Esteemed sirs,

The Ebrian republic thanks the Serene Republic of Radilo, its closest ally in the Meridian Union, for the aid and support they have sent in these dire times, especially as the lands of the Republic are attacked too by the Pelasgian christo-fascists. The National Republican Navy is still in command of the seas around Ebria, but we are thankful for the Marine division and we will prepare to base them in Villanueva, and thus to march down south to Jumillia or Arapiles with the 5th or 6th Mechanised Divisions of the 2nd National Republical Army "La Tiburana". By then two Tercios of the Ebrian Legion will arrive too and thus we will prepare for the great offensive to break the back of the rebellion, as we will march with 6 divisions against the 2 divisions of the insurrectionary Army.

The Union understanads the circumstances in which Radilo sends this aid and is extremely grateful, especially as the Republic too is under attack. Once we will manage to defeat the Alfonsist usurpers, the National Republican Armed Forces will stand prepare to respond in kind for Radilo too.

Esteemed representatives,

The Ebrian and Radilan Republics have gone through extreme suffering in the past two months and yet, they have stood together as brothers in arms, showing that real friends find each other in bad times too, not only in the good times. It is sad for us to see how much of the other signatories of the Meridian Security Agreement have preferred to either ignore both our plights or to limit themselves in offering solely financial aid, even if that will be helpful in the future, with the reconstruction, but if anything, it has showed how much the Pan-Tiburan brotherhood still exists, as Radilo, Ebria and Josepanian volunteers have worked, sweated and bled together on the fields of central Trastámara.

We are deeply sorrowful for the happenings in Aresura and because of our civil war, we could not help Radilo as Nuovo Porto helped us by sending soldiers. Even so, we will forever stand besides the Serene Republic for the solidarity is showed. For this, her excellency, President Ana Isabel Gallego would be interested to come in a state visit to Nuovo Porto, to strengthen our bond bilaterally, outside of what is probably now a defunct Meridian Union.

The Federal Republic of Ebria, as it reaches the endpoint of what is its most violent and destructive event in recent history, wishes to thank the nations that have stood by it and have provided aid and supplies to its own armed forces so it can battle against the fascist Alfonsist rebels, while also providing aid to the Ebrian people to avoid the issues such as famines or epidemics that come in such deranged times, while also aiding us to keep the national stability and economy functional in the areas of Baetica, Nuoria, Hamrun and Northern Trastámara, where no significant battles have taken place.

With this and to ensure that it is understood that Ebria continues its democratic tradition, set in stone since the 1812 Constitution, be it the ancient Crown, the later United Kingdom and now the Federal Republic, the government wishes to make it understood that once the Alfonsist rebels lay down their arms, a new referendum to legitimise the constitution and the new functionality of the state and also a general election to form a new Cortes and government through the will of the people, rather than force one through the power of weapons or legalistic artifices.

It is thus imperative for us, that Ebria regains its status as a respectable nation with the states of the world in the aftermath of disastrous governments that vacillated with its allies in regards to the foreign affairs in the Csengian, Tarusan and piracy questions, the destruction of the European Forum and now a series of wars and civil wars that destabilised Gallo-Germania and the Meridian Sea Area. We wish thus to propose a diplomatic tour of her excellency, President Ana Isabel Gallego to meet with the representatives of friendly nations and to work in rebuilding the image of Ebria as a safe, stable nation which is worth of international interest and investment.

His Excellency, El Presidente José David Costantino, extends warm greetings and salutations to His Excellency Minister Juan Torres, Her Excellency La Presidenta Ana Isabel Gallego, their government and the people of Ebria, a people who were unwillingly thrust upon the front lines of the eternal war against the agents of la Conspiración Global de Explotación, and who have subsequently acquitted themselves so admirably and gloriously.

El Presidente is honored to be acknowledged by the Heroes of the Old World for our small contributions in this bloody and gruesome fight, not just in the sending of material both civilian and military to the Ebrian people, but also in the organization of patriotic Josepanians into the David Constantino Brigade, named after one of the original liberators of our own great nation. There, we fought, bled, and died right alongside our Ebrian comrades, and with the end of the war in sight we embrace our comrades in celebration and relief that the nightmare shall soon be over.

As such, we enthusiastically and gratefully accept the offer to be one of the host nations in an Ebrian diplomatic tour led by Her Excellency La Presidenta Ana Isabel Gallego, and shall honor her on behalf of the Ebrian people for their sacrifices and courage in the face of seemingly impossible odds.

Dear Minister Torrez,

Thank you very much for your letter. We are very happy that the good side of the conflict has won. Now that the Sociodemocrats and the Liberal-Democrats have resigned from their Minister posts, I can say on behalf of Chancellor Lauritzen, myself and the other Ministers, that we regret very much to not have been able to support you more than we did. We do realise that we left Ebria behind, and that will be a stain on the Rheinbund's banner for ever.

I also want to explain yesterday's debate in the Volksversammlung. The way it went could lead to misunderstandings. Your communication was flagged "restricted". In order to honour the "restricted" flag, we had to treat it like a state secret, and could not openly make clear that that money was used for supporting Ebria and Radilo. The gentlemen Wiltberger, Dressler, Weixler and myself defended Chancellor Lauritzen's decision to channel funds to you and Radilo, but could only do so in general terms.

We really look forward to receiving President Gallego in the Rheinbund. I would also like to make you aware of the fact that the Rheinbund may have a new government soon. Chancellor Lauritzen and I will not return in the new government. Actually, none of the current ministers and state secretaries will return. Is it possible that President Gallego meets with the new government as well?

The people and the Federal Republic of Ebria thank the government of Rheinbund for their support, even if at times, there have been some tensions between us, especially in desperate moments. Our decision to set up the tour telegrams as restricted comes from the current conflict as we had at that time the fear that one last desperate move of the Alfonsists would be the assassination of the President, especially as it would start a world tour, where she would be most vulnerable. Even so, with the capitulation of the rebels, there still is the risk of conflict with the Kingdom of Csengia and the Empire of Tarusa, especially as we speak the Pressburg Pact is collapsing and the regimes in Kispest and Kremlyov are pushed to be as desperate as possible to keep their clout in international relations.

With the end of the war starts probably the greatest rebuilding program in the history of our nations as the cities of Valls, Avila, Daimiel and Arapiles have been greatly damaged, while the likes of Villareal has been irremedially scarred by one of the most deranged massacres in our history. We hope that the Meridian Union will come together and we will begin rebuilding better, stronger and more lasting than ever and that in time, the economies of Ebria and Radilo return and even eclipse their pre-war levels. If anything, the 100 billion GM, would go to investments for reparations, rebuilding infrastructure and building housing, so it will be probably one of the greatest peacetime investments in history for improving the quality of life.

Her excellency, will be glad to visit Fehrbellin separately, as a bilateral state visit to meet with the new government too.

Esteemed representatives,

We have received with deep concern the news of your positioning in regards to the situation developing with continued Csengian aggression and the response coming from the Socialist Commonwealth. In the recent months, and even years, it has been Csengia and which has been a source of destabilisation, first through the collapse of Pannonia, followed by the war and takeover of Zara, pushing Tiburan speakers under the tyranny of the Bajorans, and thus facilitating an ethnocide. It is a Csengia which has barstardised and perverted the institution of the Catholic Church by transforming the inquisition into their secret police, used as an institution to persecute political dissidents, it is Csengia from which a civil war was waged against Tarusa.

Ebria's relationship with Csengia has been fluctuating, from wary to hostility, but Valls has shown only good faith, first providing supplies to aid Konstantin in winning the war against Ivan and later by not participating in a raid in the Serrault Isthmus, it has shown the world that Ebria's desire for the area is to keep the peace.

Problem has always been with Kispest, that is knew only the language of war, not of civilised legalism. Where was the Empire when the Tarusan 10th Guards Army was stationed on the isthmus, threatening to invade Baetica? Where was the Empire when Csengia airlifted Anglian troops and violated Ebrian territory by attacking the town of Avila? Its silence was for us, deafening, as it preferred to turn away from Tiburan brothers as in their time of need, they were violated by the Bajoran hordes. It was the Socialist Commonwealth through this aggressive negotiation, the one which kept Tarusa in check, and thus stopped a Csengian invasion to aid Alfonsist fascists, to turn Amerida into a collective grave and to push us in the dark night of totalitarianism.

And yet, when the Commonwealth keeps its same position and Csengia finally understands that people can talk its own language, that of threats, and thus resorts to economical war against us, why is it that only then the Empire finally takes a stand, and that position is to defend the local bully, only after the victims around finally fight back? We are concerned and do wonder if there is any chance for the ancient great relationships, tied by the bonds of Catholicism and Tiburan heritage can be revived between the Franks and the Ebrians, if the Empire prefers to stand by Kispest, when its in its most dangerous position, namely that of a rabid dog that is ready to attack everyone around. We hope that the Empire didn't turn its back on its neighbours down south, for if it did, we do believe, from the way the Pressburg Pact is unravelling, that it chose to be on the wrong side of history, rather than to fight and make a better life even for the Csengians living under this dangerous regime.
