Nicosia prepares for possible food shortage
Syracuse
Experts at Ajaccio Royal College and several other academic institutions have announced that the world may face a minor food shortage as a result of the current wars. "We simply have not seen this many large-scale conflicts in the world for quite some time" said Santino Abruzzi, professor of Agricultural Sociology at Ajaccio Royal College. "We expect moderate shortages of coffee, sugar, and some fruits" said Abruzzi.
Abruzzi is the head of the International Agricultural Trends Commission. "We also expect minor shortages of grains, corn, and nuts" concluded Abruzzi. Chancellor Valdez, also present at the press conference, stated that "Nicosia is prepared to fully meet the dietary needs of the population and its military. We will also ensure that the Solaris population does not starve. We are continually working with local leaders to ensure foodstuffs reach the people" said Valdez.
