We are shocked and saddened by the news of the terrorist attack at Constitution Day in Sylvania that took so many lives. Our prayers are with Vice-President Martel and all other deceased people. We also pray for a speedy recovery of President Rygaard and all other injured people. We send our deepest condolences to the people of Sylvania, especially to the families and friends of President Martel and all other deceased people. We also hope that not only the direct culprit but also the people behind him will be captured soon. We will cooperate with the authorities of Sylvania when needed.

ANARCHY REIGNS! Charleroi city militia lynches terrorist. By Douglas Knutson Charleroi ​ In the wake of the terrorist attack, now known to many as Black Monday, the country has been left in turmoil as the government struggles to wade through murky succession laws. Meanwhile the streets of Charleroi have been clogged with protests and angry citizens leaving the police force woefully stretched thin. Last night, however, the chaos turned to pure anarchy as the Charleroi militia entered the city and began searching out the terrorist. Their search came to a successful, violent close as they pulled the terrorist out of the fifth precinct of the the Metropolitan Police department and lynched him from a street light not far from the police station. The body continues to hang there, after having been shot several times, a bloody reminder of the savagery that the has been thrust upon the nation in the wake of the Black Monday attack. Meanwhile the police force continues to be unable to contain the chaos and the top levels of government have been unable to do anything, completely seized up as it struggles to recover from the attack. The Continental Congress, still mourning its dead members, have been of little help as well, but rumors within the halls of congress have told us that they are coming around and that the hammer might be brought down to pacify the chaos that has paralyzed the capital city. At St. Francis hospital, the President continues to recover having been taken in for another round of surgeries, hospitals workers have informed us that prospects of Rygaard's recovery are still grim and that the country should be ready for another round of shocking news should the President be unable to overcome his injuries.​ ​

The Commonwealth of Camden stands supportive over the sufferings of our Anglophone brothers from the north. We were deeply shocked by the terrorist attack that wounded someone that we may call one of the greatest leaders of Occidentia, President Sander Rygard. We have always supported a state of law and for that, it would have been best if the terrorist would have been trialed, but it seems that the fury of the Sylvanian people knew no limits and it had to take revenge on the person that committed that perfidious act. Sadly, justice cannot be done like this and as much as we hope for the end of this crisis, if the police would also investigate and find the culprits of the death of the terrorist and investigate them and be ready to accuse them of homicide.

The Camdenite flags will be hoisted at half mast for two weeks, to show our support for the Continental Republic of Sylvania in those dark moments.

PRESIDENT PRONOUNCED DEAD! President Sander Rygaard dies due to complications arising during surgery. You must be registered for see links May 11th, 1893 - Aug 20th, 1954 By Douglas Knutson Charleroi The President has become seventh person to die as a result of the terrorist attacks, surgeons at St. Francis hospital had taken the President in for a second round of surgeries after a successful first round, though the President remained in critical condition despite the successful surgeries. The sixty one year old head of the government passed away due to cardiac arrest during the second phase of required surgery. "Despite our initial successes in stabilizing the President, his heart was unable to cope with the intensive surgeries required to set him on a path to recovery. As the head surgeon of the St. Francis University Hospital, I hereby resign my position in the wake of my failure. May the President's soul rest in peace and may God have mercy on our mourning nation." - Dr. James Mitchum President Sander Rygaard is survived by his wife, Lucille Rygaard and his two sons, eighteen year old Sander Rygaard Jr. and fifteen year old George Rygaard. State funeral services will be held on Sunday the 24th after a private, family only, ceremony. Meanwhile the Continental Congress has been able to regain control of the confused state of the government and voted, after a brief moment of silence to honor the fallen President, on a bill that immediately installs the President's Cabinet as a ruling council until a special election is planned and executed to replace the President and the Vice-President and finish out President Rygaard's term which ends in 1958. ​ ​

ORDER RESTORED IN CHARLEROI! ​ The Cabinet Council calls in the Army to disarm the Charleroi Militia. By Cheryl Mason Charleroi Chaos has been the rule as citizens have been in an uproar over the terrorist attack on that killed the President, the Vice President and several others. On the night of the attack the Charleroi militia violated its charter by entering the city and hanging the terrorist in an act of vengeful vigilantism. This evening the Continental Army entered the city and demanded the arms and armaments of the Charleroi militia. The militia outmatched by the Army gave up without a fight and those who participated in the lynching were arrested. The Charleroi militia's charter has been rescinded by the Cabinet Council acting under the authority of the Continental Congress; marking the first time that government has ever rescinded a militia's government granted charter. The rescinding of the charter and disarming of the Charleroi Militia has been a controversial first move by the Cabinet Council, who all accept for two, Director Autumn Viklund and Director Elliot Faulkner, voted to move against the renegade militia. Director Autumn Viklund had this to say about the controversial action: "I will not publicly support the unilateral disarming of out nation's militias, though the Charleroi Militia acted foolishly I feel that the punishment outweighs the crime on several orders and will only serve to pit the Federal Government against the militias which have been such an integral part of our nation and our culture. This nothing more than a knee-jerk reaction by the Cabinet Council in the wake of this attack and our beloved President's death. REGARDS from the CAMDENITE FOLK AND GOVERNMENT

A shadow has fallen over the free peoples of the great continent of Occidentia. The shadow of death and terror. Today, not only the Sylvanian people, but the whole free world is mourning the death of the greatest leaders of the vanguard of liberty, that are the Vittophone countries in general and Sylvania in particular. The people of Camden weep together with their Sylvanian brothers in solidarity with their suffering and are trying to understand what malignant, devilish forces can do what they did. The government and the people of Camden will lay flowers at the Sylvanian Embasy on Wakerley Road, in Camp Hill for the late President Sander Rygard. The suffering of the Vittophone peoples knows no bounds. In those dark times, we must stand together, united, in solidarity, so we can defend each other until those evil times will pass and we can finally see the light. May the Sylvanian people stay strong and manage to pass through this great shock.

Terrorism up to this level is a new threat for which none is us will ever be prepared. Even so, we must make sure that the peoples living in the free world shall enjoy their lives, without the continuous, daily fears of all kinds of assassinations or bomb attacks which are usually planned by all kinds of daredevils, communists or fascists. The Southern Cross Guards Division is mobilized for the defense of Camp Hill as the Lady Protector may also be threatened by all kinds of monsters because of her being a woman, managing to change all those patriarchal conceptions of politics. The people that fight for a change, for a better future are usually the ones who are targeted by those devils. Now, the Commonwealth stands beside the people of Sylvania and we are ready to join the investigations of the whole terrorist plot, to show our shadowy enemies that the free world stands united against all kinds of aggression, especially against such cowardly actions.

Even if we condemn the actions of the Charleroi Militia in its quest for lynching their terrorist, even if their actions may seem understandable in the short run, we must also stress that discipline is the most important trait of any armed group, even vigilante groups. Our advice is that those groups shouldn't be literally disbanded, but trained, to be transformed into a disciplined unit. To show those terrorists that such acts cannot happen again, we believe that not only the authorities should fight to defend our democracies, but the folk should also take part in it, through informing the authorities or any strange actions potential terrorists take, but also form such vigilante groups, to make the work of such evils impossible and to keep the streets safe.
