People's Councilor Rëner Rëder Announces Great Economic Plan: Widespread Nationalizations and Land Reform, 'to give the People what is theirs!'

In this first number of Da Folk, the official newspaper of the Social-Nationalist Union, defender and forwarder of the foremost interests of the Bogan People, we give notice of Folksrader for Financial and economic Issues Rëner Rëder's announcement earlier today of a big economic plan that 'will bring our economy in line with the provisions within the Constitution of the People's State' and give the Bogan people 'what is theirs'.

This Great Economic Plan contains three main ideas, two of which are to be implemented 'immediately':

- Nationalization of Great Part of National Economy - the Folksrad and the Folksgamot will issue a series of decrees concerning the nationalization of all private law corporations that either are public companies (Bog. Aktsienbesalshapen) or, regardless of type of corporation, all corporations which employ more than 100 people, which, according to Rëder, is the 'threshold of exploitation'. There will be some kind of compensation to the former owners and shareholders, be it a monetary compensation or insertion into Public Administration. Competing nationalized entreprises will be merged, and put under the direction of the Office for Financial and Economic Issues, under the control of Councilor Rëder. The idea of the Folksrad, explains Rëder, is to 'avoid the concentration of great economic power in the hands of a private few who can influence the destinies of the People', while allowing 'private small-scale economic activity'; to increase economic efficiency; to destroy the classic capitalist bourgeoisie who controls the means of production.

- Large-Scale Land Reform - all properties exceeding 100 hectares shall be confiscated, with due compensation. They can have, after the confiscation, three fates - become a Kollektiveland (collective land), owned collectively by the farmers who used to work the land; become a Staatsland (big farms who, by strategic reasons, cannot be partitioned); or be partitioned between the working peasants. The objective, says Rëder, is to increase efficiency and put end to a feudal structure of land property in rural Boganhem.

- Five-Year Plans - after a short period of organization of the newly nationalized entreprises, the Office will ellaborate a Five-Year Plan to establish the economic objectives and priorities of national economic policy.

Both Rëder and the People's Councilor for Internal Security Broomhilda Hammershmit emphasized that 'resistance to these decrees would be futile' and 'immoral, since these measures express the will of the majority of the People'.

Let us all rejoice for the dawn of this new era where social inequalities will be squashed and brought down. No more will we linger in this post-feudalism of the 'constitutional monarchy', no longer will man exploit man and no longer will a private single person, having only money, influence the direction of policy, which can be determined by the People alone! Long live the People's State! Long live the People of Boganhem!!

Land Reform a Success! Peaceful and Orderly Process Brings More Social Justice to the Bogan Countryside and Will Yield Good Results!

Contrarily to what foreign and counterrevolutionary propaganda state, the land reform process announced some time ago has been an utter success! This very important attainment of the People has been realized through peaceful and orderly means, with no deaths registered (save for cases where the landowners resisted with violence), as the People's Army intervened if the tensions got too high, preventing confrontations between peasants and landowners.

A typical process could be described like this: the landowner is warned by post if his property falls under the decrees issued by the Office of Financial and Economic Affairs (properties exceeding 100 hectares), the fate of his property and what his due compensation will be. Two days later, a group of officials of the Office and 20 People's Army soldiers inspect the property and inform the workers that they will manage it as a collective land, that the property will be equally redistributed among them or that the State will now manage the property. The objective is that the Bogan countryside has three types of property: a great number of kollektivelande (collective lands, self-managed by a number of peasants with aid of a state official); a considerable number of selvstëgenedlande (self-owned lands), resulting from partition of former big properties or already existing small properties not under the scope of the Decrees; in special cases, the State takes over the ownership of the land as a Staatsland, in those cases where the partition of a big property or its self-management will lead to economic inefficiency.

Naturally the landowners are not, at first, satisfied. However, they should think in the generous compensation the State will give them, considering that their property exceeded the acceptable limit of exploitation and the social dimension of property. In many cases, the former landowners are given a smaller part of their lands as compensation and in order to create bonds, in equality and solidarity, with their former servants. In this way, the Folksrad aims at destroying the former nobility, which will either integrate the peasant organic group if it choses to live among them or that will go to the urban center to become a member of the burger organic structure. Their privileges will be abolished and their surnames will no longer fashion the prefix 'fon' (equivalent to the german von or french de), to promote social equality between all members of the People.

There were some reports of violence, initiated by the landowners. For instance, when the team of the Office arrived at the great Krakkenfeld estate (500 hecatres) of the noble family of the fon Krakkenfelds, Herbert fon Krakkenfeld, former Secretary of State under the absolute monarchy, stormed out of his house with some guns-for-hire, all armed and hostile. When the Officer announced that this estate would be divided by his servants, he refused and threatened to shoot anyone who moved a single step. There, despite the insistance of the Officer, he was shot and severely wounded, but the People's Army and popular brigades defended the officers and unarmed peasants and eventually shot Herbert fon Krakkenfeld. These cases do not exceed the 8 dead, including officers and peasants.

Overall, it has been a peaceful and orderly process, and a successful one. Its two objectives, social justice and economic efficiency will certainly be attained in the near future, and the Bogan people will reap what they sew, ushering a new era of social equality and prosperity.

The social justice the SNU is looking for could have been achieved with less radical means, for instance by imposing minimum wages and introducing a progressive tax system (in which someone pays a higher percentage of taxes when he earns more money). Then it would not have been needed to collectivise at gun-point, like currently happens.

The Social-Nationalist regime being set up in Boganhem proper is a source of concern to all citizens of the Free Cities. In the last months, we have seen Strakman's regime curtail economic liberty through violent nationalizations and land reform, curtail civil liberties by violently crushing a post-delegationist demonstration and uprising and undermining a theoritically democratic constitution by expelling royalists, post-delegationists, progressive social-democrats and democratic forces in general from the political process of Boganhem, insidiously establishing a left-leaning authoritarian State. Many analysts expect further violence and repression, notably when the Social-Nationalists decide to deal with Christians and Norssexers within the territory of Boganhem proper. Moreover, nobody knows the whereabouts of former King Robert IV, who supposedly abdicated in favour of a republican regime.

Karl Larenz, the Bürgermeisternratpräsident has expressed the concerns of the Bürgermeistern in various occasions, only to be ignored by Erik Strakman. However, the historical Bürgermeisternratpräsident is about to step down, as he reaches his 8-year term limit. Now, the Bürgermeisternrat (Mayors' Council) will have to elect a new spokesman much younger and vigorous than Larenz, who is nearing his 70th year of age. However, the situation within the Council itself is difficult as there is a political tie. Whereas the Council was always dominated by a majority of the Bürger-Bund (Citizens' Alliance, biggest political party in the FCL, conservative and cautious when dealing with Boganhem proper) with 4 Mayors, now the situation is quite different. Three conservative Mayors, three social-democratic Mayors and a liberal one. Since three months ago, Flensburg now longer has a BB mayor, since Hans Zöllner has been defeated by the social-democrat Horst Dreier. Currently, here is the composition of the Bürgermeisternrat:

(BB stands for Bürger-Bund, 'Citizens' Alliance; SDP for Sozial-Demokratische Partei, 'Social-Democratic Party'; and FLP stands for Freie Liberale Partei, 'Free Liberal Party)

- Bürgermeister of Lübeck - Thomas Buddenbrook (BB)- Karl Larenz stepped down as President and Mayor, and so, his deputy Mayor is taking his place temporarily
- Bürgermeister of Handelsburg - Anton Adler (FLP)
- Bürgermeister of Flensburg - Horst Dreier (SDP)
- Bürgermeister of Erding - Karsten Schmidt (BB)
- Bürgermeister of Tübingen - Claus-Wilhelm Canaris (BB)
- Bürgermeister of Kiel - Günther Stratenwerth (SDP)
- Bürgermeister of Grünebaden - Ulrich Eisenberg (SDP)


This presents an unprecedented deadlock. According to the Grundgesetz des Freie Städte Bundes (Basic Law of the Free Cities' League), there must be an absolute majority within the Bürgermeisternrat to choose its spokesman, the Bürgermeisternratpräsident, head of the executive organ of the FCL and spokesman of all the Free Cities with Boganhem proper and the world. With this composition, many say it will last for months to choose a President, as neither the BB or the SDP will accept a President of the opposing party. However, some analysts say, that might prove an opportunity for the young Bürgermeister of Handelsburg, Anton Adler. 38 years old, this successful lawyer and law teacher was elected two years ago as Bürgermeister of the biggest city of the Free Cities and its most important economic centre, being the first liberal Mayor in Handelsburg. His tough character in what concerns Boganhem proper is well-known, and he has an expertise in Bogan issues, being close friend with Anton Leman, the exiled liberal leader of Boganhem proper. He has called for the acceptance of all Bogans who flee political prosecution in Boganhem, idea resisted by the conservatives, who fear a wave of immigration, and has already stated that a unilateral declaration of independence was not out of question ("If this strange communist-mezhist blend in Boganhem proper goes out of proportion, we should not fear a unilateral declaration of independence... we will have supporters in the free nations of Europe"). Adler has been talked about as a good candidate since he will be in consonance with the BB's economic policies and with the SDP's foreign and moral ideas, being a good compromise between the two largest parties.

Whoever gets to be Bürgermeisternratpräsident will have a lot to deal with. Neither Erik Strakman or his 'People's Councilor for Foreign Affairs', Herbert Svarttor have dedicated their time normalizing relations with the Free Cities or to explain the reports of state violence in Boganhem proper; no one knows where Robert IV is, if he is alive and if he willfully abdicated; the inner border is closed since the coup d'état which is hampering economic activity in the Free Cities.

The Bürgermeisternrat will meet tomorrow in order to discuss this issue, but the negotiations may very well take a long time.

Christianity: a Disease of the Soul and an Enemy of the People

The religion of Christianity is a plague spread all over Europe. Originating from semitc roots, it poisoned the soul and character of a formerly pagan Europe, where Indo-European Gods, in one way or another, were venerated. Tiburan Gods, Germanic Gods and Slavic Gods had different names, but they were only different perspectives on the real deities, the ones that really lie in the celestial world. Today, few Peoples resist, and the Bogans are one of them, having fend offensives from aggressive Christian states in the past, the so-called Crusades, a bloody ritual of unfettered proselyte conquest.

But, Christianity could be only a different perspective some Peoples have on the same Gods we believe in. It is not. Its monotheistic character results, as in Islam and Judaism, in an egoistical religion, that consider that only its God exist, and does not admit different perspectives.
Its universalist pretension makes it highly aggressive and proselyte, with self-righteous Christians trying to impose on other Peoples their religion.

Paradoxically, it is a religion of slaves and for the weak of mind. It subjugates human will and human desires to an unhealthy self-restrait. Sex outside marriage is a sin. Homossexuality is a sin. Will for power is a sin. Empowerment of the masses is undesirable, as the masses should be there, in their churches, abiding to an enlighted clergy and noble-bourgeoisie. It is a religion fit for slaves. While Jesus Christ had positive egalitarian ideas, he proposed a life philosophy based on total and utter submission of the mind and the body, in which pleasure is a bad thing and barbaric practices such as fasting and self-whipping exist (Christians punish themselves when they succumb to their carnal desires).

The religion of Boganhem and other paganisms, former or current, emphasize fidelity instead of submission, freedom and pleasure instead of self-restraint, empowerment of the masses instead of class domination, strength instead of weakness, companionship, equality, hard work and consideration for Nature. It is a religion for a People, like ours, which is fit to govern itself, instead of submitting to a foreign priest or a corrupt clergy, who does not practices what is preaches.

Christianity is a disease of the soul and it is an enemy of the People. It ought to be swept off Boganhem. If you know a Christian, you should warn him that he is being brainwashed by foreign agents and that he should renounce his/her faith in favor of a more correct and more Bogan understanding of life. Many do not even know they are succumbing to foreign interests and that the day the proselytes win the Bogan people over, Boganhem will be over and will be another protectorate of the Holy See.

Broomhilda Hammershmit Announces Criminal Procedure Reform: a new 'Inquisitorial Model', for Better and More Efficient Justice

People's Councillor for Internal Affairs, Broomhilda Hammershmit, announced today in the Folksgamot the Folksrad's project for a completely new model of criminal procedure, replacing the century-old Strapprotessferordning (Criminal Procedure Regulation) with a brand new Strapprotessgezatsbok (Code of Criminal Procedure), which modernizes the criminal procedure of the People's State and seeks to bring 'a better and more efficient justice', without 'room for loopholes or artificial defenses' and who seeks, above all, 'material truth'.

Folksrader Hammershmit sought to flee from the 'adversarial or accusatory system' that King Robert III implemented in 1854. According to this system, when a crime is committed, the offended (unless it is a serious crime or against the State) must bring a complaint before the Prosecutor and then must accompany the whole process. Within the process, the judge is passive and only considers 'contradictory truth', i.e., the one established in the debate within the court. With this system, people did not, out of fear, bring criminal procedures against organized crime, or a family member, or a traitor; and, those with more financial resources that could afford a good lawyer, with better rhetoric, always won the case.

No more. The so called Amdsermiddlingmodele (Inquisitorial Model), inspired by several germanic medieval traditions and some modern systems, has some advantanges of its own:

- There is no separation of the accuser and the judge - the judge investigates, in the name of material truth and efficiency, and, hearing the accused, formulates his judgement.
- There is no need for complaint - any crime has the People as its victim, and so, it must be always brought to court, even if it is only rumours, in order to be proven true or false. In the former, society will win with less a criminal out of jail, in the latter, the suspect will see his name definitely clean and his reputation untarnished. He has only to be notified by the police officer or someone else not actually the victim.
- The judge can investigate any leads on evidence he finds fit, not only those brought by the parties.
- Should new evidence come to light, the process can be reopened, avoiding dangerous situations in which a lack of evidence in one day, did not allow for a decision, but in which further evidence was discovered.

The Folksgamot unanimously approved the new Strapprotessgezatsbok, confident that it will bring swifter and 'juster justice' to the People of Boganhem, dismantling the 'liberal and bourgeois system' that put victory in the hands of the rich and the resourceful. That is Justice.

As Folksrader Hammershmit said, the criminal procedure reform is only the first of a series of 'unprecedented reforms in Bogan law, which will see a great overhaul in the near future'.

The New Organization of the Nationalized and State Entreprises!

Some weeks after it was first announced, the nationalizations process is complete. All private companies who fulfilled the criteria laid out in the Decrees were forcibly acquired by the State, after paying their previous owners or shareholders a fair compensation. The criteria covered:

a) all companies incorporated under the Aktsienbeselshep (roughly equivalent to public limited company, i.e., company limited by shares) designation, considered to be highly impersonal and highly capitalized, being the most visible expression of parasitic capitalism.
b) all other types of companies with over 100 employees
c) all other types of companies with equity over 500.000 tallers

Because there were competing companies in various sectors, Folksrader for Financial and Economic Issues Rëner Rëder and his Office have been working relentlessly to organize a highly efficient State company sector, managed by the Office, and hence, indirectly, by the Folksrad, as part of a special branch of Public Administration. Today, it was announced how will our economy and key means of production be organized:

Primary Sector
- Allmëne Bergboen Union (General Mining Union) - gathers all old mining corporations, such as the old Koldlander Goldbergboen, Goddhausisher Platinum, Verner Uranium AB
- Tsentrale Boen Fervalting (Central Agricultural Administration) - together with representatives of the peasant class, it administrates the selling and distribution of agricultural products and establishes production goals and directives to all non-state owned lands and administrates directly state-owned lands.
- Fersamling de Boganishes Dierhalders (Association of Bogan Animal-owners) - does the same thing as the aforementioned TBF, but with animal husbandy
- Gagen di Vilde See - Fishern Union (Against the Wild Sea - Fishers' Union) - idem, with fisheries

Secondary Sector
- Shevig Industri Mitbound (Confederation of Heavy Industry) - all heavy industries save for the military sector fall under this mega-state company, further divided into several sub-companies and sub-sub-companies (for instance, Krayt Kompani, the national car manufacturer is one of the sub-companies)
- Natsionale Vappenmakish Bound (National Federation of Arm Industries) - due to the importance of this sector for national independence, it is set apart
- Boganishe Shipshaper Union (Bogan Shipbuilders' Union) - coordinates all shipyards and ship production in the country
- Tsentralisierd Etten- and Drinkmaking (Centralized Food and Dreink Production) - centralizes food and drink production and distribution
- Allmëne Likt Industri Mitbound (General Light Industry Confederation) - coordinates all industries not falling into one of the former categories

Tertiary Sector
- Folksbank (People's Bank) - though it will still take some months to complete this process, all former banks are to be unified into a single, popular-controlled bank, considering the dangerous parasitic capitalistic nature of banks
- Folkssikerhëden (People's Insurance) - unified insurance company
- Boganish Telephonen and Telegraphen (Bogan Telephones and Telegraphs) - the historical BTT maintains its name
- Tselntarlisierd Hausmarkt (Centralized House Market) - real estate
- Fersamling de Boganishes Markten (Union of Bogan Markets) - coordinates food and drink sell
- Staatlishes Booen Kompani (State Construction Company)
- Folksturism (People's Tourism)
- Folksposten (Folk's Mail) - renaming of the previous Konglishes Posten

In what concerns the tertiary sector, liberal professions and services are under the control of their respective professional Orders or Guilds, directed by the Folksgamot. It is of utmost importance, in order to destroy parasitic and liberal capitalism, for the State to assume total control of the financial sector, who was the main vehicle of oppression in modern times, with white-collar offices where burgers work replacing the factories as the principal slaughterhouse of the oppressed.

Each of these entities legally assumes the designation of Staatkompani (SK) and is a public law legal person, with capacity to enter transactions and negotiations as a private legal person would and, simultaneously, because it is part of the Public Administration and coordinates general economic policy with democratically-legitimated orders from the Folksrad and the Folksgamot, it can issue administrative acts. Each SK will have a General Commissar (Kommissar-General) which will direct the company's activities under the orders and supervisions of the Office for Financial and Economic Issues. A five-year plan is under ellaboration and will be announced as soon as possible, so that this new efficient economic machine built by the revolutionary efforts of the People and Nation can be put to work and lead us to prosperity.

- First general census to be undertaken by a specially created General Census Directorate (Allmëner Folktsaling Direktorat), in which data concerning age, race, language, religion, income, number of children, special needs, etc. will be taken with the purpose of improving the response of the State to social problems.

- Education reform underway, with reform of the curricula giving more attention to human sciences and, in general, understanding of our History and heritage as a Nation and People, and in instilling a sense of solidarity and cooperation in our children, instead of selfish individualism and class differences. Three Christians Caught in a Temple Arson Attempt!

Last night, three men attempted to start a fire in the High Temple of Her Most Holy Goddess Freia, goddess of life, love and fertility, in downtown Seeshloss. Armed with jerrycans full of gas, they broke inside the holy site and were about to start the fire. Fourtunately, an alert citizen nearby caught them in the act and called the Folksbrigaden and the Folkspolitsë, who arrested them immediately to be present to trial on charges of attempted arson and desecration of holy sites. This High Temple is one of the four Great Holy Sites in our Nation, the other two being the Highest Temple of Her Most Holy Father-God Voden, in Vodenskove, and the High Temple of H.M.H. God Thyr, in Malachor and the High Temple of H.M.H. God Tonner, in Kongsberg.

It was eventually discovered that the three men, all between 25 and 30 years old of age, were three Christians (suspected already because of their Christian names) who took the usual proselytism of this sect of Judaism much further. Yosef Garenmarkt, Thomas Anmaker and Yohan Braun are apparently members of an unnamed nation-wide Christian network, 'Kristen's Viderstand' (Christ's Resistance), who previously organized conferences and propaganda actions but seems now to be employing more terroristic and violent methods.

The Stadberikt (City Court) of Seeshloss has already ordered the preventive detention of all leaders of that organization for interrogation, followed by hopeful release.

It seems that, faced with the proud Bogan people's will to resist religious and cultural proselytism, the Christians decided to adopt a more violent stance. This comes to no surprise, as history shows that Christians are voracious and violent conquerors, whose 'missionaries' destroyed germanic culture in Europe, forcing our blood brothers to forsake their long-worshipped gods for a sect of Judaism. For many times have Christians attempted to penetrate Boganhem and transform our culture into a culture of weakness and slavery. They will never make it.

Those men, whose names cannot yet be revealed, will stand trial as soon as possible, while the Folkspolitsë tries to find leads that can uncover this nation-wide terrorist organization, with tentacles spread over various cities.

Besides that, new lines of action for this year will be discussed, as well as an analysis of the current economic situation.

Folksgamot and Folksrad Assemble in Emergency Meeting Over the 'Christian Question'

Earlier this morning, Folksradpresident Erik Strakman summoned, in accordance to art. 137 of the Constitution of the People's State of Boganhem, the constitutionally foreseen Grotsenoodfersamling (Grand Emergency Meeting), in which the Folksrad (People's Council) and the two representatives of each organic group represented in the Folksgamot (People's Assembly) discuss pressing issues demanding immediate action. The issue was, without surprise, the 'Christian Question'.

As explained in this newspaper several times, Christianity never took a hold on Boganhem, for our forefathers were brave enough to reject this Eastern corruption of our proud and resilient culture. Though we feel sorry for our germanic, latin, celtic and slavic brothers who forgot the faith of their ancestors, we recognize that each Nation has the freedom to worship. As long as they keep it to themselves is fine. But, with some notable exceptions (Protestants and Orthodox Christians), the Christian has a violent and immediate urge to evangelize, to force its religion upon other people, to proselytize and to destroy foreign cultures. That is mostly true about the so-called 'Catholic Church'.

It is estimated that about 5% of the culturally Bogan population is Christian, mostly concentrated in Malachor and Seeshloss, and in the inner border regions with the 'Free Cities' League'. Other cultures, such as Germans and Norssexers, are predominantely Christians, though a revival of old germanic religion has some expression as well. The problem they pose is this - we never know whether they will be happy to live alongside Bogans following the True Faith or if they will be tempted to forcefully or insidiously convert them. They know no love for Fatherland - the Pope takes precedence over the Fatherland and their People. They will consiciously betray their fellow-countrymen just for the sake of religion. So, the Christian Question is - should Christians who are not part of a culture that is traditionally Christian be allowed to live among us?

Some say there is no problem. During the 'constitutional monarchy', the problem was solved with Anti-Proselytism Laws. That was not enough, as reports of 'forceful or insidious conversion' (art. 327 of the Bogan Penal Code) were widespread.

Others, on the other side, advocate complete expulsion of Bogan Christians unless they are converted back to the True Faith. Maybe that's too harsh, opponents argue, since if we condemn force conversions we cannot force reconvert.

There is a middle-ground, and some sources indicate that will be the Final Solution for the Christian Question - both Churches active in Boganhem, the Evangelishes Kristien Kirke in Boganhem (Evangelical Christian Church in Boganhem, Lutheran denomination) and the Boganishes Katholishes Apostolishes Romishes Kirke (Bogan Catholic Apostolical Roman Church) should sign a legal document in which every priest must swear fealty to the People and State of Boganhem, which would convert any crime committed against the People or the State treason, punishable by death.

Erik Strakman seems to favour the last position, while some more radical Party members, like Hammershmit prefer the second one.

In a small statement issued earlier today, our Great President and Leader of the Social-Nationalist Revolution, Erik Strakman, justified the summoning of the Grand Emergency Meeting: "The terrorist attacks of the group Christ's Resistance have taken their toll. The answer is being swift and merciless, but what to do about the other Christians? Should we consider them all potential traitors and expel them from our territory? Should we increase control in the Protestant and Catholic Churches, who seem to abuse their independence to nest terrorists? Should we just keep the '51 Anti-Proselytism Law, that makes proselytism a crime? Comrades, think about these questions, for tonight we shall be discussing them in the Grotsnoodfersamling and I want, by midnight, a decision made, so that action can be taken as quickly as possible. Long Live Boganhem!"

Folksgamot and Folksrad Decide a Middle-Ground Solution for the 'Christian Question': All Churches Must Declare Their Loyalty to the People's State

The Grotsenoodfersamling (Grand Emergency Meeting), in which the Folksrad (People's Council) and the two representatives of each organic group represented in the Folksgamot (People's Assembly) discussed the Christian Question is over. Erik Strakman, Folksradpresident issued a declaration in which he detailed the decision.

As opposed to keep existing laws or expelling Christians all together, the Folksrad, in all of its benevolence and magnanimosity, decided to adopt a 'middle-ground' solution to the question - both Churches active in Boganhem, the Evangelishes Kristien Kirke in Boganhem (Evangelical Christian Church in Boganhem, Lutheran denomination) and the Boganishes Katholishes Apostolishes Romishes Kirke (Bogan Catholic Apostolical Roman Church) will sign a legal waiver, for all of their members, in which they will reassert their unfettered loyalty to the People's State. Among other provisions, the Treohëdsveringfertrag (Loyalty Swearing Covenant) will fashion the following statement:

"In namen alle mëne vitgliders and troers, ik [namen dez kirkz lideren] sver mëne absolut troehëd tsu'm Folkstaat Boganhem, sëne Fervatsing, sëne Folk and sëne demokratishen-bevalen organe. (In the name of all my members and faithful I, [name of the church-leader] swear my absolute loyalty to the People's State of Boganhem, its Constitution, its People and its democratically-elected organs. I understand that, in the case either I, my Church or a member of my Church commits a crime against the People's State, for example, all those crimes in section 4, book 5 of the Penal Code of the People's State of Boganhem (crimes against the State and the Public), the criminal shall be punished by death or life imprisonment, as the crime will be equivalent to high treason.)

After signing the Covenant, the Penal Code shall be modified, including in the definition of the crime 'high treason', 'any crime against the State or the Public committed by a Christian'.

Additionally, the Gesatz for di Shuts de Boganishes Kultur and Betroe (Law for the Protection of Bogan Culture and Faith) will include several control mechanisms, will foresee regular meetings between Church leaders and the Folksrad and will prohibit them of preaching anti-People's State propaganda on religious grounds (ex: 'if you collaborate with the People's State, you will go to hell').

Meanwhile, Erik Strakman met Pastor Yonas Staltenberg (leader of the Lutheran church) and Bishop Yosef Yansun (leader of the Catholic Church) in order to discuss more details. The Folksradpresident is 'satisfied', because this law not only 'reinforces the control the People can have on potential counterrevolutionary elements' but also because it 'fosters dialogue between Bogan Christians and the People's State.

The previous Anti-Proselytism Law will be kept, as proselytism is already a crime in Boganhem, punishable up to 5 years.

While the High Kingdom respects the popular revolution of Boganhem in regards to its attempt to remove a despot and flee from the possibility of another despot, a blind man led by a blind owl would still be able to see that without a crown of not, the People's State's actions represent those of a Despots, and not those of a free people. If the gods of the Bogan people are as powerful as the Bogan Pagan faith believes, surely you should not have to defend them with persecution of Christian masses, should you? The freedom of religion is one of the most basic freedoms that any man can have, because it is intrinsically tied to the freedom of thought. By persecuting the so called Christian minority within your nation, you do nothing but try to force them to think exactly as you think.

This is not how a free nation conducts itself, in any way shape or form, and with the turmoil in your neighbor Bantyr, one would expect the Bogan people to understand that trying to force one people to be something entirely different, or worse- trying to drive them out from their homes, will cause nothing but chaos and destruction. While the High Kingdom does not maintain an embassy to Boganhem, and has no intents to establish one- instead allowing the Embassy and Consulate apparatus set up to represent Warre & Tyrculir in Franken and the Wieser Reich, we could not refuse the need to file our protest at this, and encourage the Christians within Boganhem to flee that nation, perhaps to Warre & Tyrculir, where they can hope to receive the rights due to all men.

Your assumption is plainly wrong, with all due respect. We are not preventing Christians from practising their rites not forcing them to renounce that faith. We only recognize that, in the presence of a heavy Christian terrorist network activities, the People's State must protect its People, including Christians, from physical harm, death and constant fear.

These restrictions are meant only to filter, within Christian churches, who is a law-abiding citizen and who is connected to the various terrorist cells active throughout the country - when the danger is dealt with, the restrictions will probably be lifted. So, do not jump into conclusions that we are anti-Christians - we merely recognize that the Bogan True Faith is inseparable of Bogan identity, like many Christian countries recognize that Christianity is inseparable of their own identity - it is an objective assessment, nothing more.

Every Bogan citizen has the right to practice his religion freely unless conflicting with the general interest, i.e., public security, public health and public policy.

Christians everywhere, but most specifically within these Friendly Confines, are unimpressed by Boganhem's constant obsession with what is either a fictional conspiracy, or a classic case of scapegoating faithful outcasts for unrelated crimes. Here upon the Papist Homeland, we are no stranger to this practice of blaming the smaller Christian faiths for what always turns out to be political or financial crime perpetrated by non-religious cabals. This cycle of Christian cannibalism must end, and it must end now in Boganhem.

We call upon the President of Boganhem and his Councilors to reconsider their "Declaration on the Christian Question", which can only end in bloodshed or worse: the relegation of Christ's followers to slave-like servitude. Images of Tiburan Catholics come to our minds, leaders who also resorted to this malicious practice of making "others" out of their fellow Christians by manipulating the puppet strings of state power.

This Coalition bears no ill-will with the Peoples & Patriots of Boganhem, nor its State or Church, as all we wish for is a broader, safer stage for the Word & Will of Christ. If we as outside observers can assist in the dialogue in any way, between the Christian outsiders and the Church of State, we would be glad to facilitate a viable path for peace to reign in Christmas.

If it came from any other nation, we might have assumed the need to be offended at your declaration that our thoughts were 'plainly wrong', "Mister President". However, given Boganhem's history of erratic behavior and it's long standing fear that its traditions cannot live alongside Christianity, in a free way which would be the only true way to keep your Bogan traditions alive- we see little need to be offended. You did not know better, the self-righteous attitude that would assume that Christians could create terrorists any quicker than separatists, royalists, supporters of your people's state, is all we need to see to know this. Tyrculir urges you to lighten any restrictions placed upon the Christian peoples and reiterates its offer for Bogan people, be they Christian, Pagan, or somewhere in between, to settle within Tyrculir, where men's beliefs are viewed as part of what makes a man free and important there-by. A man who's voice and thoughts are bridled by the force of national law threatening to persecute or genocide his entire people is nothing but another horse, ox, or bull, in the service of his master's.

If Boganhem chose to look outside of it's high walls- so built to keep the rest of the world from looking in or asking it to cut the tree down that's dropping acorns in their lawn and killing it, they might know that we don't simply speak the view of Christians versus pagans from the outside view. In Tyrculir all religions are given their place, their chance, their time, and native Aballachic traditions are allowed alongside those of Christians in Tyrculir, and even the syntactic majority religion within Tyrculir, AnLyric Orthodoxy, which practices a mixture of old AnLyric Practices and Christian practices. They likewise would see the long-going conflict in Angortir between the various sects, religious and otherwise, who wish to claim supremacy over the others therein. If you pursue the path you plan to, you can do nothing but force that same situation upon yourself; so we hope this is read with an open mind and more importantly an open heart.
