REACTIONARY TERRORISTS ATTACK VENIASUFIA
Over 750 people confirmed dead after reactionary government agents attack their own people in a plot to destroy the local Marxist-Leninovist movement​

St. Wilhelmsstadt - The whole of Kadikistan mourns as yesterday reactionary forces attacked a crowd of no less than 250,000 people, killing 758 innocent civilians. Those people were there to celebrate the birth of Augusta-Maria, daughter of the Veniasufian Queen Madeline Elisabeta Hauer IV. Whether the birth of a future powerful hereditary aristocrat is a thing to be joyful for is another question that will not be asked today. This day we must stand by the Veniasufian people and mourn the needless deaths of so many of their countrymen. That is why the Council for People's Commissariats has decided that all Kadikistani flags will be flown half-mast until the end of the week as a sign of solidarity with our western neighbours. According to Veniasufian government sources the attack was executed by five terrorists which they claim adhere to the glorious Marxist-Leninovist ideology. It is the latest in an increasingly long line right-wing capitalist plots to use our State Ideology as a weapon to strengthen their respective grips on their exploited populations.

In the last few months this has happened in Justiza where CJP was infiltrated by government agents forcing a split in the communist movement. Later the JMLWP, the political heir of the original CJP, was accused of murdering civilians prompting a nation-wide crack-down on Marxist-Leninovism. In Nufruedan the 'Caslawitz Car Bombing' was blamed on communists after which efforts to crack-down on proletarian emancipation were drasticly increased. The same happened in Bourgogne were a government agent suspiciously unsuccessfully attempted to assassinate Grand Duke Maximilien II under the false flag of the Milesian Revolution. The attack allowed for the imperialist Chagny regime to gain more public support for its continued slaughter of our Milesian bredren struggling for an independent Marxist-Leninovist State. In Ruthenia-Galicia the blame of a bomb attack on the 22th of April was wrongfully put on Marxist-Leninovist activists. In the Propontine Empire where the Gauchist Red Argonauts and the more recent the Garyphallidis Assassination were used by several ultra-nationalist and imperialist elements within the government to allow it to push through a 'National Security Bill' that effectively banned Marxist-Leninovism in the nation which forced our comrades of the Internationalist Communist Party of Pelasgia to go underground.

Our benevolent government shares our fear that reactionary elements within the Veniasufian elites might have chosen the same dark path as the oppressive regimes in Furzillo, Pastvina, Chagny, L'viv and Propontis have before them. These regimes manipulate their own people by creating and abusing terrible massacres only to infest them with thoughts of resentment and hate for those their respective governments chose to blame. In this case, Glorious Marxist-Leninovist thought. These power-hungry regimes are so committed to their own power and wealth that they are willing to slaughter their own people with false flag attacks without even a shred of remorse. These regimes realize that Marxist-Leninovism is the only weapon that can stop them from enslaving their own people for their own personal benefit. Because they realize they can not convince their proletariats that what we say is a lie with words they must insight hatred among their population leading to the deaths of dozens of our comrades worldwide. The forces of capitalism, revisionism, reaction and imperialism are the single greatest threats the world and we will stay committed to causing working class socio-economic awareness for the proletariat. We have already shown that commitment in Milesia, Justiza and now Bolonesvia.

With the latter in mind our People's Government, under the brilliant guidance of our Glorious Leader and founder of our State Ideology Nikolai Leninov, officially warns the reactionary elements within the St. Wilhelmsstadt regime not to manipulate their population and insight repression upon the Veniasufian Peoples Marxist-Leninovist Union (VPMLU). Any unjustified actions taken against the VPMLU or any members of the brave party will be met by a Kadikistani response. The recent '10 Points Treaty' rests on thin ice. Veniasufia already announced that it is ceasing its involvement in the construction of a aircraft carrier until the situation calms down. General Ivan Tsjekova, First Secretary of the Council for People's Commissariats for War, has already given us a formal response on the matter: "If the Veniasufian government does not wish to take part in this project it is mainly their loss as we have little to learn from them on that field. Naturally we do regret this agreement which had great potential for our military strategy in the Gothic Sea, but so be it. Better they reveal themselves now.". Our Glorious Leader Marshall Nikolai Leninov directly addressed the official Veniasufian government rather than the shadow-government orchestrating the recent suicide attacks. "The VPMLU has received authorization by the International to join the political coalition in order to benefit the cause. This was a gamble as I deem theoretical purity to be a very important aspect. I personally advice our Veniasufian comrades to utilize all their resources into uncovering this reactionary plot and revealing it to the population. Public opinion can never be entirely won, but every convinced worker is a revolutionary worker. "

YORISK VINSKO WINS GOVERNORSHIP OF SBREVIKA
Major victory for the Marxist-Leninovist policies as local Party members elect Lt. Col. Yorisk Vinsko Governor of our nation's fourth largest Oblast​

Sbrevika - Tens of thousands of people spontaneously flocked the streets of Olcharnov, the regional capital of Sbrevika, carrying portraits of Lieutenant Colonel Yorisk Vinsko and our Glorious Leader Marshall Nikolai Leninov to show there support for our great nation's newest Governor elected by the local MLWP Congress. Comrade Vinsko, endorsed by the Leninov Revolutionary Family, won the election with a narrow 159 votes against 141 Party votes that went to General Jeskov Marjoetsk, the latter receiving support from the Tsjekova Revolutionary Family. The election has been seen as a victory not only for Comrade Vinsko, but also for the Marxist-Leninovist interventionist policies that clearly still has the backing of a majority of the Party. The electoral campaign started in Mid-January after revolutionary hero General Jobbic Vinsko, Yorisk's father, died from natural causes in his home in Doraševo just outside of Olcharnov. It was marked by several incidents including a tragic car-crash which led to the death of Gen. Marjoetsk's brother and campaign manager Radomir Marjoetsk. While these incidents had nothing to do with the brotherly campaign they did impact it significantly. General Marjoetsk has already told us that he has accepted the results and called the election a victory for the Kadikistani democratic system. In a show of solidarity several of his militants joined the celebrations and pledged their loyalty to Governor Vinsko. General Jeskov Marjoetsk is an example to all of us.

As Governor of the Socialist Oblast Yorisk Vinsko has promised to continue his father's seven year long policy of agricultural modernisation and heavy investment in Marxist-Leninovist policy and theory. "Sbrevika is the fourth largest region of our mighty nation, but is mostly known as the 'Granary of Kadikistan' as it provides the highest percentage of agricultural products compared to the other regions of our mighty nation. This is due to the heavy investment and clever policy-makings of General Ivan Tsjekova, People's Commissar for Trade, Agriculture, Fishing and Industry. As part of the brilliant 15-years-plan General Tsjekova switched the focus of Sbrevica's economy from industrialization to agriculture. It was Gen. Tsjekova's vision that Sbrevika, together with most of the North, would produce the agricultural means that our nation requires while the South remained the industrial heart of the nation. This ambitious plan was thought of in 1941 by the Great Four during the Purges and is an essential part of the dream we all share, a fully Marxist-Leninovist society. The state farms in Sbrevica are essential for our great nation to become self sufficient in just under four years time.", Niko Murachjev wrote in the Vanguard on the 15th of January. He said best the importance of Sbrevika to our Great Nation.

CAPITAL PREPARES FOR 8TH PARTY CONGRESS
Security measures increased and festivities set-up in Ivar as the city prepares to host the MLWP's 8th Party Congress​

Ivar - Our glorious capital is even more active today as it normally is, making the final preparations for the Marxist-Leninovist Workers' Party (MLWP) 8th Party Congress. Loyal Party members from all over Kadikistan, ranging from small town strong-holders to high-standing functionaries, are currently amassing in the capital's streets and squares in anticipation of the start of the historic Congress tomorrow at 10 am. The great MLWP, which has over 6 million members and considers every member as equal regardless of their political or military position, has called upon all regional sections to send delegations, which are sized according to the number of people their respective Socialist Oblast represents. The 8th Party Congress is the highest organ of our People's Government through democratic centralism and will decide on the Party-Line for the coming years. Regional Sections of the MLWP will also have the chance to bring their specific needs and ideas onto the table while sitting side by side with member of the Revolutionary Families.

The fact that the Congress is taking place is not coincidental, but was decided eight years ago when a historic compromise was made between the Leninov and Tsjekova Revolutionary Families during the 7th Party Congress in 1948. The People's Revolutionary Hero Nikolai Leninov, our Glorious Leader today, had then managed to convince the members of the Burukova Revolutionary Family to support their call for the implementation of Marxist-Leninovist policies into Kadikistani socialism. It was during this historic 7th Party Congress that a large majority of the membership voted to adopt Marxist-Leninovism as the official State Ideology. But during the 1948 Congress it was also decided that after a maximum of eight years after implementation there would be a new Congress that would analyse if and evaluate Marxist-Leninovism as a State Ideology. This was a compromise demanded by the Tsjekova Revolutionary Family, led by General Ivan Tsjekova, that was critical towards what they feared was an 'aggressive internationalist nature' of the Great Theory.

When the Congress starts tomorrow the discussions about this subject will undoubtedly claim the first few days, with the members of the Tsjekova Family and most of the revolutionary clans supporting them still sceptical about the foreign policy. The question remains wither or not Ivan Tsjekova will be able to rally enough support for the policies to be reversed. With General Bramski Burukova deeply nestled into the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties it is very unlikely that he will call upon his support base to vote against our current State Ideology. That leaves only the Obryanov Revolutionary Family and the unaligned party members that, when united with the entire Tsjekova bloc, might be able to force a change in policy upon the Party. However the Obryanov Family and its political clans abstained from the vote in 1948 and will most likely do the same again given their almost ancient history of remaining neutral in disputes between other members of the Great Four. Ivan Tsjekova has on multiple occasions clarified that he does fully support the goal of self-sufficiency and will never put this into question as he has worked tirelessly to set up the 14-Years-Plan as early as 1946.

Besides our State Ideology the 8th Party Congress will also debate the most important foreign affairs and the state of our economic progress. The Congress will debate wither or not the state should formally recognize the People's Republic of Milesia and/or the Bolonesvia Workers Republic. Thirdly the deteriorating situation in Pelasgia will be discussed as our Marxist-Leninovist comrades are being hunted and slaughtered by the oppressive Propontis regime. The status of the Veniasufian People's Marxist-Leninovist Union will also be discussed given the reactionary assassination of its General-Secretary Johann Daas a few weeks ago. In order to enrich the Congress, Marxist-Leninovist Parties from across the world were invited through the International to send delegations that could share their expertise and experience. Besides several smaller questions the Congress will also debate on the future of the humanitarian and economic assistance which Gouw Marken is receiving.

One of them wounded an officer with a knife before being restrained. We once again call on Kadikistan to stop its moronic attempts at inciting instability and terrorism in our Nation and to stop intervening in our internal affairs, in accordance with modern Internal Law.

However many government they manage to get on their side by playing into their own lust for money and power, we are confident that more and more people across Europe are finally seeing through the lies. MARXIST-LENINOVISM NEVER UNDER QUESTION AS 8TH PARTY CONGRESS ENTERS SECOND WEEK
Marshall Nikolai Leninov re-elected as General-Secretary of the Party, no major changes in the Central Committee​

Ivar - Marxist-Leninovists across the world rejoice as the internationalist nature of our glorious State Ideology was overwhelmingly reaffirmed during the 8th Party Congress. The Congress, which is the main organ of the Vanguard of the People, was largely expected to maintain our current ideological course, but there was some critique coming from the Tsjekova Revolutionary Family about what they deemed was an 'aggressive interventionist' nature. After a week of intense debating between what can be labelled as the 'internationalist' and the 'isolationist' factions, though that would not be entirely correct because it might create the wrongful image that the Glorious Party is divided, the first spearheaded by the Party's re-elected General-Secretary Marshall Nikolai Leninov and First Secretary of the International General Bramski Burukova managed to persuade 63% of the Party representatives. Besides the foreign policy element of Marxist-Leninovist doctrine, the social-economic aspects were also thoroughly discussed. No less then 97.3% of the members present at the historic Congress voted to maintain our social-economic and internal political course, which mean our State will continue to ask maximum effort from each and every comrade citizen to achieve socialist self-sufficiency by 1960 as our reaffirmed State Ideology and the 14-Years-Plan commands us. All Revolutionary Families and non-aligned members supported this aspect of our glorious Ideology. Our nation's leading economics have been tasked with incorporating internationalism further into the state budget so that it can be durable.

Another formality was the re-election of Marshall Nikolai Leninov as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Kadikistani Marxist-Leninovist Workers' Party as there was no one to contest his position and the love for our Glorious Leader stretches to all corners of our mighty nation and thus also the Party which reflects it. The Central Committee will also largely remain the same with only a few positions changing hands, a delicate balance between Revolutionary Families maintained. Over the next few days the new Central Committee will assign a new Political Bureau that will manage the Party's day-to-day business under Committee supervision. Some of the leading members of the Central Committee besides the Glorious Leader are General Ivan Tsjekova, General Bastian Obryanov, General Bramski Burukova, Lieutenant General Yorisk Vinsko, General Jeskov Marjoetsk, Colonel Petro Bovinovitch, Major General Tilan Kelinec, Colonel Vutar Taderdov and Admiral Danilov Teunski. The latter faced much internal opposition as many blamed him for the failure of the Chagny Peace Meeting between Kadikistan and the rogue state of Justiza. But backed by the Leninov and most of the Burukova and Obryanov Revolutionary Families managed to maintain his position in the Central Committee. On him falls the heavy burden to prove himself once more to show the people that he is still the same leader he was during the Great Revolution and the Great Purge. Colonel Dimitri Leninov commented by saying: "Comrade Admiral Teunski has been punished enough by stripping him of his Governorship of Klinsk and reassigning to a new Expeditionary Division, which while most noble and honourable is an evident downgrade from being Admiral of the Southern Revolutionary Fleet. We must not let his recent failure make us forget the numerous contributions he has made during the Great Revolution and the troublesome period that followed it."

During the following days the 8th Party Congress will run towards its end as it will discuss smaller, mostly foreign, matters. In the meanwhile Ivar remains a festival for working-class political activity. Upon getting re-elected our Glorious Leader stated that he will organize a 'A Joint Leninov-Burukova Military Parade' together with all subclans by the end of the Congress. No doubt the people of the capital will be treated to a glorious view on some of our nation's finest troops.

8TH PARTY CONGRESS ENDED WITH A GRAND MILITARY PARADE
The Congress, which lasted for nine days, concludes after making final decisions on foreign policy. Grand military parade held in honour of its success​

Ivar - Today, on the 19th of June, the MLWP's historical 8th Party Congress in Ivar was ended with all final decisions made. Two days ago the Party already publicly stated that Kadikistan will maintain an unaltered internationalist Marxist-Leninovist policy, both abroad and domestic. The last two days were filled with discussions about the current happenings in the world and the role that Kadikistan must play in it as a Marxist-Leninovist nation. Major topics of debate were the ongoing Marxist-Leninovist revolutions in the People's Republic of Milesia, Cumbria and the Bolonesvian Workers Republic along with the growing unrest in Mehldorf, the humanitarian crisis in Gouw Marken and the rapidly changing political climates in Pelasgia and Justiza. Generally put we can report that the Congress, the nation's highest organ, has decided that our glorious nation will remain committed to our struggling comrades from across the world. In order to keep up our internationalist involvement without compromising the 14-years plan economically a special 'Budgetary Committee for the Internationalist Expansion of Marxist-Leninovism' will be created under supervision by the Council of People's Commissars. The Committee, which will include some of our nation's leading economic and political figures, will face the noble task of analysing our internationalist endeavours and make sure our financial and economic means are not overstretched. The creation of the Committee is seen as an accomplishment for the Tsjekova Revolutionary Family, who are considered to favour a more isolationist foreign policy.

It was the opinion of an overwhelming majority of Party members that Kadikistan must continue its heavy support for the officially recognized states, the People's Republic of Milesia and the Bolonesvian Workers Republic. Kadikistan's commitment for our struggling comrades in these war-torn countries will be maintained. In the oppressive reactionary state of Cumbria we will continue our efforts to support the Party of the Left and its armed-wing the Promethean People's Revolutionary Army as it is struggling heroically. Because the situation in Mehldorf was still unclear this topic was discussed very vaguely and carefully. It appeared that the Leninov Revolutionary Family, due to its massive internationalist network, was most informed about the affairs and urged all its supporters to continue Kadikistan's support and Party solidarity with the Mehldorfian People's Marxist-Leninovist Union and the People Militia. A continuation of our internationalist commitment to the Milesian, Bolonesvian, Cumbrian and Mahldorfian People was passed with large majorities, only the Tsjekova Revolutionary Family providing some healthy opposition. What a great festival of democratic centralism!

The humanitarian and economic aid to the backwards nation of Gouw Marken was also heavily discussed as the topic that faced the most internal opposition. When the Congress voted on either maintaining our aid program or ending it, those in favour of a continued commitment to Gouw Marken won by a very narrow majority of 51.4%. Therefore it was decided that the newly founded Budgetary Committee for the Internationalist Expansion of Marxist-Leninovism will prioritize this question and investigate the possibility of a gradual decrease of the humanitarian and economical aid as the situation in Gouw Marken gradually improves. The matter divided the Revolutionary Families as well as the unaligned Party members as only the Leninov and Burukova Revolutionary Families endorsed a continuation of the aid program while the Tsjekova's, Obryanov's and most unaligned members voted against. The latter were of the opinion that the investment in Gouw Marken is not sufficiently rewarding and that Gouw Marken is outside of Kadikistan's immediate sphere of influence. General Bramski Burukova, First Secretary of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties, assured his fellow party members that Kadikistan has worked through various channels to politically educate the poor farmers and workers of Gouw Marken and that the creating of a Marxist-Leninovist Vanguard Party in Gouw Marken is only a matter of weeks now. While support for the Internationalist Communist Party of Pelasgia was overwhelmingly reaffirmed the current situation was perceived to unclear and unstable.

At the end our Glorious Leader and re-elected General Secretary of the Grand Party, Marshall Nikolai Leninov, gave a long and impressive speech about how he is pleased with the results of the 8th Party Congress and thanked all members who contributed to maintaining unity. He also took his time to express the need for internationalism and Kadikistan's leading role in world politics. After ending his impressive speech he invited all Party members present to accompany him outside were his own elite forces from the 31st Detached Reconnaissance 'Spetsnaz' Brigade accompanied by soldiers from the 4th Tank Division, the 23th Mechanized Infantry Division and militiamen from the volunteer Marxist-Leninovist Brigades. All forces under direct command of the Glorious Leader. Small delegations of Milesian, Mehldorfian, Cumbrian and Bolonesvian revolutionary armies also took part in the parade and turned the massive crowd that had spontaniously gathered enthusiastic as they chanted various solidarity songs.

GOUW MARKEN'S PRINCE-BISHOP SURPRISES FRIEND AND FOE BY APPEARING AND SPEECHING AT THE 8TH PARTY CONGRESS CLOSING CEREMONY

Ivar - International observers looked shocked after attending the Closing Ceremony of the historical 8th Marxist-Leninovist Workers' Party Congress, traditionally held one week after the Congress ends. Over twenty-thousand people had gathered in the Tovarisch Square in front of the Party Headquarters in Ivar to listen to the public announcement of the decisions made at the Congress, but were happily surprised by a visit from the leader of Gouw Marken, Prince-Bishop Quintus II. A man set on reforming his technologically backwards nation after Kadikistani model and a good friend to our glorious nation. Our Glorious Leader, Marshall Nikolai Leninov, himself announced the 63-year-old who took to the stage wearing traditional purple Markenese clothing under heavy applause coming from the enthusiastic crowd. Quintus II, regardless of his aristocratic and spiritual function and position, is a man of simple upbringing being a son of a free farmer. He knows all to well the fate of the common farmer and has expressed his will to reform his nation to usher in a new age of modernity and industrialization, for which our Glorious Leader commended him. It later became clear that the Prince-Bishop had been transported from his Markenese homeland, more specifically Eikheuvel in the south-west of the country, using our nation's newest Rurik-Class Aircraft Carrier, the 'Leninov'. The latter was pulled out of the ongoing Gothic Sea war games, organized by the prestigious Revolutionary North-western Fleet, especially for this occasion. Quintus II is reported to have been amazed and impressed by the enormous Rurik-Class carrier was brought on board by a smaller plane normally used for gathering intelligence. The latter due to the fact that Gouw Marken lacks a proper airport or even a landing strip that could host larger planes, something they will undoubtedly accomplish with our help.

The Prince-Bishop started his speech with thanking the Kadikistani people for their continued efforts to help solve the humanitarian crisis that hit Gouw Marken in the beginning of this years and still persists in many of the nations more remote regions. The Markenese leader himself born and raised in Eikheuvel, the region where most of the Kadikistani State Aid has been directed towards, told a story about a family who managed to survive against all odds and would not be alive today if it wasn't for the Kadikistani Humanitarian Aid Program, spearheaded by the Leninov Revolutionary Family. Our Glorious Leader and his affiliates were personally thanked in recognition of their efforts to push through a continuation of the program during the 8th Party Congress. We remind our readers that the vote to continue the humanitarian mission in Gouw Marken was very narrow, with the Tsjekova and Obryanov Revolutionary Clans opposing it because of what they perceived as an unrewarded failed effort and a drain on our resources. With this visit it is expected that the Obryanov's and Tsjekova's will rally behind the continued investments in Gouw Marken as was decided during the Congress.

The Markenese leader continued by stating that both nations should form a strong fist against imperialism and blind capitalist exploitation of the common workers and farmers. Without naming the nation directly it was clear to all present that Quintus II was referring to the imperialist efforts of the Grand Duchy of Bourgogne. Burgundian bombers continue to slaughter Milesians indiscriminately and the Chagny Regime leaves no chance unused to provoke our allies in Serenierre. But what upset the Markenese Leader the most was the fact that neighbouring Bourgogne stood by and did nothing as the Markenese people were starving across the water. It goes without saying that Kadikistan shares that sentiment and that the warning against imperialism and capitalist exploitation can be expanded towards nations like Ivernia, Pelasgia, Eiffelland and even he rogue nation of Justiza which is attempting to expand its mediocre influence in the Kalahari Sea. Quintus II also pointed out that his government shared the Marxist-Leninovist sentiment that not only nation's interests must be defended, but also the common man who is responsible for building and if necessary defending the nation. Wise words from a man who has seen the Marxist-Leninovist light after a long tunnel of darkness and suffering.

Quintus II then clarified his view on our brilliant State Ideology, promising to give Marxist-Leninovism a place within the ancient Markenese strictly class-divided government structures. He announced the start of the top-down 'Markense Sociale Omwenteling' (MSO) to be pushed through by the Central Administration which will integrate certain elements of Marxist-Leninovist political and mostly socio-economic into the traditional structures. The Markenese leader stressed that it is important that Gouw Marken does not abandon its ancient system of government over night, but rather take a slow but steady path towards progress and modernity under the guiding hand of Kadikistan. The MSO is a plan to bring social improvement and economic growth to the nation, with the first goal being ending the famine and making sure it doesn't take place again. To help our Gouw Marken friends accomplish this Kadikistan pledged to continue its efforts to instigate a 'Green or Agricultural Revolution', by selling agricultural know-how, tools, techniques and machinery and often even donating it as a sign of friendship. The MSO is largely agriculturally based with the investments in industry being limited, also because the Markenese regime fears an overzealous economic transformation. Our nation, while respecting the pace that the Markenese people want to take, will continue its efforts to increase the industrialisation of Gouw Marken. Both Gouw Marken and Kadikistan would greatly benefit from a full exploitation of the Gouw Marken's vast natural resources, many still hidden due to a lack of proper prospecting materials.

The largest difference between the nations of Kadikistan and Gouw Marken is without a doubt the role of religion in the society. While Kadikistan accept and adopted Karl Marx's analysis on religion being an 'opium of the people' that serves only to distract the working class from its socio-economic realities and is thus a strictly atheist state, in Gouw Marken the Tiburan Catholic faith still plays a very important role in state business. Quintus II spoke to the carefully listening crowd about his desire to create an assimilation of both Christian and Marxist-Leninovist thought. "The old structures must become growth poles for the future.", the brilliant man said. Marxist-Leninovist doctrine clearly states that all nations must follow their own national path toward Marxist-Leninovism, so these words were received with moderate optimism. Moderate because naturally our great nation's leaders remain committed to a minimal role for religion, clearly separated from the state. Nevertheless the Gouw Marken experiment is looked forward to.

The latter being confirmed by the crowd who spontaneously and massively cheered as the Prince-Bishop ended his speech by pledging himself for a continued friendship and cooperation between his fine nation and our own. After the Markenese leader returned to his seat our Glorious Leader once again took the stage while applauding his colleague. "Thank you, Your Excellence, for this mighty speech which will give this day a place in the history books. Let this be start of a new age of friendship between our two glorious nations and the start of mutual social and economical growth. I will, as I have from the beginning, remain committed to the fate of the Markenese people and our comrades within the Gouw Marken government.". Nobody could have said it better then our Glorious Leader! The fact that the Prince-Bishop appeared during the Closing Ceremony is a clear message to the world that the ties between Kadikistan and Gouw Marken are closer then ever. Kadikistan is hereby officially the first nation visited by the Prince-Bishop in hundreds of years. A new law allowing the Markenese leader to leave the country had to be formed and accepted to make this historic visit possible. We must all be honoured. It is also a clear message to the nation of Eiffelland, which had put a lot of diplomatic resources into being the first nation to invite the Prince-Bishop, which can now see where Gouw Marken's priorities lie. It once again proves that the international prestige of Kadikistan is growing every day thanks to the visionary leadership of our Glorious Leader, Marshall Nikolai Leninov!

The Commonwealth of Cumbria, Caledonia and Loago is watching closely the events taking place in Kadikistan and we can say that we concerned of what is happening. We see those events as being a failure from our side, because with the overwhelming presence of the menace of terrorism represented by the Party of the Left and the War in Milesia, the People's Prometheist Union as done little to nothing to help the people of Gouw Marken when they had problems. From the camp of freedom and democracy, only Eiffelland did something, as all the others were kept at bay, in a state of siege, metaphorically speaking by the presence of internal conflicts and local wars. The Free World need now to awake and take it's rightful place as a political, social and economical vanguard of the world. In need of help, his excellency Quintus II, the Prince Bishop has turned to the ones that helped him, it seems reasonable and for that, Cumbria, together with all the other countries of the world have to say "mea culpa!". Sadly, the hand of Marxism-Feudalism is the only hand that brought reasonable support for the Gouw Marken and thus have open the gates of that great country to leeches and parasites. Let this be a warning to the Prince Bishop, for the Marxist-Feudalists are a bunch of godless atheists that have no respect for prestige, legitimacy or sovereignty. His alliance with them is a risky game that he will most likely lose.

Should His Excellency wish to turn from this path and return into the Free World, help and support will come from the Commonwealth, from the People's Prometheist Union and from the Cumbrian Unitarian Church. The PPU is ready to send all the supplies and volunteers needed to Gouw Marken and if accepted the Commonwealth will create an investment fund that might relieve the Prince Bishop's government of some of the weight carried by the modernization programs. If such a thing should be accepted, we are sure that other countries like Eiffelland, which already supports Gouw Marken, will join and donate to this fund. Provided that Gouw Marken wishes to align itself to us, there are great changes that the more efficient and powerful economies of the Free World will give much more funds to the modernization of Gouw Marken than Kadikistan could ever do. From a political point of view also, it should not be forgotten that Kadikistan is a nation that outright supports terrorism in the form the the Party of the Left from Cumbria-Caledonia, or the Milesian communist rebels and friendship to such a nation is ill advised.

Cumbria hopes that his excellency will ponder on our offer and that it should be understood that the north is to stand united.

THE ROLE OF THE REVOLUTIONARY FAMILIES
A Political Polemic against the social capitalist/prometheist theories on Marxist-Leninovism​

Ivar - During recent times the self-proclaimed 'prometheist' nation of Cumbria has stepped-up its anti-Marxist-Leninovist propaganda campaign in a series of articles where it both glorifies its flawed system while theoretically bashing our superior State Ideology. In the past we have already dedicated several in-depth publications explaining the capitalist nature of social-democracy, but today we will share our insights concerning the most recent verbal attacks originating from Naoned, namely the attacks against the role that the Revolutionary Families have played in Kadikistan historically and presently. The Cumbrian social-capitalists are the first to point out that several Revolutionary Clans can trace their lineage back to the founding days of our country back in the late 18th century. The Leninov's, Obryanov's, Tsjekova's and Burukova's, commonly known as the 'Great Four', even go as far back as the Greater Slavian Empire, which was founded in 1598. And while the roles they played centuries ago differ greatly from the task they preform for the Kadikistani people today, the Great Four have always selflessly taken the interest of the people at heart.

Even when the Southern territories split-off from the overstretched Greater Slavian Empire during the Secessionist War of 1789 the Great Four where the first to spearhead the idea of an aristocratic republic that minimized the role of the weak King Bronislaw I who reigned until 1803. The first King had to answer to the nobility, dominated by the Great Four and known for listening to the people's many complaints during the pre-industrial era. Indeed the idea of a nobility ruling for the people, but not ruled by the people sounds nothing short of repulsive to all enlightened countrymen. We must remind all our readers that the late 18h century was a different, darker time where the very notion of 'people's rule' was unheard of. In fact the Great Four Clans were all deemed radicals in there own time for there 'liberal' ideas on popular inclusion policy. As we have all learned during our extensive history classes the dominance of the Great Four was quickly quelled after Bronislaw's son Pjotr I took his father's place in the Winter of 1803 and turned the progressive aristocratic republic into an absolute monarchy where all power and resources were directed towards enhancing only the royal treasury. The Great Four suffered dearly during the absolutist monarchy, which lasted during the entire 19th century, but never abandonned its mission bring forward the concerns of the impoverished people. Pjotr I and the despots who followed him feared the influence the Great Four had, supported by their Bannermen and the people, and preformed any political manoeuvre possible to liquidate them.

But regardless of there honourable intentions the Great Four remained the nobility, which existence is inherently against the interests of the people. To explain the influence of several families today we need to go back towards the roles they played during the Glorious Revolution in 1907 and the Great Purges that followed in the late 1920's and early 1930's. The older generations among us remember the backwards tyrannical rule by the last King of Kadikistan, Bronislaw III. The merciless repression, the underdeveloped economy, the bloody wars and most of all the hunger. Social-Capitalists are the first to point out that the Great Four were indeed in a position of power during an inherently unequal period, but they were essential in turning the tide during the civil war that followed after First Comrade Rurik took Ivar in 1907 with his Marxist Worker Brigades. The Civil War lasted for no less then fourteen long and bloody years, but shifted in favour of the courageous revolutionaries only after the Great Four retained there allegiance to the people and rose up against Bronislaw III' rule. In doing this all former nobles, who were gradually becoming known among the people as the 'Revolutionary Families' or 'Revolutionary Clans', paid the ultimate price in service of the revolution. The Leninov Family made the biggest sacrifice losing its patriarch and six other members, three during the Siege of Ivar which lasted for six years. The Leninov's had successfully prevented the Royal Army from retaking the nation's capital against overwhelming odds. The Tsjekova Family lost seven members in retaking the rural northern lands, dealing decisive blows to the last bastions of the Royalist forces during epic battles such as the Battle for Sbrevika. General Bramski Burukova, First Secretary of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties and Head of the Army College of the People's Commissariat for War, lost two brothers and his father during the Civil War, but managed to liberate the Southern Coast and the South-East as Commander of the Eastern Revolutionary Oblast. The Obryanov's lost only two members, but there heroic deaths ensured that the encircled 7th 'Rurikgrad' Revolutionary Army could break out and play an essential role in the success of the Western Offensive during the Spring of 1919.

These and many other victories as well as setbacks had given these families such prestige that by the end of the Civil War in 1921 its members were enormously popular among the nations farmers, workers and especially the soldiers. So much that its members were continuously elected into important and high-standing government positions. In these positions the members continued there efforts to strengthen our nation and better the lives of its people, for example by collectivising the country-side like General Ivan Tsjekova did. This was much to the anger of a group of power-hungry conspirators who, like the Cumbrian social-capitalists, pointed towards the past of the Revolutionary Clans and claimed that their heavy sacrifice and dedication to Marxist thought wasn't enough to wash away the guilt of their father's. In 1918 this revisionist faction attempted to liquidate each and every KCWP, predecessor of the MLWP, members that had links to the Revolutionary Families. During one single night no less then 623 comrades belonging to either the Great Four or any of their respective sub-clans, such as the Vinsko's and the Marjoetsk Clan, were brutally killed by revisionist cowards. Many other perished during the Great Purge when the KCWP experienced an internal struggle between the revisionist faction and the Marxist faction led by the Great Four, elected by the superior system of democratic centralism. After the Great Purge the Party was once again united with the revisionist scourge permanently burned out, including some Revolutionary Family members such as Pjotr Tsjekova, Ivan's father who's dedication to communism was deemed corrupted. Members of the historic families remained in power not because of their blood, but because the people deemed them worthy and continue to appoint them there. The people have faith that these brave men and women who have proven themselves dedicated to Kadikistan and theoretical purity time and time again will continue to serve their country and the people's interest. Marxist-Leninovist dogma does not demand the rule of families, but rather the rule of the people which must be absolute and respected. In Kadikistan's chase the people have placed their faith into revolutionary heroes and hero-families, Marxism developed within our own historical context.

KADIKISTAN FORMALLY RECOGNIZES CALIDIAN MARXIST-LENINOVIST STATE
A mere month after Mehldorfian comrades founded the People's Socialist Republic of Calidia, our government unanimously voted to formally recognize and exchange embassies​

Ivar/Dudsbury - The people of Dudsbury and the surrounding areas of East Calidia, only 90 kilometres from Kadikistan's second largest city of Rurikgrad, rejoiced as the Central Committee has unanimously voted in favour of recognizing the People's Socialist Republic of Calidia as an independent sovereign state equal to itself. Our Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov himself thanked the Central Committee for the display of unity and strength in an increasingly hostile world. The recognition of the Calidian independence is the last in a long line of actions that our nation has taken to spread working class awareness among the Mehldorfian population and offer Marxist-Leninovist solutions and can therefore be seen as the final chapter of a success story. The youngest nation of Europe has over 3 million inhabitants, but that number is likely to grow given its proximity to Rurikgrad and the many exchanges that will take place. Dubsbury, the major city in the liberated areas, has been chosen to be the capital by the Mehldorfian Marxist-Leninovist People's Union. The MMLPU is the vanguard party that together with its armed-wing, the People's Militia, made the creation of this new nation possible after long period of revolutionary struggle with differing intensity, but nevertheless constant action.

The MMLPU and the People's Militia had clearly learned from its mistakes during the Februari Uprising earlier this year, when they managed to take some ground, but not hold it for longer then a week. This time the revolution was experienced and well-led by the MMLPU's political leader Augusto Martino and People's Militia General Ludwig Toffensteiger. Comrade Martino has managed to regroup his Party after the assassination of former MMLPU General-Secretary Johann Daas, who's ambitious though eventually failed ideas of 'Marxist-Leninovism with Mehldorfian Characteristics' led to a rift within the Party. It was Comrade Martino's visionary leadership together with the military backing of brilliant commanders such as General Toffensteiger that made the creation of the People's Socialist Republic of Calidia possible. The revolutionaries managed to create an ideal political climate for the revolution to take place by targeting both symbolic and strategic institutions together with prominent figures while maintaining its charity work ,civic organisations and presence on the work floor. Truly an example to follow for other Marxist-Leninovist Parties and organizations worldwide.

There is little doubt that Calidia will flourish given its earlier mentioned proximity to our nations second largest city and largest port. A high-standing government functionary has already informed us that that Kadikistan will invest heavily in rebuilding damaged Calidian industrial infrastructure and will threat the new state as if it was a long-standing trade partner with attractive tariffs. Calidia has much to offer as it is a very industrialized area ready to process and possibly even distribute Kadikistani raw materials and other resources to relieve the pressure on Rurikgrad. Kadikistan has already guided the Calidian government into its new structures, which are styled after those in Kadikistan but with some national characteristics. General Ludwig Toffensteiger has been chosen by the people to be the new leader of the People's Socialist Republic of Calidia. He is therefore the third officially recognized Marxist-Leninovist Head of State in Europe, preceded by our Glorious Leader in Kadikistan and President John Holt in the People's Republic of Milesia.

The only point that caused some discontent concerned the fact that there was some opposition against one of the conditions from the St. Wilhelmsstadt regime that the MMLPU must be disbanded in all other territories belonging to the United Kingdom of Mehldorf. What the United Kingdom does not realize is that you simply can not disband an ideology and the fact that Marxist-Leninovism has found its way into the hearts and minds of the people and will stay there regardless of any law. However for the time being we urge our friends in Mehldorf to abide by the Oakhampton Peace Accords, but maintain the structures and even the name of the MMLPU within the new state. Changing the name would send the wrong message towards the Mehldorfian working class which we must not abandon. We wish our comrades in Mehldorf the best of luck and will stand by their side every step of the way. Glory to the World Revolution!

As for your encouragement of the MMLPU to continue its activities within our nation, the fact is that most of Mehldorf's socialist base was within the East Calidia region which is now independent however Marxist-Leninovism will continue to maintain the same rights as all parties do, however, as he is the head of state of a foreign nation Augusto Martino can not and will not be recognised as the parties legal leader. Now, as for reports of Mehldorfeans leaving for Calidia En mass, this rumour is simply not true in fact all refugees have already been relocated to there nation of choice and the border has been closed for over 2 weeks at this point in time.

PROMETHEISM IS SOCIAL BY WORD, BUT CAPITALIST BY DEED
A righteous political reaction against the founding of the 'Prometheist Brotherhood' and the continued spread of social-capitalism​

Ivar - Workers of the World, prometheism is a manifestation of 'social' support for the capitalist bourgeois dictatorship. Hence the International Worker, in coordination with other outlets of the Kadikistani Central Newspapers as well as the various media of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties, refers to it like it refers to so-called 'social-democrats' or 'reformed socialists', namely as social-capitalists. This term, since adopted into official Marxist-Leninovist doctrine, more correctly describes and defines the inherent nature of 'social-democrats' and its splintered sects such as the prometheism. Indeed prometheist movements are most successfully maintaining capitalist exploitation of the working class as we see in the countries of Eiffelland and Cumbria where prometheist parties are at their strongest. Not to mention that it clears the way for capitalist exploitation and even the latter stage of fascism by its whole policy. 'How so?' the average politically uneducated factory workers or farmer will say. Well, while both liberal capitalists and social-capitalists stand for the maintenance and the strengthening of capitalism and bourgeois dictatorship, they each adopt different tactical views. The social-capitalists prefer a more moderate and more 'lawful' application of bourgeois class coercion, because they do not want to contract the basis of the bourgeois dictatorship meaning they guard its 'democratic' drapings, and strive chiefly to preserve its parliamentary forms, for without these, the social-capitalists would be hampered in carrying out their special function of deceiving the working masses.

At the same time, the social-capitalists restrain the workers from revolutionary action against the capitalist offensive and growing exploitation, play the part of a 'social' screen behind which the bourgeoisie is able to organize their forces, and build the road for the final capitalist stage of fascist dictatorship where an unseen measure of state violence against the working class is deployed to maintain its doomed economical system like we see in Ivernia. The 'social screen' contains many lies that are meant to deceive the working masses by applying 'socialist' solutions to the capitalist system like we see in Cumbria, Caledonia and Loago. But while being claimed 'socialist' these solutions are never carried out to its full extent, which has an unavoidable negative effect on its success. A clear example of this is the partial nationalization of certain branches of industry in Cumbria, Caledonia and Loago while maintaining large spaces in the economy for private enterprise. It is as the politically aware worker knows, impossible to improve and safeguard the rights and conditions of the entire national working class if the democratic people's government can not command and successfully plan a fully nationalized economy. Even the prometheist sect claims that the partial nationalization serves to safeguard the rights of the workers in those economic branches as well as guarantee an efficient public- and services sector like in Kadikistan, Milesia, Calidia and Serenierre, but they refuse to push nationalization further then a mere handful of branches because full nationalization would hinder their bourgeoisie overlords who demand profit maximisation at the expense of the impoverished worker. With partial nationalization the very notion of nationalising becomes an empty vessel, because its economy remains determined by capital-driven industrials and bankers while the workers of the nation are divided between those few who are 'lucky' enough to work in a nationalized company and those who are exposed and unprotected against capitalist exploitation. And even those 'lucky' few still face a constant threat by the bourgeoisie who are allowed to maintain their grip on the socio-economic realities through this flawed system. This way social-capitalists play a very treacherous role in deceiving the working class with 'socialist solutions' while striving for a perverted version of 'socialism under capitalism'.

This is why all Marxist-Leninovists must mobilize, stronger and more numerous then ever, against the single greatest threat to worldwide communism, being what is known in the West as Prometheism. Factory Cells and Street Cells are called upon to watch out for social-capitalist infiltrators in the factories, trade unions and even in the streets and actively root out all prometheist presence in the unions and on the streets not only by revealing their reactionary agenda but also by countering their false solutions with educated and determined speakers, pamphlets and other means of propaganda. The Democratic Republic of Kadikistan has magnanimously donated a large sum of money to the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties in order for the latter to be able to launch a grand global campaign against social-capitalism in order to persuade the international working class from its dangerous and treacherous nature while swaying disillusioned workers away from its vile clutches. Officials from the International have already assured the Kadikistani People's Government that the financial support will be well distributed among the various parties within the organization, with special attention going to the Party of the Left in Cumbria and Caledonia, the Communist Party of Eiffelland (KPE) and the Loagin League of Communists in the colony of Loago where social-capitalism is a significant and even dominant force. In Eiffelland the KPE, a prestigious founding member of the International and one of the oldest communist parties of Europe, will be helped in utilizing its significant influence in the factories, trade unions and on the streets in the working class areas to counter any and all initiatives launched by the Social-Democratic Party of Eiffelland (SPE) and drawing away its working class membership and other potential sympathizers. A good Marxist-Leninovist is disciplined and ready, always alert and loyal.

MARXIST-LENINOVISM IS THE FUTURE OF HIMYAR
Marxist-Leninovist alternatives becoming increasingly popular in the southern continent as both ethnic and religious tensions rise​

Ivar - Comrades from around the world, there is a light at the end of even the darkest tunnel. Since the beginning of the revolutionary year 1956 we have seen an enormous expansion of our State Ideology, a gift from our Glorious Leader, especially in Germania and Gallia. In these two regions no less then two new Marxist-Leninovist republics were founded besides ancient Kadikistan. More specifically the People's Republic of Milesia on the 14th of March and the People's Socialist Republic of Calidia on the 4th of July. Indeed the founding of the Milesian and Calidian workers' republics were grand victories for not only the local, but also the international proletariat as they helped greatly in the expansion and popularization of our noble ideals. The latter scientifically being the only tool the working class has to successfully bring true improvement on the workplace, the streets and to return the means of production into the rightful hands of the proletariat. Besides these grand victories the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties, under the brilliant chairmanship of General Bramski Burukova, has managed to mobilize the international communist movement under the banner of Leninovism, the only valid and successful interpretation of Marx's teachings. Today the International has vanguard parties in nearly every European nation from Gallia to Touyou and from Scania to Himyar. Much to the discontent of revisionist 'left' groups such as the social-capitalists who name themselves 'prometheists' or the downright reactionary 'world republicanism' as propagated by the 'Deliverance State' that wrongfully claims the name 'Socialist World Republic'.

The presence of Marxist-Leninovism on the Southern continent of Himyar is relatively recent with only small inferiorly organized Marxist-Leninovist groups scarcely spread throughout the region prior to 1956. All of this changed when the International was proclaimed earlier this year in January. Today the single largest and best organized Marxist-Leninovist Party on the continent is without a doubt the Internationalist Communist Party of Pelasgia (DKKP), which has fought through militarist ultra-nationalist state repression as well as as a brutal rivalry against the revisionist left represented by the SKEP and more recently the PKP. Regardless of the heavy and merciless repression against the courageous DKKP, leading to an unseen number of deaths in Pelasgia's infamous death camps, and with barely any time to mobilize and prepare for the hastily organized general elections in July still managed to persuade no less then 7% of the Pelasgian people of voting age. Meaning that almost one out of ten Pelasgians support Marxist-Leninovism, especially when you take into account the many youngsters fighting under DKKP flag who are not yet allowed to vote due to electoral age restrictions. Against all odds and without the democratic means which other, inherently capitalist and bourgeois, parties had the DKKP has managed to play a vital role in the Pelasgian political and social-economic life. The DKKP is the single most disciplined and ideologically committed workers' party in Himyar, but they are closely followed by other, newer Marxist-Leninovist Parties that have risen in Himyar throughout the year.

The Loagin League of Communists (LLC) equals the DKKP's in prestige and discipline as a founding member of the International operating in the Cumbrian Limestone Coast. During the Founding Congress, which took place from the 20th until the 22th of January, the LLC passionately expressed its desire to become the leading force in guiding the Himyari communist movement towards Leninovist teachings. Morgan Masimba, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the LLC, said: "Marxist-Leninovism is the only true path to liberation and equality for the subjugated people's of Himyar, be they under colonial rule or not. Only Marxist-Leninovism, backed by the mighty and prestigious Kadikistani Revolutionary State, is strong enough in its commitment to topple the imperialist and capitalist forces who seek to enslave us for generations to come." On the matter of the self-proclaimed 'leftist' alternatives seeking to manipulate the Himyari workers and farmers Masimba said that: "We share the Leninovist analysis that sees the so-called 'world republicanism' for the power-hungry imperialist force that it truly is. We refuse its flawed political strategies such as entrism because we stand by the 'Theory on Social-Capitalism' as explained by Comrades Nikolai Leninov and Yorisk Vinsko in response to the formation of the 'Prometheist Brotherhood'." Comrade Masimba is correct in seeing through the social-capitalist roots of world republicanism, which denial of vanguardism is a clear example of its inherent bourgeois nature that offers nothing but moderation and appeasement with the forces of exploitation while the international working class needs and indeed craves radical change.

Himyari communists must work there hardest to politically educate their respective countrymen and show them the only true path towards emancipation which is Marxist-Leninovism. No doubt there is still much room for growth of our glorious ideology, especially in a continent were capitalist and colonial oppression and exploitation still force suffering upon millions. Religion remains an opium of the people which serves only to distract the working class from its social-economic realities while ethnicity is merely a construct with the singular purpose to divide. All workers and farmers, regardless of race or religion, have the common goal to struggle for freedom and equality. Muslim workers in Pelasgia should stand side by side with the Loagin farmers in the Limestone Coast as well as the miners of Jewish descend. Everything that divides the proletariat makes it weaker and we all know how the forces of exploitation long for the moments when the workers show weakness in order to increase their machineries of oppression.

Fatherland to reinforce Calidian comrades after prometheist take-over of Lauenburg threatens Oakhampton Peace Accords​

Dubsburry - The social-capitalist world conspiracy continues as the nation of Lauenburg was recently taken over by the Prometheist Brotherhood and thus placed under the dominion of Kuressaare. Earlier this week the Islamic Republic of Jurzan had already announced its intention to join this brotherhood having been a staunch supporter of this vile inherently fascist ideology for many years. Before that the ruling social-capitalist party of our neighbouring state of Ruthenia-Galicia also gained membership of the brotherhood. And now with Lauenburg being the newest edition of this recently emerged power bloc our glorious Fatherland is surrounded by degenerate social-capitalist conspirators. The latter being not in the least supported by the 'world republican' South Himyari Territories with whom the prometheists share more similarities than differences.

But our mighty State will not be intimidated even by a surge so sudden and intense. We will respond against the social-capitalist expansion resolutely and without hesitation for the enemy will see anything else as a sign of weakness. That is why our Glorious Leader, Marshall Nikolai Leninov, has decided in coordination with the Central Committee of the Party and the Council of People's Commissars that Kadikistan will send the great 6th Tank Division to our allies in Calidia to help reinforce the young nation against potential attacks from its former oppressors. A spokesperson for the government emphasized that the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan remains committed to the Oakhampton Peace Accords which where to establish a lasting peace between our nation and Lauenburg as well as establish the independence of a Marxist-Leninovist State in Calidia. Any unilateral violation made against the Oakhampton Peace Accords by the new social-capitalist regime will be seen as a declaration of war against not only Calidia, but Kadikistan as well.

Kalahari - The Rogue State of Justiza has once again managed to cause a world wide crisis with its recent claims over international waters. In earlier publications we told you that the Furzillo regime, in a mindset of what can only be described as madness, prohibited all other nations to sail their military vessels in the straits between Justiza and their recent colonial gains, the Parvae Islands. This most recent in a long line of provocations which the regional powers had to endure has finally opened the eyes of many nations to the rogue nature of the island state. Former friends of the regime such as Saaremaa have since redrawn their support and even Pelasgia is rumoured to have criticized heir ally intensely. Naturally we all know that Saaremaa's withdrawal of support is merely a ploy to advance the Social-Capitalist World Conspiracy by allowing the South Himyari Territories to get a foothold in the central Kalahari region. For the shortest amount of time former enemies seemed united against the dangerous rogues before ancient rivalries took over once again. Mere months after the Southern Revolutionary Fleet was demobilized after the successful Varanasi Peace Summit brought back some stability the Justinian government expanded by purchasing the Parvae Islands from Rashan, exploiting the Sultanate's economic crisis even further.

They also further disrupted the Status Quo Treaty by allowing Pelasgia and Lauenburg to set up naval facilities for both nations so they can expand their influence over the Kalahari Sea. The international anger toward Justiza is more than justified as we are not even summing up the rest of a long lists of aggressive acts and domestic repression. Nevertheless Kadikistan will not allow the South Himyari Republic to tip the sensitive balance of power into their favour, replacing the Empire of Pelasgia vacuum once they leave Justiza by spreading the social-capitalist virus. When we asked recently appointed Admiral Jeskov Marjoetsk, replacing former Admiral Danilov Tunski who was removed after the failure of the Chagny Peace Conference, about the situation and our nation's position he said, "The position of the Fatherland is that the situation must be normalized. With this we mean that we want a return to the geopolitical situation just after the Varanasi Peace Summit. This means that we believe that the Sultanate of Rashan is the rightful owner of the Parvae Islands and that the islands should return to them. It also means that both Lauenburg and Pelasgia should abandon their bases on Justiza and return to their respective homelands. With Lauenburg joining the social-capitalist bloc Kuressaare and its lackeys now have a jumping board into the country, which is why we predict that they will put more pressure on the Pelasgians while silently approving Lauenburg's presence. We must avoid Justiza becoming a part of the social-capitalist brotherhood at all costs, as much as we must avoid the Pelasgians becoming too dominant in the area. During the next days the Southern Revolutionary Fleet will be escorting commercial vessels through the Straits to assure their safety." According to the Status Quo Treaty trade routes have a nearly sacred status and our beloved nation is well within its right to protect them in accordance with international maritime law.

In response to Lauenburg and Ruthenia-Galicia falling for the social-capitalist trap set by Saaremaa the Rurikgrad, Pjotorski Military Districts have been mobilized to appropriately answer any potential attacks from the many 'prometheist' nations that befoul our border. May our brave soldiers and sailors keep us save. We must preserve our pride and our way of life. Not a step backwards in the fight against social-capitalist imperialism!

The Pelasgian Empire has no intention of abandoning her perfectly legal bases on the territory of the Republic of Justiza, just like those on the territory of Lauenburger Himyar, without the explicit request of the legitimate governments of said territories. These bases are there for the protection of the aforementioned polities. Thus, there never has been and never will be a "power vacuum" left for the Engello-Socialists to fill. We shall monitor the movements of the Kadikistani Navy appropriately, and we reiterate our call for calmness and peace to the nations of the Kalahari, and beyond.
