great Four Revolutionary Families. Both his position in the Council of People's Commissariats for War and his Governorship over the prosperous Southern Island Oblast of Kalavarskija, a position traditionally held by the Head of the Naval College, are highly important for those capable enough to utilise these offices to further serve our glorious people and the Party.
