The Fennian Union

While the Fennian Union finds it that adherence and loyalty to the secular order should be a basic tenet of every faithful Christian - a belief cemented in Fennian law and the doctrine of the Fennian Evangelic Church - it is also our perspective that such a relationship should be based on reciprocity. While Christians should remain loyal to the secular order, the secular order needs to answer this by granting freedom and peace of worship to any faithful Christian.

Therefore, the Union stands in criticism of the policy adopted in Boganheim in regards to its Christian community, which has resulted in the effective treatment of Bogan Christians as second-class citizens. The Bogan government must act to ensure the safety and peace of its Christian community - also including that Christians and Pagans alike are held to a similar judicial standard - or irreversible damage will be done to the relations between the Fennian and the Bogan peoples.

ERKLARING OBER DI KRISTIEN FRAGE
Declaration on the Christian Question

To: the Nations of Europe

Once more, we stress the fact that we are merely doing what is best for the security of the Bogan People as a whole, either followers of the Bogan faith either Christians. Most of the comments we received are solely based on the long-standing Christian prejudice on Boganhem, one of the few resisting Nations in Europe.

We emphasize the fact that Christians are totally free of practising their religion and that they constitute a valuable and vital part of the Bogan Nation. We again underline that this is a temporary public policy measure against a concrete terrorist target which has infiltrated peace-loving and law-abiding Christian churches. We merely wish to purge those Churches of agitator elements to ensure stability and peaceful coexistence.

We know that, in its core, Christianity is a religion which stresses peace and non-violence as a value, despite its proselytizing nature. That is an additional reason for our action - we must ensure that coexistence between Bogan Faithful and Christians remains peaceful and polite, and such coexistence cannot happen if the majority of the population is suspicious of terrorist activity. By being loyal co-combatents against terrorism, the Lutheran and Catholic Churches in Boganhem can prove to the non-Christian Bogan population that we are all the same blood, descendents of the same founder tribe, only with different spiritual outlooks.

So, we do not understand the hassle created around our temporary public safety policies. We urge other Nations not to see this as an anti-Christian conspiracy.

"The very nature of the Great Commission as a core tenet of the teachings of Lord Jesus Christ does in fact mean, that so long as the sheep of the flock of God are barred from the opportunity to carry forth the teachings of the Bible, it cannot, in my opinion, be interpreted that the freedom of Christian confession would be effectively fulfilled.

Een uitbreiding van de verklaring van Hunne Majesteiten in de Raad van State van Lisse
An extension of the declaration of their Majesties in the Council of State of Lisse

WOENSDAG, 30 OKTOBER 1953

TO THE GOVERNMENT OF BOGANHEM.

Ik ben geïnstrueerd uit te spreken namens Hunne Majesteiten;
I am instructed to express on behalf of their Majesties;

In the course of this situation, the Christian Establishment in Boganhem, the hierarchy, the Christian faith, have been treated with the most unqualified censure, and with an asperity which I little expected to find in this most enlightened continent of Europe. It is one of the misfortunes of the Christian cause, that, composing as we do the great mass of the indigent population of Scania and Gallia-Germania, we are liable to every misrepresentation; the crime of the individual becomes the offence of the sect; the highest man in the community is made answerable for the conduct of the lowest :- the religion itself is censure for the commission of those very acts which it reprobates and condemns.

Many allusions have been made to the late crimes. Whatever those crimes might have been, they certainly were not in their origin a Christian nature - or of religious war; the principal leaders were not catholics, whose object it was to depress one religion, in order to elevate another.

On the contrary, they aimed to destroy every thing that had been established, every thing that had been held sacred. Their actions proclaimed these characters to be alike enemies to the ancient purity of paganist worship, but it remains perfectly clear that they are equally as enemies of the Christian sects; their intention was to ignite hatred, to put an end to the trust and respect between the religious communities, and in its place to establish a Boganhem without liberty, of conscience or of thought.

The leadership of the criminal operations in Boganhem are certainly too unable in their endeavours of criminality to be an associate terrorist network of a fictional Christendom conspiracy. Endorsement of Christendom against the existence of paganist Boganhem would render the terrorist cause triumphant - it was not. These unidentified terrorist agents have consequently appealed to every bad passion, to every malignant feeling in Boganhem society. It is now surely impossible that any political opposition to the government of Boganham can take place, into which, the bitterness and poison of religious prejudices will not enter :- those who entertain views inimical to the public peace have naturally, and consistently, seized every opportunity to increase those dissensions. It is to be lamented that these arts sometimes operate on the minds of the low, ignorant, and vulgar part of state organisations in destitute nations; but One, cannot be at all surprised when it is to be reflected that the Christian, though generally of a higher class, and much better educated and informed, was too often pre-occupied to find time to engage with those upon the fringes.

However, it is now impossible to pass over in silence many things which have fallen from the corruption of the Boganhem State, without an endeavour to rescue the character of Christendom from aspersions which, had they been proclaimed by any other government, the Kingdom of Lisse should not have hesitated to have called most unfounded calumnies. As long as there was unprecedented moral destitution within the government of Boganhem, it was the ignoble policy, the wretched and criminal practice of that government to libel and malign the Christian following in Boganhem.

Miserable indeed is the situation of Boganhem, hopeless and without relief surely appear the circumstance; if after so many sacrifices the Christian sects of Boganhem have only obtained the dearly bought permission of displaying their miseries and injustice on a more extended theatre, where the crimes of Boganhem are to be echoed in order to give them publicity to Europe, in the future, those foreign to the Christian faith should no longer doubt how weak and vulnerable Christendom is within this quarter. I am most apologetic to see the belief of Christians estimated, not by their own professions and declarations, but by the charges and accusations of a government at war with its own people. The fate of those who profess the Christian faith in Boganhem has been unfortunate with excess; the contradictory charges made against the sects, against the religion of the majority of this continent and Scania, are neither wise, liberal, or founded.

I, therefore, declare the rise of the Kingdom of Lisse, joining the European and Christian States before it, to vindicate the Christian faith and most especially the Christian following in Boganhem from aspersions highly injurious to their grace and honour of faith.

Although the government of Boganhem emphasises that Christians are not hindered in practicing their faith and have the same constitutional rights as the members of Boganhem's pagan religion, the simple fact that Christian Churches have to sign documents stating that they comply with the law indicates a negative attitude of the Boganhemmer government towards Christians. In fact these measures make Christians guilty until proven innocent. Maybe not officially, but in reality Christians are degraded to second rank citizens. This is something also the Eiffellandian government is concerned about.

Di Trë 'Kristens Viderstand' Terroristen Ferurtëlte Tsum Levenslange Befangenhëd
The Three 'Christ's Resistance' Terrorists Condemned to Life Imprisonment

After a month-long criminal process, the Strapberikt Seeshloss (Criminal Court of Seeshloss) has reached a judgment concerning the three christian terrorists accused of arson of public buildings, arson of public worship places, treason and attempted homicide.
Yosef Garenmarkt, Thomas Anmaker and Yohan Braun are to be imprisoned for life in the Svarttor Hoksikerhëd Befangnis (Svarttor High Security Prison), with a possibility for parole in 20 years.

According to Inquisitor Martha Andersun 'the three defendants have intentionally resolved themselves to burn the High Temple of Frëea in Seeshloss knowing there were priests inside which could have been killed. Furthermore, by engaging in this activity for political ends, namely the abolishment of the People's State, they committed the crime treason, as described in the penal code'

The defendant's lawyer, Mark Yohansun, a well-known Christian peaceful activist, out of the Court, still claims their innocence - 'Inquisitor Andersun has made a terrible mistake by sending these young 20 year-old men to prison for the rest of their lives. They have made a mistake and they should be given a second chance to show that the People's State believes in reintegration'. However, Inquisitor Andersun replied quoting her decision: 'A traitor is irredeemable for the medium-term. In 20 years we'll see how their mentality has changed. Not only is this sentence necessary for the preservation of national security, it is a message to all future terrorists, be it christian, anarchist, liberal, royalist, communist - the People's State does not tolerate attacks on its sovereignty and threats to the security of the Bogan People through methods that inspire fear and terror - every Bogan has the right to live securely, and no one can take that away from them'.

This decision comes in sequence of an international dismay about the handling of the Christian Question, with such dismay being result of misinformation acquired in Christian nations, who think the People's State is prosecuting Christians. Some thing we should, but the benevolent Folksrad wishes to keep Christians as part of the corpus of the Nation and the People, as they still are pure-blood Bogans. Some more anti-christians sects within the Party have accused Andersun of being too lenient with the terrorists claiming they should have been convicted to death.

Let us just hope that all good-willing and peaceful Christians understand that it is in the best interest of the People and the Nation as a whole, one and undivided, to imprison their faith-brothers who do not even follow the peaceful tenents of Chirst.

Anton Adler is the New Bürgermeisternratpräsident: He Promises to Stand Against Social-Nationalism and Religious Persecution and to Fight For Independence as 'Long-Term Objective'
Lübeck

Karl Larenz, Bürgermeisternratpräsident (President of the Council of Mayors) since 1945, stepped out tonight as Head of Government of the Free Cities' League as his 8 year-term came to an end. The new head of the executive organ of the FCL and spokesman of all the Free Cities with Boganhem proper and the world has been chosen by the Bürgermeistern. It is Anton Adler, the liberal Bürgermeister of Handelsburg. An absolute majority was possible with the help of liberal and social-democratic Bürgermeistern and one Bürger Bund (conservatives) one, Thomas Buddenbrook from Lübeck. This is the first non-BB Bürgermeisternratpräsident since the 20's, where a streak of social-democratic presidents ruled the FCL for 10 years.

Anton Adler. 38 years old, is a successful lawyer and law teacher and was elected two years ago as Bürgermeister of the biggest city of the Free Cities and its most important economic centre, being the first liberal Mayor in Handelsburg. His tough character in what concerns Boganhem proper is well-known, and he has an expertise in Bogan issues, being close friend with Anton Leman, the exiled liberal leader of Boganhem proper. He has called for the acceptance of all Bogans who flee political prosecution in Boganhem, idea resisted by the conservatives, who fear a wave of immigration, and has already stated that a unilateral declaration of independence was not out of question ("If this strange communist-mezhist blend in Boganhem proper goes out of proportion, we should not fear a unilateral declaration of independence... we will have supporters in the free nations of Europe").

In his acceptance speech tonight in Lübeck, Adler made impressive and controversial remarks about the future relation with Boganhem proper:

"We must unilaterally scrap the Peace of Seeshloss Treaty as it associates us with this country we have nothing to do with, especially now that it has adopted a left-wing authoritarian regime who persecutes people for their rightful exercise of freedom of speech and religion. Independence, and yes, we should use this word more often without fear, is my long-term goal, even when I'm not Bürgermeisternratpräsident. We do not need Boganhem, unlike some people from the BB think. They only now started to realize this, when they see Christians persecuted like never before, even in the times of Rikhard V. Boganhem tried to become a democracy, and it clearly failed. We should not have to be associated with them.
(...)
Social-Nationalism is a dangerous ideology combining the worse of Statist ideologies like socialism and mezhism in a single degenerate and freedom-fearing mingle. As proud heirs of a tradition of commerce and political openness, conservatives, liberals and social-democrats of the Free Cities' League should join forces to show our disapproval of such hideous regime and its practices. The restrictions on the freedom of religion are appalling. Political freedom is nonexistent. Society is getting militarized. There is no respect for fundamental rights. Religious fanatism is on the rise. We, as proud citizens of so-called 'Free Cities' should rise up and declare our independence. If we are truly Free Cities then let's be free!
Unabhängigkeit ist mein Ziel and mein Zweck! (Independence is my objective and end!)"

After growing popular distrust towards the Social-Nationalist regime these news were welcomed by most people in the Free Cities, and proeminent political figures agree with Adler's goal of long-term independence. Only some more conservative elements, like Karsten Schmidt of the BB, with its historically cautious attitude towards Boganhem proper, say independence is a violation of an international treaty and thus illegal, since ultimate sovereignty was transferred to the Bogan State and is also economically unviable since 'the livelihood of most of our citizens comes from being the commercial window to a constantly closed Boganhem proper'.

Nevertheless, Adler's speech was praised by other notable conservatives, such as Thomas Buddenbrook who considered it 'an act of extreme courage' and that everyone, independently of political affiliation, should stand for independence. The Mayor of Kiel and President of the SDP, Horst Dreier, also gave his unconditional support to fight against the Social-Nationalist state:

"Even though we think some of Strakman's earlier social policies were positive we cannot agree with religions persecution and with authoritarianism. All social-democrats should stand with our new president in this fight for independence. It is not illegal as many claim, since the Treaty of Seeshloss was not signed with the State or People of Boganhem but with the King of Boganhem, since at the time the Bogan conception of sovereignty was personal and the State was the King's property. As such, since there is no King anywhere to be seen, the Treaty is void and the Free Cities' League should be unilaterally declared independent."

Whether these declarations will be followed by acts it is a matter of time. But public opinion in the Free Cities, despite fears of Bogan military intervention, is decisively anti-Bogan.

Folksradpresident Reacts to the New President of the Council of Mayors of the Free Cities On Independence: 'I Shall Not Take a Petty Capitalist Seriously - Adler Must Remember Who is His Ultimate Sovereign'

Yesterday the Council of Mayors of the Free Cities' League elected a new President, which is responsible for conducting the general administration of this german enclave within the People's State's territory, and also maintaining good relations with its ultimate sovereign, the People's State. For those who may not know, this area in the south of the People's State was graciously accorded the autonomy it had kept since the Middle Ages, since it is populated almost only by Germans.

For years, despite a small war, the Free Cities' League kept cordial relations with its protector and sovereign, the Kingdom of Boganhem, and they seemed to continue as the People took their rightful sovereign rights over the Bogan peninsula. In exchange of being allowed to practice their culture, religion and capitalistic commerce, they facilitate trade in and out of Boganhem, avoiding the penetration of capitalistic interests into the People's State. However, this era of cooperation seems to have seen an end.

The new President of the Council of Mayors, Anton Adler, professes the most hideous political ideology there is - liberalism, which, under the guise of liberty, destroys the cohesion of society and the People by denying their very nature - liberalism advocates the disregard of collective action and responsability, denying the gregarious nature of the human being, in favour of an egoistic and selfish conception of the world. With the people divided and only worried about their own selfish interests, capitalism has then a fertile soil to grow, as liberalism blocks any possibility of collective action. Also, it reduces the State to a small powerless entity, without any legitimacy to keep law and order. Once again, it is a precondition for the aggressive growth of high capitalism and finance, in which a small elite with money enslaves the workers and the peasants. It claims to be anti-feudalist but it creates an effective feudalist structure, where the high bourgeosie concentrates wealth (movable instead of movable wealth) in their own small clique, despising workers and peasants.

This disgusting liberal is now pushing for the 'independence' of the Free Cities' League, actively denouncing the new way the Bogan people decided to do politics, while Adler's own people are enslaved by capital and the iron fist of wage-slavery. Fortunately, the President of the Folksrad, Erik Strakman, has already announced that independence is legally impossible and reminded Adler that his ultimate sovereign is the Bogan People, not the capitalistic interests he serves.

It is legally impossible, says Strakman, due to the Fertag ober di Endsën des Frëe Staede Bound (Treaty on the Final Status of the Free Cities' League) signed in 1766, commonly known as the Peace of Seeshloss. According to the Treaty, the Free Cities League recognizes that the Bogan sovereign (at that time, considered to be the King, but since the beginning, the People) holds ultimate sovereignty over the League and that the Bogan sovereign recognizes the autonomy of the cities to make their own laws, organize themselves politically and pursue their culture and religion, under the protection of Boganhem and for an amount of money and commercial transactions. Now, Anton Adler says that, because there is no more Bogan King and the Treaty was signed with a King, it is null and void. However, the Treaty clearly states 'sovereign' which does not entail it is a King. At that time, it was considered to be the King the holder of ultimate and absolute sovereignty, but now it has been disclosed that the People always held sovereignty, kept away from them by greedy elites, only know being truly assessed. That being said, the Bogan sovereign is the Bogan People and no one else and the Bogan People graciously allowed to the Free Cities' League, an integral part of the Kingdom, to organize itself autonomously. Furthermore, some of the provisions of the Treaty have been forced upon the Bogan State at the time - under the pressure of an international feudalistic and christian coalition, the Bogan People had seen an integral part of its territory stripped off - the now 'Free Cities' of Grünebaden and Erding (real Bogan names - Grinebaden and Erting) were ceded to the League under international pressure, making the legality of such provisions doubtful.

Erik Strakman has already put the petty bourgeois in his place - he said he would not take 'this petty capitalist serious' and that the Mayors of the Free Cities should 'seriously consider replacing him with a more reasonable' President. Courageous act by our President, who stands in the frontline defending the interests of the Bogan People against internationalist christian capital-liberalism. 'He must remember who is ultimate sovereign is - the Bogan People!'

Bürgermeisternrat des Freie Städte Bundes
Council of Mayors of the Free Cities' League

Bestätigung ober die Beendigung der Vertrag über den endgültigen Status des Freie Städte Bundes und Ausrufung der Unabhängigkeit
Declaration on the Termination of the Treaty On the Final Status of the Free Cities' League and Declaration of Independence

Lübeck, 11. November 1953

In 1307, three merchant cities in the south of the Bogan peninsula, populated by Germans, Lübeck, Handelsburg and Flensburg, joined forces for mutual protection against the Bogan King and formed the Free Cities' League, in the 11th of November of the same year. After several wars against the Bogan Kings, they realised cooperation could be possible, and so, in 1487, the first Bogan-FCL treaty was signed - it provided for the independence of the League and economic cooperation - the cities would serve as the commercial window of the isolated Kingdom, impoverished and remote. Meanwhile, the League grew and several surrounding cities populated by Germans joined it. Around 1600, the seven cities that today comprise the League were already members. It was also around that time, when a foreign King, by force of the rules of inheritance, assumed the Bogan throne and called himself Emperor, that the League was peacefully incorporated in that Empire, which, uncommonly for Boganhem, was built on multiculturalism, inter-faith dialogue and tolerance. When Emperor Aleksander I's grandson was overthrown by the traditional nobility in the beginning of the 18th century, we tried to break the shackles of Bogan domination, but we were small and unprotected. An impromptu war erupted, and with the help of an international coalition, we managed to ensure our survival. As a compromise, the Treaty on the Final Status of the Free Cities' League, known as the Peace of Seeshloss, was signed in 1766. The League surrendered its sovereignty to the Bogan King, in exchange for guarantees of autonomy and military and diplomatic protection - in the following 200 years, the League has been the commercial window of the isolated Kingdom and, while in the North absolutism reigned, the League became an oasis of freedom of speech, political freedom, economic freedom and prosperity. When two years ago the Bogans established a Constitutional Monarchy, we hoped for a long-term union in a federal structure. But those dreams were shattered by Social-Nationalism - the anti-democratic, anti-liberty and anti-economic freedom ideals that support this mezhist-marxist mix are completely incompatible with the values of the Free Cities.

The time has now come to make a change.

Almost 650 years after our formation, we terminate the Peace of Seeshloss. We do so not only out of political spite of the new People's State of Boganhem but also out of legal arguments. The Treaty put the League under the protection of the Bogan King and the League gave up its sovereignty to the Bogan King. Well, we must assess the absence of a Bogan King, as the Monarchy has been replaced. As such, the object of the Treaty is nonexistent and the Treaty is null and void under International Law.

The Free Cities' League is now an independent, federal, democratic and republican State and yearns for the recognition from the international community and the respect of the People's State of Boganhem for International Law.

ERKLARING OBER DI 'UNANHANGINGSHEP AUTRUFFING' DEZ FRËE STAEDE BOUND
Declaration on the 'Declaration of Independence' of the Free Cities' League

In a surprising and imprudent move, the Council of Mayors of the Free Cities' League, an integral part of the People's State of Boganhem autonomously governed by its German population, by virtue of the Treaty on the Final Status of the Free Cities' League, signed in 1766 and commonly known as 'Peace of Seeshloss', has declared the 'independence of the Free Cities' League'. We would like to respond and show how such declaration is illegal and thus impossible under International Law.

The Treaty provided that, and it is written and the Council of Mayors cannot deny it, the Free Cities' League surrendered their sovereignty to the 'Bogan sovereign' (§ 2 of the Treaty). In 1766, the Bogan sovereign was the Bogan King and now the Bogan sovereign is the Bogan People represented by the People's State. Through an interpretation faithful to the letter of the provision, one would reach this conclusion - since the sovereign is now the Bogan People, the People's State inherited the legal status of party in the Treaty.

Moreover, from our point of view, this argument should not even be used. In his abdication declaration, Robert IV, last King of Boganhem, recognised what is now recognised by most Bogan constitutionalists and by the Folksrad - since the Bogan sovereign has always been the People, being held hostage by the Krayt family for centuries - the sovereignty over the League has always been property of the People and State of Boganhem, who held this right but were incapacitated from exercising it. Since the July Revolution, the rightful sovereign is recognised - it is the People, but it was already before. As such, the party in the Treaty has always been the People.

Hence, both in a more International Law and a Bogan Constitutionalism theory perspective the Treaty is still valid and the declaration of independence has no effect.

We urge the Council of Mayors to purge this rogue President of them, disrespectful of International Law and recognise their true sovereign, with whom it has built strong links of cooperation. In a proof of good faith, we shall hold any military intervention and hope that the Council of Mayors comes to reason.

National Emergency Council

Constitutional State of Touzen

The National Emergency Council, acting on behalf of the democratic institutions of the Constitutional State,

conditionally extends formal recognition of the Free Cities' League's new government, provided it will adhere to the self-proclaimed goals of creating the democratic framework Citizen Adler claims he will pursue, a goal which's earnest pursuing the National Emergency Council has no reason to doubt at this point in time. The Constitutional State recognizes the historic opportunity now presenting itself in Boganheim in the face of the reckless advance of delegationist tyranny in its mezhist form and urges the Free Cities' League to offer a radical democratic, liberating and progressive alternative that will hopefully radiate to influence the greater region. The Touzen ambassador to Franken will for now assume all diplomatic tasks vis a vis the League until a future in which n a formal exchange of embassies can be conducted.

The Fennian Union urges calm from all parties concerned particularly given everyone's obvious best interest at avoiding the development of a greater civic confrontation. A Letter from The High Kingdom of Warre & Tyrculir to the entirety of the Boganland(s) and their governments, including the Free Cities League

The Bogan people expect their vassals to follow international premises of law (there are few laws agreed to by the entirety of the world, after all, only attitudes of laws), is laughable. So too is the fact that the government of the Free State of Boganhem insists upon itself that it has the right to throw off its monarchy and reclaim its sovereignty but deny the same rights to the people of the Free Cities League. Given that the Free Cities League gave up their sovereignty to the "Bogan Sovereign", an entity which no longer exists. The sovereign state of the Free State of Boganhem can claim no legitimate descent from the government it follows, and can assume that no governments will continue agreements with it unless they so choose. It is our view thereby, further followed by our idea of independence; that the Free Cities League's separation is utterly legal.

The High Kingdom of Warre & Tyrculir extends formal representation to the Free Cities League as of this statement, and will be sending an unofficial representative to the Free Cities League to see however it can help them against the so-often tyranical hands of the Free State of Boganhem. Further; we can state with clearness that if the Free State attempts to attack or invade the Free Cities League to force its hand, we will immediately withdraw any recognition possibilities we have towards the Free State, and immediately recognize the Free Cities League as the sole legal representative of the Boganlands.

Signed: Connor MacFergus, Consular Representative for Warre & Tyrculir to Franken, Wiese, and the Boganlands.

PUBLIC STATEMENT

The Revolutionary Republic expresses its deep concern over the recent developments in Bogan and we fear for the fate of the Workers, Peasants and Intellectuals of Bogan should this conflict continue to escalate. We strongly urge both sides to come to terms and resolve this split peaceful as soon possible. It is the position of the Revolutionary Peoples Government that there is one legitimate Bogan state and one Bogan nation, to raise your arms against one another is madness. In my capacity as Peoples Commissar for Foreign Affairs I extend an offer of mediation to the leaders of the Bogan State and Free Cities League.

Bürgermeisternrat des Freie Städte Bundes
Council of Mayors of the Free Cities' League

Bestätigung ober die Status des Freie Städte Bundes als ein unterscheidliche nationale Gemeinschaft
Declaration on the Status of the Free Cities' League as a Distinct National Community

We would like to remind the international community that we are no way part of the Bogan Nation - we speak Standard German as opposed to Bogan, we are mainly descended from German settlers originating from outside the Bogan peninsula, and, most important of all, we have our own identity, distinct from the Bogan identity. Our identity is based upon common standard European values, forged by our commercial and, at the same time, secular and Christian heritage. We do not identify with the marxist-mezhist Bogan regime, neither did we identify with the absolute monarchy, and only out of fear we accepted our vassalage. The Bogan people might be rightfully represented by the criminal and marxist-mezhist People's State, but we were never and will never be represented by the Bogan State - we are a people, we have a territory and a State which exercises political power - therefore, we are a State, comprising a distinct national community, not based on racial or religious heritages, but mostly in common values.

ERKLARING OBER DI INTERNATSIONALES GEMËNSHEP REAKTSIONEN AN DE F.S.B. FALL
Declaration on the International Community's Reaction to the F.C.L. Case

We are not surprised to see the failed and degenerate 'State' (if it can even be called that) of Touzen recognise the Free Cities' League as a State. Considering their adherence to the bitter and degenerate ideology of post-delegationism, we disregard their comments.

As to the Warrean reaction, which claims there is no International Law, we clarify - law does not mean written, statutory law - as in private law contracts create rights and obligations, so do treaties in International Law. Such obligations are further supported by the immemorial customary law, which is binding as ius cogens (coercive law) to all States.
In what concerns the moderate reactions of Cantignia, the Fennian Union and Kyiv (the last two States deserve the utmost respect and admiration from the People's State and the Social-Nationalist Union), we can assure that the political reintegration of the Free Cities' League will happen without violence. When the People's State regains its rightful control of the cities, a referendum will be organized on whether some of the cities want to remain or not - we prefer not to have a capitalistic cancer attached to our Socialist and Nationalist project. Since the People's State is democratic in nature, we shall let the citizens of the Cities decide. We are sure that, with a large support, not yet projected in electoral results, the glorious and noble project of Social-Nationalism has attained in the Cities, that the SNU's counterpart there, the Sozial-Nationalistische Partei, will reach stunning results.

We, as generous suzerains of the League, give them the choice - either you fully partake in the Social-Nationalist People's State project, either you die out, alone, as a parasitic capitalistic and liberal excuse of a State.

Erik Strakman

Order Restored in the Free Cities' League

Yesterday, after the attempted disrespect of international law by the Free Cities' League, autonomous German community within the People's State and integral part of its territory by virtue of the 1766 Treaty of Seeshloss, order was reestablished. Urged by locals loyal to the Treaty, the People's Army entered the Cities to ensure the territorial integrity of the People's State.

No single shot was fired, and except for some anarchist and liberal protesters, everything went quietly. This intervention follows the Folksrad's decision in graciouslly allowing the people of the Free Cities' League decide their future - either fully integrate within the People's State or leave it forever. Each city will hold a local referendum - those who decide to stay will have a special status but be fully integrated within our political system as a result for their choice of Social-Nationalism; those who decide to leave will be independent but will loose any special commerce prerrogatives with the People's State.

Erik Strakman explained the Folksrad's decision - one cannot have a foot in the People's State, parasitically benefiting from the commerce of its national resources and demand total separation from it. In the near future, a newly created Department dez Auttenhandelzaken (Department of Foreign Commerce Affairs) will be created under the joint authority of the Secretariat of State of Foreign Affairs and the Secretariat of State of Financial and Economic Affairs, will be in charge of all foreign trade, as opposed to the monopoly the League had since its inception.

Once and for all, our Bogan-German bretheren can decide whether to join the glorious project of Social-Nationalism and reject capitalism or if they want to try their luck alone!

Folksrad Approves the 'Four Freedoms Act' - Free Housing, Free Food, Free Clothing and Free Movement for All!

Malachor The Folksrad and the Folksgamot (People's Council and Assembly) have passed today an historical and unprecedented law in Bogan history. From this day on all Bogans will have access to free housing, free food, free clothing and free transportation! The Four Freedoms Act states that 'fulfilling the duty bestowed upon it by the Constitution, the People's State is obliged to provide four basic elements for anyone's livelihood'. President of the Folksrad Erik Strakman spoke of the Act as 'the concretization of the very basic tenant of Social-Nationalism - government for the People. From now on, every Bogan can rely on the People's State to escape the evils of poverty, who do much to undermine the unity of the People and degrade human dignity'. A new Office, dependent on the Secretariat of State for Social Affairs, called the Grondefrëhëden Abgeveramd (Basic Freedoms Providing Office), will take care of the implementation of the bill.

For one to access free housing, one must show that it does not own an apartment or a house, or that the one it owns is in a particularly bad state. Either way, the State will either offer him an appartment in soon-to-be-constructed Folkskvartiers (People's Neighbourhoods) or will offer him funds to improve his own housing condition.

It is more difficult to access free food, but in poorer neighbourhoods, especially in cities, People's Canteens will be open, offering three meals a day. In general, prices of essential goods will be set at only 10% over production costs, to enable everyone, whatever the income, to be able to buy bread, milk, beer, butter, grain, potatos, etc.

Free clothing will be available at various centres of the GfAa during the winter. Over the past 10 years, more than 3,000 people, mostly children and the elderly, died of cold during the winter, especially in the North. The GfAa will provide relief clothing to those who need it, in order to deplete the number of cold-associated deaths.

In what concerns transport, fees in all trains and buses will be radically decreased, and production of a cheap and quality Folkskarren (People's Car) will enable most Bogans to own a car in the middle term. A project for construction of metro networks in Malachor and Seeshloss will also be undertook, with possible expansions to other major cities.

The speaker of the Folksgamot Forolthir Gagenhem, will be touring major cities and some rural areas in order to explain to populations the new programme and the rights conferred upon them by the Act. 'The idea', as he says 'is to empower every Bogan citizen to become an active member of its organic group and the People's State in general, breaking the shackles of poverty and submission to capital. We are opening doors to a new generation of active, hard-working, solidarity-driven and patriotic Bogans, where the basic life conditions are shared and provided among the people.'

Long live Social-Nationalism!
Long live the Government for the People!
Long live the Four Freedoms!

Referendum in the Free Cities' League in One Week

Loebek/Lübeck The Free Cities' League referendum on the permanence or departure from the People's State of Boganhem was decided, between the Council of Mayors and the Folksrad to be held next sunday.

Following the election of a wretched liberal and anarchist President by his peers in the Council of Mayors, Anton Adler, some of the Mayors recognised the imprudence of putting any liberal ahead of any institution and recalled their vote, effectively dismissing Adler from the post. Now, working collegialy, the Council of Mayors cooperates with the People's State in achieving a peaceful result to this small situation.

Understanding that one cannot have a foot in the water and ashore at the same time, it was decided that the best solution would be to hold a referendum in each of the Free Cities in order for each one of them to decide whether to join the People's State as a special German-speaking but Social-Nationalist province, or if they want to be independent, but without the commercial benefits that has allowed the League to be a capitalist parasite on Boganhem.

The voters will be presented with those two options. A large Social-Nationalist movement, involving Bogans living in the FCL and Germans alike is rallying supporters, especially among the working class and the peasants, who envy their Bogan brethren free of the iron fist of wage slavery. Some capitalists oppose the referendum, but, if a majority of them are found within a city, they will never see their profits as high as they saw when exploiting Bogan raw materials, now property of the People.

Kyivan obsevers will ensure the regularity of the elections

RELEVANT NEWS OF THE DAY

- Vibrant campaign the the seven cities of the Free Cities' League as Social-Nationalists and independentist liberals debate various issues concerning the independence or the 'rejoining' of the FCL to the People's State. The polls indicate that the Social-Nationalist worldview can get majorities in many cities, as the masses of the cities have discovered the capitalist sham imposed on them. Local social-democratic, labour, socialist and even marxist movements join the campaign for better social justice and the end of injustices in the FCL's bourgeois society.

-
First model neighbourhoods start being planned in Malachor, Seeshloss, Vodenskove and other major cities, as part of the 'Four Freedoms' Programme announced earlier this week. They will host workers who until now lived in slums, the homeless and those whose house is in bad conditions. Meanwhile, this has been accompaigned by the arrest of usurary landlords, who demanded rents which left little more than the necessary money to have a meal a day to their tenants.

- Folksrad and Folksgamot announce the renaming of the city of 'Kongsberg' to 'Folksberg'. The province in which it is situated, Kongsland, will be renamed to a more neutral 'Noemark', as it was the result of earlier Boganhem's first expansion south.
