This doesn't stop you from applying and your claim will be honored at least in spirit until you do qualify.

The point of the post limits and so forth is to keep me from having to update the map every three days, only to have most of the changes I made be pointless because the player doesn't RP more than two weeks and twenty posts, or decides to change their mind and start with something new, ten posts later.

We deal with the same situation in TEP by not doing it every few days, but instead doing it once a week at the quickest. We don't require post counts because someone could viably swoop in and take the site someone was -trying- to RP as not long before, and while I can understand your logic in doing as you do, I still thought it a bit silly to require such a post amount. However, I'll deal with it.

And I'd like to rescend my request for #304. I think #303 fits my purposes all the better.

Typically you can "call dibs" on a spot by RP'ing with the intent to claim the spot. Also, not sure if you're awares, but NSEurope does not use Nation States for stats. Just a quick thing to mention, in case you didn't read elsewhere.

Las Vegas 2.0 will be released hopefully this weekend. There is a significant change to how the world looks. I might even recommend that some players move their nations southbound to better diversify the appearance of the map and placement of nations for better interaction between players.
