The Cabinet of the Kingdom of Valkany.

Further reflection on the tenor and tendency of the orders of the Valkanese Government, communicated by a flow of declarations and statements, induces the Crowned Government to resume that important subject.

From the difficulty of supposing that the Valkanese orders can have for its basis reasoned justification, impossible as the described mobilisations in the order render that so, or a supposed consensus between nations and powers with regional interests in Southern Himyar, a course of action which has never been applied by the Valkanese Government, her colonial administrators or its military establishment, to observe proceedings of the Valkanese Government dialogue even between it and belligerent regional competitors, and is utterly at variance with the guarantees of compromise and negotiation made previous; a necessity seems to result of ascribing the order to the policy of countervailing through the mobilisations and diplomatic escalations of neighbouring states and powers.

In this view of the order, it demands, on the part of the Crowned Government of Lisse, the most serious attention both to its principle and to its operation.

With respect to its principle, it will not be contested, that a retaliation by the Valkanese Government on the rebellion; which is to operate against the shared interests of those nations and powers not its enemy, essentially requires, not only that the injury inflicted should be limited by the measure of injury sustained, but that every retaliating step in response to the rebellion should not be preceded by an unreasonable failure of the Valkanese Government, in some mode or other to put an end to the escalations of tension seen within the region. Were it certain, therefore, that the Valkanese declarations were to be enforced in the sense in which it is taken, and that, in arresting the disagreeable situation between the Valkanese Empire and the native rebels, the commerce and stability of Himyar will not be exempted from disturbance; might justly be regarded by the Crowned Government of Lisse as a proceeding equally premature and unfriendly. But in the uncertainty as to the real meaning of the declarations, and whilst a presumption offered itself, that the declarations, if avowed and executed in an unlawful extent, might not embrace the permanence of prosperity and stability in Himyar; the Crowned Government is bound by justice to the interests of the Kingdom of Lisse, as well as by respect for their rights, to consider the Valkanese declarations as a ground for serious complaint and remonstrance.

Should it prove that the declarations had not the meaning ascribed to it, and particularly, should the respect of Lisse for her interests with Himyar, except our trade from the mobilisation and operation of the declarations, the position of the Valkanese Government will stand exposed to still severer comments.

These observations, which are made in conformity with the sentiments of the Minister-President, cannot fail to have all the weight with an enlightened and friendly government to which they are entitled, and the Minister-President persuades himself, that the good effect of truths which they disclose, will be seen in such measures as will remove all grounds for dissatisfaction, and demonstrate on that side, the same sincere disposition to cultivate harmony and beneficial intercourse, as is felt and evinced by the Crowned Government and the States-General.

Valkany has every right to deal with revolts in her colonies however she sees fit. Diplomacy is ineffective against a group that has perpetrated terrorist attacks in two major Valkanian cities and has expressed its desire to eliminate all Valkanian settlers from the Eastern Cape Colony. We are in no manner responsible for the mobilization of other nations in Himyar as we have done all we can to reassure them of our intentions. Finally there is no point in arguing with a government that finds even the slightest possibility of inaccuracy in all of our honest declarations and threatens us about it.

Kronigsberg falls! All out war in the Eastern Cape! Air-force bombs Native positions! Colonial ports fortified!

The city of Kronigsberg in the Eastern Cape Colony has fallen to the native rebels! The city's garrison fought bravely while attempting to buy time for the civilians to evacuate, killing more than 8,000 native troops! The battle claimed the lives of 4,632 brave Valkanian Eastern Cape Colonial Defense Force troopers and 20,000 White Valkanian Civilians! The remaining civilians and troopers have evacuated to the fortified port city of Port Victoria! Valkany's military has been given permission to do as seen fit in order to deal with the crisis. The Army has executed a number of natives in major colonial cities as they were supporting or cooperating with the Native Guerrilla Forces. The air-force has bombed 3 cities in Guerrilla control including Kronigsberg forcing the Guerrillas in Swetho and Grobado to surrender. Nearly 40,000 native troops were killed by the coordinated attacks of the Air-force and Army! Nevertheless the natives continue to advance being only two towns away from Port Victoria and the other major port cities. As the natives were reported to have 6 Sherman tanks in their possession it is assumed that they are being equipped by foreign nations. As such all major ports have seen the enforcement of strict controls and security measures with some ports being outright closed.

As was expected by the international community, the Empire of Valkany dumps a colossal military force into a contentious area, and like fuel to a flame makes the situation a thousand times worse. The Empire of Valkany has decided, in it's infinite wisdom, to use a sledgehammer to do the work of a nail file and has escalated the situation to a point where tens of thousands of peoples are now dead. Both native and non native.

If this is the particular flavour of ''Civilisation'' that Valkany wishes to bring to Himyar then I would not wish their civilisation on any peoples of the world. Perhaps next time the Empire should approach a problem without deploying hundreds of thousands of troops, but even moreso, perhaps Valkany should take a long look in the mirror over whether it should be in Himyar at all.

The Socialist Republic of Tyrrhenia is shocked to see the declarations from the Empire of Valkany, STILL proclaiming itself to be a 'civilized' country in Europe, completely turning a blind-eye and glossing over all the events that are taking place right now in its colonies.


Valkany, the government of which weaves strands of hypocrisy at an unprecedented level, can be quite rightly accused by civilized nations for the genocide it commits of the Himyari indigenous population, the destruction of Himyari cultures, and the ways of life, all so that the feudal-capitalistic leaders of Valkany, the so-called elite, become enriched and live off their backs, living off the fat of the land.


A nation that has no response to genuine and convinced criticisms that come from most of the globe, especially in respect of the calculated genocidal campaign in Eastern Himyar, with the only response being bland, immature and pathetic comments saying that all critics should receive psychiatric care, has no place in the 'big game' that is the diplomacy of the globe. Valkany shows that their leaders are living up to their renowned reputation as being little more than cold-blooded killers, ready to even kill half, or more, of the planet's population, just so that it can get more and more power.


The responses that Valkany has accustomed us to, in it's turgid and lame counterclaims and attempts at self-justification, evidently display that this nation's leaders are no more than frustrated bullies! Thugs that think they can drag 'schoolboy bully' antics from the school yard and bring it into civilized diplomacy.


Valkany is well on its way to becoming anointed as a rogue nation.


However, we sincerely hope that circumstances will intervene and that this will not happen. We hope that the people of Valkany will rise and awake from their slumbers! To rid themselves of this comatose which the the deceiving and back-slapping leaders have imprisoned them into and start the fight to liberate themselves.


We are deeply saddened to see that a people which once was a part of the Tyrrhenian family, managed to become so decadent and base. A bastardization of collective culture.


Finally, I would like to congratulate the peoples of Himyar for taking up arms to fight the fight in the name of genuine freedom, democracy and equality.


The people of Tyrrhenia stands staunchly side-by-side with the people of Eastern Himyar. Whether they be white, whether they be black, we hope that they will join and end this vicious race war and criminal intent. Hand in hand, comrades in arms, smarting and defeating the scourge that is the result of capitalistic machinations.

The city the natives attacked was defended by the local Defense Force. This shows that there was indeed a good reason for the Empire to send the Expeditionary Force there as it is the only way to fight an army of 400,000 Natives. Their primitive attitudes and murder of civilians both White and Black has only served to highlight the need for civilization to be brought to Himyar. Valkany's promise still very well stands as there has been no border expansion simply an internal war. Valkany has every right to be in Himyar and the only right to be in the Eastern Cape whether Iveria likes it or not. Our numerous attempts at diplomacy have failed but perhaps Iveria would know better than us to negotiate with a rogue native group that wants to completely eradicate all whites in Himyar both in and out of the Eastern Cape. If so Iveria is welcome to try the diplomatic approach with them. But until then Iveria has no right to pretend to be an almighty scholar in other countries' colonial affairs.

Valkany declared a wave of civilisation for the people of the East Cape and is now murdering them in the tens of thousands. My recommendation is you fire your Generals and military advisers who have the military thought process of a fisherman using a grenade. How does one ''civilize'' a region by murdering tens of thousands of the people who live there?

You're numerous attempts have failed probably because you negotiate with air attacks. Your Empire should be ashamed of it's actions today and yet you try to defend yourself. You tried to reject the namesake of ''warmonger'' and yet here it is for all to see.

Your attempt to colonize is a failure. All you have secured is the hatred of the local people for generations to come. Today is a black day in the age of Himyar.

Valkany never was and never will be part of the Tyrrhenian family. We cannot find any capitalist and genocidal elements in fighting against a group of rogue natives that indiscriminately kill civilians while we have never performed any genocidal actions against the natives and simply wished to live in harmony with them. Evidently, this man has no comprehension of any kind of metaphors, not any grasp of common sense from both a diplomatic and a geo-political point of view. We would like to remember that the Tyrrhenians were the ones who came to that icy wasteland that was Valkany, the so called civilized empire, in antiquity and finally managed only by now it seems to teach them how to make a fire. It is clear, that in their maniacal displays, the Valkanian government has no notion even about their national history.

The Socialist Republic is based on participatory democracy. If the people want it, they can easily adopt any right-wing policy at the Commune Councils taking place every Sunday morning. As for the respect of personal property rights, the so called elite, though we start to think if we should call it like that, shows that they have no notion about how economical politics work. It is hypocritical of the Valkanians to tell us that we don't respect personal property rights, when its clear that the people in Himyar are fighting with arms in hands especially because Valkany respects their political, property, socio-cultural rights. Boths Tyrrhenian revolutions took place especially because of the personal property rights because we also had cliques like the Valkanian one that wanted to destroy our people, in the same way, the Valkanians want to destroy the Himyari.

We congratulate Worker's Republic of Carentania in their initiative to finally stop the mischief that takes place in Himyar because of Valkanian criminal imperialism. The peoples that live in South Eastern Himyar need to be saved by the criminals that want to take their lands and throw them into oblivion. Tyrrhenia fully supports the action took by the Carentanian commissars and we would like the whole civilized world to join in and help us make the world a better place, without imperialism and exploitation. The peoples of Himyar have suffered so much from colonialism, but Valkanian actions are reaching a apogee of violence, murder and mass rapes. All those actions need to be stopped as the human needs to be saved from the wretched beast that destroys anything in his way: civilization, respect and good will.

In response to this, the President of the Socialist Republic, Despina Katsaros, would like to come to Rijeka in a state visit and to meet the Carentanian Commissariats Assembly and with Commissar Tomas Jerman in particular, to see what can be done for all those actions to be stopped. The civilized world needs to stand and get over their differences to stop this and make the Valkanian ruling cliques understand, that the human rights cannot be tarnished and minimized or even nullified like this.

As pertains to the situation presently unfolding in the Eastern Cape, the Crown government and sovereign of the Etnaean Kingdom would resolve, in unison, with the spirit of sincerest synergism, and in utmost concord, to express the following statements and sentiments:

First, concerning the negotiations which briefly occurred prior to the series of events that lead to the current deployments. It is clear now in hindsight that even this gesture of apparent cooperation with native authorities and interests (however peripheral) constituted a farcical display at best, with the failure of commitment as regards this active dialogue on the Valkanian side representing an uncouth, undiplomatic arrogance entirely unbecoming of the peoples, states, and traditions of our continent. Thus, we view the abrupt censure and cessation of said dialogue as a hasty, altogether injudicious measure, and shown to be increasingly so by the vehemence with which a reaction to it has emerged.

Second, concerning the unilateral response by imperial authorities to an increasingly multilateral and international issue. To echo the sentiment expressed by friends and colleagues in Ivernia, a sledgehammer is now being used where but a nail file might be needed. As pertains to the situation presently unfolding in the Eastern Cape, the Crown government and sovereign of the Etnaean Kingdom would resolve, in unison, with the spirit of sincerest synergism, and with utmost concord, to express the following statements and sentiments:



First, concerning the negotiations which briefly occurred prior to the series of events that lead to the current deployments. It is clear now in hindsight that even this gesture of apparent cooperation with native authorities and interests (however peripheral) constituted a farcical display at best, with the failure of commitment as regards this active dialogue on the Valkanian side representing an uncouth, undiplomatic arrogance entirely unbecoming of the peoples, states, and traditions of our continent. Thus, we view the abrupt censure and cessation of said dialogue as a hasty, altogether injudicious measure, and shown to be increasingly so by the vehemence with which a reaction to it has emerged.

Second, concerning the unilateral response by imperial authorities to an increasingly multilateral and international issue. To echo the sentiment expressed by friends and colleagues in Ivernia, a sledgehammer is now being used where but a nail file might be needed. Between having the riches of a colony and having a communist nation seeing us with a good eye, which again will be impossible because the only way for them to do so would be for us to turn communist, I think we would prefer our colony. Also it should be noted that our conquest of the colony is recent and as such resistance among the locals is still very widespread. We will grant further rights to the locals and possibly even allow them to become full citizens. All of this however can only be done after a seize-fire is achieved. Since you seem to or at least claim to have good relations with the locals we would appreciate it if you aided us in negotiations. And no I'm not being ironic.

If Valkany would have respected international law, it would have been seen by Tyrrhenia with good eyes, even if it was a capitalist state; Eiffelland should be taken as a good example for the cooperation of two different cultures and political and economic systems, in its relation with Tyrrhenia. We would accept only the unconditional retreat of Valkanian military and the official demise of the Valkanian trust state in South East Himyar, thus ending the illegal occupation. The territory will be given under the maintenance of an international mandate, under Tyrrhenian, Carentanian, Ivernian and Etnaean responsibility, all of those working together to repair all the mistakes that have been done in the past and to prepare the territory for the creation of a free sovereign state, ruled by the Nethian (Negro) majority. All responsible for the genocide would be brought to justice in front of an international commission. That is what Tyrrhenia would see as the only way to go for redeeming the Valkanian name.

Native forces routed outside of Port Victoria! New legislation concerning the rights of the native Himyaris! Native Rebels retreat to Umlazu! New round of negotiations between the Rebel forces and the Government begins!

The native forces attempting to capture Port Victoria were routed today by Valkanian forces defending the city! The Valkanian navy annihilated the small Rebel Navy destroying any chance of a blockade! The city's brave defenders made up of both the Expeditionary force and the Colony's residents fought bravely and pushed the Rebel assault back! Blacks and Whites, Men and Women of all ages united together to help defend the city showing that there still is unity among the Valkanian people! The Rebels lost half their army, about 170,000 men, while the Defenders lost 8,000 combatants and 632 civilians. The Rebel forces have retreated to the native city of Umlazu but they aren't expected to recover from their losses. The Valkanian Army has surrounded Umlazu and is expected to have captured it by tomorrow. Earlier this day Emperor Demetrius XV announced that all Native Himyaris living in or coming from the Eastern Cape colony would be granted citizenship and rights equal to those of the White settlers! The representatives of both the Natives and the Settlers have expressed their satisfaction at the Government's decision. As a result 50,000 Rebels have deserted from the Rebel Army and laid down their weapons as they say that their hopes and dreams for equality have been fulfilled while after a new round of negotiations Rebel second in command Gromgaro Chestadubo along with his 75,000 men has surrendered to the Valkanian army. As such less than 100,000 men still remain loyal to Rebel leader Brogdoro Abundagubu. The Valkanian Administration has announced that all Rebels laying down their arms will not be prosecuted, provided they have not murdered, raped or harmed civilians, and that there will not be mass prosecutions or deportations after the revolt. Also the Emperor and Minister of Colonial Affairs announced that they would personally make sure all Black Valkanians would get an arable piece of land after the revolt is over.
