ON HUNTING TRIP, KING URGES CALM
KRISTIANIA— With the horrors of the Bantyric War still fresh in the minds of the Nords, news has continued to flow from Frescania that the opposition is placing a great deal of pressure on President Manuel Rodriguez to withdraw Frescanian troops from Bantyr. The news has been worrisome as the Frescanian length of stay has hardly been long and far from complete.
King Haakon V has urged for calm. Far away from home in Himyar, Haakon V is busy on a hunting Safari, while his wife Margaret, is handling day to day business at the castle.
His Royal Majesty has suggested that the Frescanians would never fall back on their responsibility to the civilized peoples of this planet. Furthermore, he believed that even if they did eventually withdraw, they'd do so for only the best of reasons. The King has been highly supportive of a fellow Catholic nation working in the North, and it is only for these reasons that he has diplomatically supported the Frescanians.
Agderike has not taken a real stance on the Bantyric Question, in relation to their futures and has remained mum on Engellexic strategies.
Haakon V has been a strong supporter of republicanism in distant lands, suggesting that it was a good system for those who lacked strong traditions and well to-do monarchs. He has even gone as far to call it the best system of governance for the negro races of Himyar which can hardly find any sole individual responsible enough to manage anything himself.
He has not yet shared the same sentiment for the Celts, but believes that the Celts are a question in which always needs to be asked, as the answers often change.
Thus far King Haakon V has bagged an elephant, a lion and several rhinoceroses.
