A rise of Occidentia?

Just basing things off what Seneca and Sylvania have said, I think we mostly have a reasonable and mutually satisfactory (very general) idea of where we are. We should all 3 perhaps try to catch up with Vex and decide on some rough borders where things meet in the middle(s).

I will probably draw my map out by hand again, as best I can, in the hopes all will be able to better decipher my ideas (and maybe make a digital version for me!).

I would definitely suggest establishing the bigger nations or territories for Occidentia, purely because of the interest seen for claims in this area.

I'm not entirely sure where SoCRER is going to slot, but my original two thoughts were where Cantignia has claimed, and where Beautancus has ideas. Fortunately, that area that Cantignia wants to go is a big work-in-progress.

But it is worth noting that SoCRER isn't dinky, so to speak, and has 60 million peoples.

I admit ro having no idea where Arthalan will fit given I wanted a grest plains like area along with associated indigineous peoples, and a mesoamerican inspired area, plus 4 of thenations wanting specific borders with each other.

I would like to return to the rp with a nation in Occidentia. I spoke to Mazidia about going near him and having like some related history if there is space in that area too.

I remember when Sylvania and Østveg had a “Greenland” and “Northern Canada” like border in the north. I’d be open to returning to that to help fill in the “Arctic” gaps. Assuming that’s something that Sylvania would desire?

Seems perfectly fine for me (I mean I have the exact same shape lol). Himyar has a straight line coast that looks like someone cut off a tumour, but you said it was a super rough draft, so I'll trust you'll make the coast more smooth and the west a bit bigger anyway. Overall, seems great. There seem to be a lot of island chains and sharp edges, and Cantignia's island seems kind of out of place, but I'm sure all that will get smoothed out so no real complaints.

As I clean up the remainder of the map, you can see Occidentia as it is and work out whatever. I'm keen to have SoCRER occupy much of the southeast, but if demand suggests otherwise, I'll work out something else.

That area and adding islands has been left blank intentionally. My back up plan for SoCRER possibly being pushed off the southeast corner rests on that area, and adding islands, and also possibly Cantignia, too. So, a sort of wait and see.

Excellent, thanks for the headsup. Could be fun to have tensions with SocCRER over some worthless islands at the furthest west of your sphere of influence. Then somebody finds shale gas and whoops stuff starts happening.
