The Delegate, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 2(c) of the Schedule to the Procedure Act 2018, makes the following order :

1. This order may be cited as the Parliament (Acceleration) (No 1) Order 2020.
   
   
2. The Commission (Election) Bill 2020 may come to a vote without having to abide by the timed disclosure requirement in paragraph 2(c) of the Schedule to the Procedures Act 2018.

The Delegate, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(b)(i) of the Recognition Act 2019, with the consent of the Commission (St Scarlett and Outer Sparta voting in favour), makes the following order :

1. For substantive services rendered to the region, community, and government in matters domestic and foreign, the award and title of Commander of the Order of Europe is given to Novgorod-Pskov.
   
   
2. This order may be cited as the Recognition Order 2020.

Criminal Justice Order 2020​

The Delegate, in exercise of executive discretion, makes the following order :

1. Slavakino is banned from the region for a period not to exceed six months.
   
   
2. The Oriental Empire shall refrain from making any posts on the regional message board for a period no greater than five days. Any posts made shall be suppressed; if more than three are made, the nation will be banned for a period not to exceed four months.
   
   
3. This order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Order 2020.

Mute (No 2) Order 2020​

The Moderation Committee, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(d) of the RMB Moderation Act 2019, makes the following order:

1. The following mutes take effect:
   1. Bathera for three days. Baiting people you do not like simply to have them make posts in contravention of the rules is not permissible. One has a duty to withdraw. Telling people to shut up, unless you have power to enforce it, is almost uniquely ineffective on the Internet.
      
      
   2. Serbia-Macedonia for three days. Falling for bait too is not permissible. One has a duty to withdraw and refrain from inflaming tensions. It was unnecessary and unhelpful to 'warn' someone for roleplay that has not happened and on which they ought already to be clear.
      
      
   3. The Equestrian Isles for one day. Piling on in after someone else to add to some dogpile ought not to be encouraged. Nor is shouting epithets about the region or members in the region acceptable.
2. Kalifer and Baska is warned for spamming. Popcorn emojis do not contribute anything to the discussion and serve, in a small way, to inflame tensions further.
   
   
3. Any posts made in contravention of this order shall be suppressed. If more than three posts are made in violation of this order, the poster shall be ejected.
   
   
4. As two subjects are outside the direct jurisdiction of the region, they shall serve their mutes upon return to the region.
   
   
5. This order may be cited as the Mute (No 2) Order 2020.

All members of the Moderation Committee were present for the vote of this order and all voted in favour.

The Moderation Committee, in exercise of powers granted by section 3(d) of the RMB Moderation Act 2019, having voted 6–0, makes the following order:

1. The nation of "The Kingdom of Denmark" shall refrain from posting on Europe's RMB for a period not to exceed three days from the commencement of this Order. Any posts made in contravention of this Order shall be suppressed. If more than three posts are made in violation of this Order, the subject shall be ejected.
   
   
2. This Order may be cited as the Mute Order (No. 3) 2020. This Order comes into effect immediately.

The Moderation Committee, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(d) of the RMB Moderation Act 2019, having voted 5–0, makes the following order:

1. The following mutes take effect:
   
   1. Bathera for three days, for baiting and continuously teasing people to increase a flame and
      
      
   2. Serbia-Macebonia for seven days, for continuing the flame even after a ban and having defamed an individual.
      
2. Any posts made in contravention of this order shall be suppressed. If more than three posts are made in violation of this order, the poster shall be ejected.
   
   
3. This order may be cited as the Mute (No 4) Order 2020. This Order comes into effect immediately.

Imperium Anglorum was absent for the whole length of the procedure and was thus not counted for the votes.

Opinion. The following is not part of the Order.
Liblund has a long history of spam that even brought him a ban from Europe's Discord. Recently, said nation reached new heights of inappropriateness with unsolicited posts like "pee on me daddy i beg you" and other semi-sensitive expressions, causing the intervention of the site's moderators. We hope that this mute will inspire the said nation to review its behaviour.

Since the Home Office is currently vacant, the members of the Moderation Committee are reduced to five.

The Moderation Committee, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(d) of the RMB Moderation Act 2019, having voted 5–0, makes the following order:

1. Engales and Southern Ireland shall be muted for three days, for repeated trolling. Any posts made in contravention of this order shall be suppressed. If more than three posts are made in violation of this order, the poster shall be ejected.
   
   
2. This order may be cited as the Mute (No. 6) Order 2020. This Order comes into effect immediately.

This is not part of the order. The position of Home Secretary is currently vacant, thus reducing the Moderation Committee to five members. All members of the Committee (Imperium Anglorum, The Poland-Lithuania Commonwealth, Regnum Italiae, St Scarlett, and Eritei) voted in favour.

The Librarian, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commission Act 2017, makes the following order:

1. This order may be cited as the Legislation (No 3) Order 2020.
   
   
2. Omit paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Commission (Elections) Act 2019. Insert paragraph 4 in the same Schedule with substitution of 0.1 for the number 0.2 to paragraph 2's text. In section 7(a)(i) of that same Act, for "paragraph 2" substitute "paragraph 4".
   
   
3. At the start of section 3(e)(ii) of the RMB Moderation Act 2019, insert "is".
