I've never been perfectly happy with my banner but I don't know what I would want in its place. On the off chance that you don't get two better formed requests from more worthy recipients and you feel yourself inspired with some magical idea by God or the Holy Spirit or whoever oversees artsy stuff I'm sure whatever you come up with would be infinitely better than my attempt. Of course, considering I've given you nothing to go on, it seems unlikely that you will be so moved.

That's the flag I'm currently working with. As an aside, if you have come recommendations for that I'd love to hear them. I have all the pieces (the arms, the shield, etc.) saved separately so it would be easy to piece something new together. Both the flag and the banner were the result of me wanting to make them reflect the darkening of Breotish politics and the general evil-ness.
Anyway, I rather like the text I have now but use your professional discretion. If the banner will be more reflective of big business I also used to use "Freedom Isn't Free - Will That Be Cash Or Credit" so that's something to think about. It's all up to you, don't include either if you want to or put something of your own in. You're the artist.
Flag and banner request!
The flag can really be anything. I like the colours on the Kazakh flag, but it can really be whatever looks nice. Very clean-looking design, however.
As for the sig it should feature the steppe geography and maybe a city on about a third or quarter of the banner at one of the ends. I'll look for images for both.

Requesting a flag (no, I'm not tired of my old one. I'm just thinking I may be using this new flag in the near future should plots turn out right)
It's a relatively simple flag, as I am requesting a horizontal tricolor of three equal bands, top band being in red, middle in green, and bottom in blue. All these colors should be dark and somewhat faded so that any inevitable clashing is nullified, yet not too dark and faded that they blend too easily (hooray for Goldilocks Rule!). In the middle, I want this stuck in:
Yes, something really is in that supposedly blank space: a white eagle with two sabres on a transparent background to be precise. If you're feeling like a graphics wizard, and believe the background behind the eagle will look weird, feel free to make the eagle more... solid I suppose.
Additional Notes: I'm considering having small golden lines separating the bands from one another, as well as making an interesting flag border outline in general, so especially if the shading of the colors isn't working out, maybe you can try that. Aside from that, I think that'll do it. Feel free to get creative if you feel like it, but those are the guidelines I want.

I was wondering, if possible, if anyone can help me clean up this flag or re-do it and make it look better? I have all the images also if you want them, but I tried putting it all together pretty much in paint and the quality kinda sucks.

I'm just bored with my current flag because it's....well simple and boring. I thought the designs looked decent, but if it looks better flipped the other way than I'm all for it. I wanna keep the same colors, plus the gold stars and symbol. Huge thanks by the way!

I've sat down a few times to try and do this myself but I am totally uninspired/untalented. I need a flag and I have a general idea of what I want but I just can't make it happen myself so I was hoping that some fine artistic person might do it on my behalf and, in return, I will be your bitch.
It will be a party flag that was adopted as the national flag. Symbolism should draw on the Arthurian legend if possible (a sword preferably). It needs to look like how you might imagine a totalitarian dictatorship's flag to look. Stern, martial, evil (without being too evil but you know, dark). I'm not very good at describing what I want but so few things for my nation are set that I can be flexible and make whatever is delivered work.
So, pretty please.
