We are studying the claims of the Justinian Government regarding the waters between Justiza and the Parvae Islands. It is our stance that commercial traffic must be allowed in those waters, also commercial traffic from Kadikistan. However, we also want to make clear that even under the provisions of the Status Quo Treaty Justiza is free to choose its friends. Furthermore, the deal between Rashan and Justiza regarding the Parvae Islands was completely legal and according to international law. Justiza did not obtain the islands through a war, but obtained them with the approval from the former owner, the Sultanate of Rashan. We will follow the events with interest, and will stand with Pelasgia in this matter.

JURZANI GREEN ARMY BUTCHERS FOUR REVOLUTIONARY SOLDIERS
Jurzani military committing a massacre on the Dnjert River Island under false pretences​

Dnjert - Today is a day that will forever be marked as a day of tragedy as no less than four brave Kadikistani soldiers were slaughtered without provocation by soldiers of the Green Army of the Islamic Republic of Jurzan. The Kadikistani men died for their fatherland without as much as a warning from the malicious Green Army as they were patrolling the Varuskaya River area searching for smugglers. When their brave search led them to the Dnjert River Island they encountered Jurzani smugglers being protected by corrupt Green Army officials commanding dozens of men. The Central Newspapers of Kadikistan, which groups all Kadikistani publications as well as those of the International, received this information first hand from the testimony of the sole survivor of the Jurzani massacre, the courageous Captain Sergei Moravscik. This Kadikistani hero survived the onslaught relying on his many trained skills and the experiences he build up during his 24 years of service in the Revolutionary Armed Forces. The Captain explained that, "Once our patrol came in closer and uncovered that Jurzani bandits were using the river island for their illegal dealings I did my duty to my country ordered my men to take down the bandits after they refused to lay down their arms. Due to our superior training and tactics we quickly managed to take the island, but once there the Green Army emerged from their ambush positions and opened fire upon us from the Jurzani river shore without warning. Cowardly surprising us with far superior numbers.", he stated with the massacre still in his eyes. The uninhabited island of Dnjert is sovereign Kadikistani territory, regardless of what the social-capitalist Jurzani regime wrongfully claims. A claim which is based on imperialist drawings by the Varanasi Empire dated over a century ago. The island, along with all other river islands on the Varuskaya River, has been Kadikistani been ever since our Glorious Leader, Marshall Nikolai Leninov, rectified past mistakes and reinstated our rightful claim in 1940.

Captain Sergei Moravscik was given the honorary title of 'Hero of Marxist-Leninovist Labour' as well as the Medal 'For Distinction in Guarding the State Border of the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan' and 'For Military Valour'. But as proud as he was as he was being decorated by none other than Lieutenant General Ratko Leninov, Chairman of the Supreme Soviet, his passion and anger for what happened to his men prevailed. "We fought bravely, but our discipline and courage could not outmatch the fire-power of the numerous enemies who ambushed us while we were on the island without any form of cover. The only reason I managed to escape and didn't join my comrades in this ultimate sacrifice was my attempt to save the youngest member of my squad, Private Vassili Zarakov. This ambitious 19-year old revolutionary soldier died in my arms while I was dragging him onto the raft that connected the island to the mainland. Private Pjotr Ratko equalled Zarakov in patriotism and Marxist-Leninovist convictions and was only a few years older than Comrade Vassili. The two other men I lost I have worked with defending our mighty country for many years. They where Corporal Drako Timovarski and Sergeant Bodan Lamrov respectively. Both men who had obtained countless scars for the Fatherland. It is in the honour of these four heroes that I accept these medals given to me by a far greater man than myself.", the Hero of Marxist-Leninovist Labour said strongly.

The Jurzani authorities have falsely accused the Kadikistani State of being responsible for the massacre, claiming that Dnjert is their sovereign territory and that our soldiers were trespassing. This foul propaganda has even spread to countries such as Geotri and Brecilia who blindly adopted the Jurzani lies and spread them among their respective populations. We can not predict what troubles these lies may bring in the near future. But one thing is certain, following the confrontation between Captain Moravscik's Squad and the Green Army, Colonel Marko Leninov ordered the destruction of the island by means of nearby artillery batteries. No longer shall the uninhabited and useless island be a crossroad for criminals and traitors thanks to the decisive actions by Colonel Marko Leninov.

Jurzani government officials have called upon the Kadikistani Ambassador in Alaghan to discuss what happened and to discuss reparations. Our People's Government is currently discussing the strategy with which to adress the question. For now we can only mourn and praise the four heroes who gave their lives in the fight against smugglers and in defence of our sovereign soil.

People of Kadikistan rejoice as yet another people finds the true path to freedom and equality​

Kuressaare - While the times may seem dark with the Milesian struggle for independence ongoing, Calidia under constant threat from the social-capitalist Lauenburg regime and the crisis in the Kalahari Sea growing worse as both Pelasgia and its Justinian minions refuse to step down their aggressive policies. But today a new beacon of light has arisen in the darkness of European politics. Like in Milesia the beacon is once again located in the northern continent of Scania, a place frequently described by Marxist-Leninovists scholars as an ideal breeding ground for our glorious State Ideology. Mere days after the courageous freedom fighters of the Revolutionary Liberation Army, the armed wing of the Kadikistani-backed Party of the Left, successfully assassinated the social-fascist Riina Lepp, her successor Chancellor Kristijan Sisask called for the establishment of an 'Internal Settlement'. Prioritizing peace, stability and workers emancipation the General-Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party of the Left, the brilliant Koit Sokk, agreed to sit down and talk to the social-capitalist regime. The result of those talks are clear and indeed glorious. Yesterday, on the 22th of October 1956, the High Kingdom of Saaremaa has been dissolved while the Saare people watched and cheered as the Democratic Socialist Republic of Saaremaa was born. With this the nation has not only freed itself from its marked name, but also from its historical inheritance of oppression and social-economic exploitation.

With the establishment of the Democratic Socialist Republic under the guiding influence of Marxist-Leninovism the new Saaremaa has also freed its Limestone Coast colony, resulting in the creation of the independent Republic of Loago. The latter being an opportunity for Loagin League of Communists to regroup and launch a campaign for the liberation of Loago. More on the last in other news. The Saare royal family immediately fled the nation fearing proletarian justice being preformed upon them by the glorious new regime and a vengeful people craving reparations. This came to no shock as the Saare royal house was known for its cowardly ways, hiding being prometheist banners while exploiting the Saare working and peasant class. The new Saare People's Government under Koit Sokk has also announced that it will retreat from Milesia, thus seizing its joint operations with the Burgundian and Ivernish fascist oppressors. The latter will allow the Milesian People's Army currently sieging the city of Lowport to breath and reorganize for the coming offensive by the Bourgo-Ivernish fascist forces.

The people of Saaremaa having accepted Marxist-Leninovism as the path towards the future thanks to the relentless efforts by the Party of the Left is also a major victory for the Kadikistani foreign policy. The latter being the result of the visionary thinking of our Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov who gave a speech on Tovarich Square earlier today in the presence of several members of the Central Committee and the Council for People's Commissars as well as the representatives of all Marxist-Leninovist Parties in Europe who came down from the Palace of International Solidarity. To honour the newly found Kadikistani friendship with Saaremaa government officials have announced that a substantial statue will be erected on the Davach Marked in Ivar, less than a hundred metres east of Tovarich Square. The statue will feature a glooming General Secretary Koit Sokk pointing his finger in the direction of Saaremaa while our Glorious Leader stands by his side with his hand on his shoulder signing approval of Koit's policies.

LONG LIVE THE ECONOMIC RECOVERY PROGRAM
State of Kadikistan once again shows it humanitarian side as the government announces an Economic Recovery Program to help Calidia and Saaremaa​

Ivar - Since the Internal Settlement was agreed upon in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Saaremaa some of our Glorious Nation's greatest and most brilliant minds have been tasked in a specialized committee to establish and calculate how Kadikistan can aid our newer and older allies to prevent their respective economic heritages from causing an economic collapse. While both our allies in the People's Republic of Milesia and the People's Socialist Republic of Calidia have already enjoyed much financial and economic support, the entire system has been reorganized into the 'Economic Recovery Program' so that it's able to efficiently and coherently manage and monitor our allies recovery now that the much larger Saaremaa has joined our ranks. The latter has a 7 million strong population which has been suffering under the insane economic and financial exploits of the former social-capitalist regime. One of those irresponsible economic actions was the spending of no less than 40% of the Gross Domestic Product on an unaffordable military with the sole purpose to keep Loago suppressed manu militari and to repress the Party of the Left and its armed wing who was fighting a courageous struggle that was eventually won.

Simply put the Economic Recovery Program, which is becoming popularly known as the 'Leninov Plan' after our People's Commissar for External Affairs Colonel Dimitri Leninov who first announced the plan earlier today, will provide the nations of Saaremaa, Milesia and Calidia with short-term financial donations in order for them to dig themselves out of the deficit craters their former regimes have left them with. The Democratic Socialist Republic of Saaremaa will be donated a sum no less than $8 billion spread throughout the coming two years while offering them a loan against very low interests of another $6 billion with the payment plan to be agreed upon in the following weeks. Colonel Dimitri Leninov suggested that comrade Koit Sokk's government will be allow to pay off the debt over a period of no less than 10 years, by which time the Economic Recovery Program will have succeeded in stabilizing the currently shattered Saare economy. The Socialist People's Republic of Calidia will receive a financial donation of roughly 1.2 billion to revitalize the port city of Dubsbury and help rebuild and renovate the city of Aberdwyff, which is the largest city in Calidia. The sum donated to the People's Republic of Milesia was much smaller given the fact that war, especially the ferociously bloody Burgundian and Ivernish bombing campaign, is aiming at destroying the nation's infrastructure. "It would not be wise to spend Kadikistani money just so the imperialist fascists can use them for target practice.", the People's Commissar for External Affairs stated.

But as said the financial donations, though already very substantial, are not the only element within the Leninov Plan. On the long term Kadikistan will use its vast surplus of raw resources to supply the respective industries of Calidia, Milesia and Saaremaa at a price only slightly above production costs. The 'Gothic Sea Triangle', referring to Saaremaa, Calidia and Milesia, will be tasked with processing the mass amount of resources into consumer goods. The latter being something that has long been considered decadent by Kadikistan, but is now seen as necessary for the establishment of economic growth without abandoning our nation's principles. Colonel Leninov emphasized that especially Saaremaa, but in lesser amount also Calidia, already has the know-how and infrastructure for the production of various consumer goods. These various economic sectors will flourish once supplied with the necessary resources having to cover only the production costs. This new influx of raw materials will create new jobs, with the aim being over 98% employment, and expanding several key economic sectors. Once the economic integration is complete Kadikistan is expected to receive similar economic advantages as those incorporated in the Economic Recovery Program. Over time the investments made will be payed back financially and economically leading to a new era of wealth for our Mighty Nation and its allies in the Gothic Sea.

Jurzani population to be relocated north in order to permanently break the bonds with the islamist social-capitalist Alaghan regime​

Lurcheniv - Ever since the Second Kadiko-Varanasi War in 1905, when our forces liberated Lurcheniv from Varanasi imperialist oppression, our great nation has been stained by an ungrateful and inherently reactionary people known as the Jurzani's. These people, while given the same rights as all other citizens of Kadikistan, have refused to assimilate with the rest of the Kadikistani people due to foreign influencing for two generations. But even after all this time and seemingly pointless efforts to give the Jurzani people a place in our mighty nation and regardless of the fact that there is a high amount of support for murdering irredentist terrorist groups such as the 'Jurzani Popular Front', the State will never give up on its belief in equality and freedom for all. That is why in stead of continuing expensive local integration and assimilation programs the People's Commissar for Nationalities Lieutenant General Ratko Leninov has today announced a radical change in the policies concerning the Jurzani people. He explained this change in a glorious speech that lasted over sixty minutes and left the spontaneous audience that gathered in our Capital's Tovarich Square amazed and enthusiastic.

"Years of intense research and tests have preceded this solution, this radical change in our Great Nation's policy towards the Jurzani People. We realize now that you can not, as the typical Kadikistani poverb goes, 'put the cat near the milk'. We can not turn the Jurzani's into our fellow Kadikistani's while they are being tempted or given the opportunity to do wrong. That is why this new plan will succeed in tearing down the bounds between the Jurzani's living in the Socialist Oblast of Lurcheniv and the belligerent Islamic republic of the Jurzan. We will do this by, forcefully if we must, relocating 30% of the one million Jurzani's to the newly build city of Napedrak on the Zrenkanin island in the northern Socialist Oblast of Spretska. During the course of next year another 45% of the Jurzani population will follow suit and be ripped away from the islamist social-capitalist shackles. It was assessed after the carefull gathering of intelligence that the remaining 25% of the Kadikistani's with Jurzani heritage have been successfully assimilated as loyal followers of the Party and the State. The latter will retain the right to live in Lurcheniv will be granted the opportunity to attain other housing and employment left by those who will be relocated. Meanwhile the People's Commissariat for Nationalities will also establish a new campaign to attract Kadikistani immigration to the border regions with Jurzan.", Lt. The People's Commissar for nationalities continued to explain that construction for the city of Napedrak began seven years ago in order to promote migration to the underpopulated north where workers are needed to exploit the recently discovered oil fields under the ice pack. The relocated Jurzani's will learn discipline and patriotism through hard labour for the State without a belligerent neighbour able to whisper malicious things in their ears. They will do work that will benefit all the Kadikistani people and strengthen our nation and the Party. The hard labour will be combined with intensive daily political education so they may yet become useful for our nation rather than dangerous internal elements. The roughly 2000 Kadikistani's who had already settled in the city will remain with additional military forces being dispatched to uphold law and order. The island itself will also be frequently patrolled by naval vessels of the Revolutionary Northern Fleet with coastal forces assigned to be on the alert for those refusing this last magnanimous chance and attempting to flee. The Islamic Republic was founded to protect our people from hostile, foreign aggression and the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan has consistently embarked on a foreign policy of plunder, domination, and imperialism. They drew out the conflict in Ivernia, resulting in the bastardized Milesian Republic. They celebrated the countless deaths as a victory of their Marxist-Leninovist ideology. They forced the Kingdom of Laurenburg to cede the false Calidian Republic under threat of another horrific invasion. Most recently, they murdered Chancellor Lepp of Saaremaa and destroyed the rightful government there, replacing it with a puppet that is supported solely by the Kadikistani. Now, the Kadikistani have turned their attention to our lands. It begins by murdering our culture, murdering our people. Then, not long after, they will move into the Jurzan and seek to end our independence, end our experiment, destroy our homes. I will not stand idly by as the Kadikistani seek another avenue of destruction. As President of the Islamic Republic, I have ordered the full mobilization of Green Land, Sea, and Air Forces. Furthermore, I am ordering the immediate deployment of 75,000 additional soldiers to the Northern border, with a particular concentration on the Khandahar region. Finally, I end with this. The Democratic Republic of Kadikistan must immediately cease its operations in Khandahar. Today the belligerent Islamic Republic of the Jurzan has mobilized the entire Green Army, placing no less than 75,000 soldiers at our borders. The islamist social-capitalist regime in Alaghan has done this in response to the Jurzani Relocation and Assimilation Program, which is off course a national and domestic Kadikistani affair. It is well within our sovereign right to deal with the difficulties our population has to endure in various circumstances. In this case it is our State that has decided the best possible course of action to deal with the lack of assimilation of the Jurzani population within our borders. We must be united as one single people, no matter how much the malicious Jurzani government claims to hold sway over Kadikistani citizens. For it was not the Jurzani government that housed and fed the Jurzani's who refused to become a true part of this glorious nation. It was not Alaghan that provided security, healthcare, social-economic equality and many more things. But it was Alaghan who conspired against us through the 'Prometheist World Conspiracy', undermining our efforts to assimilate the Jurzani people despite our various language and cultural programs and military service. For two generations dubious forces from the Jurzan have spend countless resources on keeping the Kadikistani's of Jurzani heritage identifying with the religious social-capitalist state.

But the response of our mighty nation was indeed grand as our Glorious Leader, Marshall Nikolai Leninov, has announced the mobilization of the Ordansk Military District. Over a quarter of a million soldiers, including several of our most modern tank divisions, will soon position themselves alongside the border in the Socialist Oblasts of Lurcheniv, Ratak, Lotrsk and Kureschevski. While security reasons prohibit state officials from commenting on the exact positions of our courageous forces we do know that the bulk of the force has been deployed to the Jurzani populated Lurcheniv Oblast, which the Jurzani imperialists refer to as 'Khandahar' based on claims by ancient empires long gone. It is clear for anyone that this is an imperialist attempt by the Jurzani regime to enforce an illegal annexation of Lurcheniv, sovereign Kadikistani soil as was determined after the bloody Second Kadiko-Varanasi War in 1905 when the territory was paid for with many lives. Our nation will stand strong against all those who seek to attack us or take our rightful lands on which we have worked so hard.

At the same time the grand Southern Revolutionary Fleets has been pulled back from the Parvae Straits and will take positions outside the Justinian Territorial Waters after being resupplied in the Klinsk Naval Base. The purpose of Admiral Marjutsk's Fleet in the Parvae Straits has been fulfilled as the Status Quo Treaty signatories achieved another victory over those who wish to establish a new order under Deliverance. The Pelasgians have wisely disbanded their naval base on the rogue state of Justiza which tipped the delicate balance of power in the Kalahari in their advantage. Furzillo has on the other hand assured the European nations that it will no longer consider the Parvae Straits as its military territory. We will remain vigilant towards the rogue regime, but for now war in the Central Kalahari was averted until the genetically aggressive Jurzani's decided they would interfere with internal Kadikistani affairs.

GOUW MARKEN'S FIRST AIRPORT TO BE COMPLETED NEXT MONTH
East Star Airport in Markstad will be a monument to the special bond between Gouw Marken and the Fatherland​

Markstad - With the first phase of the construction efforts complete it is only a matter of finishing the final details before Gouw Marken's first international airport will be completed by the end of next month. Construction began several months ago and has progressed immensely, being seen as not only a grand sign of friendship towards our Markenese allies, but also as a prestigious project by the Kadikistani State. The airport will be named 'Oosterster Luchthaven Markstad', meaning East Star Airport Markstad. The name is a reference to the eastern location of the airport, 20 kilometres east of the Markenese capital, but also to Kadikistan which is seen as the 'Great Friend from the East' by the grateful people of Gouw Marken. Another symbolic reference to the glorious Fatherland is the word 'star' which is a symbol held high in our nation and is not only related to socialism but also the Markense Omwenteling which has brought much needed social-economic reforms to the formerly backwards nation backed by heavy Kadikistani financial, material and industrial support.

Right in front of the new airport a grand memorial will be unveiled in honour of the Kadikistani Humanitarian Efforts towards the Markenese people during the devastating famine that took place. Besides the flags of both nation's the memorial will include an 8 metres high bronze statue of a Kadikistani worker helping up a Markenese brother, designed by state licensed sculptor Andrej Irkubovik. The latter has once again brought pride upon the Kadikistani Artists' Union with his beautiful work. The airport is styled along the lines of Leninovist-brutalist architecture with the aesthetics of Socialist realism and can compete with even the most modern buildings in Ivar. The airport was a heavy investment by the goverment, but in exchange the Kadikistani people will control 70% of the airport and its facilities with all technology contractually coming from Kadikistan. A permanent representative will be dispatched by the State to oversee the airport and the investments made by the Kadikistani people. Gouw Marken has also pledged that for the next 20 years only Kadikistani's aircraft will make up the Markenese commercial and military air fleet. The latter is good news for the workers of the State Aircraft Factories which will no doubt see an increase in orders as the nation of Gouw Marken sets its first steps in the world of aviation. The road connecting the airport to the Markense capital, Markstad, will be named 'Marshall Nikolai Leninov Road' in honour of our Glorious Leader who's visionary leadership made this great friendship possible.

The airport will employ thousands of Markenese and put the nation on the international map. But the friendship between the two nations will continue to grow A high-standing functionary of the government has shared that Kadikistan and Gouw Marken are currently discussing the possibility of an exchange of workers which would benefit both nations and learn Gouw Marken the necessary know-how to continue its economical revival on its own two feet. Supreme Soviet discusses remedies for the demographic decline that has seen our nation's population decline by 2.3% since 1940​

Ivar - Visionary as our People's Government is, the Supreme Soviet of the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan, the highest legislative body, has been discussing the demographic problems that our country has faced since 1940. After an initial boom in the amount of births after the tragic and bloody Kadikistani Civil War (1907-1921), the demographic growth in our Fatherland has stagnated since the early 1940's, even declining the past six years. Many Kadikistani families have chosen not to follow the example of our benevolent leaders, which all have grand families ready to be deployed in service of the State and the Party, and have taken satisfacion with having only one or even no child at all. Positive demographic growth is essential for economic growth and maintaining our Socialist State and wealth. Especially our national strive towards self-reliance, as has been determined in General Ivan Tsjekova's 14-Year-Plan, comes into danger. Without the necessary amount of farmers working the fields, workers expanding our industry and soldiers protecting our borders and hunting down reactionary elements we can not hope to be self-reliant by the year 1960.

Chairman of the Supreme Soviet, Lieutenant-Colonel Lazar Tsjekova, has already announced that the representatives of the people have expressed deep concerns about the demographic decline, but also approved several solutions that will help get our population back on the positive track. One of the most important decisions that was unilaterally approved was the creation of a new 'People's Commissariat for Demographics' which was immediately tasked with the creation of a budgetary committee which will make the necessary funds available for a national propaganda campaign to promote large families with three children or more. "One child per family is not only selfish and unpatriotic, it will leave our glorious Fatherland poorly defended against the many conspirators outside of our borders. Thus it is also very dangerous.", Chairman Lazar Tsjekova added. The position of People's Commissar for Demographics is yet to be filled, although it is likely that a prominent member of the Obrjanov Revolutionary Clan will take the post.

Besides the national campaign the Supreme Soviet is currently discussing the possibility of introducing a 'Three-Children per Family Act', which will make our authorities able to enforce the demographic growth, ensuring our survival in the future. This matter is a difficult one as some people are genetically unable to reproduce even with the best medical services provided. It is also a matter of deciding if this law does not bring about a breach in the deep-rooted love for freedom which Marxist-Leninovism embeds. It is likely that socialist and national goals will prevail over the freedom to chose the amount of children a couple has since a stronger nation ensures that we can uphold many other liberties our people enjoy daily. Furthermore the Supreme Soviet has decided that the State will put an end to abortions without prohibiting them completely in cases of rape and genetic inferiority due to various mental handicaps. Kadikistan will constitutionally document the value, sanctity and protection of human life from the moment of conception. The Central Newspapers of Kadikistan will do its part in the powerful propaganda to promote a healthy family lifestyle. A full strong large family with three children minimum should be the standard. People's Commissar for Education Lt. Col. Antonije Obrjanov has already expressed his desire to see his budget increased in order to raise a new generation of family-orientated youngsters through primary and secondary education. "Students should be taught at school how to become a good parent, how to maintain good relationships with their spouses and how to raise worthy members of our society. If we can do it in several years, the situation will start improving.", Lt. Col. Antonije Obrjanov stated.

JURZANI RELOCATION AND ASSIMILATION PROGRAM AHEAD OF SCHEDUAL

Lurcheniv - Earlier today functionaries from the People's Commissariat for Nationalities proudly announced that they they have never been closer to solving the Jurzani question that has plagued our glorious nation for decades. As of today the total amount of Jurzani deportees has reached the number of 400,000 which was a goal originally set for the end of this month. With an average of 10,200 successful deportations daily thanks to the newest in State Locomotive engines, the responsible military commanders and state officials have shown their devotion and love for the Fatherland. Son of our Glorious Leader and People's Commissar for Nationalities, Lt. Gen. Ratko Leninov, said that the Jurzani Relocation and Assimilation Program has proven to be an prime example of cooperation between the State and the Revolutionary Army. "The logistics of removing the large number of reactionary Jurzani criminals from the forces which corrupt their minds and organize them onto an average of 10 trains a day is not to be underestimated. It is in fact an example of ingenuity and efficiency possible only because of our dedication to progress and careful preparation.", Lt. Gen. Roughly one million Kadikistani's with Jurzani heritage have been chosen to be part of this Program as their are deemed loyal to the Islamic Republic of the Jurzan and the inhumane religion it adheres too. This relocation program has been received with many positive review from other nations who see it as a most honourable inclusive act meant to end outdated constructs such as race in exchange for the creation of a new type of man, the Homo Socialisticus. The latter disregards irrational loyalties towards minority races and spirituality. Our commitment to democracy demands us to root out and destroy these things that divide us and assimilate all people's of Kadikistan into one single dominant identity. A united people in service of Party and Flag and nothing less must be the goal of our mighty nation. We must never allow minorities to impose their will on the vast majority of the people who work hard and depend on a strong nation to defend them while they sleep. Division is weakness and there is no room for such as our enemies conspire against us and our way of life.

A man who has personally distinguished himself during these turbulent last months was Major Sergei Moravscik, the War-Hero of the Riverlands, who successfully pacified the city of Tsjervska in the Socialist Oblast of Lurcheniv after islamist radicals instigated an unsuccessful uprising against the Relocation and Assimilation Program. But our nation's newest War-Hero would not allow the Jurzani to stand in the way of Progress once again and quickly quelled the rebellion while managing to keep up the deportation of the reactionary criminals and traitors. Even Lt. Gen. Ratko Leninov, the mastermind behind the Program, took some time to commend Major Moravscik's actions. "Sergei is a prime example of a true Kadikistani man. Educated. Strong. Resourceful. Brave. And above all loyal to the Party and the State. He is an example all Kadikistani's should follow.", the People's Commissar for Nationalities stated. The hard work is not yet over. Roughly 700,000 reactionary Jurzani's await their opportunity to rectify their past mistakes and false allegiances by starting a new Kadikistani life in the Northern oil fields. Because the Revolutionary Army predicts that the final phase of the Program will be the most difficult as many Jurzani's have fled or hidden themselves from the forces of progress the relocation of the criminals has to be over by the end of April 1957. We have no doubt we will succeed as a people.

LONG LIVE THE RURIKGRAD PACT!
Treaty of Mutual Friendship, Co-operation and Mutual Assistance signed by Kadikistan, Saaremaa, Calidia and Milesia​

Rurikgrad - On this historic day the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan, the People's Republic of Saaremaa, the People's Socialist Republic of Calidia and the People's Republic of Milesia have signed Treaty of Mutual Friendship, Co-operation and Mutual Assistance, abbreviated as the 'Rurikgrad Pact' after the location of its foundation. The Revolutionary Palace in Rurikgrad where the Pact has been signed was highly symbolical since Rurikgrad is not only named after Kadikistan' and Europe's first communist leader Andrej Rurik, but it is also the second largest city in Kadikistan after the capital and the sole Kadikistani entry point into the Gothic Sea. The latter being the uniting geographical factor of the four allies. Our Glorious Leader Marshall Nikolai Leninov himself attended the historic conference facing other great leaders such as General Roman Becker from Saaremaa, General Secretary Sebastian O'Brien from the People's Republic of Milesia and the duo General Ludwig Toffensteiger and First Secretary August Martz from Calidia. All of these great men put their signature under the Rurikgrad Pact, committed to its defence and legitimacy.

But what exactly does this new level of co-operation and mutual assistance mean for our people and our allies in the Gothic Sea? The treaty is to last for the following twenty years in the first instance with the procedures for setting up a renewal included. The Rurikgrad Pact will provide for a unified military command, with the command being appointed through collective decision making of the four nation's involved. In the initial stage the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Kadikistan in close co-operation with the Saare Insurrectionist Army, will take a leading role in developing the relatively new armies of Milesia and Calidia. As the strongest partner it is our responsibility to our freedom-loving allies that we guide and support them with all means available to us. Weapons are to be standardized and Revolutionary Army military manuals introduced, with joint training, annual manoeuvres and Revolutionary Army-style uniforms. An exception to the latter will be the Insurrectionist Army which will maintain its traditional uniforms while allowing for a few alterations to give the old White Army uniform more socialist characteristics. The Pact will commit the members to come to each other’s immediate assistance if attacked and to consult among themselves on important international questions related to their common interests. The Treaty was based on the principle of non-retroactivity, meaning that the current members are not obligated though encouraged to join ongoing conflicts prior to this date such as the Milesian Revolution.

The majority of the actions performed by the Rurikgrad Pact will be run by the Political Consultative Committee and the Unified Command of Pact Armed forces. The Unified Command which will both be based in Rurikgrad while the Political Consultative Committee will be seated in Kuressaare. The latter shall be in charge of all military activities of the alliance and is composed out of the top military commanders of the four Gothic states. The Political Consultative Committee shall be made up out of secretaries from the four respective Marxist-Leninovist parties and will control all non-military matters through collective decision-making. This new alliance will further consolidate the friendship between the nations of Kadikistan, Saaremaa, Calidia and Milesia and is to usher in a new era of safety and stability in the Gothic Sea region.

FIRST KADIKISTANI SOLDIERS ARRIVE IN KURESSAARE
Roughly 2,000 Revolutionary soldier arrive in the Saare capital as agreed in the Rurikgrad Pact​

Kuressaare/Rurikgrad - These past two days roughly 2,000 Kadikistani soldiers have arrived in the capital of the People's Republic of Saaremaa where they will be stationed for the following ten years. The Kadikistani garrison in Kuressaare is a result of a military exchange between the Fatherland and our Saare allies, mutually agreed upon within the confines of the Treaty of Mutual Friendship, Co-operation and Mutual Assistance, known as the 'Rurikgrad Pact'. In exchange for the base in the centre of Kuressaare the People's Government has granted the Saare Insurrectionist Army similar facilities in our nation's second greatest city, Rurikgrad. By the end of the deployment Saaremaa will house no less than 10,000 Kadikistani soldiers to help defend the newest Marxist-Leninovist State against both external and domestic reactionary and revisionist forces. Meanwhile the Kadikistani garrison will also help train and educate Saare soldiers and officers alike so that they can be better equipped to deal with reactionary incidents like we saw recently with misguided students pleading for a return of the social-capitalist regime in Saaremaa and colonial oppression in Loago. The misguided students and more importantly the reactionary forces fuelling them with misinformation and a bourgeois mentality are now faced with a unified Saare-Kadikistani People's Front which is surely to deter them and their vile intentions.

The units sent to Saaremaa are part of the 17th Mechanized Infantry Division and includes the famous 124st Artillery Battalion which played a historic role during the Chernaeyan Rebellion of 1938, crushing the heart of the reactionary secessionists in the city of Davrosk. The garrison had been placed under the able command of the brilliant tactician Major General Slobodan Tsjekova. The latter thus vacated his political position of People's Commissar for Social Welfare, a position he held for no less than six succesful years. Maj. Gen. Slobodan Tsjekova will leave his grand legacy in the able hand of Leninov Revolutionary Clan member Major Andrej Vinsko who has committed himself to a continuation of Tsjekova's course while placing more Marxist-Leninovist elements in our nation's Social Welfare system. Maj. Gen. Slobodan Tsjekova pledged to continue his engagement in the Supreme People's Assembly regardless of his new position abroad. The Central Committee of the Party deemed Maj. Andrej Vinsko the most adequate to prepare and lead our nation's superior Welfare System into glorious self-sufficiency as the 14-Years Plan draws to a close in less than two years. Vinsko's position as Head of the Militsiya College of the People's Commissariat for War will be filled by a member of the Burukova Revolutionary Clan, Maj. Dorian Burukova who will be the first female to hold this position within the People's Government since it's creation in 1907.

The exchange of forces does not only have the purpose to train and educate our Saare comrades, but is also beneficial for our own forces. The Saare soldiers offer the Revolutionary Armed Forces essential know-how, terrain knowledge and specific strategies and tactics, to help Kadikistan and Milesia anticipate for a prolonged struggle in Scania as the stalemate in Milesian territory continues with an uncountable amount of Ivernish and Burgundian attacks being held off by the Milesian Republican People's Army and the brave Kadikistani volunteers under General Sepakov Berbadjov. The People's Socialist Republic of Calidia was already enjoying a similar agreement with our glorious nation, but the bilateral agreement that arranged this will now be framed into the Rurikgrad Pact Military Exchange Program, according to a spokesperson of the Political Consultative Committee of the Rurikgrad Pact.

The People's Republic of Saaremaa wishes to send congratulations for the diplomatic corps of the Saare, Milesian, Calidian and Kadikistani for their deep successes in creating the Rurikgrad Pact. Sadly as much as we tried to cleanse the Saare society of Prometheist taint and even if we saved the people from the social capitalists through the genius of our General Secretary and Commander of the Revolutionary Insurrectionist Army, Roman Becker, it seemed clearly at the point of our revolution that the Prometheist conspiracies were defeated so that the socialist development of the Saare people is clear and safe. But we have seen now that the social capitalists have infiltrated the main vanguard of the revolution and have swayed entire forces of the Insurrectionist Army to join them.

We thus issue this call for help to our Kadikistani friends. The morale of the RIA is very low and currently we can say that only the Revolutionary Guards are ready to fight against the capitalist bandits. We need more Kadikistani forces to aid us and a Kadikistan officers corps to come and organize the RIA and the Military Police to deal with all the defections that currently take place.
