The Right Honourable The Secretary of State has received the Command of Her Engellexic Majesty The Queen to make known the following gracious Statement of Her Engellexic Majesty to the Princes and Chiefs of the Kingdom of Anglyn.​

Extension of The Queen's Statement in Council.

TO THE PRINCES AND CHIEFS OF THE KINGDOM OF ANGLYN

I am instructed to express on behalf of Her Engellexic Majesty;

That we are most reassured by the recent functioning of the democratic institutions within Winchester regarding this rather odious affair concerning Solaren.

It was anticipated, of course, the sustained length of the debate within the Anglysh Parliament, conducted in consideration of the occurrence in conflict that has been seen between Solaren and Lorraine. It should certainly not be expected that the international community are fools to the intrigue of the European Defence Federation; at the very least, not all. The unreasonable approach of the Federation to the concerning antics of the Papacy of Torrence will be recognised as the sole cause of what is taking place in Preuti-Borussia. Such posturing at the border of Solaren was utterly deplorable, and was with right to be condemned by the international community who instead stood ignorant to the aggressors of Winchester. It would be appropriate of her Majesty and ministers, however, to recognise our participation in this scenario, or lack thereof.

Her Majesty the Queen and ministers naturally regret the fact that the excessive and intolerable deployments through Montelimar were not challenged sufficiently by the government of the imperial metropolis. It must be acknowledged with this dispatch that no such escalation shall be treated with equally lethargic manner. Further deployments to Montelimar by the Federation’s western neighbours will be scrutinised and confronted. Her Majesty will bring this urgent matter and opinion to the attention of our partners within the PASILLA ACCORD for an effective and coordinated approach.

It will be reiterated that her Majesty continues to be committed to the dissolution of conflict through just and sensible negotiations, and will be delighted at such prospects in due time.​

His Anglyc Majesty's government understands the sentments set forth by Her Engellexic Majesty's Secretary of State, for it is in the best interests of Great Engellex to maintain its close ties with the rogue state of Solaren and garner favor of Urban IV and why Her Engellexic Majesty's government to ignore many facts that would cast unfavorable light on Solaren. Though Her Engellexic Majesty's government may ignore the fact that it was the Solaren military buildup along its northern border that instigated Lorraine's allies in the west to send aid to Gallia and even to ignore the fact that it was Solaren that attacked Looraine and then declared war on the entire EDF, which includes the Kingdom of Anglyn, something that Her Engellexic Majesty's government never fails to point out, the members of Parliament in Winchester has not and has acted accordingly.

Furthermore, as Solaren has declared war on the Kingdom of Anglyn and her allies, any interference by Great Engellex with the transport of men and materiel between Anglyn and her allies might be considered a violation of Great Engellex's own neutrality.

ENGELLEX & PLATTE EXPANDS GALLIAN WAR WITH ATTACK ON MONTELIMAR AND LORRAINE​

With the attack on Lorraine and its ensuing declaration of war on the EDF by Urban IV, it should not be a surprise that Queen Charlotte's Engellex would expand that war with an attack on Montelimar and now on Auvergne by the Platte Confederation. Both Dulwich and Imperial have been vocal supporters of Torrance even before the war and have all but publically condoned the bloody practices of the Urban regime, and though they claim it is EDF agression is the reason for their attacks on members of the alliance, they fail to mention that such actions by the EDF was only in response by the murder of Nicosian civilians and threats made and the ensuing military attacks on Lorraine and the declation of war by Solaren on the EDF that was the reasons for the alliances actions. That Dulwich argues that Urban had every right to threaten his neighbors and then should not not need to fear opposition .

What is the most disturbing though is that in both cases, the attack by Engellex on Montelimar and Platte on Lorraine, the governments of the attacking nations had declared neutrality in the conflict, and used that neutrality to position themselves to launch their surprise attacks. Though the point is moot to those who are the victims of these attacks, it should be of great concern to those nations maintain relations with those nations on just how trustworthy they can truely be. While the governments of Solaren, Engellex and the Platte Confederation may blame the EDF for their imagined troubles, and the only way they can justify their aggression by blaming the EDF for the war in Solaren, it was not the EDF that started the war.

ENGELLEX ARGUES ITS SHIPPING SHOULD STILL BE PROTECTED BY BREOTONIA​

In what should be evidence of Engellex's bizaar veiw of the world, Dulwich has demanded that their shipping be protected by the Breotish navy, citing that, though they have launched an attack on Montelimar, including missile by Engellex warships, because they did not specifically target Montelimarian ships, their ships, including their warships, should continue to be protected from attack by the Breotish navy as they were before they entered the war.

While the EDF respect the Breotish and their protection of neutral vessel during wars, the might want to consider the fact that Engellex and now Platte has used that protection to launch their attacks.

Though military commands fave been maintained on full alert since the beginning the Cantigny crisis, the armed forces of Anglyn has been ordered to full mobilization as the reserves have been activated.

NICOSIAN COMMANDOS CAPTURE MADMAN OF TORRANCE​

Though there was no dancing in the streets or loud celebrations, but there was an almost perceived collective sigh of relief when news arrived in Winchester that Urban had been captured by Nicosian troops. Urban, the tyrannical dictator of Solaren, who, after ordering the murder of Nicosian civilians and later the attack on Lorraine, he set into motion a conflict tha has stretched from the Long Sea to the Lyric Sea as government in several nations that had supported Urban have also attacked their neighbors in order to force their own values on their neighbors with force as that is the only way they know how to do it.

Urban has been tranported to a unknown location where he will likely stay while awaiting his trial.

THE Covenant cannot in good conscious accept the status-quo where a conflict with Butuan has not yet been mediated, despite our persistent efforts to accommodate every demand or pretext for a conference of peace, and an international climate where the Anglysh Empire promotes the notion of World War in Oceania.

If the Empire of Anglyn would indeed seek to extend the era of peace Cantignia has worked so hard to sustain, then it must begin considering re-directing its vast resources for war to meet other noble goals: peaceful relations with all Nations of Oceania, including Cantigny. Let the record hold that the Covenant has and will continue to exhaust all measures to ensure no blood is shed in the Southern Implarian.
