Riina Lepp assassinated by communist terrorists

The terror group called "The Party of the Left" and their military wing, the "Revolutionary Liberation Army" has hit again, this time bringing one of their toughest blows. The terrorists have assassinated the Chancellor of the Kingdom of Saaremaa, the great mother of us all and the defender of the Free World, Riina Lepp. The assassination has taken place in the neighborhood of Mustakivi, in northern Kuressaare. The Chancellor has been invited at the vernissage of an exhibition of cubist paintings from the South Himyari Republic. Deciding on the last moment to go, the Civil Protection Service didn't manage to properly secure the route of the Chancellor's convoy towards the exhibition building and on the Kadaka Boulevard, the terrorists struck.

A car stolen by one of the terrorists came from the other side of the road and rammed the first car of the convoy, bringing it to an abrupt halt. Other terrorists who were dressed as simple pedestrians took out their guns and first they shot the drivers so that they cars cant escape the ambush. The CPS mobilized and started shooting back and in the firefight that followed, four terrorists were killed, three were wounded, seven civilians were killed, ten were wounded, five CPS agents were killed and two were wounded. By the time reinforcements from the CPS and the Police arrived, the fight lowered in intensity. Four terrorists ran when they heard the sirens approaching and were followed by the CPS until they found refuge in the Kadikistani embassy. The embassy is now surrounded by the White Guards.

Durring the fight, sergeant Paavo Aarma tried to shield the Chancellor with his body, but when the fight was over, Riina Lepp was not moving as she was shot fatally in the heart by one of the terrorists. She was taken to the Municipal Hospital, in Mustakivi where the only thing that could be done was to acknowledge the time of death.

The government quickly met in an extraordinary session, led by His Royal Majesty, King Alvar V. After the meeting it was decided that the Chancellor will not be the Lord Archbishop, but the current Minister of External Affairs, Kristijan Sisask. The first act of the new Chancellor was to declare a week of mourning for the death of the most powerful woman in the world.

"Kadikistani communists and Marxism-Feudalism are again showing that they are no more than parasites that don't care at all of the fragility of human life . They will do anything to destroy this world. Saaremaa has endured too much of the continuous monstrosities of this rogue regime. Civilization and life has ended in Kadikistan when the communists took over. To return it to the light, that whole country must be cleansed of that taint and return it to the good golden days of the Empire of Kadikistan. This time Saaremaa will not be forgiving anymore and it will not make compromises anymore. If Kadikistan really want's it, we can be intransigent too. If they have no respect for life itself, the time has come for us to respond in the same way. I will personally give the Party of the Left a 24 hour ultimatum in which they are to surrender their weapons and will be given the chance to live in their beloved dystopia of Kadikistan, if not, they they will surely want war and we will give them war. Every civilized nation of the world should disavow it's relations with the rogue state Kadikistan which it can be seen that it brings only death, wherever it goes," stated live on the national television, the new Chancellor, Kristijan Sisask.

The White Guard will continue to surround the Kadiki embassy until the Marxist-Feudalist terrorists are surrendered to the authorities. The government broke all diplomatic links with Ivar and Kadikistan and asked the Saare embassy in Ivar to be closed and also gave the Kadiki 48 hours to leave the embassy and to surrender the terrorists.

The White Guard, the Civil Protection Service and the Police have been mobilized for what it may be the biggest manhunt in world history to end once and for all the existence of the Party of the Left and to destroy all pro-Kadiki presence in Oriental Scania.

"Has the 'prometheist' left truly become this deformed that it can see the action of the courageous freedom fighters of the Party of the Left as anything less than proletarian justice? Was it not under the warmongering regime of Riina Lepp that the social-capitalist armies invaded Milesia side-by-side with Ivernish fascists and Burgundian imperialists? Was it not the Lepp regime who turned back the Loagin clock by ripping away the little autonomy they had and returning it to a status they had when the white man first set foot on Southern Himyar? Indeed while Kadikistan can not be held responsible for the actions of Saare citizens we do understand that Lepp has reaped what she has sown during years of oppressive politics, imperialism and anti-proletarianism. Kuressaare would be wise not to blame this attack on solely on external factors such as Kadikistan, but rather analyse why so many of their countrymen are willing to take up arms against the regime and its functionaries.

For all those thousands of Milesian, Fante, Walla and Saare lives Lepp took she was now forced to pay the ultimate price in a brilliantly executed operation by the Revolutionary Liberation Army. We are obliged to inform the world that Kadikistan did not provide tactical nor any other form of support during this operation. This was an action of the Saare people who are fed up with the social-capitalist lies and hypocrisy. However little the Saaremaa regime thinks of the common worker, they should realize that they see and interpret more then they think. Is the elite in Kuressaare so estranged from the masses it so desperately tries to control that they honestly believe they won't see the many contradictions in the nations foreign policy? Siding with Ivernish fascists and actively taking part in the massacres that are currently taking place in Milesia regardless of the self-claimed alleged differences between social-capitalists and fascists. The average Saare worker interprets this for what it is, the inevitable evolution of social-capitalism into fascism since it does not permanently do away with vile capitalism. The worker fears this, and some of them who are brave enough will stand and fight. It is Saaremaa who is the rogue, prioritizing its lust for power and hatred for Marxist-Leninovism over its own integrity.

If it is the wish of the Saare regime to expel the Kadikistani embassy and all those inside we will abide and leave within the next 24 hours. But until the Kadikistani's and all others who might be currently present in the embassy are allowed free passage we will use the same weapons Kuressaare uses against us. A few moments ago a detachment of the 43th Mechanized Infantry Division has surrounded the embassy of Saaremaa in Ivar. We will not be intimidated and we will not urge the Party of the Left to lay down their weapons in this most righteous struggle, although we will allow political asylum for all those fleeing Sisask's announced reign of terror. "

To whom it may concern.

While we share the sorrow of the government and the people of the Kingdom Saaremaa for the loss of such an esteemed stateswoman and such a great person, we must publicly state our abhorrence at the recent developments in Saaramaa and her Colonial Empire, with pertinence to the state of Democracy in the territories of the Saare Crown. More specifically, the recent coup in Loago might have been justified to remove a government which has yet to been proven guilty, to the best of our knowledge, so that it may stand trial. It is well known that our Empire was far from the friend to the openly bigoted ruling party of Loago.

That being said, the reversion of Loago to the state of an outright colony, without popular consent and under the threat of arms, is unacceptable. Equally unacceptable is the sudden termination of diplomatic relations and the outright siege of a foreign embassy so as to blackmail a foreign country, without any proof of the link between Kadikistan and the murderers of the late Chancellor. As per international law, these individuals have the right to stay in the embassy and ask for asylum in Kadikistan, while neither the embassy itself, nor its personnel, can under any circumstances, even those of war, be harmed.

Furthermore, it is truly frightening that the government of Saaremaa, which has accused Justiza of irresponsibility, would now go so far as to nearly provoke a World War and to be on the verge of attacking foreign diplomats. This attitude is, indeed, most repugnant. It is well known that we have deeply suffered from Marxist-Leninovist terrorism, and while we have repeatedly revealed our suspicions of Kadikistani involvement, only the Junta was so bold as to accuse Kadikistan of funding and/or orchestrating international terrorism without solid proof; and even they, the likes of a regime that tolerated murder as a means of political strengthening, did not dare to breach international law so blatantly. Indeed, even when a leader of the DKKP's terrorist wing was arrested just outside the Kadikistani embassy, into which he would have surely fled if our officers had only been a minute too late, the Junta did not in any way attempt to blackmail or attack Kadikistan or Her diplomatic personnel, lacking solid proof of the "Democratic Republic"'s involvement.

We have always been and we will always be friends of the people of Saaremaa. But we cannot and we will not stand by idly while international law is reduced to trash, only to satisfy and calm spontaneous public outrage. If only for the benefit of Saaremaa itself, and for the sake of order and peace in all of fair Europe, we publicly call upon Saaremaa to seize this siege of a foreign embassy and follow the proper, legal, and diplomatic fashion of action. In that case we shall support the Kingdom to the very bitter end, since we too are suspicious of Kadikistani involvement in this affair. But until then, we are bound by pact and by honour to defend international law and order.

Equally, we call upon Kadikistan to immediately seize and desist Her illegal siege of the Saare embassy. While we understand Kadikistan's outrage at the Kingdom's most highly illegal action, two illegalities do not constitute a legality, and Kadikistan has to set an example for once, if She truly wishes peace and diplomacy to prevail over war and destruction. We are also morally obliged to point out how sickened we are at Kadikistan's glorification of these terrorists and Her government's willingness to grant these criminals asylum, actions which the Ivar regime performed with remarkable similarity during the DKKP's and the Red Argonauts' reign of terror in our own country. Let it be known that we shall never support terror and Kadikistan's insane support of it, but we shall fight it with every force at our disposal. To this end, we offer any service we can provide to Saaremaa, to track down these terrorists and bring them to justice, within the bounds of international law, of course.

We strongly condemn the assassination of Chancellor Lepp. The Party of the Left and its armed branch will be put on our list of terrorist organisations. Any possessions of this organisation in Eiffelland will be seized and sold by the Eiffellandian Government. After subtraction of the costs made by the Eiffellandian government, the revenue will be transferred to the government of Saaremaa.
We extend our condolences to the people of Saaremaa with the loss of Chancellor Lepp, especially to her family and friends.
However, also we cannot agree with the blockade of the Kadikistani embassy. It is completely logical that the Government of Saaremaa wants to capture the culprits; however, if they indeed fled to the Kadikistani embassy, it would have been better to post police officers near the embassy who would arrest the terrorists as soon as they leave the building. A blockade as currently carried out is close to a casus belli.
Also we want to stipulate that any glorification of these terrorists is despiccable. We strongly condemn the Kadikistani government for doing this. Kadikistan is not obliged to do so, but the international reputation of this nation would become a lot better if this country would hand these terrorists over to the government of Saaremaa and condemn terrorism in general.
We wish Kristijan Sishask all the wisdom he needs as the new Chancellor of Saaremaa.

Kristijan Sisask declares an economic catastrophe imminent. An internal settlement possible

As he promised to the AP reporters, the honorable Kristijan Sisask, the Chancellor, has organized a press conference in which he bluntly stated the hard truths that the Saare people were too scared to ask for in regards to the whole policies of containing Kadikistan and leading the Prometheist Brotherhood. The Chancellor talked about the economical problems that are being inherited by the current government after the terms in office of Riina Lepp and the continuous threats of security that arise from the war against the Party of the Left. For the first time, a Saare politician has condemned the abuses of the White Army during the conflict with PotL and has also called the said conflict a "new generation of warfare, which sadly has been developed in this Saare Civil War that we live in." He also called for an end of the conflict and called the General Secretary of the Party of the Left, Koit Sokk to a series of negotiations which will bring an internal settlement and end once and forever the "war".

"The truth is that as history has shown us, the small ones cannot contend with the big ones for long period of times. The moment has come in which we need to remember that Saaremaa is not a big country. We are just a little over 20 million. We cannot protect the whole northern hemisphere, as we do not have the necessary capital. There have been rumors, that the defense and security budget consumes a huge part of the national budget and sadly, the rumors aren't just true, the reality is even worse. More than 43% of the national budget goes to funding the White Army's endeavors in Milesia and The Limestone Coast and to fund the Civil Protection Service against potential malevolent agents. Saaremaa will fall and it will fall hard if we don't reduce all this huge deficit and military spending. For that we need to be sure that our backs are secure as we will lay our guard down... We need to end all this senseless killing and hate and bring peace to the Gothic Sea Region in general and Saaremaa in particular. We need to make a lasting peace between the Government and the Party of the Left. We need an internal settlement," stated Kristijan Sisask at the beginning of the press conference.

The chancellor also condemned the policies of the Riina Lepp administration, characterizing it as "a continuous and foolish waste of money, thrown left and right for the sake of political influence in faraway nations" and also condemned the way Prometheism evolved in Saaremaa.

"The Lepp administration, thou great in the way it changed a minor nation into a great one, has perverted the ideas of Prometheism and has subjected it to the needs and perversions of ultranationalism, imperialism and fascism, thus creating a stronger Saaremaa from an external point of view, but destroying it's powerbase and left-wing support inside. That is why many of the polls say that we have lost much of our base of support to the PotL. I commend the nations of [MENTION=973]Jurzan[/MENTION], Lauenburg (@Mehldorf) and Ruthenia-Galicia. May them continue on this righteous path that we have set forth and may them be successful in keeping away from deviations. I speak now as a simple man, not as the chairman of the PPU and of the Brotherhood, but from my point of view, Riina Lepp destroyed this ideology in it's own country of birth and has shown it, at least for many Saare to be a failure," Chancellor Sisask continued his speech.

The conference called at the Kadriorg Palace by Chancellor Kristijan Sisask has been one of the biggest conferences organized in the country. The polls that the Chancellor talks about have scared many of the leaders of the Prometheist People's Union, as support is evenly shared by the two left wing parties, PPU and PotL. This is even more problematic for the PPU leaders as the PotL has been outright banned more than 10 months ago by Riina Lepp and didn't campaigned for support as much as the PPU. Political analysts have also commended that if there would be an election in which the Party of the Left could compete freely with the others, it would defeat the PPU without any problems.

Internal Settlement Signed. Royal Family flees the country. Provisional Government declares the Kingdom forfeit

Chancellor Kristijan Sisask has met this morning with the General Secretary of the Party of the Left, Koit Sokk, who has just arrived at the break of dawn with a plane from Ivar. Even if he landed at 5 am in Kuressaare, the leader of the PotL and the most important members of the Central Committee of the Party were expected by nearly 5000 supporters at the airport who cheered them as they went with the motorcade to the Kadriorg Palace where the meeting with the Prometheist Government was to start at 8 o'clock.

Koit Sokk and Kristijan Sisask have met and each presented his propositions for the future internal peace in Saaremaa. The Internal Settlement was signed by the leaders of the PPU and of the PotL after eight full hours of negotiations. In the end, the PotL declared it's victory and thus ordered his agents to stand down, while the Prometheist government ordered the White Guards to break the siege of the Kadikistani embassy and thus end the hostage crisis. The response was not taken well by the royal family, as His Majesty, King Alvar V declared that with this agreement, Saaremaa lost it's fight for world freedom and died. At 6 pm, the Royal family boarded a plane to The United Kingdom of Lauenburg and the Gothic Isles.

The Internal Settlement brings the Party of the Left back into the Legal Framework of political factions and condemns the authoritarianism shown by the Lepp regime and the police abuses resulted from it. The White Guards have broken the siege of the Kadikistani embassy and the PotL members trapped within have emerged out of it in the applause of the people gathered around it. The PotL has formed a national unity government with the Prometheist People's Union until snap elections are organized. The military wing of the Party of the Left, the Revolutionary Liberation Army will be incorporated into the national defense forces of Saaremaa and the army itself will be reformed and reorganized into the Revolutionary Insurectionary Army. The relations between Saaremaa and Kadikistan are to be normalized, both nations stopping the funding of dissent groups. The State of Kadikistan organization is to be disbanded. The new Saaremaa created with the internal agreement will still keep it's Prometheist Characteristics, which have been successful in making it a regional power and it's social perspectives have reduced the poverty in the nation and made it generally prosperous, compared to the Pre-Prometheist period. The Nordic Church is to be completely separated from the state and from now on the Church will no longer influence the state. The Protectorate of the Limestone Coast is to be disbanded and declared an independent republic. The Loago Host is to be disbanded and the airplanes of the Loago Air Force are to be returned to Saaremaa. The army fighting in Milesia is to cease all it's bellicose activities and to return to Saaremaa. The budget for defense and security has been agreed to be reduced to a third of it's previous values. The PPU is to condemn the fascist slippages the party and the Prometheist ideology had during the years it was led by Riina Lepp.

"We are happy that Saaremaa can finally sleep well tonight, knowing that this will be the first night in years in which there will be no risk of attacks. May this settlement be respected by it's signing members for generations to come, as we hope that our grandchildren will know about wars only from history books. The day Saaremaa died is today. But the day Saaremaa has risen is also this one. We have built the foundations of a long lasting peace in the eastern extremity of Scania and we hope that from this, we will become an example for regions like Milesia, Calidia, Loago, the Peninsular Republic and Justiza, in which they can see that peace can and will prevail," stated Kristijan Sisask in the press conference that followed the signing of the treaty.

"The sun is dawning for Saaremaa. We have reached a consensus. The ideology of Prometheism, which came from the genius mind of one of the world's greatest political scientist, Koit Eskola has been the way that has risen Saaremaa from the black days of agriculture based economy, serfdom and general malady. The success of this way can be seen on how we have evolved. But in the great history of our people, a tyrant appeared, Riina Lepp, who used the popularity of Prometheism to bring forward her own agenda, that of world domination. That is why Riina Lepp has destroyed the Dominion of Loago, because it was a place where people started to question her complete authority. That is why the Party of the Left has been banned, because it wanted the social revolution of Prometheism to continue and evolve into outright socialism. Marx has saw that what ended up being called Prometheism was just a stop in the long way of developing the real state of the working class. We wanted to go farther than that but she didn't, so she banned us. But now, with the tyrant dead and Prometheism evolving under the careful guiding of my comrade, Kristijan Sisask, we can see that we can do a compromise and unite together to form a grand coalition, Prometheism and Socialism, to make Saaremaa great again," stated Koit Sokk in the conference. Both the Chancellor and the General Secretary commended the initiatives of the states of Lauenburg, Jurzan and Ruthenia-Galicia to become Prometheism. Koit Sokk also added that they must not stop at this step and they must make efforts go further when things start to stagnate.

When the fact that the royal family left the country for Lauenburg and that the king declared Saaremaa dead, was confirmed and expressed at the conference, Koit Sokk was quick to declare that the King as turned his back on the Saare people and with it he has lost all his legitimacy. Though at the beginning, the people present were skeptical, when Chancellor Kristijan Sisask joined Koit Sokk and supported his statements as he declared that the Kingdom was forfeit, the people started to become agitated while some were ecstatic. Then both Kristijan Sisask and Koit Sokk have both proclaimed the disappearance of the Kingdom of Saaremaa and the appearance of a new, socialist and democratic state to replace it: The Democratic Socialist Republic of Saaremaa. Both then declared that elections will take place in a month and that those will be the first elections ever in which there is no political party or faction banned by the government, thus making them the first completely free elections in Saaremaa.

We shall observe the situation with great interest, while we call on everyone to respect Constitutional Legality, State Continuity, and Democratic Pluralism. We would also like to state that a peaceful and lawful transition is in the best interests of the Saare people; the deposition of the monarchy ought to be made official via an organised, legitimate referendum, even though the King's actions are wholly incompatible with those of a proper Sovereign, so as to ensure that there are no future constitutional crises in Saaremaa. We wish the best to the people of Saaremaa and the region of Scania as a whole.

Provisional government will organize elections in a month

The Chancellor of the DSRS, Koit Sokk, together with the Vice-Chancellor, Kristijan Sisask, have announced that the provisional government has all intention to respect the democratic traditions of Saaremaa and to legitimize the new republican status of the nordic state of Saaremaa. One of the most important aspects of the Internal Settlement was that there will be new elections called and for the first time all parties and political factions, are free to participate, regardless of their ideological standing. Previously, even before the term of Riina Lepp, the Party of the Left and a plethora of other minor parties and movements from anarchist ones to fascist ones, were all banned.

The government declared that elections will take place on the 25th of November, with the electoral campaign starting on Monday, the 30th of October, and ending on the 20th of November. To emphasize on the legality of those elections and on the legitimacy of the Democratic Socialist Republic as a real beacon of freedom and respect, the government invited international observers and asked them to submit their applications to the closest Saare embassy.

After the death of the social-capitalist tyrant, the Tribunal of Kuressaare has decided not to give the late dictator a state funeral. Thus, the funeral of Riina Lepp has been organized by her family and close friends and it was a closed ceremony with no more than 50 invitees. The Chancellor Koit Sokk preferred not to comment on this matter, but Vice-Chancellor Kristijan Sisask stated from the start, even when he became Chancellor that no state funeral will be organized for Riina Lepp for security reasons. At that time, the risk of altercations between Prometheists, Monarchists and Communists being extremely high.

Even if the authorities said that no more than 50 people are to attend the funeral, more than 500 showed up at the Metsakalmistu Cemetery in the Pirita District of Kuressaare. The Police has kept watch around the even so it wouldn't escalate, but in general the afternoon went on without any general problems.

Pohjamaad to see the first collective farms
Tööpäev - Work Day - 26 Oktoober 1956

The regional council of Pohajaad decided to organize the first Collective Farms in the DSRS. One million hectares that were owned by the state are to be given in a land reform to farmers from the central and northern regions of Saaremaa. The state will not allow the fragmentation of the said land but it will be organized into a series of collective farms in which the workers will be paid in nature from the land they own in the said farm and in money for the equivalent of the work they do in the farm. The organization of the said farms will be funded from the money donated by the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan in the Leninov Plan.

We echo the comments from the Pelasgian Ministry for Foreign Affairs that the transition should take place by means of a democraticly controlled process, especially in the case of the drastic changes that are currently carried out. We wish the new government of Saaremaa all the wisdom it needs. The Royal Family of Saaremaa will also be welcome in Eiffelland.

The Provisional Government of the DSRS understands the point of view of the other nations that consider themselves shocked by what happened but they must understand that the Kingdom of Saaremaa was in a state in which it was solely keeping itself alive by sucking all the blood of it's subjects. There have been three general calls for a republic in 1910, in 1930 and another in 1953 that were suppressed with blood. It seems that those events were quickly forgotten by the states that now cry after the old Kingdom of the North. King Alvar V Tamm and his family have declared themselves that Saaremaa died. It is clear for us that the Kingdom died and the Republic was afterwards born. It is clear for us that he openly conceded and forfeited his title, which is for the best, as the red royal flag was a flag colored like that by the blood of the people.

We do not cry, but we rejoice if the ex-king would be to end up so badly in Lauenburg that he will have to scrub toilets for a living, for the people of Saaremaa do that and no one came to them and told them not to worry because life can get better. The King can go wherever he wants for our government is the government that concentrates on the masses, the real representatives of the Saare culture, not on the nobles who always thought of themselves as more special than the rest.

To whom it may concern.

The Pelasgian Empire's concern mainly lies in the lack of democratic due process to legitimise the new regime, which could ultimately prove harmful to the Saare people, if the Monarchy's supporters ever decide to violently push for their goals. We are far from sympathetic to a Sovereign who abandons their own crown and folk in times of hardship, but we are not in a morally (or legally, for that matter) legitimate position to refuse the Saare Royals at least the consideration of refuge, if they ask for it. That being said, we respect the new Saare government and the Saare people's choices.

Revolutionary Democratic Army to be integrated into the Revolutionary Insurrectionary Army

[/FONT]Members of the Marxist-Leninovist group Revolutionary Democratic Army, which was the military wing of the Party of the Left have been officially assigned to the units of the Revolutionary Insurrectionary Army. When the White Army has been reformed into the RIA, the officers and soldiers have been asked to swear their oaths of allegiance again, this time to the state of Saaremaa, not to the King, as it was before. Officers that have refused to swear allegiance to the republic were demoted, but there were some who were outright fired from the army. They have been replaced with veterans of the Revolutionary Democratic Army who have left for Kadikistan when the Party of the Left has been banned and went into exile. Soldiers and members of the RDA have also been integrated into the Revolutionary Guards, which are the reformed White Guards. This has been an important part of the Internal Settlement and has ended a period of Armed Duality between the state army and the revolutionary army that has been described by some as dangerous.

Marxist-Leninovist Volunteer Group to go to Calidia

Saare volunteers have organized with the supervision of the Supreme Command of the Revolutionary Insurrectionary Army the 1st Lounamaad Revolutionary Brigade. The brigade is formed of volunteers, over 99% from the Lounamaad region of Saaremaa with deep Marxist-Leninovist beliefs. The members of the Revolutionary Brigade are all members of the Party of the Left and have responded to the call of the Ivar-based Marxist-Leninovist Intational's call to defend the newly formed socialist states. Of those, The Democratic Republic of Calidia and the People's Republic of Milesia have been described as being in a critical stance as the reactionary forces are surrounding them and keeping them in a continuous siege. The status of Milesia has been deemed precarious by the Saare communists but as Calidia has been recognized as independent by the United Kingdom of Lauenburg, the PotL feels that this is where resources should be sent for a potential success.

The internal settlement has completely changed the security paradigm for the Saare people. The fears of the continuous inside enemy, being either the PotL or the Lepp regime, have disappeared and have made may for a cultural explosion in the Republic. The famous theaters on Kadaka Street are again filled with people coming in the weekends to relax in downtown Kuressaare by attending shows of all kinds. The dinners and restaurants that dot the Coastal Road in Kuressaare are again filled with people, but they are facing a powerful competition coming from the fast food establishments. The Hotokas, a state owned corporation, has been one of the first fast food restaurants to appear in Saaremaa and has quickly became extremely popular, currently have 5 restaurants in Kuressaare, 2 Imavere, one in Kerdla, Puurmani and even in foreign cities like in St. Wilhelmstadt, Trier, Maseru and Propontis. The Hotokas have been known for trying to popularize and modernize the Saare cuisine.

The new optimism that has appeared after the settlement seems to also be fueled by the Leninov Plan, which gave Saaremaa money to pay the debts it had made during the Lepp regime but also opened the biggest market in the northern hemisphere to Saare export, thus the whole economy receiving an impulse in the increased demands. It may seem that the "Made in Saaremaa" label has become very respected in Kadikistan. The whole Saare consumer industry may turn towards Kadikistan as economical analysts predict that the demands of the huge Kadikistani population may make the Democratic Republic the largest trading partner of Saaremaa.

Roman Becker returns to Kuressaare victorious. Defeats Prometheist Conspiracy

Soldiers from the 1st Revolutionary Insurrectionary Army, together with members of the People's Guards have arrived in Kuressaare, led by General Roman Becker, a veteran of the Democratic Revolutionary Army and the hero of Saaremaa, who stopped the offensive of the Fascist White Army from Milesia. As the soldiers led by Becker marched from the Milesian border to Kuressaare, they have been cheered by people watching them from the sidewalks in every village and town, going from Kerdla to Kukk, Kallaste, Lihula and many others, until they arrived in Kuressaare. More than 100,000 people came to cheer the soldiers that stopped the rebel attacks from Milesia, calling Roman Becker a national hero.

The Army stopped at Kadriorg Palace, where Becker was appointed by Koit Sokk and the Central Committee of the Party of the Left as General Secretary. At the same moment, he declared that the Party of the Left is to be renamed into The Workers' Party. In the Worker's Assembly, Becker then gave a speech where he accused Kristijan Sisask, the leader of the Prometheist People's Union, Toomas Hendrikson, the leader of the Country Party and Aleksander Vesik, the leader of the liberal party as being part of the Prometheist Conspiracy, orchestrated by the United Kingdom of Lauenburg.

"The dominance of anarcho-Prometheist elements in Lauenburg has made it very easy for reactionary elements to organize and conspire against the people's republic that we have created in Saaremaa. The Lepp dictatorship was something that we managed to escape from and we brought together the forces of labor to create our new republic, especially with benevolent members of the other political parties, but the way the Bandits from Milesia are trying to invade Saaremaa, it is clear for us, that even if we thought that everything is reasonable and decent and that the political parties of Saaremaa exist to protect the interests of the people, things seem to be completely different. It is clear for us all, that they are not to be trusted. Prometheism in an anarcho-capitalist ideology that destroys the very essence of any kind of labor movement, by perverting it's policies and rhetoric. Prometheism exists just to dilute the needs of the workers, so that the oppressors can continue their dominance and for national leaders to keep themselves in power. The United Kingdom of Lauenburg is a nation that, like Saaremaa and like Jurzan is infected by Prometheism. Now, the leaders of the United Kingdom of Lauenburg are helping prometheist and capitalist leaders to conspire against the provisional government that we have established after the king fled. We will not falter. We will root out all pro-capitalist elements in Saaremaa, if that is what they want. It is clear that we cannot live together, as they are continuously trying to destroy our work. They were funding and organizing the Bandits in Milesia, their main goal being the fall of the DSRS and the recreation of the Kingdom of Saaremaa. For that, I accuse the leaders of the capitalist parties, together with members of the said parties who do not want to join the socialist political union led by the Workers' Party of treason, as they want to takeover and to sell this country to Lauenburg!"

Roman Becker also declared that in the elections that are to take place this weekend, the people will also vote for the approval of the constitution of the People's Republic.

Revolutionary Insurrectionary Air Forces strikes in Milesia

Led by Marshall of the Air Mihkel Ilves announced that the RIAF have successfully organized a series of operations in Milesia, which they have attacked villages close to the Milesian-Saare border, which are under the nominal authority of the High Kingdom of Ivernia, but de facto, they are under the occupation of the anarcho-Prometheist warlord, Andrus Masing and his White Army. The attacks, dubbed "surgical strikes" by the RIAF, have managed in killing three top lieutenants of the White Army, though the main objective of the operations were to kill the Bandit King, Andrus Masing. The RIAF also declared that they will return to their traditional doctrine of defending the national territory of Saaremaa, as with the current operations, they have lost the element of surprise, as the Bandit King is continuously changing his position, so that he cannot be localized and thus assassinated, let alone brought to justice for his crimes against humanity.

Saaremaa to keep on with it's cosmopolitan traditions

Even if it calls itself a national state of the Saare people, Saaremaa is more than just that. Living and working together with the Saare people are Ivernians, Germans and Jews, many of those groups having histories that go for nearly a thousand years. The Ivernians have a history of nearly two thousand years of interaction with the Saare people . They have both been great friends of us or bitter enemies, albeit in different periods. In the last years, the Ivernian communities more than doubled in size after the beginning of the war in Milesia after refugees literally flooded the Milesian-Saaremaa border and Riina Lepp opened the gates for them. Many of them prefer to remain in Saaremaa as they are scared of what might happen to them in Ivernia under the rule of the fascist Nuada Airgetlam and his party. Though at the beginning they have been a huge strain in the national budget, the current socialist government has integrated them in the economic plans and are preparing to create a series of cooperatives designed for the Ivernian refugees to help them integrate in the country economically.

The Germans have been the most active and important minority in the country. Their history as part of the Saare community has started with the Nordic Crusades, which were called by Pope Urban II against the Maausk Pagan Saare Tribes. They have first arrived in full armor, ready to massacre the locals but as times changed and the State of the Order of the VIridian Cross, or more simple, the Monastic State, the German Minority has took an active role in becoming the main members of the artisan guilds in Saaremaa. As the country entered the Modern Age, the German Community was behind the industrialization of the country. Currently, the state has defined the German minority a historical one, and has organized special schools to teach the language and culture and to keep up their traditions.

The Jews have a long history in Saaremaa, though they are in general one of the later communities to appear in the country. The first families that were registered in the Kingdom appeared only in the late 1400s and early 1500s as the results of different pogroms that took place in the Tiburan Catholic world. Some have also arrived as refugees from the pogroms that took place in the Empire of Kadikistan, but the development of the Free States of Trivodnia, the numbers have diminished greatly. In Saaremaa, the Jewish communities have been very active in the services domain, but not as stereotypes say, as bankers, but as bartenders. The Jewish community has opened the most bars, taverns and restaurants in the 18th, 19th and early 20th century in Saaremaa, for some years now specializing in the brewing of Kvass, Beer, Mead and all sorts of different fruit wines. The republican government has declared since it's inception that Judaism, together with Unitarianism, Tiburan Catholicism and Maausk is a heritage of Saare history and is to be defended and protected.​

"It is the united opinion of the People's Government of Kadikistan that the brilliant commander Roman Becker is not only a worthy but also a necessary successor of comrade Koit Sokk. The latter being a man of many merits who helped shape the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties as well as the Party of the Left and the Saare revolutionary struggle. His only vice was that the rapid success of the revolutionary struggle and with it an incredibly unstable political climate. He hoped to resolve these issues by collaborating with remnants of the social-fascist Lepp regime, a mistake he shared with the young and ambitious Johann Daas in Lauenburg earlier this year. But for a man as brilliant and ideologically disciplined as Roman Becker, a life-long friend of Kadikistan, it is clear that only through theoretical purity the communist movement can thrive. His victories during his time as a commander of the Democratic Revolutionary Army and more recently against the White Army as a General of the Revolutionary Insurrectionist Army, show that he is a competent military leader which the Saare people need. He also has the intellectual background needed to tackle the social-economic problems of the Scanian nation which are an inheritance from the social-capitalist regime.

We do however urge our Saare friends to stay vigilant for agents of the Prometheist World Conspiracy who are still being dispatched by nations like Lauenburg, Ruthenia-Galicia and the belligerent Jurzan. Not to mention that many Saare still feel affinity towards the Prometheist Brotherhood and its denial of the necessity of class struggle. The Saare people need to receive correct political and social-economic education. Through strict education and mandatory military and industrial service you will cleanse your nation of any reactionary elements. Those refusing the true path towards workers' and farmers' emancipation must be removed from society for they will only poison and divide it. We once again congratulate comrade General Roman Becker for his appointment as General Secretary of the Saare Communist Workers' Party, may he guide the Party back to the right path."

People vote for the creation of the People's Republic

More than 90% of the people of Saaremaa with voting rights have come the ballots in the last weeks to vote in the legislative elections and in the constitutional referendum. The left wing alliance of parties that was centralized into the Workers' Communist Party have won 85% of the votes, the other 15% being given to a series of independent candidates of various ideologies. In the referendum, 78% of the cast ballots supported the new constitution of the newly proclaimed People's Republic, heralded by the victorious fight led by General Roman Becker against capitalism and against reactionary prometheism. The Democratic Socialist Republic, which was proclaimed by decree has thus been replaced by the People's Republic, legitimized by the first free vote seen by the people of Saaremaa.

General-Secretary Roman Becker has been congratulated for this victory by the ex-leaders of Saaremaa, Koit Sokk and Kristijan Sisask. They gave speeches commending the new socialist path of Saaremaa and they were followed by a two hours long speech of Roman Becker. More than fifteen thousand people gathered in the Kadaka Square to listen to the speeches. To commemorate this victory, Roman Becker also invited Nikolai Leninov to a state visit in Saaremaa.

The Bandit King, Andrus Masing, has been killed

The leader of the bandits that call themselves the White Army has been killed. Andus Masing has been brought to the outposts on the Saare-Milesian border of the Revolutionary Insurectionary Army by five bandits who wanted to surrender to the socialist government of Saaremaa. Andus Masing has led a counterrevolution against the righteous government in Kuressaare, attempting an invasion of Saaremaa from Milesia with his host of adventurers and outlaws. They all went to Milesia on their own accord to fight for the fascists and to exterminate the Milesian people and now they turned their eyes back to their homeland. After a series of failed offensives, in which General Roman Becker defeated them, the socialist government issued an amnesty on all bandits who surrendered to RIA soldiers.

The five soldiers that brought the dead body of Andrus Masing to the border have reported that they killed the Bandit King "hoping to bring an end in the conflict between the Saare". The Kuressaare Tribunal didn't fall for their lies and condemned them to life imprisonment for homicide, stating that the amnesty is for their surrender and for that they haven't been accused of conspiring against the people's state, but they have been accused of killing a man in the hopes of winning some benefits from the state. The five men have been sent to Vendra Prison, while Andrus Masing will be buried in the Saku cemetery. ​
