VESPER, 15 APRIL 1953

THE Grand Covenant empathizes with the pressing issues that are keeping Chancellor Bakken away from Implaric-Oceania, and instead working diligently for the Austwegian Peoples & Patriots on the home front. We warn however that our nation has not lowered its alert level in the slightest, as the Danish Empire has failed to nullify its horrendous plans to militarize the Danish Implarian beyond a sustainable level for peace.

Forward !

RYGAARD'S VISIT PROMISES A STRONG FUTURE FOR JOINT AUSTWEGIAN-SYLVANIAN RELATIONS

KRISTIANIA — A love affair with President Rygaard may have been started in Kristiania. Buoyed by a strong assortment of congenial topics and statements, Rygaard's speech at Kongenspark before a crowd of at least 10,000 garnered him cheers and clamorous applause.

The day began with the streets lined with Sylvanian and Austwegian flags hanging from the sides of the street lamps that lined all the major streets of Kristiania. A trip throughout Kristianafjorden on a motorboat with the Queen and President Rygaard, showed off the natural beauty of the region.

It would not be until their return that Chancellor Bakken discussed business with President Rygaard, although details of their meet have been kept relatively low key. The Chancellor only saying that they look to continue the current trajectory of relations and perhaps work harder on a military security plan for storesjøen.

Later in the afternoon is when the Chancellor introduce the man of the day to a crowd that gathered at the park after the carnival of a parade that welcomed the Sylvanian President eventually saw him to the location of his speech. The speech is the part that endeared him to his hosts. He focused on friendship and partnership. Austwegians who look highly upon Sylvania for their partnership and non-patronizing attitude towards them, loudly applauded his focus on the theme and joint relations into the future. The theme of his speech distinctly highlighted where the Danish King and Parliament failed last winter, when they looked to put Austwegians on their back and donate money to them to fix all their problems. Togetherness as the theme, large cheers and flowers were thrown towards his podium when he concluded his speech saying, "May our resolve to bring about a better world be strengthened by our friendship today and in the decades to come."

Worthy of note were several flags of Fey in the crowd and a banner that read, "Tusen takk! Ha litt mer fisk, Sander!" Austwegians as a whole have appreciated his sentiment, and will be sending him home with a garden of flowers and plenty of traditional food.

BY CHARGE AND WARD OF HIS MAJESTY KING FREDERIK III & I
THE REALMS OF DANMARK, AGDER AND FEY, AND THE TERRITORIES

THE DUAL MONARCHY AND THE CROWN IN AGDERRIGE
Fr. F. R. Haavi
Viktoria Terrase
Christiania
20e April 1953

Much has happened since the calamities and legal thrust that were placed upon the Crown of Danmark and the obligations that had to be carried as per inherited right. The transition of time, to some, has become laden with momentous and swift changes even though in some instances the transition has become a fleeting occurrence in the annals of our shared Scanian history but with deep impressions made to the current state of affairs in Agder and Fey and upon the Crown of the Dual Monarchy.

I am reminded that the initial civil conflict and social strife upon the death of King Haakon V and the movement towards apparent good governance and bold endeavours makes Agderrige a state that does the Scanians proud in many ways as part of the common family and heritage that we all share.

Not withstanding unresolved issues pertaining to law, which the self-arrogated council of Christiania has thus far done next to nothing to settle, there is a certain impetus that requires bilateral dialogue.

Provided with the full powers by grace of his Agderric and Danic Majesty, I am charged to demand that Fru Haavi meet with me in person in order to discuss and detail the next stage of our mutual relations. The Crown cannot tolerate any less than a notable figure, indicative of popular desire, with which to meet and any discussions shall be revoked if anyone less than a notable personage is to attend, whether that be Fr. Haavi or Hr. Bakken.

The Crown does not recognise the imperious entitlement assumed by those residing within Christiania at the moment nor is the illegality of a pretence towards alternative occupants to the Throne under preexisting law.

This is the current position but the Royal Council of State, indeed I, express a wish to mutually examine the future in order to entrench a position that suffices an air of positivity and the ultimate act of assurance in order to lead to agreements that ensure the peace of the people.

To you all, the peoples of the joint sovereign in the Dual Monarchy of Danmark, Agder and Fey, GOD SAVE THE KING!

Hilde,

Carefully considering the content of the requests of your Royal Council of State; contrary to the aforementioned demand, Her Majesty's Government wishes to make it known that we are open to examining relations. Naturally it is a common Austwegian feeling that dialogue and discourse are permissible in all conflicts; however, it is my responsibility to make it quite clear that patience is running thin in Kristiania. Three major issues need to be cleared before any normalization of relations can occur.

  1. Kristiania takes acute issue to the fact that Christiansborg allows for a Agderike government-in-exile to exist within the boundaries of the Danish State. This grievance is considered non-negotiable. It is a demand that Her Majesty's Government be given the ability to apprehend these traitors and have them given a trial before their peers for their actions.
  2. Danish relations with our foremost ally the Sylvanian Republic consider to be quite poor. We understand that relations have calmed considerably since the early April troop movements of your Empire, as embassies have been reopened. Nonetheless, it is Her Majesty's Government request that relations continue to improve, else our relations will continue to suffer.
  3. The claim to the Crown of Agderike is a sore point for Her Majesty's Government. Such a title is not the ultimate issue, as this Kingdom is defunct, but rather the continued notion that this title grants the Danish sovereign custodianship over the Austwegian people and ultimately and degree of influence in Austwegian affairs or politics that is found objectionable.
Ultimately until one of these points are found as satisfactory, Chancellor Bakken will not meet with any Danish representative. In her place, I am more than willing to meet to discuss any questions or concerns that maybe held by the current unofficial representative of Danmark in Østveg.

THE DUAL MONARCHY AND THE CROWN IN AGDERRIGE
Fr. F. R. Haavi
Viktoria Terrase
Christiania
3e Maj 1953
Commensurate to our initial talks held in Christiania held between myself, as Representative-Supreme of the Dual Crown of Danmark, Agder and Fey, and Fr. Haavi, I am obliged to communicate that the Crown of Danmark, Agder and Fey has, by personal intervention and preference of His Majesty, commanded that the pre-existing arrangements regarding the Government-in-Exile of the Realm of the Kingdom of Agderrige within the Kingdom of Danmark are to be brought to completion.

It is the preference of the King and Emperor of Danmark, Agder and Fey that a suitable settlement be reached that envelops peace, accord and Scanian consensuality. Under this edict, the residence of the hitherto legitimate Realm Government of Agderrige is demurely accorded a designation of non-officiality. As such, the Government-in-Exile cannot be accorded official status as per stately relations between this Empire and Kingdom, Danmark, and that of the Kingdom of Agderrige.

In sublime consequentuality, the proclamation of His Majesty the King and Emperor of Danes and Agderrigians accepts the subsequent modus operarandi of the status quo.

To you all, the peoples of the joint sovereign in the Dual Monarchy of Danmark, Agder and Fey, GOD SAVE THE KING!

KVENLAND DEMANDS THE END OF FORMER AGDER CLAIMS

KRISTIANIA — The Folkting met today upon the advice of Chanceller Bakken to discuss the eternal question of Vesterålen. Her Majesty's Government asking for a recommendation on the issue that has recently come to light in the Fennian news, and in international dialogue. Vesterålen holds an important and special place in the hearts of many Austwegians as it has been the territory in question that once united Østveg by land. A sore point still, centuries after it was lost to the Fennians, the Kvenland Government of Stateholder General Häyhä has demanded that Vesterålen be official ceded and recognized as Fennian territory for his Government to recognize the new Austwegian Kingdom.

The Fennian-Agder War of 1873-1875 is when Kvenland announced itself to the world as a major power in the North, as the Kingdom of Agderike was soundly defeated and the territory of Vesterålen was taken. Vesterålen connected the Norse kingdom, and has always been a point of contention between the Agder and Fennian governments.

When beginning discussions in Folktinget, the atmosphere created in debate was quite animated and quickly created a unified stance on the issue, as Parliamentarians agreed that the demands felt selfish and undermining, alike to blackmail or extortion in which the Kvenland government was holding a carrot in one hand and a pen and paper in another. A cartoonist in the Dag og Tid (Day and Time), a Ulriken based newspaper drew an ice-patched character holding a carrot and a paper with Vesterålen written on it and a space for a signature. The Maiden of the Austwegians contemplating if she should take the carrot to place in her empty basket while holding a pen. Behind the character, the entire of landmass of Vesterålen screaming in anguish.

The united recommendation from the Folkting as a rejection to agree to relinquish claims to Vesterålen, Chancellor Bakken has been rumored to be interested in sending for the Danish King's opinion on the issue, as Hilde Alexandrina Rasmussen has been surprisingly summoned to her residence for discussions. A notion that was apparently refused just a week ago.

As of yet, Chancellor Bakken has still refused to answer any questions on the Vesterålen situation; however, the Parliamentary recommendation to Her Majesty's Government is bound to bother many Fennians as to what may happen next.

AS BORDER TENSIONS RISE POLITICAL POSTER STIRS POT

KRISTIANIA — Early on Saturday marked a new poster lining some of the streets that surely Toivo Salonius, the Fennian Envoy to Østveg noticed on his way to the office. The poster, which depicts a fictional burning and bombed out city of Jorvik thanks to Fennian bombers highlights a key viewpoint on how the Bakken Government might view their neighboring country and government. A liar.

The poster which states, Hæyhæ er en løgner! Fred er ikke gjort med trusler (Häyhä is a liar! Peace isn't made with threats), shows a key viewpoint in how Chancellor Bakken might see the recent build up in fortifications on the Austwegian-Kvenlandsk border. The recent increased militarization is not taken kindly, and she would suggest to her people that a Fennian build up could be the route to a war. A key stance that shows why the Bakken Government could not relinquish the Vesterålen province issue, as Her Majesty's Government could have been seen as weak. Key polls taken around the time that the Häyhä dictatorship made the quid pro quo demand in Austwegian policy showed a populace that supported Chancellor Bakken's refusal to oblige him, and her poll numbers have only increased since the stance was taken. The Folkting additionally gave its unilateral support, and these factors have allowed her to act on the subject with relative freedom.

The political poster that was commissioned has not been taken kindly by the Fennians. Toivo Salonius immediately petitioned Her Majesty's Government for the removal of the poster. Questions to the Chancellor's Office have yielded a public response that the material on the posters, "...is not up for debate. The theme of the political piece published is sponsored by Her Majesty's Government as important to public discourse. The issue raised is a question that is serious in nature, and likely should be reviewed by Folktinget and subsequent local governments. The demands raised by the Kvenland Government are difficult to oblige to, as naturally no formal relations exist between our two nations. Any concern of theirs is taken into consideration by Her Majesty's Government, but cannot be discussed further as natural discourse is impossible between nations which are not on equal terms. Such strains on international discourse naturally will occur, but the Government does not foresee any regrettable action."

Clearly made with the intention to prove difficult to gauge, the Government's response is vague and non-confrontational in nature. Yet clearly seems to give the intention that such political posters will not be removed on the disagreements of an envoy from a nation that does not recognize the Austwegian Kingdom from which the root of their complaints originate from.

"While the Union Army does not officially comment on the border defense arrangements, I find this notion spread in the Norse media that their government could find the idea of a defensive system to constitute a threat to be a rather interesting one. Obviously, one does not attack a foreign country with bunkers, pillboxes and landmines, so the inevitable question arises - what exactly are those aims of the Norse that the Häyhä Line seems to threaten?"
- Admiral Mikael Aminoff, the Fennian War Minister, speaking to the Union Public Radio while continuing his tour of military units in North Fennia

AUSTWEGIAN MELODIFESTIVALEN FINALS YIELD THREE STRONG FINALISTS

JORVIK — As the count down to Europe's major musical festival and competition approaches, Østveg held the regional finals which yielded three songs. From the North, comes Fjellsangare with . From the South, comes Jan Haugan with . From the islands comes The Feysk Quartet with . The three finalists mark the first time a non-Austwegian language song is to be performed. The favorite going into the final is Vårvise, as Jan Haugan is proven himself a popular songwriter over the past half-decade.

Melodifestivalen looks to perhaps give relief to the people as the dialogue politically over the past week has not been comforting to many Austwegians which fear war may be on the horizon with Kvenland.

Queen Inger Lise has stated she plans to be in attendance at the festival and looks forward to meeting and introducing the winner to the world. Chancellor Bakken will not be in attendance as she has suggested she will finally re-commence her world tour and fly to Oceania.

Thus far only Cantignia has begun their road to the major European music festival.

BAKKEN VISITS ONE WORLD SERIES AND CANTIGIAN LEADERS

VESPER — Chancellor Bakken finally made her trip to Cantignia that was so long delayed by a perceived Danish war threat. Taking in the sights of the day, she would visit and enjoy the celebration that is involved with the One World Series held annually in Cantignia. There she would watch Lilleborg BK fall to Hakata 1901 by a score of 2-4 in a cool evening match.

She would later say that the Lilleborg BK performance was lackluster. "Their play wasn't very inspiring. I'm not sure I cannot blame them. It's getting colder here in Cantignia at this time of year. Meanwhile, in the season has just begun in Østveg and it's nearly summer. Hakata should never beat them, they are too short, too small. It's unfortunate that this tournament occurs when Austwegian sides are out of form."

Her visit has not exactly worked as well as was originally thought. When her visit was originally planned, she had hailed the female leadership of Cantignia and furthermore their introduction of womens units in the military. Since then, Bakken has been reluctant to sponsor the Cantigian nation. Cantignia has appeared to be not entirely supportive of the Vesterålen stance taken by the Bakken Government and has supported the case of the Kvenland Government of Hæyhæ in a recent Nord blamed terror plot.

Bakken hasn't held a grudge though. She decided to continue her plans to visit the Oceanic nation and is using it as a platform to discuss what she believes is the greatest threat to Europe in recent years. "Fenno-Ugric extremism poses a great threat to regional peace as Øsel, Saamiland and Kvenland all share an agenda to dominate their neighbors. As such, Østveg must be prepared for a competitive arms race in this region. We fully expect our Sylvanian and Frescanian friends to maintain peace in this region, else democracy will surely find itself at an end in Scandia."

Bakken is expecting to meet with Cantigian leaders the last days of her visit, after she takes in a few regional sites. She plans to leave this friday.

Fennian Unioni
The Fennian Union

Once again, the Fennian government finds itself having to correct most blatant and repugnant lies put forward on Kristiania's behalf. Indeed, the very accusation that Fennia is a threat to peace occurs against the backdrop of Chancellor Bakken herself defaming our national leadership and plotting a brutal seizure of Malminmaa by Norse military force. It is her rapacious political populism that is the truest threat to Scanian peace and civilization, and the Fennian government will absolutely refute any possibility of improvement in Fennian-Norse relations until Bakken - the chief progenitor of modern Norse irredentism - is removed from power and a more responsible administration will emerge in Kristiania.

Frankly, it has been Bakken who has been attempting to dominate its neighbors with her regime's implausible judicial demands against the Union and the continuing preparations of a Second Agder-Fennian War evidently ongoing in Kristiania. We call for the removal of this warmongerer before she plunges all Scania into war.

Hakata 1901

Hakata 1901 must in the strongest terms protest the racist mutterings of Mrs. Bakken, which are unbecoming of the honor of this fine sport, the people she insists she represents and every progressive human being across the globe. An emerging pattern of racial and political discrimination is beginning to cast an ugly shadow upon this tournament, and all representatives of football should work to their utmost to ensure that this looming descent of association football can and will be be halted and reverted.

Hakata 1901,

Her Majesty's Government has looked over the words spoken and having not found the racist overtones that have been complained about to my office, cannot rescind the statement made. The Office of the Chancellor has only found factual statements made in the dialogue given at the One World Series. That said, Her Majesty's Government would like to apologize for whatever was exactly taken offense to. It is the opinion of Her Majesty's Government that a summer friendly schedule could be created for Hakata 1901 in our country in order to foster greater understandings between our cultures and bring to light the importance of understanding our neighbors to the east.

AUSTWEGIANS PREPARE FOR MEATH COUNTY AGAINST KALEVALAN

JORVIK — As Red Flag Cazma returns to the One World Series finals, the other side of the bracket has prompted Austwegians to take sides as Ivernia's Meath County FC takes on Kvenland's Kalevalan Jalkapallokerho. The match has proven to rise emotions in many as Meath County has been followed as the last relevant team in the region for which Austwegians can openly root for.

Bars and pubs a-like are expected to be packed with men to listen in on the public house radios. Thankfully being on a weekend, many people will be able to go to their local beer garden and hopefully enjoy the warmer temperatures. The match has shown how difficult it is for Austwegians to support their neighborly country as Meath County located slightly further away has made whiskey the drink of choice for the weekend. Men at the pub late this Friday, adorn in fedoras and trench jackets spoke about how the Ivernian squad needs to make Skandia proud. Curious as technically Kalevalan is in Skandia.

Apparently not the right type of thing from Skandia. Several pub goings spoke with beer frothing from their mouths about how a Fennian team winning shows the worst side of Skandia. A Skandia that subjugates people and dictates to others how to live their lives. "No Danes, No Fennians." Was the chant among the pub goers. Police presence is expected to be higher for tomorrow's lunch time game in the event of riots.

FIRST STAND AGAINST BAKKEN GOVERNMENT

KRISTIANIA — The Republican Party outlined their first criticism of the Bakken Government this afternoon evoking fears of warmongering and policy that mirrored the old Agderike Government. Their complaints have been the first lodged against the Bakken Government, as they had quietly toed the line in favor of all policies as the first elected government got on its feet.

Leadership declared that they could no longer stand idle while aggressive policy was conducted. That the Vesterålen territory case ought to be dropped in favor of recognition from Kalevala and an ease in tensions. They further remarked that war was not in the interests of the country and that focus should be turned to domestic issues such as poverty and illness. They suggested that the Government had not been pro-active in assuring international recognition and that the question of Danish interference had yet to be solved.

"Such questions of defense cannot be answered while we hold old age old debates on lands that do not help the people of our nation today! We must look to tomorrow and tomorrow should not mean my sons do not have safety in the form of friendly relations with our neighbors and a fear of getting sick! The opposition demands answers to the welfare of the people!" Shouted Opposition Leader Johannes Kjell Hornsrud before the cheers of his party.

While the Bakken Government has not issued a defense of the policy, they have issued a reply stating, "Her Majesty's Government believes that cooperation in quid pro quo discussion on the issue of international relations is not in the best interests for its people."

The Republican Party has stated that such a response only highlighted the vast failures of the Bakken Government's foreign policy.

ROYAL CHARTER PROBLEMS IN THE OCCIDENT

KRISTIANIA — Today the leadership of the Nordsjøen Kompagniet (North Sea Company) approached the Folkting with a problematic take on the documents that culminated with the foundation of the Kingdom of Østveg. The Royal Charter granted to them by the King of Agderike is no longer valid as the state is no longer in existence. The Royal Army of Agderike which guards the fortresses which comprise the trading posts and towns that make up the Nordsjøen Kompagniet, seamlessly transferred to their related Austwegian military units, but they legally have no right to be there.

In the event of a landing by the Danish or the Fennian Union, the military units on post could risk themselves as illegally in the way of a campaign led by those countries on free and vacant soil.

While by all means it would be expected that the Austwegian military would shoot on command to protect the interests of the company, the problem arises that legalities could theoretically put Østveg in the wrong should the scenario be judged by neutral powers. Thus the leadership of the Nordsjøen Kompagniet has urged that a new Royal Charter be drafted.

This demand proves to be problematic for two reasons. The Queen Inger Lise is in Oceania and unable to be reached for a signature with the current disarray there. Furthermore, even if the Queen could sign such a charter, she does not possess such powers as granted to her by the Folkting. This creates a bit of a problem in that the Folkting theoretically cannot create such a charter either.

Options presented to the Folkting by several legal scholars suggest that the best course of action would be to annex the territory outright. This in itself is not the course of action that the Company wants to take as they'd then be stripped of their administrative powers in the region. Additionally, the Folkting is unsure if it would be interested in administrating a region mostly notable for some forests, tundra and ice.

Many maps across the world have the region in question labelled as Agder Occidentia or more recent ones Austwegian Occidentia; however, proper maps would have the region labeled as simply Nordsjøen Kompagniet. Formed in 1858, the Company is noted for its cold-weather gear and outdoors equipment, the company also sells home appliances and furniture. Recently venturing into fashion, the company has launched product lines to appeal to the domestic needs of its customers. The most recent sponsorship for the Company was the world-wide seen One World Series football championship that took place in Cantignia.

The Folkting is to vote later this week to find a solution to the legal problem. Just under 500,000 Austwegian citizens live in the region.

QUEEN INGER LISE GIFTS STATUE TO THE CANTIGIAN NATION
• FM Ragnhild Haavi to Ivernian meet on security - Politik 4
• Professional Ice Hockey League? Ten teams in discussion - Sport 2

VESPER — As the smoke begins to clear from the civil disorder that has held large portions of Europe captivated, Austwegian Queen Inger Lise had travelled to the "Friendly Confines" to give a proper state gift to the Oceanic peoples of Cantignia. The gift stemmed from what she termed the "...general good will of the Austwegian people and the perseverance of God." To which she thanked for the limited blood spilled over what seemed to be the setting of a potential Cantigian civil war.

It was unclear what exactly it was that Her Majesty had planned for a long duration of her fifteen minute speech, but it suddenly became clear nearer to the end when she unveiled a drawing of a statue (pictured) to be placed in the great urban heart of Cantignia. While the exact final location for the statue varies, it is expected to find its place in Vesper or New Dulwich.

Her Majesty felt very compelled to tell a story of a woman who went to great lengths to help her in her visit to the Friendly Confines, and as such spoke a bit about her experience through the troubled period of time that Cantignia had just seemingly ventured through. Speaking with some degree of glee and laughter, she said she offered the woman she spoke of a job to work with her in Østveg in the realm of fashion. In all seriousness, she did offer the woman a chance to start her own fashion design firm in Kristiania. The story was cute and yet too amazing to really fully comprehend the full theater of her experience in Cantignia.

Dealing with the symbolism and the magnitude of the statue, she hoped that the statue would reach for the stars in height. Expected to achieve the height of 93 meters (305 feet), it would become the largest statue in Cantignia. Worth mentioning it would be larger than any statue in Østveg as well.

Queen Inger Lise dedicated the statue to what she held the Friendly Confines so dear for. She spoke about how through the nation's feminist advances, she was able to become what she became today. Queen Inger Lise called the Cantigian nation a leader for woman and democratic values in the world and so should this statue be dedicated to those ideals that Cantignia held so true.

Little was spoken of Chancellor Veronica North and Queen Alice. Although she did ask for a moment of silence for them, and gave official condolences to the Cantigian people for their passings. It is believed that she was unsure if the crowd would react positively to either after the foundation of a New Covenant.

So a statue for feminism and democracy would be built in Østveg, displayed, and then subsequently shipped to Cantignia for permanent residence. On official plans, the inside of the statue is expected to be walkable. A visitation deck is expected at the top where copies of Chancellor North's most famous speeches along with a memorial to Queen Alice's life are expected to be displayed.

BAKKEN GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCES DEPLOYMENT TO OCEANIA
• Sylvanian troops arrive at new Rygaard-Vestfos base - Politik 2
• Rancher angered as cow explodes in Fennian border mine episode - Politik 4

KRISTIANIA — The policies of the Bakken Government over the past few months while speaking loudly in regards to the case of Vesterålen and the Fennian Union, has been otherwise low key. News of an attack upon a Potenzan Warship as caused concern within Her Majesty's Government as to whether or not shipping in the Oceanic region remain at potential odds.

While news as to the perpetrators of the attack has yet to have been made public or otherwise remains unknown, the Bakken Government wishes to retain safety in a region where nearby Yujin remains at odds within itself and concerns of Communist expansion into Cantignia remained a feasible threat over the past month. The Naval and Marines units deployed are all involved within the framework of the 2nd fleet.

Chancellor Bakken has made it clear that her goal is to maintain the safety of shipping rights and to help provide an umbrella over Cantignia to keep it free from foreign interference. Several inner circles within a variety of diplomatic missions around the globe have made it clear that the fact the Cantigian Navy was unable to provide solid protective service in their own backyard, may highlight the fact that the regime in Cantignia, a New Covenant, may not yet be able to maintain its own security, much less the threat of a possible expansion of the Yujin conflict.

Bakken Government insiders have suggested that there is an inherent worry that violence in Yujin could spread across the world in what could be a July of Revolutions. This being coupled with the ideas advocated in both Yujin in Cantignia within their own domestic conflicts and the relative difficulty being shared by many European nations as economic slow down of the past year and increased military tensions have made life difficult for millions.

VESPER, MONDAY, 6th JULY

From the very death throes of monarchy itself, the New Covenant has risen with great strength and vigor to once again stand against evil in all of its forms. And while we remain faithful in the friendship and good intentions that the Austwegian Navy surely has, we are deeply offended that it would make this marshal excursion without having consulted her allies in Vesper.

We hereby warn dutiful
Østveg of the moratorium the peoples and patriots of our proud Covenant have issued to the world: "All armed vessels must and will leave the Implaric-Cantigian periphery within seventy two hours."

Forward !

Chief Officer
