We have not only provided clear and indisputable evidence that not only is Coronado not responsible, but that the war has been planned for months. We urge Belmont to end this illegal conflict. History will show the aggressive imperialism imposed by the erratic Belmontien people and government. We have issued a travel ban to Belmont and furthermore will place an embargo on Belmontien products. This is an illegal war and shall be treated as such.

:!: Premier Martinique convenes emergency session of Parliamentary leaders: The Office of the Premier has announced that an official invitation had been sent and accepted by the major political leaders of the country and that an all-party conference was to be held later today at the Château de Lamorciérre, the official residence of the Premier, and the national political leadership would "discuss the developing situation in Coronado and form a general consensus on how best to move forward."

:!: Military mobilization orders given go ahead in wake of surprise air raid on Coronado: The Ministry of Defense has announced that earlier this morning, the Belmontien Royal Air Force had launched an air raid on Coronado's military facilities to preempt a Coronadan strike against Belmontien interests in the region. The MoD also announced that the other service branches of the armed forces were upgrading their alert level to DEFSTAT ONE, which is meant to imply full scale mobilization.

:!: International condemnation of preemptive strike: As official word has been released of the attack on the traditional enemy of the Kingdom, condemnations have poured in from many countries, primarily EDF states, but also from Northern Council member states, to point some of the others. The Government of Premier Martinique has announced that "the Socialist Regime in Toledo is an oppressive, undemocratic regime that has done nothing but oppress its people... our action has been in the interests of the people of that country."

:!: Public taken aback by suddenness of military strike: According to all accounts, people across the country have been taken by surprise by the sudden attack on the Socialist Republic of Coronado and most have heeded the government broadcasts on television to remain in their houses and to venture out as less as possible. Though on the internet, many leftist blogs are already filled with some entries opposing the move by the Government.

:!: Archbishop of Paris calls news of attack on Coronado "delivery of justice to godlessness": Known for his strong views on a number of issues, the Archbishop of Paris has announced that the Belmontien attack on Coronado was "divine justice" and was the only way to restore Catholicism in the country. He voiced his support for the Belmontien military and said that all Catholics had a duty to support the effort. Similar views were expressed by the Grand Imam of the Süleyman al-Shahi Mosque in Paris, the country's largest mosque in a Twåtter post.

:!: Citizens for Peace announce demonstration against attack in coming week: The NGO, Citizens for Peace has announced online that they plan on holding a peace demonstration outside the Parliament in the coming week and wanted support from peace activists from across the nation. The announcement brought about a cyber-attack on their website, which knocked down the website for three hours, but the website was brought back online after the ISE tracked down the hacker.

"The Empire wishes to proclaim its unyielding neutrality in the ongoing conflict between the Kingdom of Belmont and Coronado. While we view this conflict as a childish one that further hurts and seeks to annihilate the state of diplomacy and security in Gallia as we know it, we will distance ourselves from picking sides and will maintain open relations with either side of the conflict. Like pointed out by others, diplomatic means to solve the conflict had by far not been exhausted. We also want to re-iterate that Lorraine and Montelimar are our allies. We will be forced to respond if the conflict spreads to those countries.

The Kingdom of Belmont has no interest in harming our historical ties with the other Francophone states of Gallia, though the diplomatic disputes of the past year are regrettable, they do not erase the, almost, 1200 years of friendship and alliance our countries have maintained and continue to do so. Not only do 86% of Judean homes use solar energy, but Judea maintains a more advanced space program than Belmont, produces more scientific papers than Belmont, is third in economic entrepreneurship by women in the world, and maintains a fairly low poverty rate. The fact that the Belmontien government is not even able to gather such simple facts, shows clear support for our published material. In addition to the fact that the Belmontien government has proved to be completely inept, these insults against an entire continent should not be tolerated.

The world has seen zero, ZERO evidence of any complicity on the part of Coronado. Judea has shown clear and indisputable evidence to the contrary. The dream world that Paris lives in is over. The world has seen that Paris is neither acting in a righteous manner, nor an honorable one. We warn Belmont to not insult the intelligence of world. History will not look kindly upon the Paris regime and the Belmontien people.

Hot-headed generals, instead of rational diplomats, are leading the greater region into a wider, costlier conflict than at first imagined. This must be prevented, or we have learned nothing.

"We regret to hear the news of this conflict not only expanding in scope and terror, but also that governments of nations thought to be civilised and democratic turning towards the path of war and conflict.
