CLASS STRUGGLE ONLINE

Digital Online Media Platform of the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party and the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties

Approved and endorsed by the Central Committee of the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party in close cooperation with the People's Commissariat for Media and Telecommunications of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Kadikistan
Class Struggle Online was founded in 2005 in a response to the globalization wave brought about by the coming and popularization of the world wide web. The international platform was created following the directives of the Central Committee of the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party in joint cooperation with the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties.

The online platform is an instrument for communist parties and organizations across the world who follow the teachings of Karl Marx, Nikolai Leninov and Ratko Salatic and sympathize with the truest form of socialism as it is implemented in Kadikistan, Kashtan and Calidia. Making sure we are shielded from cyber attacks is the incredibly developed and dedicated Red Guards Online units under supervision of the Directorate of Cyber Security and Prevention

With over a hundred screened and approved media outlets contributing to Class Struggle Online it has become one of the major international political media platforms in existence and its influence continues to spread. The following is a list of major contributors to Class Struggle Online, some specialized and other more general:
  • The International Worker
Official weekly magazine of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties, both printed and online. • The Pioneer
Official weekly magazine of the International Marxist-Leninovist Federation of Workers. Focusses mainly on the general issues revolving around Marxist-Leninovist relations with the various combative trade unions and the strategy of infiltration in the areas where the militant base for a communist trade union is too small at the present time. Also announces the ongoing debates and decision-making of the IMLFW along with detailed report on ongoing social struggles in Europe.
  • Land and Freedom
By-weekly published newsletter sponsored by the International Marxist-Leninovist Peasants Federation and the Kadikistani People's Commissariat for Agriculture. • Equality
Equality is the official media instrument of the International League of Communist Women and has been on the forefront of the feminist struggle since its foundation in the early 70's. The past five years Equality has spend increased attention gender related social-economic inequalities, but also the discrimination of transgenders in capitalist societies. Though it has shrunken in popularity in comparison to the 70's and early 80's Equality remains one of the most ground-breaking international magazines for gender related issues.

Heavy debates concerning federalisation in the National People's Assembly
Tensions run high, but rationalism prevails during the debate over the newest proposal of the Central Committee to turn Kadikistan into a Federal State.

Ivar
- The lights were kept on all night in the People's Palace as all 585 deputies of the National People's Assembly discussed the constitutional amendment proposed by the Central Committee of the Kadikistani Communist Workers' party. Though a general sphere of camaraderie was always maintained the tensions were raised high after Viktor Leninov, informal leader of the internationalist faction, took the stand and held a plea for the maintainment of the Kadikistani State as a unitary one. The highly contest 'Amendment 369' is an initiative of the Central Committee and the National Committee to amend the Article III of the Kadikistani People's Constitution which states that ' The Democratic Socialist Republic of Kadikistan is a Unitary State, composed of Socialist Oblasts under Centralized Administration.'. The amendment proposed to change that and reorganize the state into a federal one with a strong centralized government. Calls for federalisation have come as early as 1957 when the National Committee for Justice and the Rejuventation of Socialism valiantly fought and defeated the Tsjekovite Insurrection and the Rejectionist Rebellion, which brought our mighty nation on the verge of collapse. The lack of financial means and administration and the advantages of a unitary state in fighting the reactionaries made federalisation at that time not opportune. Eventually the support for federalisation within the Party lost momentum and the old ways were kept until such a time when Kadikistan fully recovers from centuries of greed and exploitation. According to the Central Committee that time has come now. A spokesperson for the 99-year old General Secretary Sergei Moravscik stated in an early press conference this morning that, "The revolutionary army is strong, there seems to be no limit for our economic growth, the people enjoy an all-inclusive welfare system unparalleled in Europe and the Communist Workers' Party is stronger and more disciplined than ever. Some of us have waited for this for over 60 years, but today our old pleas will be heard. Today our great nation is ready for this next step in its evolution to communism. Federalisation with a strong Centralized Government will serve the people better according to their regional needs and will prove more effective in the administration, the later being rationalized to benefit the people.

Today Kadikistan has no less than 64 Socialist Oblasts and the special status Districts Rurikgrad and Ivar. All of these enjoy their own regional government's with limited jurisdiction since most of the national decision making is done by the representatives of the Kadikistani people in the capital. "The goal of the current state of the regional people's governments in the various Oblasts was merely to ensure the enforcement of the decrees and laws of the central government to even the most remote parts of our great nation.", Colonel Vladislav Zerktsjev stated in his plea for more regional authority as informal leader of the regionalist faction of the Party. "While Amendment 369 was motivated purely on rational arguments by the honourable Central Committee, backed by the National Committee, I also want to point out, in the name of the people of Belgarsk whom I represent, that the Socialist Oblast as they exist geographically today are the last remnants of the backwards Clans and the noble houses that went before them. Indeed most Oblasts are still shaped according to the ancient principalities, duchies and baronies as it was the only way for the greedy Clans to divide the nation and consolidate their power without having to fight over land. The nobles maintained, the clans maintained it, we must break with that stain on our history and abandon it"

"Amendment 369 is an attack of the Democratic Socialist Republic and the solidarity for which it stands.", Viktor Leninov claimed during his fiery speech. His words were greeted with fierce applause from the both the deputies belonging to the so-called 'Old Guard', which seek to protect the Party and the State from revisionism and prefer a return to the old days when Glorious Leader Marshall Nikolai Leninov turned our nation into a world power, but also most of those belonging to the Workers' Youth League, know for their radicalism and desire to see Kadikistan play a determining role in international politics and the spread of Marxist-Leninovism. "What about the Chernaeyans? Or the Krasnislavians? Will you give them their own state so they can organize and plot against us under our very own flag? Federalisation is not only something that goes against the will of my granduncle, the Glorious Leader, but also something that endangers our nation once the reactionaries figure out a way to exploit it, as they always have.", Viktor Leninov continued, "I call upon all those who honour the Marxist-Leninovist legacy to vote against Amendment 369 next week and voice their concerns to the Central Committee."

Voting on this controversial amendment will take place somewhere next week. Due to the higher risk of separatist terror attacks there will be a highly elevated level of security in and around Ivar and the Regional People's Assemblies until the voting is over and this already historic convocation is concluded. Civilians and military personnel are advised to take precautions and expect heavy traffic in and around the capital for the duration of this convocation.

Congratulations to Agata Salatic upon being elected regional secretary in Rurikgrad. The Kingdom of Gunnland is always looking for ways to improve cross-border relations with the Democratic Socialist Republic of Kadikistan. We hope that the leaders of Kadikistan wisely and peacefully navigate the question of federalization, and that whatever the outcome, it offers continued avenues for coöperation between the Kingdom and the neighboring Special Status District of Rurikgrad.

"Unity of the Party must come before all else!"
Supreme Leader, General Secretary Sergei Moravscik speaks out against factionalism within the Communist Workers' Party

Ivar
- From within his Presidential chambers in the Palace of Socialism and surrounded by the best medical minds our fine nation has to offer, our Supreme Leader addressed all echelons within the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party and held a plea for unity over factionalism. Using the latest in speech-technology the Supreme Leader was once again able to speak for himself in the charismatic and fiery way that the people of Kadikistan have come to know him so many years ago. The content of his speech was even more impressive than the technological advancements that made it possible, the Supreme Leader's mind still strong and willing to serve his country while his aged body has abandoned him and is replaced by a series of machineries to sustain his fleshly bounds. The newest speech-technology, developed by the renown Kadikistani state company 'Red Star Systems and Dynamics', removes all need for human interpretors and analysts while allowing the Supreme Leader to communicate even faster than the average human, not restricted to speech, but also able to put his mind into text. With this major technological improvement, a spokesperson for the National Committee stated, we can prevent the loss of a great revolutionary leader such as General Secretary Marshall Sergei Moravscik for at least another decade.

Although the fact that the General Secretary is able to address his people directly once again is reason for joy and celebration, the content of the Supreme Leader's speech stood in contrast to the good news. The Supreme Leader started by stating his role in fight against the reactionary clans and his deepest, most strong desire not to see the glorious Communist Workers' Party fall back into the state it was 60 years ago. He urged all Kadikistani's and especially Party members to guard themselves for the seductions of factionalism and warned them that it was similar factionalism that brought the nation on the edge of ruin in 1957. Back in those days four major rivalling Clans had dominated Kadikistani politics for decades after betraying the legacy of the First Revolutionary Andrej Rurik. Safe from the incorruptible Glorious Leader, Nikolai Leninov, and a handful of others, the clan-based socialist system offered the most greedy of men a chance to enrich themselves and gradually gain more power to serve their individual needs rather than those of the nation and the collective good. Friends of ours in nations like Calidia and Kashtan have conflicted about the interpretation of these events, but it remains the opinion of the Party that we must close the ranks and guard ourselves for such reactionary happenings.

The main reason for giving this speech at this time was the heated debates currently taking place in the National People's Assembly regarding the federalisation of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Kadikistan. "These past years we have seen the development of at least five factions within the Party and the National People's Assembly. The major faction are the so called 'continueists' who seek to uphold and further the legacy of the National Committee for Justice and the Rejuvenation of Socialism. Some ill-informed would dare say I would belong to this faction given my position within the National Committee, but rest assure that I stand above this and serve the Kadikistani people first and only.", the Supreme Leader stated with the speech-technology mimicking his actual voice almost perfectly, "Another faction is the so-called 'old guard' who's mere existence is an almost irrelevant one. Namely since they claim to be the defenders of the legacy of Nikolai Leninov while I, one of the few remaining Kadikistani's who has fought and bled besides the Glorious Leader, base all my decision-making for the betterment of our great nation on the teachings of Karl Marx, Andrej Rurik, Nikolai Leninov, Ratko Salatic and my own great experience." The Supreme Leader went on to voice some very strong critiques towards the Old Guard and their unofficial leader, Viktor Leninov, "It is sad that in today's Kadikistan the grandson of Dimitri Leninov still carries so much weight with the nostalgici."

A more compromising language was spoken towards two other factions, the 'Regionalists' and the 'Youth League'. "I have always supported federalising our nation as a means to rationalize the administration and serve better the local needs of the Kadikistani people. I understand why certain members of the Party have in the past felt the need to unite so that their concerns would be heard more loudly. Rest assured, comrades, you have been heard and once Amendment 369 has been approved there will be no more need of those with regionalist dreams to form a bloc." An even more appeasing tone was taken when the Supreme Leader directed himself towards the Youth League, which has been very vocal in its radical anti-revisionist stance. General Secretary Moravscik praised the nation's youth for expressing such a deep belief in our glorious ideals and expressed his own belief that this generation will be more than able to lead our nation into the next era. He also urged them to take up more active roles within the government and encouraged them to continue their work in safeguarding our national ideology for generations to come, as long as it is within the framing of the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party.

The Supreme Leaders requires us to be one front against the countless forces, both internal and external, that seek to undermine or even destroy us. Factionalism is a thing of the past and only through union can be reach our full potential, something that the self-proclaimed 'old guard' seem to forget despite their heavy empathise on unitary rule.

Executive Committee of the International announces several directives "to keep it the worlds leading organization for the international workers' movement"

Ivar
- Worker's of the world rejoice as the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties announced today that it intends to step-up its efforts to spread the teachings of Karl Marx, Andrej Rurik, Nikolai Leninov and Ratko Salatic around the globe. This announcement came as the result of the 4th World Congress of the International, which was concluded on the 3rd of October, were 157 delegates from various communist workers' parties conveyed for no less than two weeks to determine the future of the world's foremost communist International. The overall atmosphere of the World Congress was overwhelmingly combative with a high eagerness to return to the 'glory days' of the International in the 1950s. Back in those days the International had highly active affiliate parties in nearly every nation, backed by the anger for the indulgences of capitalism and the prestige of Kadikistan under the Glorious Leader, Nikolai Leninov. The International played an important role in various revolutions in the Kalahari, Gallia, Germania and Scania, the existence of Calidia a remnant of the 'revolutionary internationalist' phase of the world wide communist organization.

While never neglected by the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party, the International did suffer greatly under the reforms made by the National Committee for Justice and the Rejuvenation of Socialism within the Kadikistani State, cutting the budget of the highly expanded organization with nearly 80%, effectively destroying certain member parties who were not able to maintain themselves by their own means. Under Ratko Salatic the directive regarding this stated that member parties must expand their organization and activities in such a way that they can establish self-sufficiency, supported by Leninovist doctrine which dictates that true socialism must be completely released from the shackles of capitalism and thus self-reliant. During the 4th World Congress the delegates expressed their desire to revoke the directive, argumenting that the International must be allowed to help build up potential member parties and movements from the ground up and that it is wrong to deny them existence, especially when an anti-communist policy is adopted by nearly every nation which makes it harder to establish a base and growth. In order to make this possible the 4th World Congress openly asked for funds from the Kadikistani State while ordering the member parties to organize benefits and other charity raising events in order to fund a special treasury meant to financially and materially support smaller organizations and aid them in constructing a party.

It is yet to be seen if the Central Committee of the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party will agree to raise the budget for the International, as it has refused to do so during the last decades, committed to Salatic's financial directives. It is unlikely that a formal response will be made soon as the National People's Assembly is mere days away from voting either for federalization of the state or for securing the union through unitary rule. Nevertheless the change in policy established during the 4th World Congress was greeted with applause from the Old Guard and the Radical Youth league and a motion has already been submitted during tonight's special session of the National People's Assembly to review and rethink the financial spending on the expansion of Marxist-Leninovist thought. The pleas of the 4th World Congress were directed toward the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party, Sergei Moravscik, who is expected to raise the finances for the international, if only to appease the influential old guard and the upcoming Youth League under the charismatic chairmanship of the 24-year old Svetozar Mynbayev. These two democratic factions within the framing of the KCWP have long urged for a renewal of the statutes of the International and an increase in spending on this great organization.

Federalism through 'Great Consensus'!
After weeks of intense debates the National People's Assembly today reached the 2/3th majority it needed to amend the Kadikistani Constitution in favour of a federal state.

Ivar - Today is nothing less than a historic day, not only for Kadikistani's but also for worker's around the globe, as no less than 409 out of 585 deputies voted in favour of Amendment 369, thus turning Kadikistan from the unitary state it was yesterday to a Federal Socialist State today. It took the National Committee for Justice and the Rejuvenation of Socialism over 60 years to achieve this enormous leap forward in rationalizing our great state and serving the needs of the people according to their specific regional circumstances as the last step in a long list of reforms. These historically contested reforms have been numerous in amount, going from establishing a socialist-oriented market economy in special zones, all the way to opening up the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party for the ethnic minorities. All of these essential reforms were necessary to save the Kadikistani people from certain ruin, while remaining committed to the Marxist-Leninovist ideology which made our nation great. The National Committee for Justice and the Rejuvenation of Socialism was praised for its role as the leading force behind these reforms within the framing of the Communist Workers' Party. With the approval of this constitutional amendment by the representatives of the Kadikistani people, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party Sergei Moravscik stated in an early international press release that with this last reform the National Committee has served its purpose; "After today, the need for the National Committee for Justice and the Rejuvenation of Socialism no longer exists. This glorious committee of national heroes will dissolve itself immediately as part of a great consensus with several esteemed groups within the Party, but more so since with this last act it ended its own reason to exist."

The end of the National Committee means the end of an era. An era with many hardships, but also an era in which the Kadikistani people rose back on their feet, stronger than ever. Starting on the 1st of January 2018 the Democratic Socialist Republic of Kadikistan will be transformed into the People's Federal Socialist Republic of Kadikistan, comprised out of 17 Autonomous Socialist Republics and two Special Districts. An important compromise that managed to sway over several deputies previously in the unitary camp was the maintainment of the Socialist Oblast in their current geographic form, though with less authority. Safe from law enforcement and managing the expansion of the militsiya in the rural areas the Socialist Oblasts and their Provincial People's Assemblies and Commissariats have been reduced to 'control instruments' which are to make sure that the laws and decree's coming from Ivar and the Regional People's Assemblies are followed to the letter in even the most remote areas of our great nation. Another compromise made by the National Committee and the Regionalists towards the Old Guard faction is the fact that nothing will change about the status of the Ivar Capital District. A major concern of many respected People's Deputies was that incorporating the capital in a larger Republic would threaten not only the unique position of our largest city, with a large influence of the Central People's Government traditionally in place, but also leave it vulnerable to an overly elaborate administration as more than one state entity would have a say in its governing. Thus the Ivar Capital District will remain under direct control of the Kadikistani People's Government, alongside a newly created second 'Special District'. This second directly ruled district will contain our nation's second greatest city, the port-city of Rurikgrad. The great strategic importance of Rurikgrad along with its massive economic and political value, it was argued by Old Guard leader Viktor Leninov, more than justifies direct rule, especially with the full privatization of the commercial section of the Rurikgrad harbour and the need for the socialist state to monitor and restrict this free zone closely.

Outside of these two Special Districts the Kadikistani State will exist out of 17 Autonomous Socialist Republics with all of them sharing the same legal framing, rights and obligations. The autonomy of the Federal States will be guaranteed by the Central Government along with the Communist Workers' Party which will reorganize it's parallel organizational structures in the Socialist Oblasts to fit the newly shaped Republic's. Every Republic, rather than every Oblast, will have a chapter of the reformed coordinating 'Union of Kadikistani Communist Workers' Parties'. Nevertheless another democratic compromise ensures that the Union of Kadikistani Communist Workers' Parties will simply be a renaming of the unitary Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party as it exists today, which will maintain its role in managing day-to-day affairs through the Central Committee. Regional People's Assemblies will also reserve the right to deny the establishment of a regional Party chapter and remain an integral part of the unitary Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party. Depending on the amount of local chapters being created under the guard of the Central Party it remains unclear if the Union of Kadikistani Communist Workers' Parties will be popularized amoung the supportive masses. Local Party organizations such as Bakery and Farming Collectives will also be able to keep functioning on Oblast level and under their old names if they choose so.

While there should be no doubt that the Central People's Government of Kadikistan will remain the nation's leading executive power along with the National People's Assembly being the leading legislative power, a substantial amount of power is being transferred to the Socialist Republic's. Safe from certain restrictions starting on the 1st of January the Socialist Republics will be able to decide their own fate on matters concerning infrastructure, linguistics, transportation, communication, agriculture, industry, migration, ethnicity, culture and various local affairs. The Centralized Council of People's Commissariats in Ivar will remain firmly in control of the Revolutionary Armed Forces and all its branches, including those committed to law enforcement in the rural areas until such a time when the oblasti militsiya is able to take over those essential functions. A newly founded National Military Committee has been assigned, largely out of members of the abolished National Committee for Justice and the Rejuvenation of Socialism, to oversee and guarantee that the Military High Command remains a unifying instrument for our nation and under centralized control. Economic liberties received by the autonomous Republics will be monitored strictly by a centralized National Economic Committee, which will ensure that the planned economics are respected throughout the country. Matters such as our social welfare system or superior educational system will remain centralized, with the exception that certain minority languages will now be taught at primary and secondary schools and allowed in the public space under supervision of the People's Commissariat for Nationalities. Though originally regionalised, state media, even those locally organized, will remain under firm control of the central People's Government.

The Kadikistani Cartography Society of the Ivar Capital District has issued an early draft of the People's Federal Socialist Republics of Kadikistan and it's division into regional republics.

We suggest to redraw the internal administrative borders in northern Kadikistan a bit to create at least one "four corners" border. Place a border marker there, draw in tourists to take pictures. Make money out of thin air.

Free business idea for regional economic development.

Central Committee approves budgetary increase for the International
First major step in the Great Consensus after the announcement of federalisation

Ivar - Determined applause that lasted for over 30 minutes during the by-weekly review of the Central Committee in the National People's Assembly of Kadikistan today as the Central Committee of the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party announced the approval of a steep budgetary increase on the international expansion of Marxist-Leninovism through the structures of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties. Concretely the budgetary increase has been determined to be no less than 700%, or to say it in other terms the finances will increase times seven. This means that State spending on the International will consume no less than 0.6% of the Kadikistani GDP. The Financial Bureau as well as the Political Bureau of the International will be expanded immensely as they have been tasked along with the Executive Committee of the International to oversee the drastic increase in spending to ensure Kadikistani labour used solely for rationalisation and the effective expansion of our State Ideology throughout the world.

The most intense applause came from the deputies belonging to the Old Guard, who view themselves as brotherly protectors of the heritage of Nikolai Leninov, and the seats reserved for the Marxist-Leninovist Youth League. The latter is known for its radical interpretation of Marxist-Leninovism and have long emphasized the need to give the International more means to further establish itself in all corners of the world. By doing so it hopes that the International, and with it the People's Federal Socialist Republics of Kadikistan, will return to its glory days under the Glorious Leader, Nikolai Leninov. During those days in the 1950's the bourgeoisie held its breath as Marxist-Leninovist inspired revolutions sprung up on every continent, the local workers carrying the banner of the International as they took back their means of production. Mighty empires and reactionary regimes who had oppressed their people for centuries crumbled under the fist of the proletariat. It were glorious days that only our greatest generation could still remember, until today at least.

The Tsjekovite sabotage of the national economy through the inherently flawed 14-Year-Plan and the eventual coup and assassination of our Glorious Leader ended the momentum of international Marxist-Leninovism, with only the strongest, most disciplined Parties surviving until today almost entirely on their own means. The budgetary increase aims to revitalize those old parties while also helping in the creation of new ideological affiliates in regions of the world that have not yet established a base for Marxist-Leninovism. Although underfunded for many years as the State had struggled long and hard to get back on its feet after the loss of Nikolai Leninov, the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties remained the most structured leftist international organization throughout its existence. With the new budget the Central Committee appeased the Youth League and the Old Guard, some of whom had pledged to cast their support for federalisation in exchange for this new policy. Besides providing more support for established parties and the creation of new ones the International will also more actively engage the many misinterpretations of socialism, such as prometheism, world republicanism and the rejectionist misinterpretation of Marxist-Leninovism. As it always has the International will remain committed to politically activate the international working class and unite them under the banner of Marxist-Leninovism.

A new dawn is coming, the future belongs to the people!

The Grand Duchy notes that announcing military reforms are not tricks. Large military reforms, done in secret, would be called tricks just as equally by Kadikistan's un-free press.

The Free State desires peaceable relations with Kadikistan, but this is not possible with constant provocations from Kadikistani state and party media, such as declaring Trivodnian Krasnislavians to be "under the boot" of Amstov, or local administrations organising petty propaganda events such as "solidarity marches".

We'd like to use this opportunity to note that Krasnislavians residing within the Free State have the right to vote in free and fair elections, to assemble publicly without harassment or intimidation, to speak and write openly and to consume the media of their choice - rights which are all denied by Ivar.

Rurikgrad - Yesterday evening the Unified Command of Pact Armed Forces in close cooperation with the Political Consultative Committee of the Treaty of Mutual Friendship, Co-operation and Mutual Assistance, more commonly known as the Rurikgrad Pact, announced its intentions to initiate a month-long string of naval military exercises in the Kalahari Sea. The bulk of the exercise operations will be carried by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Kadikistan, seconded by major contributions from the People's Red Army Navy of Xinhai and with minor contributions by the Calidian People's Defence Force. As was previously announced in Class Struggle Online Kadikistan will take up the role of defender as Xinhese forces stage an aggressive naval campaign comparable to a regional power attempting to force the Southern Revolutionary Fleet back to the Kadikistani shores. Observers stated that much attention will go to the amphibious Kadikistani Rapid Deployment Force, created with the initial purpose of invading and securing strategic points in the rogue state of Justiza in the early 1960's, but kept after the Justinian pacification to counter any threats to the Status Quo Treaty in the Kalahari and preform similar incursions into Kalahari islands or even the Himyari mainland. The Calidian People's Defence Force will play a minor role as defenders of the island of Mljak, the southern-most Oblast in the Socialist Republic of Kalavarskija.

It is no coincidence that these naval war games will take place during the same time as the International Open Forum began its operations in neighbouring Kashtan. There is no question that the foundation of this international organization, which is doomed to be dominated by the capitalist nations of this world, is meant to undermine stability in the region and establishing a new anti-revolutionary order. Announcements out of the Kingdom of Gunnland already made it clear that reactionary forces will use the IOF to forge alliances directed again socialist states and their interests. This regardless of the fact that stability in the both the Kalahari and the Western regions is paramount for the safety and development of the international working class, so they too can eventually seize their own means of production. With these exercises the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party and it's allies are showing the world that the Proletarian Fist is a force to be reckoned with. Indeed we will ensure the interests of the international working class with force if we must. Nevertheless it must also be emphasized that these exercises are not directed against a single nation or region, the Kadikistani Southern Revolutionary Fleet taking up a reactive defensive role. The exercises will commence this weekend and conclude with large joint naval parade with impressive fireworks and weapon demonstrations for the broader public on new years evening.

Should Calidia join the Kadikistani State Union?
Discussion concerning the future of the Calidian State resurfaces as Kadikistani friends adopt a federal state

Rakvere - As was mentioned in countless publications before this, our long time allies and friends in Kadikistan have decided, in a magnificent display of democratic centralism, to transform the Kadikistani Unitary State into a Federal State made up out of autonomous republics with their own respective provinces. Indeed we have praised our Eastern friends extensively for making such a bold and progressive decision in order to rationalize the State even further, as per the legacy of the National Committee for Justice and the Rejuvenation of Socialism and with the sole purpose of making the state more efficient and thus more helpful for the people according to their regional needs. The Autonimous Republics within the new Kadikistani Union possess great liberties, nearing those of an independent state. While the federalization won't become official until the 1st of January the various Socialist Republics are already in the process of organising themselves institutionally and rallying their respective people's. The Socialist Republic of Rurikgrad and their own Rurikgrad Communist Workers' Party for instance has already formed a Central Committee and elected a new Regional Secretary while establishing a Regional People's Assembly. Earlier reports also indicated that the SRR has been making trade arrangements on its own behalf within the frame of the Kadikistani Union and with the full support of the masses.

Today in the Rahvasaadikute nõukogu, the highest legislative body within the Socialist People's Republic of Calidia, a motion was carried out by People's Deputy Mart Tammet from Kundaama calling for a State Union between Calidia and Kadikistan through a nationally organized referendum. The motion was supported through various arguments, both political and economical. Calidia would profiteer from the latter as it currently has no other trade partners than Kadikistan, Kashtan and Xinhai since these along with Serenierre are the only ones who recognize our hard-fought independence. A Union with Kadikistan would open up the markets of the world where the worker's surplus production could serve the Calidian people in a lucrative fashion. "More trade would evidently mean a better life for all Calidians. Our courageous nation has long carried the burden of being a non-recognized state in the eyes of a vast majority of nations, but under the protective wings of our Kadikistani brothers and sisters we would no longer have to worry about our safety and our place in the world. We would become something far greater than we could ever achieve on our own and it is high time we accept this truth.", the charismatic young Tammet said during his 10 minutes pro-union speech.

A large majority of the People's Deputies seems in favour of Tammets proposal and Chairman Erki Veerpalu announced that a voting on Tammet's motion will be carried out next week. There is little doubt that the motion will be carried by a vast majority of the Calidian people's representatives and it is expected that the referendum will take place in the early Spring of 2018. A referendum which will decide the fate of our nation according to the will of its people. For the charismatic Mart Tammet the decision is very clear, "Either we chose to remain trembling on our own feet, or we choose for a brighter future for all of the Calidian people and the countless generations that will follow us when we are long gone."

Revolutionary Gothic Fleet embarks for Gouw Marken
Pearl of Rurikgrad ventures for Oostdijke to celebrate 60 Years of Kadikistani-Markenese Friendship

Rurikgrad - It was a glorious sight today in the impressive Rurikgrad naval base as the sailors were waved off by an ecstatic crowd as they left their home base with some of the most prestigious ships the Kadikistani Revolutionary Navy has to offer. Among the ships was the 'Pearl of the Gothic Sea', as the Sbrevika Class Aircraft Carrier is popularly known as. The carrier was monitored with great awe and respect by the massive crowd of enthusiastic patriots. Flanking the carrier was no less than two cruisers, four frigates, six destroyers and an unknown number of submarines. While the military docks in Rurikgrad are far from empty a significant force has embarked for the Kadikistani Sovereign Overseas Military District in Oostdijke, Gouw Marken. Some 25 years ago the Kadikistani government began construction of a 50 km² naval-air base in the area west of the Markenese port city of Oostdijke. From these facilities the Kadikistani Revolutionary Air Force played a vital role in ending the brutal civil war in Gouw Marken and protecting the people from within the skies. Along with celebrating 60 years of strong diplomatic relations between Kadikistan and Gouw Marken the 25 years of Kadikistani presence will also be honoured.

The departed segment of the Revolutionary Gothic Sea Fleet will take part in these celebrations and demonstrate the naval might of Kadikistan to the people of Gouw Marken and their leaders. A spokesperson for the People's Commissariat for External Affairs stated that this demonstration might positively deter rebel forces in the western regions of Gouw Marken, but that this is not the reason for this endeavour. "The Kadikistani naval delegation to Gouw Marken is purely ceremonial in nature and we have already notified our partners and other nations in the region of our intentions. We hope these nations will see no threat in this as there is none to be found.", said spokesperson Nicha Zurkyadev. Nevertheless Party functionaries have stated that it is important for Kadikistan to show the strength of its resolve with tensions in the region increasing. It can also not be denied that this move sends a clear message of commitment to Kadikistan's allies in Serenierre. Rumours of a conference taking place in Nangong between Kadikistan, Xinhai and Serenierre being confirmed through the official channels of the government.

The anniversary ceremony will include a naval parade along with airborne formation flying. A large number of Party Functionaries will also be in attendance, including Second Secretary Mihajlovic. The latter will personally initiate the newest class of Markenese corvette's, made in close cooperation with the Kadikistani naval industry. Long live Eternal Friendship between the Kadikistani and the Markenese People's. Long live our visionary leadership for keeping the interests of Kadikistan and our allies at heart.

National People's Assembly debates peace-keeping mandate in Crotobaltislavonia
How far will Kadikistan's commitment to the Crotobaltislavonian people go as they are under siege by foreign plotters

Ivar - Unlike most of the western world, were political life has taken a self-indulgent religious vacation, political life in Ivar continues. As the nation prepares for the final step towards federalization we have been called by our allies in Crotobaltislavonia to aid them in their struggle against reactionary forces. These forces are under command of a treasonous criminal known as 'General Radek', the latter seeking to turn Crotobaltislavonia into a lackey for Chagny and Amstov rather than the respectable independent state it is today. Indeed recent reports have indicated a direct link between the attempted coup in Banja Luka, the capital of Crotobaltislavonia, and the imperialist regime in Chagny through their pawns in Amstov. If these reports are confirmed the Party has announced that it will take economic sanctions against Trivodnia that would be most damaging to its economy. These hard sanctions are not only the result of alleged interference of Amstov in the internal matters of Crotobaltislavonia, but follow a long line of Trivodnian provocations, the latest being the announced proposition to abandon state neutrality. The abandonment of neutrality would open a path for Amstov to seek full membership of the Trier Concordat and bring the reactionaries straight to our doorstep.

The National People's Assembly is currently debating the possibility of deploying additional peace-keepers to help return stability to Crotobaltislavonia on the verge of a bloody civil war and keep the legitimate popular government of President Raoul Farrago in the saddle. Convinced that the socialist brother state of Crotobaltislavonia must not fall prey to the Trier reactionaries, acknowledging the strategic importance of Crotobaltislavonia which could create a Trier superbloc and our commitment to our brothers and sisters through bilateral treaties it is expected that the voting later today will be in favour of intervention. This would be the first foreign deployment of the Kadikistani Revolutionary Armed Forces since the 1950's when Kadikistan was engaged in various conflicts around the globe. A spokesperson for the People's Government stated that while Kadikistan is not interested in increasing its foreign presence, it can not idly stand by as the Trier Concordat and its lackeys seek to dig their capitalist claws into the Crotobaltislavonian sovereign state. We must preserve the legitimate government of Banja Luka under the benevolent leadership of Raoul Farrago. If we do not act in this matter, there would be nothing to stop the imperialist forces of the world from doing it again across the globe. Voting results will be reported later today. For now this is all we can report on the matter.

The Free State is honestly shocked and appalled that Kadikistan is considering full economic sanctions against Trivodnia for involvement in a coup it has no proof Trivodnia had any hand in. In fact, our own intelligence estimates this was a false flag operation by Raoul Farrago to shore up support for his regime and justify Kadikistani military presence in Crotobaltislavonia.

Throughout this entire saga, it is Kadikistan that has been acting under-handed and devious, not Trivodnia. It was Ivar that signed a secret defence pact with Banja Luka, not Amstov, which has upset the delicate geopolitical balance in the region and turned what would have minor political incident within Crotobaltislavonia into an event with potentially international ramifications.

Finally, to clarify to both Kadikistan and any other nations that may be unsure, Trivodnia is still commited to constitutional neutrality. No amendment that would have changed that has been passed.

We warn Kadikistan against the deployment of military forces to Crotobaltislavonia, which may provoke nations other than Trivodnia into taking action.

We also urge Kadikistan to reconsider its threats of an economic embargo, given the absence of any evidence of Trivodnian involvement in the disturbances in Banja Luka. Despite countless previous disagreements, our ultimate is still got friendship with Kadikistan, even if that looks increasingly unlikely.

Office of the People's Commissariat for External Affairs
People's Federal Socialist Republics of

As was specified in today's publication of The Proletarian, the official media outlet of the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party, Kadikistan will consider the option of economic sanctions against Trivodnia only if evidence is found of Trivodnian involvement in the destabilization of the Free Canton of Crotobaltislavonia. Until such a point, which we truthfully hope will not be reached, but our unconfirmed intelligence indicates differently, Kadikistan will refrain from taking any actions. Our own intelligence indicates that Banja Luka was the victim of a reactionary military coup led by General Radek mean to overthrow the legitimate government. We will proceed in accordance with this information and at the request of the legitimate government of Crotobaltislavonia. Furthermore we have reason to believe that there have been contacts between General Radek and Trivodnian functionaries, these reports come from the entourage of President Raoul Farrago and have not yet been confirmed. Upon confirmation we will not treat this attempt to establish the Trier Concordat as a solid geographic bloc, stretching from Gallia into Germania, lightly. But if Trivodnia is truly committed to friendly relations it has nothing to fear as we would not find any links between them and the putchists.

The High Kingdom of Caledonia condemns the destabilization of Germania and the fact that the so-called "Big Brother" Raoul Farago has transformed a proud nation into nothing more than a caricature. The people of Crotobaltislavonia are yearning for freedom and yet they see that in the holy day of Christmas, their nation is turning into a battlefield.

We will not stand idly to see that the people of Crotobaltislavonia are transformed into the thralls of the usurper Raoul Farago and we will not accept the Kadikistani intervention in the heart of Germania. His Majesty's government is interested in seeing the aftermath of this event and hopes that no other nations will add fuel to this fire and will stay away so that the Slavonians will deal with their internal problems by themselves.

The High Kingdom of Caledonia condemns the ongoing oppression of the people of Crotobaltislavonia by the "Big Brother" and hopes that a day will come for the Slavonians to enjoy freedom and prosperity.

The Right Honorable

Western Direction of the Revolutionary Armed Forces Mobilized, partial mobilization in the rest of Kadikistan and Calidia
Kadikistani Union and her allies issue strong response to Trivodnian Mobilization amidst Crotobaltislavonian attempted coup

Ivar - During his New Year's speech and amidst the grand celebrations in honour of the federalization of Kadikistan, General Ruslan Rakmadov held a fiery speech in defiance of the Trier Concordat and its Trivodnian lackeys. At the end of his half-hour speech he announced the mobilization of the Western Direction of the Revolutionary Armed Forces and the partial mobilization of the other military districts. The prestigious General Rakmadov, Chairman of the powerful Military Committee of the Kadikistani All-Union Communist Workers' Party, explained to the tens-of-thousands spectators on Tovarich Square that the Kadikistani State is in possession of irrefutable evidence of Trivodnian involvement with the Slavonian putchist criminal, Aleksandr Radek, prior to his staging of a coup against the legitimate internationally-recognized government of Raoul Farrago. He confirmed earlier reports indicating that the opposition in Crotobaltislavonia was exploited by Trivodnian agents, the latter facilitating the putchist elements with arms and the means to topple the righteous rule of Raoul Farrago prior to the initiation of the coup. Captured officers loyal to Radek, so said General Rakmadov, have confessed that before, during and after the failed coup there was close contact between Radek and Trivodnian intelligence services.

The mobilization of the Western Direction, from Rurikgrad to Belgarsk, is meant to send a strong message that Kadikistan will not tolerate the Trier plotters to dig their claws into Crotobaltislavonia, creating a geopolitical superbloc and a highway from Chagny to the Kadikistani border. The charismatic General Rakmadov stated that what happened to our friends in Crotobaltislavonia was more than a bridge to far. He sacked the arguments coming from the West that it was Kadikistan that somehow started this crisis, while it were the agents of Trier who launched a full attack against the Gallo-Germanian Status Quo and that it was the task of Kadikistan to aid their Slavonian brothers and sisters at their own request. "If our friends call for aid, Kadikistan will always answer", the Chairman of the Military Committee said at the end of his speech.

Meanwhile the mobilization is also a prolonged response to the Trivodnian mobilisation about a week ago. The Yiddish State has grown increasingly belligerent lately. Not so long ago they threatened to unilaterally abolish the 1921 Peace Accords by abandoning the neutrality of the nation in matters of foreign policy, Kadikistani leniency towards their approach to the Trier Concordat the past decades awarded with belligerence. After the situation in Crotobaltislavonia, a situation that they themselves created, exploded the Amstov regime effectively destroyed democracy in Trivodnia and installed a dictatorial system. Some sources have indicated that certain hawkish elements within the Trivodnian State have therein completed one of the main point on their sinister agenda. Now this dictatorial system supported a criminal warlord in neighbouring Crotobaltislavonia and mobilized the totality of their armed forces, their Trier Concordat overlords issuing their unconventional support as was expected. Yet they still somehow manage to persuade themselves that the Kadikistani Union is the aggressor, it is therefore essential for Marxist-Leninovist Parties and organizations around the world to spread the truth about the developing situation in Crotobaltislavonia..

The people of Kadikistan must prepare for war as there is little hope for a peace conference to have any effect. Meanwhile operations to purge the putchist elements from Crotobaltislavonia continue at full speed and much effect. We will be triumphant.
