Hi there! I'm here because Etruria/Lars suggested me to have a look to this forum and I found myself quite interested.
The game-world seems very rich and I would like to be part of it. Very inspiring indeed.
As you probably can tell, my name is yet to be chosen, since my nation idea is only but a draft.
Still I thought it would be preferable to introduce myself and then start lurking and reading your discussions in order to understand more the setting and how to play.

I'm looking forward to play with you all!
 
Greetings and salutations! You've come at a rather fascinating time, as we're in the midst of a reboot of sorts , preparing to RP in an Interbellum-esque era, circa 1920s. Hope you enjoy your stay, and looking forward to seeing what you come up with! :cool:

Hello! My name is Robert, I'm 24 years old, born in the Netherlands but I have an entirely Polish heritage (both my parents are from Poland). I'm currently a university student of English Language and Literature and will start the third and last year of my Bachelor this September. Before English L&L, I attended law school, but in my final year I realized I absolutely don't want to be a lawyer, prosecutor or anything related to law, so I followed my heart and went for English L&L. I adore cats, I am a huge sci-fi and Star Wars fan, love to game and consider (creative) writing as my greatest passion.

I main both Daarwyrth and Great Robertia on NationStates and have played this game on and off in the past.

A couple of years ago, we also had a Polish member. He always greeted newcomers with "Witamy w Europie". In this case, Google Translate helped me ;)

I'm Jessica, 29 years old, from the Netherlands. I'm new to this game, but from what I can tell so far, it's mostly RP-based, which is something I've done a lot of in the past. So this should be interesting.
 
Hello there! Right now we're currently doing a scenario reboot into a 1920/30's scenario with a new map! A lot of new ideas are being pitched around in the Interbellum subforum which I recommend you look over. If you need any help with how we roleplay here, or any other questions, feel free to ask! We also have a Discord setup where we chit-chat, though be sure to enter the #swamp_discussions as the general chat is mostly dead for cultural reasons.

Google specializes in English, so chances are it's not too bad. Just don't back-translate, it won't work out well. Welcome to the site tho and feel free to check out the ideas being pushed around the Interbellum subforum, the new map, and try to message the people in the area you're interested in for coordination!

Howdy everybody, I'm new to the forum at least:p. I'm new to Europe but have been playing since 2015. I'm a college student in good ol' Maryland, and I've lived there my whole life, hicks and all.
