SUMMIT IN WIEN ON REPLACEMENT OF EUROPEAN FORUM

Apologies to come to you in this time of difficulty for the Ebrian people and I know that in the past the Federation has not been the best of friend to Ebria, we admit in private that our rash nature caused much stress and fear in your nation, we are truly sorry for this, we only meant for justice to be done for the freedom loving people of the Gothic sea.

With that said, we must ask for a favor. The Tarusan menace, bolstered by it's victory over the former CETO alliance has gotten into it's head that it will singularly lead the world into a new era. They may not say this out loud, but it is apparent in the halls of the Federation government. The summit in Wien that they have called for, they say, is to create a successor to the old European Forum. They have restricted it to only nations they see fit to invite. To us, they have left out a critical ally and a leading nation in northern Germania; the Hanseatic Republics. They do this to put my government into a hard spot. We have gained the blessing of Ostmark to include them in this summit and now we humbly come to Ebria to ask that you write a statement to the Tarusan foreign minister supporting Hanseatic participation in this summit. Surely the Tarusan's will balk at the idea, but the only way we can beat Tarusa at it's own game is to show unity in the face of their aggressive tendencies.

Just for future planning, if they attempt to cancel this meeting we believe that perhaps a summit without the Tarusan's should happen. Perhaps not in Ostmark, but in Ebria. Just a thought.

The United Kingdom of Ebria, Nuoria and Hamrun is happy to still be on the radar of the Federation of Westernesse after the diplomatic crises from the recent past. We, has we have said to the government in Caitkurke, are still open to rapprochements with the world to our west, even if our current foreign policy is centred on neutrality and on defending and further developing the Meridian Union and its family of nations. It is true, that we might have had issues in the past, but behind them we do have a history of collegiality and friendship and can in our eyes survive local minimums of cold relationships or temporary hostility which can come from certain crises. We do at the same time understand that the issues we have had is from the way events have transpired in the aftermath of the signing of the Valls Pact. We understand now to not promise the world as before, but politically we will still stand with traditional allies that share the same political culture like us, understanding and loving democracy, even if sometimes we will be forced to be pragmatic and cooperate even with antagonists if it is in the interests of this people, greater peace and the Meridian Union.

Even so, we do understand the position of both the Hansa and the Federation, as we have always did before. We thus will use our position in which we believe Tarusa is open to listen to to plead for the inclusion of the Hansa in the said conference, as we do hope that we are also building a rapprochement between Charleroi and Valls and for the future Valls might become this line of communication and mediation to keep the world in peace and the future generations safe.

As it stands now, the lack of a sane political class has made us go through a failed republic, an economic crisis, a separatist crisis, has turned traditional allies against us and has shown extreme weakness, always backing off from any fights and in a predatory world which has seen the Northlaw and Pannonia collapse, ensure that Ebria is weak enough to be the next one on the list.

In this insane world, the Ebrian soldier, who once carried the white banner across the world, from the Axshaina Sea to Josepania, making the people back home proud, has been turned into a villain by the politicians, who thrive in an environment that is extremely simplistic and completely lacking in an understanding of how the real world and its geopolitics function. We will not stand back to that. We have mobilised, to aid our nation when its trade has been threatened in the Gothic Sea, we have mobilised to secure the Serrault Canal when was was knocking on our door, we have mobilised again and again, showing that we are ready to defend the nation, its people and the faith, only to be backstabbed again an again by an unholy alliance of progressives, communists, capitalists and bourgeoisie, which has flourished from a weak nation and are weakening it more and more only to see it destroyed and the Ebrians disappearing from the face of the earth.

The most shameful act is the anarcho trade unionist general strike being allowed to go on, despite the continuous conspiracies to destroy the state, the crown and the nation, which they have shown last year with the failed attempt at proclaiming the republic. It seems that the Avila Accords, have been thought to be very little enforced, for some still campaign to change the state institions, while we are told to sit back. The peoples of Ebria, Nuoria and Hamrun, wounded by the betrayal, attacks and assaults coming from the conspiracy of the fascist movement within the nation, spearheaded by the traitorous 3rd Army under the leadership of Aníbal Durán, the Traditionalist Communion, under the leadership of the traitorous Pedro Méndez, and a section of the royal house, headed by Infante Alfonso, solemnly declare, that in this dark page of the history of our nation, the time has come for the good people who respect the rule of law, democracy, free elections, personal liberties, to stand and fight and not always be on the backfoot.

The Ávila Accords have been signed to provide the nation with an ease of tensions that came from the landslide victory of the Radical Republican Union and the proclamation of the Republic. The institutional referendum has provided us with a referendum, provided that both camps respect it and thus never violate the constitution. The military strike of the 3rd Army, together with the terrorist attack in Valls that killed all hopes for a continuation of the traditional constitutional monarchy has showed that the forces of fascism are moving swiftly, and that after killing a king loved by many, they revolted and tried to takeover the nation. Investigations of the Armed Police Corps and the Policia Nacional are showing that the strong explosive used in Valls could come only from a military warehouse and the timeline of events just show how much the 3rd Army hoped to decapitate the leadership of the nation and to take over through a military coup d'etat. Sadly for them much of the leadership survived and the people mobilised, together with most of the armed forces to respond to their attack.

The defection of the Duke of Calatrava to the insurrectionary side is nothing but tragic, but as other members of the royal family stated, expected of him and his opportunistic, shrewd and egotistical character, who is described as a person "ready to walk on cadavers to reach his ambitions". His alliance with Aníbal Durán as well as Pedro Méndez of the Traditionalist Communion joining them is nothing but a complete violation of the Ebrian constitution, where it is clearly stated, that the state emanates from the free elections, rather than the throne, and thus, it is not us, who are the rebels for allegedly turning against a tyrant king, but rather them turning their backs on the constitution and the Avila Accords, for the latter state the illegality of going against the constitution and the institutional referendum, in which the people of Ebria had to choose between a kingdom or a republic, but both were to be democratic; military dictatorships, authoritarianism, autocracy, never on the ballot.

In response to this violation and a betrayal of the heir to the throne of the people, for we are citizens, not subject, we solemnly declare null and void the Ávila Accords, and the Institutional Referendum, for the other camp blasted through the Ebrian rule of law using terrorist tactics. In our eyes and in the eyes of any real Ebrian that always cowered in fear of the fate of Pannonia crossing the Serrault isthmus and suffering the fate of the peoples there, we cannot but fight to save the nation to the last, and that will also mean, with the pen and the symbol, as much as with the weapons.

It is thus formally declared by us, the legitimate government of Ebria, that the United Kingdom of Ebria, Nuoria and Hamrun, be replaced with the Union of Ebria, Nuoria and Hamrun, for the King turned against his kingdom and thus, his institution is moot. The Catholic and Royal Armed Forces are as of now to be known as the National Republican Armed Forces. With the exception of article 1 of the constitution, the rest of the constitutional framework of Ebria is set to remain the same. The Catholic church will remain the cultural beacon of the nation and the democracy will be safeguarded. We will fight against the enemies of the state and the people and we will win.​

His Excellency, El Presidente José David Costantino, extends the warmest of greetings and salutations to President Ana Isabel Gallego and Vice President Dario Rios of the legitimate and true government of Ebria, for it is a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. This cannot be said of the disgraced, traitorous Duke of Calatrava who dares call himself "King" Alfonso, propped up only by the fascist Third Army under General Aníbal Durán and the Traditionalist Communion under the leadership of the traitorous Pedro Méndez. These three are agents of the Global Exploitation Conspiracy, and the people of Ebira, we are overjoyed to see, have thrown off these shackles and embraced freedom and liberty from tyrannical oppression.

Let it be known, that it is through the pressure the Catholic and Royal Army placed upon the currupt and vile government in Valls, that this nation has not invaded Csengia, when the white helmets of the Eruopean Forum have been turned against their nature and raided into Csengia. Let it be understood, that it was the military's pressure that the trade lines supplying Csengia during the Tarusan civil war, have not been fully closed by a Valls that as you know, was flirting with Tianlong and CETO, and was always hoping to see Kremlyov burn. Let it be known, that it was through the this military's pressure that the Valls Pact has collapsed, because we had a backbone, rather than be pulled in alliances and military endeavours with anarcho-communists and Post-Delegationists.

Yes, your excellencies, the ties between Tarusa and Ebria are long and now, we come to you, in seek of aid, for it is clear that the corrupt liberal government is conspiring with communists and will soon push the Meridian Union into a collusion with the Socialist Commonwealth to attack Csengia and destroy the legacy of the Kiselev Tsars in Tarusa. We share the same goal, that of a stable and orderly Gallo-Germania, something that cannot be done with communists and anarchists running wild and with all sorts of degeneracy in power.

Should we be defeated, the Avila Accords are done for and the civilian government, already colluding with CNT, UGT and the Socialist Commonwealth, will bring back the Ebrian Republic and sooner than not, they will join hands to bring anarcho-communism in power. The only way to avoid that is to find an ally and Tarusa has an ally in us.

We hope our plea reaches you and it is understood. A stable, orderly, faithful and autocratic Gallo-Germania is the only sane way forward.

The Empire of Tarusa, will forever and always, be a supporter of the Monarchies across the world. The Empire has largely remained silent upon this conflict with the intention of keeping its own boots off the ground unless a dire situation comes from such. The war machine of the Empire has not ceased, it has continued to function under the direction of Konstantin as it did during the civil war and before as the nation has been forward looking since the days of Yuri towards a global conflict being on the horizon.

There is a critical difference between the Empires arsenals and that of the Kingdom of Ebria, in parts, munitions, and most lethal forms of aid we could give. This is not a denial of aid however, case officers in the consulates and Embassy as well the military attaché at the Tarusan Embassy in Valls have been directed to provide assistance where possible and begin analyzing any deficiencies we can fix in the capabilities of the 3rd army.

The Empire will continue to publicly support the King and the Traditionalists as the rightful government, especially more so following the declaration of the Republic again against the will of the people which voted for the current constitution of the Kingdom of Ebria. When Valls is liberated, the Empire will be able to dedicate more effort towards the Alfonsoists thru our personnel at the Embassy of Valls as the General Staff believe this conflict is winnable.
